Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a conference joining method according to an embodiment of the present application. When the conference joining method is executed, there are cases where the electronic terminal does not acquire the connection code but acquires the conference number, and at this time, the electronic terminal should respond based on the conference number. Based on this, the present embodiment describes the operation logic when the conference number is received, taking the first conference number as an example, and the more detailed description joins the operation logic of the first audio-video conference on the basis of the above embodiment. Currently, a character input operation is an operation in which a user inputs (may include writing) characters (numerals/letters) in an electronic terminal. Optionally, the electronic terminal displays an input area, and when the user inputs the character in the input area, the electronic terminal receives the character input operation.
Step 220, according to the character input operation, the currently input character string is obtained. When the character string satisfies the first condition, step 230 is executed. When the character string satisfies the second condition, step 260 is performed.
Currently, an electronic terminal obtains a plurality of characters input by a user according to a character input operation, and obtains a plurality of characters to form a character string based on an input sequence. Thereafter, the character string is recognized to determine the input content of the user. Currently, the input content may be a first connection code or a first session number.
In one embodiment, the first connection code and the first meeting number respectively satisfy different conditions, and currently, the condition corresponding to the first connection code is denoted as a first condition, and the condition corresponding to the first meeting number is denoted as a second condition. Alternatively, the connection code and the conference number correspond to different input areas, the character string received based on the input area corresponding to the connection code is considered to satisfy the first condition, and the character string received based on the input area corresponding to the conference number is considered to satisfy the second condition.
In an alternative mode, the electronic terminal displays an input area corresponding to the connection code and an input area corresponding to the conference number, wherein the input area corresponding to the connection code can only input the connection code, the input area corresponding to the conference number can input the conference number or the connection code, and then the electronic terminal determines that the currently obtained character string meets the first condition after detecting that the input area corresponding to the connection code receives the character input operation. After the electronic terminal detects that the input area corresponding to the conference number receives the character input operation, the electronic terminal acquires the character string which is input currently, then identifies whether the character string contains letters, if so, determines that the first condition is met, and if only the number is contained, determines that the second condition is met.

The conference joining instruction is used for notifying the electronic terminal connected with the interactive flat board that the first audio-video conference needs to be joined. The conference joining instruction may be automatically generated by the electronic terminal after connection or may be manually generated by the user. When the conference joining instruction is manually generated by a user, the electronic terminal displays a control (such as a virtual key) for joining the conference, and when detecting that the control receives a setting operation (such as a clicking operation), the electronic terminal determines to receive the conference joining instruction.
Step 252, according to the conference joining instruction, a first conference number is obtained from the interactive flat board.
The electronic terminal sends a conference joining instruction to the interactive tablet according to the established communication connection. And after receiving the conference joining instruction, the interactive flat plate returns the first conference number which is currently bound with the first connection code to the electronic terminal through communication connection.
In one embodiment, when performing step 252, the method may further include: obtaining connector information from the interactive flat board, wherein the connector information records terminal information of each electronic terminal currently connected with the interactive flat board; and updating the locally recorded connector information according to the connector information fed back by the interactive flat plate. The electronic terminal may be configured to synchronize the connector information of the interactive tablet after the electronic terminal is connected to the interactive tablet, where the connector information records terminal information of each electronic terminal currently connected to the interactive tablet in a communication manner, where the corresponding electronic terminal may be determined by the terminal information, and content included in the terminal information is not limited currently. It can be understood that after the electronic terminal establishes a connection with the interactive tablet, its own terminal information is also recorded in the connector information. And then, the electronic terminal updates the locally recorded connector information. Optionally, each time the interactive tablet is connected to an electronic terminal, the connector information is updated and fed back to each currently connected electronic terminal. In one embodiment, the connector information may specifically record terminal information of the electronic terminal currently establishing a communication connection with the interactive tablet and joining the first audio/video conference, where the terminal information may be regarded as participant terminal information.
Step 253, joining the first audio/video conference participated by the interactive flat plate according to the first conference number.
The electronic terminal can join the first audio-video conference based on the first conference number after receiving the first conference number. Currently, a first audio-video conference is created in an interactive tablet.
Optionally, in order to avoid the situation that the electronic terminal cannot join due to the interaction panel not creating the first audio/video conference, step 252 may specifically be: according to the conference joining instruction, the interactive flat board is instructed to create a first audio-video conference; and receiving a first completion notification fed back by the interaction panel, wherein the first completion notification comprises a first meeting number, and the first completion notification is generated after the interaction panel determines that the interaction panel participates in the first audio-video conference or completes the creation of the first audio-video conference.
Illustratively, the conference joining instructions are further for instructing the interactive tablet to create the first audio video conference. When the interaction flat plate receives a conference joining instruction, determining whether a first audio-video conference is established or not, if so, determining that the interaction flat plate is currently participated in the first audio-video conference, and if not, establishing the first audio-video conference. And then, the interaction panel generates a first completion notification and feeds the first completion notification back to the electronic terminal. Optionally, the first completion notification comprises a first session number. And after the electronic terminal receives the first completion notification, determining that the first audio-video conference exists in the interactive flat plate. Then, the electronic terminal acquires the first meeting number in the first completion notification, and then, performs step 253. Optionally, when the interactive flat confirms that the first audio-video conference is completed, writing related content of the conference completion in the first completion notification, and when the interactive flat confirms that the first audio-video conference is participated, writing related content of the conference in the first completion notification.
