In one embodiment, if the hardware defect record meets a preset early warning condition, determining an insert to be early warned from the insert information record, wherein the insert to be early warned is an insert consistent with the insert type and the insert batch in the insert information; and if the software defect record meets the preset early warning condition under the condition that the defect type is a software defect, determining an insert to be early warned from the insert information record, wherein the insert to be early warned is an insert consistent with the software version and the insert type in the insert information.
Specifically, when the number of the hardware defect records or the software defect records is greater than the number of the preset defect records, the relay protection device can be considered to have the defects of the plug-in unit with the defect at the time of history. At this time, early warning is required for the plug-in unit in the relay protection device, which may have the defect. Therefore, according to the current plug-in information corresponding to the plug-in with the defect, the plug-in the working state in the relay protection device corresponding to the current plug-in information is determined in the plug-in information record and used as the plug-in to be subjected to early warning processing.
Because different searching ranges can be determined according to two different defect types of the hardware defect and the software defect, and further other plug-ins which are in a working state and are consistent with the plug-in with the defect are searched in the plug-in information record, the early warning of the plug-in is more refined.
In one embodiment, in the case that the defect type of the monitoring plug-in is a software defect, the software program to be upgraded is determined based on the plug-in type and the software version of the monitoring plug-in. And under the condition that the upgrading can be supported in the plug-in spare information, upgrading the software program of the plug-in running state consistent with the plug-in type and the software version of the plug-in, and under the condition that the upgrading cannot be supported in the plug-in spare information, performing early warning processing on the plug-in spare.
In one embodiment, under the condition that the current defect type is a hardware defect, determining the number of plug-in spare parts to be replaced in plug-in spare parts information based on the plug-in type and the plug-in batch in the current plug-in information; under the condition that the number of the plug-in spare parts is larger than or equal to that of the plug-in to be pre-warned, replacing the plug-in to be pre-warned with the plug-in spare parts; and under the condition that the number of the plug-in spare parts is smaller than the number of the operation plug-in parts, carrying out early warning processing on the plug-in spare parts.
Specifically, when the defect type of the detected plug-in unit with the defect is a hardware defect, determining a specific plug-in unit type and a specific plug-in unit batch of the detected plug-in unit, determining the number of plug-in unit spare parts meeting the replacement condition in the plug-in unit spare part information and the number of plug-in units in the running working state, when the number of the plug-in unit spare parts meeting the replacement condition in the plug-in unit spare part information is greater than or equal to the number of the plug-in units in the hardware replacement required and the plug-in units in the running working state, replacing the plug-in unit spare parts meeting the replacement condition in the plug-in unit spare part information required and the plug-in units in the running working state, and when the number of the plug-in unit spare parts meeting the replacement condition in the plug-in unit spare part information is smaller than the number of the plug-in units in the plug-in unit spare part required and the hardware replacement required and the plug-in units in the running working state.
Because the plug-in spare parts meeting the replacement condition can be determined from the plug-in spare part information, the plug-in replacement is performed for the plug-in with defect risk in operation, so that the plug-in the relay protection device can be maintained and managed in batches, frequent maintenance and management of single plug-in is avoided, the maintenance and management cost is saved, and the maintenance and management of the relay protection device are more efficient.
In one embodiment, based on the early warning measures, deleting the original information record of the replaced plug-in the plug-in information record, adding the plug-in information of the replaced plug-in spare part into the plug-in information record, and finally realizing the coverage of the plug-in information.
In one embodiment, based on the early warning measures, the service life of the plug-in to be early warned in the plug-in information record is updated; and monitoring the plug-ins in the relay protection device based on the updated plug-in information record.
Specifically, according to defect measures taken on the monitoring plug-in units with defects, the service lives of the replaced plug-in units originally recorded in the plug-in unit information records are updated to obtain new plug-in unit information records, and early warning and monitoring of the plug-in units in the relay protection device are continued according to the new plug-in unit information records.
