The sealing of the reservoir 201 can be ensured in the initial state by sealing the connection gap between the piston 24 and the connection pipe 25 by the gasket 26, so as to prevent the leakage of the preservation solution stored in the reservoir 201.
The end of the sampling swab 30 far away from the connecting tube 25 passes through the pushing member 13 and extends into the closed end 102 of the sample tube 10, that is, the head of the sampling swab 30 extends into the closed end 102 of the sample tube 10, the head of the sampling swab 30 is the end that can extend into the oral cavity of a human body to collect mucosal tissue in the oral cavity, the head of the sampling swab 30 extends into the closed end 102, and the head of the sampling swab 30 can be ensured to be soaked in the preservation solution by using less preservation solution, so as to reduce the volume of the sealing cover 20.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the closed end 102 of the sample tube 10 is tapered, and the end with the larger bottom area is disposed toward the open end 101 of the sample tube 10. The closed end 102 of the sample tube 10 is tapered, so that when the head of the sampling swab 30 is immersed in the preservation solution, the amount of the preservation solution used can be reduced, the volume of the reservoir 201 can be reduced, the volume of the sealing cover 20 can be reduced, and the oral swab collector can be conveniently miniaturized. To facilitate placement of the sample tube 10, the outer wall of the sample tube 10 extends axially of the sample tube 10 beyond the closed end 102, allowing the sample tube 10 to be placed upright on a table top.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