Optionally, in order to avoid the situation that the electronic terminal cannot join due to the interaction panel not creating the first audio/video conference, step 252 may specifically be: according to the conference joining instruction, a first conference state and a first conference number of the interaction panel are obtained from the interaction panel; accordingly, step 253 may be specifically: when the first meeting state is a no meeting state, the interaction panel is instructed to create a first audio-video meeting; receiving a second completion notification fed back by the interaction panel, wherein the second completion notification is generated after the interaction panel completes the creation of the first audio-video conference; adding a first audio/video conference according to a first conference number; and when the first meeting state is the meeting-existence state, adding the first audio/video meeting participated by the interactive flat plate according to the first meeting number.
The interaction panel receives a conference joining instruction, determines that the electronic terminal is to join in the first audio/video conference, and feeds back the conference state and the first conference number of the interaction panel to the electronic terminal. Currently, the conference state of the interactive tablet is noted as a first conference state, which is used to describe whether the interactive tablet has currently participated in the audio-video conference. The electronic terminal identifies the first meeting state, and if the first meeting state is determined to be the meeting state, the interaction panel is indicated to have created the first audio-video meeting, so that the first audio-video meeting can be directly added based on the first meeting number.
If the first conference state is determined to be the conference-free state, the fact that the interaction panel does not create the first audio-video conference is indicated, at this time, the electronic terminal generates a conference creation instruction and sends the conference creation instruction to the interaction panel, the conference creation instruction is used for indicating the interaction panel to create the first audio-video conference, and the conference creation instruction can be automatically generated by the electronic terminal. After the interaction panel completes the creation of the first audio-video conference, a second completion notification is generated and fed back to the electronic terminal. And after the electronic terminal receives the second completion notification, determining that the interactive flat board has created the first audio-video conference, and then joining the first audio-video conference based on the first conference number. The second completion notification is used for notifying the electronic terminal that the first audio-video conference is created by the current interaction panel.
Alternatively, in addition to considering the first meeting status, it needs to be considered whether itself is already in the meeting, at this point, step 252 may be specifically: according to the conference joining instruction, a first conference state and a first conference number of the interaction panel are obtained from the interaction panel, and a second conference state of the interaction panel is obtained; accordingly, step 253 may be specifically: when the first meeting state is a meeting-existence state and the second meeting state is a meeting-non state, adding a first audio/video meeting participated by the interactive flat plate according to the first meeting number; when the first conference state and the second conference state are conference states, judging whether the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference participated in by the user are the same audio-video conference or not; if the audio and video conferences are not the same audio and video conferences, the second audio and video conference is exited, and the first audio and video conference is added according to the first conference number; when the first conference state and the second conference state are both conference-free states, the interaction panel is instructed to create a first audio-video conference; receiving a third completion notification fed back by the interaction panel, wherein the third completion notification is generated after the interaction panel completes the creation of the first audio-video conference; adding a first audio/video conference according to a first conference number; when the first meeting state is a no meeting state and the second meeting state is a meeting state, the second audio-video meeting is exited, and the interaction panel is instructed to create the first audio-video meeting; receiving a third completion notification fed back by the interactive flat panel; and joining the first audio-video conference according to the first conference number.
At present, the conference state of the electronic terminal is recorded as a second conference state, and it can be understood that the second conference state can also comprise a conference state and a non-conference state, wherein the conference state means that the electronic terminal is currently participating in an audio-video conference, and at present, the audio-video conference in which the electronic terminal is currently participating is recorded as a second audio-video conference. The no-meeting state means that the electronic terminal does not participate in the audio-video meeting currently.
The method includes that after receiving a conference joining instruction, the interaction panel determines that the electronic terminal is to join in a first audio/video conference, at this time, the interaction panel feeds back a first conference state and a first conference number to the electronic terminal, and meanwhile, the electronic terminal acquires a second conference state of the electronic terminal.
If the electronic terminal determines that the first conference state is the conference state and the second conference state is the conference-free state, the interaction panel is indicated to participate in the first audio-video conference and not participate in the audio-video conference, so that the electronic terminal joins the first audio-video conference according to the first conference number.
If the electronic terminal determines that the first conference state and the second conference state are both conference states, the interactive flat board is determined to participate in the first audio-video conference, and the electronic terminal itself is determined to participate in the second audio-video conference, at this time, whether the second audio-video conference is the first audio-video conference participated in by the interactive flat board needs to be judged first, that is, whether the two audio-video conferences are the same audio-video conference is judged, if yes, the electronic terminal only needs to keep participating in the second audio-video conference, if not, the electronic terminal needs to exit from the second audio-video conference participated currently, and the electronic terminal joins the first audio-video conference according to the first conference number.
In one embodiment, the conference number corresponding to the second audio-video conference is recorded as a second conference number. It can be understood that one audio-video conference has a unique conference number, and thus, by judging whether the first conference number and the second conference number are identical, it can be determined whether the two audio-video conferences are the same audio-video conference. At this time, determining whether the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference that participate in themselves are the same audio-video conference includes: acquiring a second conference number of a second audio-video conference participated in by the user; judging whether the first conference number is consistent with the second conference number; if the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference are consistent, determining that the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference are the same audio-video conference; if the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference are inconsistent, the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference are not the same audio-video conference. The electronic terminal stores the conference number when joining the corresponding audio/video conference through the conference number. When the first conference state and the second conference state are both conference states, the electronic terminal acquires the second conference number, judges whether the second conference number and the first conference number are the same character string, if so, determines that the two conference numbers are consistent, namely, the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference are the same audio-video conference, otherwise, determines that the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference are not the same audio-video conference, and optionally, the electronic terminal can synchronously delete the second conference number when exiting the second audio-video conference.
