Detailed Description
The application is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration and not of limitation. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the structures related to the present application are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the present disclosure is not limited to all the alternative embodiments, and those skilled in the art who review this disclosure will recognize that any combination of the features may be used to construct the alternative embodiments as long as the features are not mutually inconsistent.
The following describes various embodiments of the present invention in detail.
In the multi-person interaction scenes such as conferences, teaching, discussions, brainstorms and the like, information transmission among a plurality of participants is realized through speaking, vision and hearing in a long historical period, and the information transmission can provide good communication experience for the participants, but the information recording in the communication process depends on the recording of the participants according to personal habits and abilities, and the actually transmitted information can be lost.
With the development of information technology, richer means are provided for information display and information recording in a multi-person interaction scene, especially multi-person interaction based on conference equipment, each participant can concentrate the content to be displayed to the conference equipment for display, and can also throw a screen to the conference equipment for display after a personal terminal opens a file. The conference device may be a hardware product (such as an interactive tablet) specially developed based on the conference scene, or may be a content presentation device using an existing device (a large-sized smart tv).
Under the application scene of carrying out multi-person interaction based on conference equipment, the actual content of a file can be displayed to all participants through the conference equipment, but file transmission among the participants and between the participants and the conference is usually completed by operating a file transmission tool through mobile storage equipment or both sides, so that the transmission operation of file data is complex and the transmission efficiency is low. Especially when there is multiple people involved and multiple inter-people file save needs, file transfer may require queuing.
The conference equipment for realizing the file transmission method in the scheme has the characteristics of large size, independent operation of an operating system and network access, so that the design requirements of displaying collaboration information to multiple persons, transmitting necessary data with terminal equipment, connecting with a network of remote equipment and the like can be met.
In the specific embodiment, the interactive flat board is used as the main mode of the conference equipment for scheme explanation. The interactive flat board in the scheme can be integrated equipment for controlling the content displayed on the display flat board and realizing man-machine interaction operation through a touch technology, and integrates one or more functions of a projector, an electronic whiteboard, a curtain, sound equipment, a television, a video conference terminal and the like.
Generally, as shown in FIG. 2, the interactive tablet 11 includes at least one display screen 12. For example, the interactive tablet 11 is configured with a touch-enabled display screen 12, and the display screen 12 may be a capacitive screen, a resistive screen, or an electromagnetic screen. In this embodiment, further, the user may touch the display screen 12 with a finger or a stylus, and accordingly, the interactive panel 12 detects a touch position and responds according to the touch position to implement a touch function. Typically, the interactive tablet 11 is installed with at least one operating system, wherein the operating system includes, but is not limited to, an android system, a Linux system, and a Windows system.
The interaction panel is used as interaction equipment mainly used for supporting a multi-person communication scene, and the software is mainly used for realizing functional requirements in the multi-person communication scene. For example, the interactive tablet may install at least one application program with a presentation function, where the application program may be an application program that is self-contained in an operating system; at the same time, applications downloaded from a third party device or server are also installed. Optionally, the program with the manuscript demonstration function has the basic function of displaying edited content, and also has the editing functions in other demonstration processes, such as form insertion, picture insertion, figure insertion, form drawing, figure drawing and the like, so as to realize the real-time information input and the real-time display of the input content of the user in the information display process, and further improve the information display and interaction effects in the manuscript demonstration process. For example, the interactive tablet may be provided with at least one application program having a whiteboard function, and the user may implement real-time writing recording, modification and saving in the multi-user cooperative communication scene based on the application program.
To further improve the convenience in file transfer in the multi-user communication scenario, the interactive tablet 11 may install an application program to implement receiving and displaying of the screen-throwing picture, so that the architecture shown in fig. 3 is used to support data transmission in the multi-user communication scenario, that is, one or more of the participants in the multi-user communication, and the personal terminal device is connected to the interactive tablet 11 through a local area network or a wide area network, where the personal terminal device and the interactive tablet 11 are simultaneously connected to the server 30 through a network. In the specific scenario shown in fig. 3, the terminal device may be a personal computer 21 or a mobile terminal 22, and a single participant may be connected to only the personal computer 21 or the mobile terminal 22, or may be connected to both the personal computer 21 and the mobile terminal 22. Based on the architecture shown in fig. 3, the multi-person communication is no longer merely a communication focused on the interaction tablet 11, but rather a collaborative interaction process of all participants at the respective terminal devices. In this scheme, a terminal device used by a conference participant in a personal manner is defined as a first device, and a device for presenting conference focus information to all participants is defined as a second device.