Because the life cycle of the plug-in is changed after the early warning measures are taken for the plug-in with defects in the relay protection device each time, the service life of the replaced plug-in originally recorded in the plug-in information record is updated to obtain a new plug-in information record, so that the life cycle of the plug-in can be updated timely, and the life cycle management and control of the plug-in the relay protection device are more accurate.
In one embodiment, for each sub-plug-in information record in the updated plug-in information record, determining a remaining service life corresponding to each plug-in a site corresponding to the sub-plug-in information record according to the sub-plug-in information record; and according to the determined residual service life of each plug-in, determining the pre-warning date corresponding to each plug-in the site corresponding to the information record of the sub-plug-in, and carrying out pre-warning on the corresponding plug-in when the pre-warning date is reached.
In one embodiment, for each sub-plug-in information record in the updated plug-in information record, determining a respective initial use time and service life of each plug-in a site corresponding to the sub-plug-in information record according to the sub-plug-in information record; and determining the early warning date corresponding to each plug-in the site corresponding to the sub-plug-in information record according to the determined initial use time and service life corresponding to each plug-in, and carrying out early warning on the corresponding plug-in when the early warning date is reached.
Specifically, the plug-in information record is composed of sub-plug-in information records of each site, when a plug-in each site has a defect and after corresponding early warning measures are taken, the sub-information records of the site are updated, at the moment, the initial use time and the service life of each plug-in after the early warning measures are taken are determined again, the early warning date of each plug-in after the early warning measures are further obtained, and when the date reaches the early warning date, the corresponding plug-in is early warned.
Optionally, the early warning system of the relay protection device comprises a main station system and a substation system, and the main station system calls plug-in information records of the on-site relay protection device in real time through the substation system, wherein the plug-in information records comprise unique device identifiers, device models, device commissioning dates, plug-in number and plug-in information; the plug-in information includes: plug-in type (power strip plug-in, plug-in board plug-in, protection board plug-in, AC board plug-in, management board plug-in, communication board plug-in, bus board plug-in, display board plug-in), plug-in batch and model, plug-in software version, plug-in initial use time, plug-in service life time limit, and the like. The main station system calls the defect record information of the field relay protection device in real time through the sub-station system, and the defect record information of the sub-station system can be generated in two ways: the first is that the relay protection device has the functions of automatic identification and data analysis, automatically analyzes the defect problem to form a defect file, and sends an alarm signal to the master station system; and secondly, manually forming a defect file after the defect is eliminated, and triggering an alarm signal to a master station system.
Since the package information record includes sub-package information records of a plurality of sites. Therefore, when the early warning occurs, the position of the defective plug-in unit at which site is located can be quickly determined, and convenience is brought to subsequent maintenance and management. And the early warning date of the plug-in unit which takes the early warning measures is determined again, so that the early warning of the plug-in unit is more accurate.
In one embodiment, when an alarm signal of the relay protection device is received, determining an abnormal plug-in, a plug-in category and an abnormal type corresponding to the alarm signal; searching a target early warning measure corresponding to the warning signal in the early warning measure set based on the plug-in category and the abnormal type corresponding to the warning signal; under the condition that the early warning measure information comprises the target early warning measure, carrying out early warning treatment on the defect plug-in based on the target early warning measure; and under the condition that the early warning measure information does not comprise the target early warning measure, sending a manual early warning treatment notification, and updating the manual early warning measure to the early warning measure set after the manual early warning treatment is adopted for the defect plug-in unit based on the manual early warning treatment notification.
Specifically, when an alarm signal is sent by the relay protection device, determining a defective plug-in unit corresponding to the alarm signal, a type of the defective plug-in unit and a type of the defect according to the alarm signal, searching corresponding early warning measures in the early warning measure set according to the information, if the corresponding early warning measures are successfully searched in the early warning measure set, performing early warning processing on the defective plug-in unit according to the searched early warning measures, if the corresponding early warning measures are not searched in the early warning measure set, sending a manual early warning processing notification, and adding manual early warning measure information and abnormal plug-in unit, plug-in unit category and abnormal type information corresponding to the defective plug-in unit into the early warning measure set after the defective plug-in unit is subjected to manual early warning processing according to the manual early warning processing notification.