If the electronic terminal determines that the first conference state and the second conference state are both conference-free states, it is determined that the interaction panel does not create the first audio-video conference, and does not participate in the audio-video conference, at this time, the electronic terminal instructs the interaction panel to create the first audio-video conference (the process may refer to the process of instructing the interaction panel to create the first audio-video conference in the previous alternative embodiment), and after receiving the third completion notification fed back by the interaction panel, the electronic terminal joins the first audio-video conference according to the first conference number. Optionally, the third completion notification and the second completion notification are the same notification.
If the electronic terminal determines that the first meeting state is the no meeting state and the second meeting state is the meeting state, the electronic terminal determines that the interaction panel does not establish the first audio-video meeting and participates in the second audio-video meeting, at the moment, the electronic terminal exits the second audio-video meeting, instructs the interaction panel to establish the first audio-video meeting, and joins the first audio-video meeting according to the first meeting number after receiving a third completion notification.
It should be noted that, the above only describes the operation logic of the electronic terminal in different first conference states and different second conference states, and does not limit the recognition sequence of the conference states, in practical application, the first conference state and the second conference state may be recognized simultaneously, the first conference state is recognized first, the second conference state is recognized first, or the second conference state is recognized first, and then the first conference state is recognized.
In one embodiment, after joining the first audio-video conference participated by the interactive tablet, the method may further include: and sending a meeting notification to the server so that the server updates the information of the participant terminal of the first audio-video conference according to the meeting notification. Illustratively, each ongoing audio-video conference currently has a corresponding conference list in the server, and the conference list is maintained by the server. Terminal information of each participant terminal (such as an electronic terminal and an interaction panel) participating in the audio-video conference is recorded in the conference list, and currently, the terminal information of each participant terminal is recorded as participant terminal information, and the corresponding participant terminal can be determined through the participant terminal information, wherein the content contained in the participant terminal information is not limited currently. Optionally, after a participant terminal joins or creates the first audio/video conference, a conference notification is sent to the server, where the conference notification includes own participant terminal information, a corresponding conference number, and a conference identifier. The server determines that the participant terminal joins the audio-video conference according to the conference identification, then finds a corresponding conference list through the conference number and adds the participant terminal information in the conference list so as to ensure the effectiveness of the conference list.
And step 260, when the character string meets the second condition, determining that the first conference number is acquired.
Step 270, determining whether the first conference number has a bound first connection code. If there is a bound first connection code, step 240 is performed. If there is no bound first connection code, step 280 is performed.
After the first session number is acquired, the electronic terminal performs reverse judgment to determine whether the first session number has a bound first connection code. In one embodiment, the electronic terminal sends the first session number to the server, the server parses the first session number, searches for whether the first session number has a bound first connection code in the connection code stored in the server and binding information of the session number, if so, feeds back the first connection code to the electronic terminal, and then the electronic terminal determines that the first connection code is obtained and performs processing according to the operation logic for obtaining the first connection code, that is, performs step 240. If not, the server notifies the electronic terminal that the first session number is not the bound first connection code, and then the electronic terminal performs step 280.
Optionally, after the electronic terminal obtains the first connection code according to the first conference number, the electronic terminal prompts whether to connect the interactive flat board to the user, determines whether to connect the interactive flat board according to the selection of the user, if the user selects to connect, step 240 is executed, otherwise, step 280 is executed, so that when the user does not want to connect the interactive flat board, the user can join the corresponding audio/video conference only through the conference number, and the existing audio/video function is not affected.
And step 280, adding a third audio/video conference according to the first conference number. And (5) ending.
The electronic terminal is connected to the corresponding audio/video conference based on the first conference number when the first connection code is not bound to the first conference number, and is not required to be connected to the interactive tablet. It can be understood that, based on the principle that one conference number corresponds to one audio/video conference, the third audio/video conference and the first audio/video conference should be the same conference, in an embodiment, because when the electronic terminal joins the third audio/video conference, it is not necessary to confirm whether the interactive tablet participates in the third audio/video conference, so in order to facilitate distinguishing from the situation that the interactive tablet participates in the first audio/video conference, the audio/video conference that is currently joined based on the first conference number is recorded as the third audio/video conference.
Optionally, the electronic terminal sends the first conference number to the server, the server confirms whether the third audio-video conference is currently created, if so, the electronic terminal is added to the third audio-video conference, and at this time, the electronic terminal can be understood as a participant. If not, the electronic terminal is instructed to create a third audio-video conference, and at this time, the electronic terminal can be understood as a moderator. Thereafter, the functions of the host or participant in the related art may be performed.
Step 290, receiving a meeting exit instruction.
The electronic terminal may also exit the first audio-video conference after joining the first audio-video conference. Currently, a command for indicating the electronic terminal to exit the audio/video conference currently participated is recorded as a conference exit command. The conference exit instruction may be generated by a user of the electronic terminal operating in the electronic terminal, for example, the user invokes a virtual key for exiting the conference in the electronic terminal, and issues the conference exit instruction by triggering (e.g., clicking) the virtual key.
Step 2100, judging whether the interactive flat board is connected currently according to the meeting exit instruction. If the interactive tablet is connected, then step 2110 is performed. If the interactive tablet is not connected, then step 2120 is performed.