The participant copies the file to be displayed on the interactive flat 11 through the mobile storage device or sends the file to the interactive flat 11 through the file transmission tool, and then opens the file on the interactive flat 11 for display; or directly display on the personal terminal device and screen the interactive flat panel 11 for display. If a participant were to obtain a file presented by another person, it would also need to be copied by a mobile storage device or received from the other party by a file transfer tool. In either way, the respective operations of the corresponding participants at the two terminal devices are required, and the file transmission efficiency is low.
Based on the architecture shown in fig. 3, the file transmission method is simple to operate in a conference scene and efficient in transmission. In the implementation of the present solution, it is not limited which of the interactive tablet 11 and the terminal device is the actual focal device for presenting the conference content, which is the actual personal device used by the participant in a person, i.e. the interactive tablet 11 may be used by a certain participant to participate in the conference scene, and a certain personal computer 22 may also be used by another personal computer 22 to participate in the conference scene as the focal device for presenting the conference content. The hardware architecture of the present solution may even have no interaction tablet 11, i.e. a plurality of terminal devices are connected to the server 30, where one terminal device is used as a focal device for presenting conference content, and assumes the role of the interaction tablet 11 in fig. 3, and the remaining terminal devices are used by the participants as terminals for personal collaborative interaction.
In the scheme, the first equipment and the second equipment are both provided with corresponding software for realizing the scheme. The first device is mainly provided with file management software, which is different from the existing file management tools such as personal computer systems, the file management software can be registered by an account in a server, the first device can log in the file management software by using the account, and a specific file management mode of the file management software can be managed according to a storage path or according to a file type, and the specific file management mode is not limited.
For the second device, a collaboration application is mainly installed for implementing collaboration interaction with the first device and other second devices. The normal use of the collaboration application also requires the corresponding account registration and login, and all participants in the conference scene can log in the account at the personal terminal equipment and perform rich interaction of data through the server. For example, in the conference process, the first device is controlled, the local file is uploaded to the personal data space, the audio/video conference is initiated, and the data transmission is performed after the communication with the participant corresponding to the other second device. In a specific use process, the first device may also display an identifier of the second device that is currently accessed, and so on.
The file management software and the collaboration application can be regarded as client software for providing corresponding function realization aiming at the unused equipment roles under the same data service system, and the file management software and the collaboration application can realize data interaction based on the same data service system. In the process of implementing the scheme, the collaboration application and the file management software can log in through the same account number, if necessary, the functions of the collaboration application and the file management software can be integrated into the same client software, namely, the first device and the second device actually use the same or different versions of the same client software. For convenience of description, the collaboration application and the file management software are used as client software corresponding to the first device and the second device respectively.
The file management software and the cooperative application only have corresponding functions and can perform data interaction under the framework of the software and the hardware, and do not represent the limitation of specific software names, for example, the file management software can be named as file demonstration and file browsing; collaborative applications may be named collaboration platforms, collaboration conferences, and the like.
It should be noted that the first device and the second device are only used to define the roles of the devices when they use a specific function in the conference scenario. For a certain electronic device it is possible to install both the collaborative application and the file management software, which uses the collaborative application as a first device in a certain conference scenario and the file management software as a second device in another conference scenario. A common way of assigning roles to hardware devices is that the interaction tablet 11 shown in fig. 3 is used as a second device, and the mobile terminal 22 or the personal computer 21 of the conference participant is used as a first device, and the embodiment of the present invention is specifically described based on this manner of assigning roles.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of interface change and data flow of a file transmission method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the file transmission method is comprehensively described based on the interface change and data flow shown in fig. 1, where the file transmission method may be described as including steps S101 to S121:
step S101: the second device receives a file window opening instruction.