Because some old relay protection devices cannot report the defect information of the plug-in level to the historical defect record, the relay protection devices in the sites can be maintained and managed at the plug-in level by receiving the alarm signals and searching corresponding early warning measures in the early warning measure set according to the alarm signals to perform early warning treatment.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart of an early warning method of the relay protection device in another embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, a pre-warning method of a relay protection device is provided, which includes the following steps:
step 302, when a defect of an insert of the relay protection device is detected, acquiring a current defect record of the relay protection device, wherein the current defect record comprises a current defect type and current insert information of the insert with the defect in the relay protection device;
step 304, inquiring a hardware defect record consistent with the plug-in type, the plug-in batch and the hardware defect from a history defect record according to the plug-in type and the plug-in batch in the plug-in information when the defect type is the hardware defect; inquiring a software defect record consistent with the software version, the plug-in type and the software defect from a history defect record according to the software version and the plug-in type in the plug-in information when the defect type is a software defect;
Step 306, if the hardware defect record meets a preset early warning condition, determining a plug-in to be early warned from the plug-in information record, wherein the plug-in to be early warned is a plug-in consistent with the plug-in type and the plug-in batch in the plug-in information; and if the software defect record meets the preset early warning condition under the condition that the defect type is a software defect, determining an insert to be early warned from the insert information record, wherein the insert to be early warned is an insert consistent with the software version and the insert type in the insert information.
Step 308, determining the number of plug-in spare parts to be replaced in the plug-in spare parts information based on the plug-in type and the plug-in batch in the plug-in information when the defect type is a hardware defect;
under the condition that the number of the plug-in spare parts is larger than or equal to that of the plug-in to be pre-warned, replacing the plug-in to be pre-warned with the plug-in spare parts;
and under the condition that the number of the plug-in spare parts is smaller than the number of the operation plug-in parts, carrying out early warning processing on the plug-in spare parts.
Step 310, determining, for each sub-plug-in information record in the updated plug-in information record, a respective initial use time and a respective service life of each plug-in a site corresponding to the sub-plug-in information record according to the sub-plug-in information record;
And determining the early warning date corresponding to each plug-in the site corresponding to the sub-plug-in information record according to the determined initial use time and service life corresponding to each plug-in, and carrying out early warning on the corresponding plug-in when the early warning date is reached.
Step 312, determining an abnormal plug-in, a plug-in category and an abnormal type corresponding to the alarm signal when the alarm signal of the relay protection device is received;
searching a target early warning measure corresponding to the warning signal in the early warning measure set based on the plug-in category and the abnormal type corresponding to the warning signal;
under the condition that the early warning measure information comprises the target early warning measure, carrying out early warning treatment on the defect plug-in based on the target early warning measure;
and under the condition that the early warning measure information does not comprise the target early warning measure, sending a manual early warning treatment notification, and updating the manual early warning measure to the early warning measure set after the manual early warning treatment is adopted for the defect plug-in unit based on the manual early warning treatment notification.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an early warning system of the relay protection device. The substation acquires plug-in information records and historical defect records of the relay protection device in real time, and then shares the acquired plug-in information records and the obtained historical defect records to the master station for real-time life cycle control and defect control.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a lifecycle management system. Wherein, the liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal display device,
in one embodiment, referring to FIG. 6, FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of a lifecycle update for a lifecycle management and control system. And judging whether early warning processing is needed according to the combination of the initial use time and the service life of the plug-in, if the judgment result is that the early warning processing is needed, adopting corresponding early warning measures, and if the early warning processing is not needed, continuing to monitor.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a defect warning system. The defect early warning of the plug-in unit needs to be performed according to three kinds of information, namely, a plug-in unit information record, a historical defect record and plug-in unit spare information, and the object of early warning is mainly to perform early warning on software defects of the same software version, hardware defects of the plug-in units of the same batch and hardware defects of plug-in units of the same model.