In one embodiment, the electronic terminal includes two cases when joining an audio/video conference, one is a case of connecting an interactive tablet (i.e. the connection code is bound with the conference number), and the other is a case of not connecting the interactive tablet (i.e. the connection code is not bound with the conference number), and when exiting the conference, the operation logic corresponding to the two cases is different. At this time, after receiving the meeting exit instruction, the electronic terminal needs to determine whether a communication connection is established between itself and the interactive flat board. For example, the electronic terminal obtains the current recorded connection state, where the connection state is used to indicate whether the interactive tablet is currently connected, and at this time, it can be determined whether to establish a communication connection with the interactive tablet according to the connection state.
Step 2110, the first audio-video conference is exited and the communication connection with the interactive tablet is disconnected.
Optionally, when the electronic terminal connects to the interactive tablet, the electronic terminal exits the currently added first audio/video conference and notifies the interactive tablet to disconnect. And then, the interaction panel is disconnected with the electronic terminal according to the notification of the electronic terminal.
In one embodiment, when the electronic terminal exits the audio/video conference, the electronic terminal may exit the audio/video conference alone or may dismiss the audio/video conference, and at this time, step 2110 specifically includes: when the conference exit instruction is used for dismissing the conference, dismissing the first audio-video conference and disconnecting the communication connection with the interaction panel; and when the conference exit instruction is used for exiting the conference, the conference exit instruction exits the first audio-video conference and disconnects the communication connection with the interaction tablet.
When the user operates the electronic terminal to send out the conference exit instruction, the electronic terminal provides two options for the user, wherein one option is to leave the conference only, and the other option is to dismiss the conference, and then the electronic terminal generates the conference exit instruction according to the selection of the user. If the user selects to leave the conference only, the conference generation instruction is used for leaving the conference, and at the moment, the electronic terminal only leaves the first audio-video conference, and the first audio-video conference still continues. If the user selects to break up the conference, the conference generation instruction is used for breaking up the conference, and at the moment, the electronic terminal breaks up the first audio-video conference. Optionally, when the first audio-video conference is released, the electronic terminal notifies the server to release the first audio-video conference, or the electronic terminal directly sends a notification of exiting the conference to other participant terminals of the first audio-video conference, and then the other participant terminals exit the first audio-video conference, so as to achieve the purpose of releasing the conference.
In practical application, the first audio-video conference can be exited first, and then whether the interactive panel is connected currently or not can be judged.
In one embodiment, after exiting the first audio-video conference, the method includes: and sending a refund notification to the server so that the server refund notification updates the participant terminal information of the first audio-video conference. The server determines that the participant terminal exits the audio-video conference according to the meeting rejection identification, finds a corresponding conference list through the meeting number, and deletes the participant terminal information in the conference list or adds the meeting rejection identification to the participant terminal information in the conference list so as to ensure the effectiveness of the conference list.
Step 2120, exit the first audio video conference.
And when the electronic terminal is not connected with the interactive flat plate, the first audio/video conference can be directly exited. Optionally, when exiting the first audio-video conference, the user may leave the first audio-video conference or detach the first audio-video conference.
Above-mentioned, through binding first tie-up code and first meeting number, can guarantee the unification of connection function and audio-video conferencing function and link up, can obtain corresponding first meeting number after the electronic terminal connects interactive dull and stereotyped, have promptly and joined the ability of the first audio-video conference that interactive dull and stereotyped participated in, need not the user of electronic terminal to additionally input first meeting number, simplified user's operation process. And after the electronic terminal is connected with the interactive flat plate, when the electronic terminal joins the audio-video conference according to the first conference number, various operation logics are flexibly set, the rationality of joining the first audio-video conference is ensured, and a new joining mode is provided for joining the audio-video conference by the electronic terminal in different places. And when the first meeting number is acquired, whether the first binding connection code exists or not is judged reversely, and automatic connection with the interactive flat board can be realized when the first meeting number is input. And when the first audio/video conference is exited, the connection with the interactive flat plate is interrupted, so that the synchronization of the conference and the connection can be ensured. When the first audio-video conference is exited, two modes of exiting and dismissing are provided, so that the mode of exiting the conference is more flexible, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In one embodiment, when the electronic terminal participates in the audio-video conference, other electronic terminals may be invited to join the audio-video conference. At this time, after joining the first audio/video conference in which the interactive tablet participates, the method includes: receiving a meeting invitation generating instruction; judging whether an interactive panel is connected currently or not according to a meeting invitation generation instruction; if the interactive flat board is connected, generating meeting invitation according to the first connection code, and sending the meeting invitation to other electronic terminals; if the interactive flat board is not connected, generating meeting invitation according to the first meeting number, and sending the meeting invitation to other electronic terminals.