Referring to fig. 1, if the second device 10 exists only as an isolated hardware individual, the conference focus information is mainly displayed, and the conference focus information can be displayed on screen with other terminal devices basically only through a screen projector or screen projection software. In this scenario, the second device 10 establishes communication association with other devices within the architecture shown in fig. 3 through the received file window opening instruction.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of an exemplary file window opening instruction. After the interactive flat panel 11 is started, the display screen 12 displays a display interface 13 of the interactive flat panel 11 to display a system desktop, and the system desktop includes at least one icon 131 of software, for example, an icon 131 of file management software, in the display interface 13 shown in fig. 4, the name of the file management software is "file demonstration", that is, the icon 131 of the file management software is the icon 131 corresponding to "file demonstration". An exemplary implementation of the file window opening instruction is to receive an opening instruction of an icon 131 of file management software as the file window opening instruction, specifically to the display interface 13 shown in fig. 4, and when a triggering operation of the icon 131 of "file demonstration" is detected, that is, when the opening instruction of the icon 131 of "file demonstration" is received, confirm that the file window opening instruction is received.
In the specific implementation process of the scheme, the operation instruction for inserting the file into the whiteboard application window can also be received as a file window opening instruction. In the interactive tablet 11, the whiteboard application, that is, the application program with the whiteboard function described above, may support the insertion of a third party file corresponding to various other file editing programs for display in the whiteboard application window, for example, inserting a document, a table, a picture, etc. in the whiteboard application. When the operation instruction of inserting the file is detected in the whiteboard application window, the receiving of the file window opening instruction can be confirmed.
It should be noted that, in the process of receiving the file window opening instruction at a time, only one specific implementation manner is provided, but in the implementation of the final product, two implementation manners of the file window opening instruction are provided, that is, any opening operation detected in the first device can confirm that the file window opening instruction is received. The operation can be realized by detecting the single-finger touch of the corresponding icon through the touch screen or by detecting the corresponding icon through the mouse, the subsequent operation can be realized by various interaction devices, the specific interaction device realizes the corresponding operation in the prior art, and the subsequent operation is not emphasized separately.
Step S102: the second device responds to a file window opening instruction, sends a file directory of a local storage file to the server, opens a file management window, and displays a two-dimensional code, wherein the two-dimensional code carries access address information of the file directory in the server.
In response to the file window opening instruction, the file management window 132 shown in fig. 5 is opened, where the file management window 132 is used as an interactive interface for a user to operate a file stored locally in the second device 10, where a file icon 133 corresponding to the file stored in the second device 10 is displayed, and the locally stored file mainly refers to a user file stored in the second device 10, and if necessary, a system file may also be displayed according to a default setting or an operation of the user. In the file management window 132 shown in fig. 5, 5 locally stored files, i.e., pre-study, etc., are displayed. In the file management window 132, a search of the local storage file may also be performed, so as to achieve quick positioning of the target file.
When the second device 10 starts the file management software, it sends the file directory of the local storage file to the server 30, and as soon as possible, obtains the access address information returned by the server 30, and when the file management window 132 displays the icon of the local storage file, it displays the two-dimensional code 134 generated according to the access address information, as shown in fig. 5.
Step S103: the server receives and stores the file catalogue sent by the second device and sends access address information to the second device.
After receiving the file directory sent by the second device 10, the server 30 saves the file directory, and sends access address information corresponding to the saved address to the second device 10, so that the second device 10 displays the two-dimensional code 134 corresponding to the access address information 134 while the file management window 132 displays the file icon 133.
It may be found that, when the step S103 and the step S102 are not strictly executed, the access address information is actually obtained and the two-dimensional code 134 is generated when the file management window 132 is displayed in the step S102, that is, after the step S103 is implemented in part of the details in the step S102, the step with higher association degree of specific execution is described as a step by taking the relevant equipment for executing the step as a reference, and the step numbers do not strictly indicate the sequence of the steps, mainly indicate the overall implementation process of a device in the implementation process of the scheme.
Step S104: the first device obtains access address information through the collaborative application identification two-dimensional code, initiates an access request to the server, and enters a file transmission interface, wherein the file transmission interface comprises a file downloading area and a file uploading area.