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of early warning for an old relay protection device. After receiving the alarm signal, searching the alarm measures of the plug-ins belonging to the same plug-in class with the plug-in with the defect from the alarm measure set according to the alarm signal, further screening the alarm measures according to the abnormal type of the plug-in with the defect, if the alarm measures which are both in line with the same plug-in class and in line with the abnormal type can be finally found, carrying out the alarm processing on the plug-ins in line with the same plug-in class and in line with the abnormal type according to the alarm measures, and if the alarm measures which are not both in line with the same plug-in class and in line with the same abnormal type are not found, continuing the alarm monitoring.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts referred to in the above embodiments may include a plurality of steps or a plurality of stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the execution of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with at least some of the other steps or stages.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides an early warning device of the relay protection device for realizing the early warning method of the relay protection device. The implementation scheme of the solution to the problem provided by the device is similar to the implementation scheme described in the above method, so the specific limitation in the following embodiments of the early warning device of one or more relay protection devices may be referred to the limitation of the early warning method of the relay protection device, and will not be repeated herein.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a block diagram of a pre-warning method device of the relay protection device in one embodiment. As shown in fig. 9, there is provided an early warning device 900 of a relay protection device, including: an acquisition module 902, a query module 904, a determination module 906, and an early warning module 910, wherein:
the obtaining module 902 is configured to obtain, when detecting that a plug-in of the relay protection device has a defect, a current defect record of the relay protection device, where the current defect record includes a current defect type and current plug-in information of the plug-in that has the defect in the relay protection device;
the query module 904 is configured to query, according to the current defect type and the current plug-in information, a target defect record consistent with the current plug-in information and the current defect type from a historical defect record, where the historical defect record includes a defect type and plug-in information of a plug-in that has a defect in the relay protection device before the current defect;
a determining module 906, configured to determine, from a plug-in information record, a plug-in to be pre-warned in the relay protection device according to the current defect type and the current plug-in information if the target defect record meets a preset pre-warning condition, where the plug-in information record includes plug-in information of the relay protection device;
And the early warning module 908 is configured to determine an early warning measure based on the defect type, and perform early warning processing on the plug-in to be early warned based on the early warning measure.
In some embodiments of the present application, a query module 904 is configured to query, in case the current defect type is a hardware defect, a hardware defect record consistent with the plug-in type, the plug-in batch and the hardware defect from a historical defect record according to the plug-in type and the plug-in batch in the current plug-in information; and under the condition that the defect type is a software defect, inquiring a software defect record consistent with the software version, the plug-in type and the software defect from a history defect record according to the software version and the plug-in type in the plug-in information.
In some embodiments of the present application, a determining module 906 is configured to determine, from the plug-in information record, a plug-in to be pre-warned if the hardware defect record meets a preset pre-warning condition, where the plug-in to be pre-warned is a plug-in that is consistent with the plug-in type and the plug-in batch in the current plug-in information; and if the software defect record meets the preset early warning condition under the condition that the defect type is a software defect, determining an insert to be early warned from the insert information record, wherein the insert to be early warned is an insert consistent with the software version and the insert type in the insert information.
In some embodiments of the present application, the early warning module 908 is configured to determine, in the card spare information, the number of card spare to be replaced based on the card type and the card lot in the card information when the current defect type is a hardware defect;
under the condition that the number of the plug-in spare parts is larger than or equal to that of the plug-in to be pre-warned, replacing the plug-in to be pre-warned with the plug-in spare parts;
and under the condition that the number of the plug-in spare parts is smaller than the number of the operation plug-in parts, carrying out early warning processing on the plug-in spare parts.
In some embodiments of the present application, the early warning of the relay protection device further includes a life cycle management module 910, configured to update the service life of the plug-in to be early warned in the plug-in information record based on the early warning measure; and monitoring the plug-ins in the relay protection device based on the updated plug-in information record.