The conference invitation generating instruction is used for instructing the electronic terminal to generate a conference invitation, and other electronic terminals can join in the audio-video conference currently participated by the electronic terminal according to the conference invitation. The generation mode of the meeting invitation generation instruction is not limited at present, for example, after the electronic terminal joins the first audio-video meeting, a virtual key for inviting other electronic terminals is displayed, when the electronic terminal detects that the virtual key receives a setting operation (such as a clicking operation), the electronic terminal determines to invite the meeting, then the electronic terminal searches a meeting list and a list to be invited of the first audio-video meeting in a server through own participant terminal information, and the list to be invited records participant terminal information of other electronic terminals which can be invited currently, wherein the other electronic terminals which can be invited can be other electronic terminals which are invited by the electronic terminal, or other electronic terminals which are in the same audio-video meeting with the electronic terminal recently (in a period of time), or other electronic terminals which belong to the same user group (such as a company, a school, etc.) with the electronic terminal, or other electronic terminals which are acquired in other modes. Then, the electronic terminal selects other electronic terminals to be invited according to the conference list and the list to be invited of the first audio/video conference, at this time, the process of selecting the other electronic terminals can be regarded as the process of requesting the invitation interface, and then, the corresponding conference invitation is generated according to the requested invitation interface. In one embodiment, when the conference invitation is generated, the electronic terminal judges whether the interactive flat board is connected currently, if the interactive flat board is not connected, the electronic terminal determines that the conference invitation containing the first conference number is only required to be generated, if the interactive flat board is connected, the electronic terminal determines that the conference invitation containing the first conference number is required to be in the same audio-video conference with the interactive flat board, and therefore, the first connection code is written into the conference invitation, namely, the first connection code is added when the invitation interface is required to generate the conference invitation. And then, the other electronic terminals analyze the received meeting invitation to obtain a first meeting number or a first connection code, and process the first meeting number or the first connection code according to corresponding operation logic.
It may be understood that the electronic terminal may also receive the meeting invitation sent by other electronic terminals, if the connection code is resolved, step 240 is performed, and if the meeting number is resolved, step 270 is performed.
By combining the connection condition of the electronic terminals and the interaction panel to generate the conference invitation, when other electronic terminals join in the audio/video conference according to the conference invitation, whether connection with the interaction panel is required to be established or not is determined, and connection synchronism of each electronic terminal of the conference and the interaction panel is ensured.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a scene logic determination according to an embodiment of the present application. Based on the above embodiments, when the connection code and the conference number are bound, referring to fig. 5, the following scenarios may be implemented: 1. acquiring a scene of a connection code and a scene of a conference code; 2. after the interactive flat board is connected, the scene of joining the meeting comprises: the method comprises the steps that when the interaction flat plate and the electronic terminal are in a meeting state, the first connection code and the second connection code are the same, when the interaction flat plate and the electronic terminal are in the meeting state, the first connection code and the second connection code are different, the interaction flat plate is in the meeting state and the electronic terminal is in the non-meeting state, the interaction flat plate is in the non-meeting state and the electronic terminal is in the meeting state, and the interaction flat plate and the electronic terminal are in the non-meeting state; 3. a scene of connecting the interactive flat board when inviting other electronic terminals, and a scene of not connecting the interactive flat board when inviting other electronic terminals; 4. a scene of connecting the interactive flat plate when exiting the first audio-video conference, and a scene of not connecting the interactive flat plate when exiting the first audio-video conference; 5. the scene of the conference is released when the interaction flat plate is disconnected, and the scene of the conference is left when the interaction flat plate is disconnected. Based on the scenes, the conference joining method can be more flexible after the corresponding operation logic is set.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a conference joining method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the conference joining method describes a control procedure of an electronic terminal on an interactive tablet based on the conference joining method. Refer to fig. 6. The conference joining method comprises the following steps:
step 310, a first connection code is acquired, and the first connection code is bound with a first conference number.
Step 320, obtaining the network information of the interactive flat board according to the first connection code.
In one embodiment, when the interactive tablet generates the first connection code based on the network information of the lan, the electronic terminal may obtain the network information (e.g., the communication address in the lan) of the interactive tablet in the lan after analyzing the first connection code. When the interactive flat board generates the first connection code based on the network information of the local area network and the wide area network, the electronic terminal can obtain the network information (such as the communication address in the wide area network and the communication address in the local area network) of the interactive flat board in the local area network and the wide area network after analyzing the first connection code.
Step 330, according to the network information, it is determined whether the interaction panel is in the same local area network. If the same LAN is present, step 340 is performed. If not, step 350 is performed.
The electronic terminal obtains the network information of the local area network, and then judges whether the electronic terminal and the interactive flat board are in the same local area network according to the network information of the local area network and the network information of the interactive flat board in the local area network. For example, each terminal device in the same lan is located in the same network segment, and the network segment (network segment) generally refers to a portion of a computer network that can directly communicate using the same physical layer device (transmission medium, repeater, hub, etc.), and if the communication addresses included in the two network messages are located in the same network segment, it is determined that the electronic terminal and the interactive tablet are located in the same lan, otherwise, it is determined that the electronic terminal and the interactive tablet are not located in the same lan.
Step 340, establishing communication connection with the interactive flat board through the local area network. Step 360 is performed.
The electronic terminal establishes communication connection with the interactive tablet through a local area network communication mode according to the network information of the interactive tablet, wherein the technical means adopted in the local area network communication are not limited currently, for example, the local area network communication is realized through a socket.
Step 350, establishing a communication connection with the interactive tablet through the wide area network. Step 360 is performed.
The electronic terminal establishes a communication connection with the interactive tablet by way of wide area network communication, for example, by way of real-time communication (Instant Messaging, IM for short). At this time, the electronic terminal may acquire network information of the interactive tablet in the wide area network, and establish a communication connection based on the network information. For example, when the electronic terminal obtains the network information of the interactive flat board in the wide area network based on the first connection code, the electronic terminal is in communication connection with the interactive flat board according to the network information. When the electronic terminal obtains the network information of the interactive flat board in the local area network based on the first connection code, the first connection code and/or the network information of the interactive flat board are sent to the server, the server searches the corresponding interactive flat board and obtains the network information of the interactive flat board in the wide area network, and then the server feeds the network information back to the electronic terminal so that the electronic terminal is in communication connection with the interactive flat board according to the network information of the interactive flat board in the wide area network.
