Specifically, the seal ring 70 has at least two functions, one of which is that the seal ring 70 can only extend into a certain position in the end cover 50, when the liquid storage bin 10 is combined with the end cover 50, the first locking part 610 of the liquid storage bin 10 is sleeved with the limiting ring 62, and the first locking part 610 which is sleeved with the limiting ring 62 in advance is blocked in the gradual engagement process with the second locking part 611, so that the liquid storage bin 10 and the end cover 50 can only realize a pre-fixed first connection state, and the first function of the seal ring 70 is to position the limiting ring 62;
secondly, after the sampling is finished, when the liquid storage bin 10 and the end cover 50 are combined, the liquid storage bin 10 and the end cover 50 can be in a second connection state which is fully fixed through the first locking part 610 and the second locking part 611 because of no physical isolation of the limiting ring 62, at the moment, the knife edge piece 51 is in contact with the sealing film 40, the sealing film 40 is damaged, the culture solution 30 overflows, and the sealing ring 70 positioned in the end cover 50 can move towards the liquid storage bin 10 further because of no physical isolation of the limiting ring 62, at the moment, the sealing ring 70 is clung to the joint of the liquid storage bin 10 and the end cover 50, so that the overflow of the culture solution 30 can be prevented, and the second function of the sealing ring 70 is to seal the culture solution 30, so that the overflow of the culture solution 30 from the joint of the two is avoided.
In this embodiment, the seal ring 70 is a sealing device embedded inside the end cap 50, and the seal ring 70 is embedded when the end cap 50 is manufactured, so that the embedding depth is ensured. For example, the end cover 50 is formed by injection molding of hard plastic, and when the end cover 50 is injection molded, the prefabricated seal ring 70 with special shape is put into a mold for injection molding; wherein the outer side of the seal ring 70 is flush to facilitate engagement with the end cap 50.
Example III
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 6 and 7, a third embodiment of the present application provides an anal swab sampling device, which has a substantially similar structure as the anal swab sampling device of the second embodiment, and is different from the anal swab sampling device of the first embodiment in that:
in this embodiment, the knife-edge member 51 includes a first connecting portion 511 and a second abutting portion 512, the first connecting portion 511 is connected to the side wall of the end cap 50, the second abutting portion 512 is connected to an end of the first connecting portion 511 away from the side wall of the end cap 50, and the second abutting portion 512 is disposed towards the sealing film 40.
In this embodiment, a first mounting portion 11 is disposed on a side of the liquid storage bin 10 near the sampling tag 20, a second mounting portion 21 with a hollow structure is disposed on a side of the sampling tag 20 facing the liquid storage bin 10, and the second mounting portion 21 is nested in the first mounting portion 11 and connected through the fastening component;
wherein the fastening assembly comprises a first fastening member 110 disposed outside the first mounting portion 11, and a second fastening member 210 disposed inside the second mounting portion 21, and when the second mounting portion 21 is nested on the first mounting portion 11, the first fastening member 110 and the second fastening member 210 are mutually staggered to achieve fastening;
and the second mounting portion 21 is provided with an overflow hole 211 in a penetrating manner, the overflow hole 211 is an arc-shaped overflow hole, and when the liquid storage bin 10 and the end cover 50 transition to the second connection state, the second abutting portion 512 of the knife edge member 51 is screwed into the arc-shaped overflow hole to abut against the sealing film 40.
Also in this embodiment, the plurality of arc-shaped overflow holes are provided at intervals on the second mounting portion 21, and the number of the second abutting portions 512 is equal to the number of the arc-shaped overflow holes.
In this embodiment, the liquid storage bin 10 and the sampling tag 20 of the sampler assembly are of a split type structure, not of an integral structure, and are connected by a fastening component therebetween. Specifically, the sampling tag 20 is nested in the first mounting portion 11 of the liquid storage bin 10 through the second mounting portion 21, and is connected through a buckling component, the buckling component wraps the first buckling piece 110 arranged on the inner side wall of the first mounting portion 11, and the second buckling piece 210 arranged on the outer side of the second mounting portion 21, when the second mounting portion 21 is embedded in the first mounting portion 11, the first buckling piece 110 and the second buckling piece 210 are buckled with each other, the first buckling piece 110 and the second buckling piece 210 are of an annular structure protruding outwards, and when the liquid storage bin 10 and the sampling tag 20 are connected with each other, the first buckling piece 110 is clamped into the second buckling piece 210, so that the installation and fixation of the liquid storage bin 10 and the sampling tag 20 are realized, and the axial freedom of the mutual movement between the liquid storage bin 10 and the sampling tag 20 can be limited, so that the sampling tag 20 is prevented from being separated from the liquid storage bin 10.
Example IV
A fourth embodiment of the present application provides an anal swab sampling device, which has a substantially similar structure as the anal swab sampling device of the third embodiment, and is different from the anal swab sampling device of the third embodiment in that:
in this embodiment, the liquid storage bin 10 and the sampling stick 20 are flexibly connected, i.e. the sampling stick 20 can perform radial swing to a certain extent relative to the liquid storage bin 10.
Specifically, the first mounting portion 11 on the liquid storage bin 10 is spherically arranged, and the second mounting portion 21 on the sampling stick 20 is spherically arranged, so that a joint structure between the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion is formed, and the sampling stick 20 can swing to a certain extent by taking the first mounting portion 11 as a circle center.
In the actual sampling process, the sampling tag 20 can swing slightly, which is beneficial to eliminating the shearing stress applied to the sampling tag 20, so that the sampling tag 20 can be effectively prevented from being broken in the body, and the risk of breaking the sampling tag 20 is avoided.

