The worm 311 is driven to rotate by a motor, the two driving gears 312 are respectively driven to rotate in opposite rotation directions by a first external thread 311a and a second external thread 311b which are arranged on the worm 311 and rotate in opposite rotation directions, and the driving beam 314 drives the push rod 32 arranged on the driving beam to move in the conveying direction by a driving rod 313 which is eccentrically arranged on the two driving gears 312. The worm 311 component provides driving power for the push rod 32, so that the push rod 32 can move stably and controllably.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the second driving roller 43 is fixedly provided on the bracket 44, and the first driving roller 42 is slidably connected to the bracket 44 through the bearing block 421 and is movable in the vertical direction; a first gear 422 and a second gear 431 are respectively provided at one ends of the first driving roller 42 and the second driving roller 43, the first driving assembly 41 includes a driving shaft 411 provided in a vertical direction, a first screw housing 411a and a second screw housing 411b are provided on the driving shaft 411, and the first screw housing 411a and the second screw housing 411b are respectively engaged with the first gear 422 and the second gear 431; the external threads of the first screw cap 411a and the second screw cap 411b are oppositely disposed, and the first screw cap 411a is coupled with the bearing housing 421 and slidably coupled with the driving shaft 411.
The driving shaft 411 is driven to rotate by a motor and drives the first threaded sleeve 411a and the second threaded sleeve 411b sleeved on the driving shaft to coaxially rotate, and the first driving roller 42 and the second driving roller 43 are further driven to rotate by a first gear 422 and a second gear 431 respectively; the two screw sleeves are oppositely arranged in the rotation direction, so that the two transmission shafts rotate in the rotation direction oppositely; the first threaded sleeve 411a is slidably connected with the driving shaft 411, and can move synchronously with the first driving roller 42 in the vertical direction, so that the meshing state of the first threaded sleeve 411a and the first gear 422 is ensured, and the driving stability of the two driving shafts is ensured.

Claims (7)
1. Feeding device for refrigeration house plate production, characterized by comprising: the feeding device comprises a base, a positioning mechanism, a pushing device and a conveying roller set, wherein the base comprises a horizontally arranged mounting platform and a feeding platform, the conveying roller set and the positioning mechanism are respectively arranged on the mounting platform and the feeding platform, and the pushing device is arranged on the feeding platform and is positioned on one side, far away from the conveying roller set, of the positioning mechanism;
the conveying roller set comprises a first driving assembly, a first driving roller and a second driving roller, wherein the rotation axes of the first driving roller and the second driving roller are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the feeding platform and are respectively driven by the first driving assembly to rotate along opposite rotation directions;
the positioning mechanism comprises a second driving assembly and limiting assemblies arranged on the second driving assembly, wherein the limiting assemblies are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the conveying direction, and the two limiting assemblies are driven to be close to or far away from each other through the second driving assembly respectively;
the pushing device comprises a third driving assembly and a pushing rod, and the pushing rod is driven by the third driving assembly to move along the conveying direction;
the limiting assembly comprises a connecting beam and limiting plates arranged on the connecting beam, the connecting beam is arranged along the conveying direction, and the limiting plates are symmetrically arranged in the length direction of the connecting beam and are both in sliding connection with the connecting beam;
the second driving assembly comprises a first hydraulic cylinder arranged on an installation vertical plate, the first hydraulic cylinder is arranged in the vertical conveying direction and connected with the connecting beam, a guide rod is further arranged on the installation vertical plate, and one end of the guide rod is connected with the limiting plate and is in sliding connection with the installation vertical plate;
the limiting plate is provided with a clamping assembly which comprises an air cylinder, a supporting rod and a limiting slide block, wherein the supporting rod penetrates through the limiting slide block and is in sliding connection with the limiting slide block, the air cylinder is arranged on the connecting beam and is connected with the supporting rod, and the supporting rod is perpendicular to the conveying direction;
the limiting plate is provided with a limiting groove, and the limiting slide block is connected with the limiting groove in a sliding manner and can move along the vertical direction;
the air cylinder is in sliding connection with the connecting beam through a connecting block, the air cylinder is hinged with the connecting block, and an output shaft of the air cylinder is in rotary connection with one end of the supporting rod;
the limiting groove is arranged in the vertical direction, a plate spring is arranged in the limiting groove, and the limiting sliding block is connected with the top of the limiting groove through the plate spring.

The feeding device for producing refrigeration house plates according to claim 1, wherein a first guide groove is formed in the feeding platform along a conveying direction, a moving chute is formed in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction, the moving chute is in sliding connection with the first guide groove, and the limiting plate is in sliding connection with the moving chute;
the guide rods are horizontally installed and obliquely arranged with the installation vertical plates, and four guide rods symmetrically arranged on two sides of the conveying direction are all arranged towards the same center point.

The feeding device for producing refrigeration house plate according to claim 1, wherein the third driving assembly comprises a worm and a driving gear which are engaged with each other, a driving rod is eccentrically arranged on the driving gear, and the pushing rod is arranged on a driving beam;
the worm and the driving beam are perpendicular to the conveying direction, a driving chute is formed in the driving beam along the length direction of the driving beam, and the driving rod is arranged in the driving chute and is in sliding connection with the driving chute.

The feeding device for producing refrigeration house plates according to claim 3, wherein the third driving assembly is arranged on the bottom surface of the feeding platform, a placement groove is formed on the feeding platform corresponding to the push rod, and the placement groove is arranged along the conveying direction;
the bottom surface of the feeding platform is provided with a second guide groove along the conveying direction, and the driving beam is in sliding connection with the second guide groove.

The feeder for producing refrigeration house plates as claimed in claim 4, wherein the driving gears are symmetrically provided with two in a length direction of the worm, the worm is engaged with the two driving gears by a first external thread and a second external thread provided on an outer ring thereof, respectively, and rotation directions of the first external thread and the second external thread are opposite.
6. The feeding device for producing refrigeration house plates according to claim 1, wherein balls are arranged on a supporting plane of the feeding platform, rollers are arranged on the push rod, and a plurality of balls and a plurality of rollers are arranged along a conveying direction;
the feeding platform is provided with a supporting plate and a second hydraulic cylinder, and the second hydraulic cylinder is fixed at the bottom of the feeding platform and can drive the supporting plate to move along the vertical direction.
7. The feeding device for producing refrigeration house plates according to claim 1, wherein the second driving roller is fixedly arranged on a bracket, and the first driving roller is slidably connected with the bracket through a bearing seat and can move along a vertical direction;
a first gear and a second gear are respectively arranged at one ends of the first driving roller and the second driving roller, the first driving assembly comprises a driving shaft arranged along the vertical direction, a first thread bush and a second thread bush are arranged on the driving shaft, and the first thread bush and the second thread bush are respectively meshed with the first gear and the second gear;
the external threads of the first thread bush and the second thread bush are oppositely arranged in a screwing mode, and the first thread bush is connected with the bearing seat and is in sliding connection with the driving shaft.