Step 360, receive control operation.
For example, after the electronic terminal and the interactive tablet establish a communication connection based on the connection function, the electronic terminal may control the interactive tablet. In one embodiment, fig. 7 is a functional diagram according to one embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 7, after the electronic terminal is connected to the interactive flat board, the electronic terminal may control the interactive flat board to create or join an audio/video conference, share a desktop with the interactive flat board (such as screen throwing), instruct the interactive flat board to record a screen (generate a conference video), instruct the interactive flat board to screen capturing, instruct the interactive flat board to establish a conference schedule (record time, place, subject, etc. of the conference) and a communication record (record a file used in the conference and a generated chat record), and in practical application, may also control the interactive flat board to implement other functions, such as instruct the interactive flat board to perform screen sharing, instruct the interactive flat board to open/close a video or audio function in the audio/video conference, etc. After participating in the audio-video conference, the electronic terminal can invite other electronic terminals to join the audio-video conference, and the other electronic terminals can be connected with the interaction panel when joining the audio-video conference. The electronic terminal may also exit the audio video conference and disconnect from the interactive tablet.
In one embodiment, when the electronic terminal controls the interactive tablet, a control instruction needs to be generated, and the interactive tablet can determine which functions to execute according to the control instruction. Currently, an operation for generating a control instruction is referred to as a control operation. It is understood that different control instructions are generated by different control operations. The user manually sends out the control operation, and the operation mode corresponding to the control operation is not limited at present.
Step 370, generating a control instruction according to the control operation.
It is understood that the conference join instruction belongs to one of the control instructions.
Step 380, sending the control command to the interactive tablet based on the communication connection, so that the interactive tablet responds to the control command.
The electronic terminal, for example, sends control instructions to the interactive tablet based on a communication connection with the interactive tablet.
In one embodiment, the interactive flat board is provided with an application program for control, after the electronic terminal establishes communication connection with the interactive flat board, data or instructions sent by the electronic terminal are sent to the application program for control, for example, after the control instructions are sent, the application program for control analyzes the control instructions and responds. When the electronic terminal indicates the interaction panel to create the audio-video conference, an application program used for control in the interaction panel receives a corresponding instruction, invokes an audio-video conference application (function) and creates the audio-video conference through the audio-video conference application (function).
Above-mentioned, can realize carrying out LAN connection or wide area network connection with interactive flat board through first tie-up code to can control interactive flat board after connecting, realize through wide area network connection and LAN connection two modes under the control of interactive flat board, improve user's meeting experience.
The embodiment of the application also provides a conference joining method, and conference joining equipment for executing the conference joining method is a conference terminal, and currently, the conference joining equipment is taken as an interaction panel for example. Fig. 8 is a flowchart of a conference joining method according to an embodiment of the present application, and refer to fig. 8. The method for joining the conference by the interaction flat plate comprises the following steps:
step 410, request a first session number from a server.
Illustratively, the interactive tablet sends a meeting number request to the server, which creates a meeting number based on the meeting number request and feeds it back to the interactive tablet.
In one embodiment, after the interactive tablet generates the first connection code, a conference number request is automatically generated and sent to the server, and then the first conference number generated by the server is received. When the interactive flat panel detects that the connection function is running, the first connection code is automatically generated, or the interactive flat panel is manually operated by a user to enable the interactive flat panel to generate the first connection code, wherein the operation mode of the manual operation of the user is not limited currently.
In one embodiment, the interactive flat board generates the meeting number request according to the instruction of the user, that is, the user manually operates the interactive flat board to enable the interactive flat board to generate the meeting number request, wherein the operation mode of the manual operation of the user is not limited currently.
Step 420, binding the first conference number with the first connection code currently used.
Illustratively, after the interactive tablet requests the first meeting number, the first meeting number is bound with the first connection code, and then an association relationship between the first meeting number and the first connection code is established. Optionally, if the first connection code is not currently generated by the interactive tablet after the first session number is requested, the first connection code is generated first and then bound with the first session number. In one embodiment, the interactive tablet sends the first connection code, the first conference number and binding information of the first connection code and the first conference number to the server so that the server can determine the binding relation of the first connection code and the first conference number.
Optionally, after the interactive flat board binds the first connection code and the first meeting number, the interactive flat board can create the first audio-video conference based on the first meeting number, or the interactive flat board creates the first audio-video conference according to the instruction of creating the first audio-video conference sent by the electronic terminal.
Step 430, displaying the first connection code.
The first connection code is displayed after the interactive tablet binds the first connection code and the first session number, so that the local user can watch the connection code, and then the local user inputs the first connection code in the electronic terminal. In addition, the local user can also inform the user at different places, so that the user at different places inputs the first connection code in the electronic terminal. Optionally, the interactive tablet continuously displays the first connection code until the interactive tablet is turned off or exits from the currently participating audio-video conference.
Step 440, a communication connection is established with the electronic terminal acquiring the first connection code, and the electronic terminal joins the first audio-video conference participated by the interactive flat board after the communication connection, and the first audio-video conference corresponds to the first conference number.
The electronic terminal, after inputting the first connection code, sends a connection request to the interactive tablet, and the interactive tablet establishes a communication connection with the electronic terminal based on the connection request.
And then, the interaction flat plate feeds back the first meeting number to the electronic terminal based on the communication connection, so that the electronic terminal joins the first audio-video meeting based on the first meeting number.