After the collaboration application is started and logged in the first device 20, a display page 23 of the first device 20 is shown in fig. 6, where a main page of the collaboration application is displayed, where information for implementing a collaboration interaction process and various operation controls may be displayed, and the interaction implementation of a specific collaboration application is not an important implementation point of the present solution, and will not be described in excessive detail herein. In the main page of the collaborative application, associated with the implementation of the present scheme is a sweep code control 231 as shown in fig. 6. When a specific conference participant participates in the cooperative interaction in the conference scene by using a personal terminal device (i.e., the first device 20), if there is a file transmission requirement with the second device 10, the specific conference participant performs file transmission and reception by accessing a file directory stored in the server 30. In cooperation, when the triggering operation on the code scanning control 231 is detected, the camera is called to acquire information, specifically in the scheme, when the two-dimensional code corresponding to the access address information provided by the server 30 is identified, the server 30 is accessed based on the access address information to acquire a file directory, the display page 23 is switched to display a file transmission interface, the file transmission interface is shown in fig. 7 and corresponds to the uploading operation and the downloading operation of file transmission, and the file transmission interface comprises a file downloading area and a file uploading area and respectively corresponds to the triggering file downloading operation and the file uploading operation. Wherein the file directories may not be displayed directly at the file transfer interface after being retrieved from the server 30.
As shown in fig. 7, the "download from device" and the lower partial area correspond to a file download area, and the "upload to device" and the lower partial area correspond to a file upload area.
In a specific implementation process, after the first device 20 enters the file transfer interface through the access address information, because the first device 20 does not directly interact with the second device 10, the file directory of the second device 10 is also already stored in the server 30, so when the first device 20 performs a file transfer related operation on the file transfer interface, the second device 10 may not keep the display state of the file management window 132, but open a file in the file management window 132, or open a whiteboard application to play a central role in focus information presentation.
Step S105: the server receives an access request initiated by the first device according to the access address information, and sends a file directory to the first device.
As described above, in step S105, the access request initiated by the server 30 according to the access address information is actually before the file transfer interface is displayed, and in this embodiment, in order to adapt to the described device dimension, the step of sending the file directory by the server 30 and the first device 20 is actually performed before the file download area is displayed after step S105 in number.
Step S106: the first device receives a download triggering operation generated in the file download area.
As shown in fig. 11, the file download area displays a file download control 234, and when a trigger operation acting on the file download control 234 is detected, it is confirmed that a download trigger operation generated in the file download area is received.
Step S107: the first device responds to the downloading triggering operation, a file downloading interface is displayed, and the file downloading interface is displayed with a first icon corresponding to a file directory acquired from the server according to the access request.
The download triggering operation is received, that is, the file information that can be downloaded from the second device 10 is correspondingly provided, specifically, as shown in fig. 12, a first icon corresponding to a file directory of the second device 10 is displayed in the file download interface, the file directory corresponds to step S105, the icon in the file directory is defined as the first icon according to the access request and is acquired from the server 30. In the display of the file download interface, the first icon may be a thumbnail image or a file name, and specific file information may be provided in the first icon.
Step S108: the first device receives a file downloading operation for at least one first icon in the file downloading interface.
As shown in fig. 12, by operating at least one first icon or a selection frame corresponding to the first icon, it is confirmed that the corresponding file enters a selection state, and when an operation of a confirmation control is received, it is confirmed that a complete file downloading operation is received. Upon receiving the selection operation of the first icon, the number of files currently selected, for example, the number of files selected in fig. 12 is 2, may be simultaneously displayed.
Step S109: and the first equipment responds to the file downloading operation and sends a file downloading request corresponding to at least one first icon to the server.
Step S110: and the server receives a file downloading request sent by the first device according to the file catalogue.
After receiving the confirmed file downloading operation, the first device 20 sends a corresponding file downloading request to the server 30, that is, sends the file information to be downloaded to the server 30.
Step S111: and the server sends a file request instruction to the second device so as to acquire the corresponding file of the file downloading request in the file directory.
Step S112: and the second equipment receives a file request instruction sent by the server according to the file directory.
Step S113: and the second equipment uploads the local storage file corresponding to the file request instruction to the server.
For the server 30, the files in the second device 10 are not synchronously saved. In view of the uncertainty of the first device 20 in downloading the file from the first device 10, it is not necessary to synchronously save the file in the second device 10, and therefore, the server 30 sends a file request instruction to the second device 10 according to the received file download request, so as to instruct the second device 10 to provide the file specified in the file directory by the file download request, and after receiving the file request instruction, the second device 10 uploads the corresponding locally stored file to the server 30.
Step S114: and the server stores the file uploaded by the second device corresponding to the first device.
Step S115: the first device acquires a file corresponding to the file downloading request from the server.