Claims (9)

1. An anal swab sampling device, the device comprising:
the sampler assembly is provided with a liquid storage bin and a sampling sign extending along the axial direction of the liquid storage bin, a culture solution is arranged in the liquid storage bin, and a sealing film for sealing the liquid storage bin is arranged at the end part, close to the sampling sign, of the liquid storage bin;
the end cover is sleeved at the end part of the sampler assembly to shield the sampling tag, the end cover is connected with the liquid storage bin through a preset locking mechanism, a knife edge piece facing the sealing film is arranged at the inner side of the end cover, the knife edge piece comprises a first connecting part and a second abutting part, the first connecting part is connected to the side wall of the end cover, the second abutting part is connected to one end, far away from the side wall of the end cover, of the first connecting part, and the second abutting part is arranged facing one side of the sealing film;
the second abutting part is opposite to an arc overflow hole which is preset on one side of the sampling sign facing the liquid storage bin, so that the second abutting part penetrates into the overflow hole to abut against the sealing film;
when the end cover and the liquid storage bin are in a first connection state, a space is formed between the knife edge piece and the sealing film, and the knife edge piece and the sealing film are in a separation state; when the end cover and the liquid storage bin are in transition to a second connection state, the knife edge piece rotates to abut against the sealing film to damage the sealing film, so that the sealing state of the liquid storage bin is released, and the sampling stick after the sampling is soaked when the culture liquid overflows.
2. The anal swab sampling device according to claim 1, wherein the end cap is pre-fixed to the reservoir when the end cap is in a first connection state with the reservoir, and wherein the end cap is fully fixed to the reservoir when the end cap is in a second connection state with the reservoir.
3. The anal swab sampling device according to claim 2, wherein the locking mechanism comprises a locking assembly and a limiting ring, the locking assembly comprises a first locking part and a second locking part, one of the first locking part and the second locking part is arranged on the liquid storage bin, and the other is arranged on the end cover;
when the limiting ring is clamped between the liquid storage bin and the end cover, the limiting ring at least partially limits the axial freedom degree of mutual approaching of the liquid storage bin and the end cover, so that the liquid storage bin and the end cover can only realize a pre-fixed first connection state through the first locking part and the second locking part;
when the limiting ring is separated from and is not clamped between the liquid storage bin and the end cover, the end cover and the liquid storage bin can realize a second connection state of full fixation through the first locking part and the second locking part.
4. The anal swab sampling device according to claim 3, wherein the first locking portion is provided on a side of the reservoir facing the end cap, and the second locking portion is provided on a side of the end cap facing the reservoir.
5. The anal swab sampling device according to claim 4, wherein the first locking portion is an external thread provided at the end of the reservoir, the second locking portion is an internal thread provided at the end of the end cap, and the external thread and the internal thread are mutually adapted;
when the limiting ring is sleeved between the liquid storage bin and the end cover, the external thread is not completely meshed with the internal thread.

The anal swab sampling device according to claim 5, wherein a sealing ring is arranged on the inner side of the end cover, and the limiting ring is positioned on one side of the sealing ring facing the opening of the end cover when the end cover and the liquid storage bin are in a first connection state;
when the liquid storage bin and the end cover are connected with the second locking part through the first locking part, the limiting ring is sleeved on one side of the first locking part, which faces the second locking part, so that the axial freedom degree of the mutual motion of the liquid storage bin and the end cover is at least partially limited.
7. The anal swab sampling device according to claim 1, wherein a first mounting part is arranged on one side of the liquid storage bin close to the sampling swab, a second mounting part with a hollow structure is arranged on one side of the sampling swab facing the liquid storage bin, and the second mounting part is nested in the first mounting part and connected through the buckling component;
the buckling assembly comprises a first buckling piece arranged on the outer side of the first installation part and a second buckling piece arranged on the inner side of the second installation part, and when the second installation part is nested on the first installation part, the first buckling piece and the second buckling piece are staggered to realize buckling;
and the second mounting part is provided with an arc-shaped overflow hole in a penetrating manner, and when the liquid storage bin and the end cover are transited to the second connection state, the second abutting part of the knife edge piece is screwed into the arc-shaped overflow hole to abut against the sealing film.

The anal swab sampling device according to claim 7, wherein the arc overflow holes comprise a plurality of arc overflow holes, the arc overflow holes are arranged at intervals on the second mounting portion, and the number of the second abutting portions is equal to the number of the arc overflow holes.
9. The anal swab sampling device according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein absorbent cotton is provided at an end of the sampling swab remote from the reservoir, the length of the sampling swab is smaller than the length of the end cap, and the sampling swab is not in contact with the end cap when the reservoir and the end cap are in the second connection state.