Above-mentioned, after the interactive flat board binds first meeting number and first tie-up code, can make the electronic terminal connect interactive flat board after, possess the ability of joining the first audio-video conference that interactive flat board participated in, need not the user of electronic terminal extra input meeting number, simplified user's operation process.
It will be appreciated that technical details not described in the present embodiment may be referred to the relevant description of the interactive tablet in the foregoing embodiment, and have corresponding functions and advantageous effects.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart illustrating a conference joining method according to an embodiment of the present application, and the conference joining method shown in fig. 9 is an exemplary description of the conference joining method. Referring to fig. 9, the conference joining method includes: the interactive tablet receives a first meeting number fed back by the server after requesting the meeting number from the server. The interaction tablet binds the first conference number with the first connection code currently in use. The interactive flat panel displays the first connection code. After the user of the electronic terminal views the first connection code, the first connection code is input to the electronic terminal. And the electronic terminal is connected with the interactive flat board according to the first connection code. The interaction panel feeds back the first meeting state and the connector information to the electronic terminal, and the electronic terminal updates the first meeting state and the connector information. At this time, it is determined that the communication connection between the electronic terminal and the interactive panel is established.
And then, the electronic terminal joins the first audio-video conference. And when the first audio-video conference is added, if the interactive flat plate is in a meeting state, directly adding the first audio-video conference participated by the interactive flat plate. If the interaction panel is in a meeting-free state, the interaction panel is instructed to create a first audio-video conference, after the interaction panel creates the first audio-video conference, a completion notification is fed back to the electronic terminal, the completion notification is used for indicating that the interaction panel successfully creates the first audio-video conference, and then the electronic terminal joins the first audio-video conference participated by the interaction panel.
And then, the electronic terminal can exit the first audio-video conference and disconnect from the interactive flat board according to the self requirement.
In the process, when the electronic terminal joins the audio/video conference, the user does not need to input the conference number, and the user operation is simplified.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a conference joining device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the conference joining device is applied to an electronic terminal. Referring to fig. 10, the conference joining apparatus includes: a first acquisition unit 501, a first connection unit 502, and a first joining unit 503.
The first obtaining unit 501 is configured to obtain a first connection code, where the first connection code is bound with a first conference number; the first connection unit 502 is configured to establish a communication connection with a corresponding interactive tablet according to the first connection code; the first joining unit 503 is configured to join a first audio-video conference that is participated in by the interactive tablet, where the first audio-video conference corresponds to the first conference number.
In one embodiment, the first joining unit includes: the instruction receiving subunit is used for receiving conference joining instructions; the conference number acquisition subunit is used for acquiring a first conference number from the interaction panel according to the conference joining instruction; and the conference joining subunit is used for joining the first audio-video conference participated by the interaction panel according to the first conference number.
In one embodiment, the conference number acquisition subunit includes: the first indication grand unit is used for indicating the interaction panel to create a first audio-video conference according to the conference joining instruction; and the first notification grand unit is used for receiving a first completion notification fed back by the interaction panel, wherein the first completion notification comprises a first meeting number, and the first completion notification is generated after the interaction panel determines that the interaction panel participates in the first audio-video conference or completes the creation of the first audio-video conference.
In one embodiment, the conference number acquisition subunit includes: the first state acquisition grandchild unit is used for acquiring a first meeting state and a first meeting number of the interactive flat board from the interactive flat board according to the meeting joining instruction. The conference joining subunit includes: the second indicating grand unit is used for indicating the interaction panel to create the first audio-video conference when the first conference state is the conference-free state; the second notification grand unit is used for receiving a second completion notification fed back by the interaction panel, and the second completion notification is generated after the interaction panel completes the creation of the first audio-video conference; the first meeting grand unit is used for joining a first audio/video meeting according to the first meeting number; and the second conference adding unit is used for adding the first audio/video conference participated by the interaction panel according to the first conference number when the first conference state is the conference state.

In one embodiment, the conference judging grandchild unit is specifically configured to: acquiring a second conference number of a second audio-video conference participated in by the user; judging whether the first conference number is consistent with the second conference number; if the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference are consistent, determining that the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference are the same audio-video conference; if the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference are inconsistent, the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference are not the same audio-video conference.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: the second display unit is used for displaying a connection prompt and a conference prompt after the first audio-video conference participated in by the interactive flat plate is added, wherein the connection prompt is a prompt for connecting the interactive flat plate, and the conference prompt is a prompt for adding the first audio-video conference.

In one embodiment, the conference number acquisition subunit is further configured to: obtaining connector information from the interactive flat board, wherein the connector information records terminal information of each electronic terminal currently connected with the interactive flat board; and updating the locally recorded connector information according to the connector information fed back by the interactive flat plate.
In one embodiment, the third sending unit is configured to send a meeting notification to the server after joining the first audio-video conference participated in by the interactive tablet, so that the server updates the participant terminal information of the first audio-video conference according to the meeting notification; and the fourth sending unit is used for sending a meeting return notification to the server after the first audio-video conference is exited, so that the server updates the information of the participant terminal of the first audio-video conference according to the meeting return notification.

Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a conference joining device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the conference joining device is applied to an interactive tablet. Referring to fig. 11, the conference joining apparatus includes: a first requesting unit 601, a first binding unit 602, a first display unit 603, and a second connecting unit 604.