The server 30 stores the file uploaded by the second device 10 corresponding to the first device 20, specifically, may directly store the file in the first device 20, or store the file in a cloud space corresponding to an account currently logged in the first device sending the file downloading request. Specifically, each account number of the collaboration application has a corresponding storage space in the server, and the storage space is used for storing historical collaboration information corresponding to the account number, wherein the historical collaboration information comprises meeting reservation information which is generated, files generated by existing meetings and the like.
And displaying information blocks on the main page of the collaboration application, wherein each information block is used for displaying historical collaboration information corresponding to a conference theme. In the main page shown in fig. 6, two information blocks are displayed, and two files generated by reservation information of an upcoming meeting theme and a history collaboration information are respectively displayed. The file acquired by the first device 20 in this embodiment may be directly acquired into the corresponding storage space, that is, the server 30 directly saves the file acquired from the second device 10 into the storage space of the first device 10 in the server 30 corresponding to the file download request. And adding information blocks corresponding to the main page of the collaborative application to present the latest downloaded file information, and opening, displaying and viewing the downloaded file from the information blocks.
Step S116: the first device receives an upload trigger operation generated in the file upload area.
In the file uploading area, there may be multiple uploading controls for triggering file uploading from different sources. In the file transfer interface shown in fig. 7, the file upload area displays "in-application file", "chat file", "local album" and "local file", which are files of four sources corresponding to the four controls, respectively. Wherein, the file in the application refers to the file generated in the cooperative application and is usually stored in a server; chat files refer to files recorded during file transmission in various social tools and are usually stored in specific folders; the local album and local files are mainly picture files and non-picture files downloaded or directly generated by the first device 20. The above files may also be interleaved, for example, a certain picture file may be a file in a local album or a chat file. If the trigger operation of a certain control in the file uploading area is received, the received uploading trigger operation is confirmed and is the uploading trigger operation for a certain type of file with a specific source.
Step S117: and the first equipment responds to the uploading triggering operation, displays a file uploading interface, and the file uploading interface displays a second icon corresponding to the alternative uploading file.
Step S118: the first device receives a file upload operation for at least one second icon in the file upload interface.
Step S119: and the first equipment responds to the file uploading operation and sends file data corresponding to at least one second icon to the server.
The file uploading operation is similar to the interaction process of the file downloading operation, and the difference is mainly that the transmission directions of the files are different, and referring to fig. 7-10, the files stored in the corresponding storage space in the server 30 by the first device 20 are finally completed.
Step S120: the server acquires file data provided by the first device, and sends the corresponding file to the second device for storage according to the file data.
Based on the storage space corresponding to the first device 20 in the server 30, if the file in the history collaboration information is uploaded by the first device 20, the first device 20 does not need to upload the substantial data of the file, only needs to provide the file identification data, and the server 30 acquires the file identification data provided by the first device 20; extracting a file from a storage space corresponding to the first device 20 according to the file identification data; the extracted file is sent to the second device 10 for saving. Namely, when uploading the file in the application, receiving a first uploading triggering operation acting on the collaborative file control 233; responding to the first uploading triggering operation, displaying a file uploading interface, wherein the file uploading interface displays a second icon corresponding to the file in the history collaboration information; in response to the file upload operation, file identification data corresponding to at least one second icon is transmitted to the server 30. The uploading operation of the conference observation list in fig. 8 is completed.
Step S121: the second device receives the download file sent by the server and stores the download file locally.
The server 30 displays the newly added identifier on the icon corresponding to the downloaded file stored locally according to the directly received file or the file acquired according to the file identifier data until the currently opened file management window is closed. As shown in fig. 10, on the basis of fig. 5, there is a new file added by the operation in fig. 8, and a new identifier (new) of the file is set, until "new" on the icon of "conference view list" in fig. 10 is no longer displayed when the file management window that is opened next time is closed, that is, when the file management window is opened next time.
After confirming that the file is successfully sent to the first device 20, the server 30 or the first device 20 may return to the file transfer interface, and display a file upload result prompt as shown in fig. 9 on the file transfer interface.
Through data storage and forwarding between the first device and the second device by the server, based on cooperative application, a user can independently upload files to the second device and download files from the second device by operating the first device in a conference scene using the conference device, so that the operation process of file data transmission in the conference scene is simplified, and the data transmission efficiency between the first device and the second device is improved.
The above is an overall description of file transfer based on the architecture of the first device, the server, and the second device, and for one end, the two may exist as independent product forms, and the following describes the processes of correspondingly implementing the file transfer methods by the first device, the server, and the second device respectively.