Wherein, the first request unit 601 is configured to request a first session number from a server; a first binding unit 602 for binding the first session number with a first connection code currently used; a first display unit 603 for displaying the first connection code; the second connection unit 604 is configured to establish a communication connection with an electronic terminal that obtains a first connection code, where the electronic terminal joins a first audio/video conference that the interactive tablet participates in after the communication connection, and the first audio/video conference corresponds to the first conference number.
The conference joining device provided by the embodiment is contained in the interaction panel, and can be used for executing the conference joining method executed by the interaction panel provided by any embodiment, and has corresponding functions and beneficial effects.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment of the conference joining apparatus, each unit and module included are only divided according to the functional logic, but not limited to the above division, so long as the corresponding functions can be implemented; in addition, the specific names of the functional units are also only for distinguishing from each other, and are not used to limit the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic terminal according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 12, the electronic terminal includes a processor 50, a memory 51, an input device 52, an output device 53, a display 54, and a communication device 55; the number of processors 50 in the electronic terminal may be one or more, one processor 50 being taken as an example in fig. 12; the processor 50, the memory 51, the input device 52, the output device 53, the display 54 and the communication device 55 in the electronic terminal may be connected by a bus or other means, in fig. 12 by way of example.
The memory 51 is a computer-readable storage medium, and may be used to store a software program, a computer-executable program, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to a conference joining method performed by an electronic terminal in an embodiment of the present application (for example, the first acquisition unit 501, the first connection unit 502, and the first joining unit 503 in a conference joining apparatus included in the electronic terminal). The processor 50 executes various functional applications and data processing of the electronic terminal by running software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 51, i.e., implements the conference joining method executed by the electronic terminal as described above.
The memory 51 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, at least one application program required for functions; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the electronic terminal, and the like. In addition, memory 51 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid-state storage device. In some examples, memory 51 may further include memory located remotely from processor 50, which may be connected to the electronic terminal via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 52 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and to generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the electronic terminal. The output means 53 may comprise an audio playing means or the like. The display 54 may be a display with touch function, and the display 54 displays, for example, connection prompts, conference prompts, and the like, according to instructions from the processor 50. The communication means 55 are for implementing communication functions, such as communication with the interactive tablet and server, according to the instructions of the processor 50.
The electronic terminal comprises the conference joining device, can be used for executing the conference joining method executed by the electronic terminal in any embodiment, and has corresponding functions and beneficial effects.
Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of an interactive tablet according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 13, the interactive tablet includes a processor 60, a memory 61, an input device 62, an output device 63, a display screen 64, and a communication device 65; the number of processors 60 in the interactive tablet may be one or more, one processor 60 being taken as an example in fig. 13; the processor 60, memory 61, input means 62, output means 63, display 64 and communication means 65 in the interactive tablet may be connected by a bus or other means, for example by a bus connection in fig. 13.
The memory 61 is a computer-readable storage medium, and may be used to store a software program, a computer-executable program, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to a conference joining method performed by an interactive tablet in an embodiment of the present application (for example, a first requesting unit 601, a first binding unit 602, a first display unit 603, and a second connecting unit 604 in a conference joining apparatus included in the interactive tablet). The processor 60 executes various functional applications of the interactive tablet and data processing by running software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 61, i.e. implements the conference joining method performed by the interactive tablet described above.
The memory 61 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, at least one application program required for functions; the storage data area may store data created from the use of the interactive pad, etc. In addition, the memory 61 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid-state storage device. The display screen 64 may be a display screen having a touch function, and the display screen 64 displays, for example, a first connection code or the like, according to an instruction of the processor 60. The communication means 65 implements communication functions, such as communication with electronic terminals and servers, according to the processor 60.
The interaction panel comprises the interaction realizing device, can be used for executing the conference joining method executed by the interaction panel in any embodiment, and has corresponding functions and beneficial effects.
The embodiments of the present application also provide a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, are configured to perform the relevant operations in the conference joining method provided in any of the embodiments of the present application, and have corresponding functions and advantages.

Claims (22)

receiving a conference joining instruction;
acquiring the first meeting number from the interaction panel according to the meeting joining instruction;
and adding the first audio-video conference participated by the interactive flat plate according to the first conference number.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining the first conference number from the interactive tablet according to the conference join instruction comprises:
according to the conference joining instruction, the interaction panel is instructed to create a first audio-video conference;
and receiving a first completion notification fed back by the interaction panel, wherein the first completion notification comprises the first meeting number, and the first completion notification is generated after the interaction panel determines that the interaction panel participates in the first audio-video conference or completes the creation of the first audio-video conference.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining the first conference number from the interactive tablet according to the conference join instruction comprises:
acquiring a first conference state and the first conference number of the interaction panel from the interaction panel according to the conference joining instruction;
the joining of the first audio-video conference with the interactive flat participation according to the first conference number comprises:
when the first meeting state is a no meeting state, the interaction panel is instructed to create a first audio-video meeting;

adding the first audio/video conference according to the first conference number;
when the first meeting state is a no meeting state and the second meeting state is a meeting state, the second audio-video meeting is exited, and the interaction panel is instructed to create a first audio-video meeting;

and adding the first audio and video conference according to the first conference number.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining whether the second audio-visual conference and the first audio-visual conference that are participating in the second audio-visual conference are the same audio-visual conference comprises:
acquiring a second conference number of a second audio-video conference participated in by the user;
judging whether the first conference number is consistent with the second conference number;
if the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference are consistent, determining that the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference are the same audio-video conference;
if the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference are inconsistent, determining that the second audio-video conference and the first audio-video conference are not the same audio-video conference.