In some embodiments of the present application, the lifecycle management module 910 is configured to, for each sub-plug-in information record in the updated plug-in information record, determine, according to the sub-plug-in information record, a respective initial usage time and a respective service life of each plug-in the site corresponding to the sub-plug-in information record;
And determining the early warning date corresponding to each plug-in the site corresponding to the sub-plug-in information record according to the determined initial use time and service life corresponding to each plug-in, and carrying out early warning on the corresponding plug-in when the early warning date is reached.
In some embodiments of the present application, the early warning of the relay protection device further includes an alarm signal module 912, configured to determine, when an alarm signal of the relay protection device is received, an abnormal plug-in, a plug-in class and an abnormal type corresponding to the alarm signal;
searching a target early warning measure corresponding to the warning signal in the early warning measure set based on the plug-in category and the abnormal type corresponding to the warning signal;
under the condition that the early warning measure information comprises the target early warning measure, carrying out early warning treatment on the defect plug-in based on the target early warning measure;
and under the condition that the early warning measure information does not comprise the target early warning measure, sending a manual early warning treatment notification, and updating the manual early warning measure to the early warning measure set after the manual early warning treatment is adopted for the defect plug-in unit based on the manual early warning treatment notification.
Optionally, referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a block diagram of an early warning method device of the relay protection device in another embodiment. As shown in fig. 10, there is provided an early warning device 900 of a relay protection device, including: an acquisition module 902, a query module 904, a determination module 906, and an early warning module 908. The early warning device 900 of the relay protection device further includes a life cycle management module 910 and an alarm signal module 912.
All or part of the modules in the early warning device of the relay protection device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 11. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, an Input/Output interface (I/O) and a communication interface. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface is connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer equipment is used for storing data related to early warning of the relay protection device. The input/output interface of the computer device is used to exchange information between the processor and the external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program when executed by the processor is used for realizing an early warning method of the relay protection device.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 11 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.

If the target defect record meets a preset early warning condition, determining a plug-in to be early warned in the relay protection device from a plug-in information record according to the defect type and the plug-in information, wherein the plug-in information record comprises plug-in information of the relay protection device;
and determining an early warning measure based on the defect type, and carrying out early warning treatment on the plug-in to be early warned based on the early warning measure.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, storing a computer program which when executed by a processor performs the steps of:

In one embodiment, a computer program product or computer program is provided that includes computer instructions stored in a computer readable storage medium. A processor of a computer device reads the computer instructions from a computer-readable storage medium, the processor executing the computer instructions to cause the computer device to perform the steps of:
when the defect of the plug-in unit of the relay protection device is detected, acquiring a current defect record of the relay protection device, wherein the current defect record comprises a current defect type and current plug-in unit information of the plug-in unit with the defect;

and determining an early warning measure based on the defect type, and carrying out early warning treatment on the plug-in to be early warned based on the early warning measure.
It should be noted that, the user information (including but not limited to user equipment information, user personal information, etc.) and the data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) related to the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party, and the collection, use and processing of the related data need to comply with the related laws and regulations and standards of the related country and region.

The databases referred to in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of a relational database and a non-relational database. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a blockchain-based distributed database, and the like. The processor referred to in the embodiments provided in the present application may be a general-purpose processor, a central processing unit, a graphics processor, a digital signal processor, a programmable logic unit, a data processing logic unit based on quantum computing, or the like, but is not limited thereto.

Claims (10)

1. An early warning method of a relay protection device, the method comprising:
when detecting that the plug-in unit of the relay protection device has defects, acquiring a current defect record of the relay protection device, wherein the current defect record comprises a current defect type and current plug-in unit information of the plug-in unit with the defects;
inquiring a target defect record consistent with the current plug-in information and the current defect type from a historical defect record according to the current defect type and the current plug-in information, wherein the historical defect record comprises the defect type and the plug-in information of a plug-in with defects in the relay protection device before the current defect;
If the target defect record meets a preset early warning condition, determining a plug-in to be early warned in the relay protection device from a plug-in information record according to the current defect type and the current plug-in information, wherein the plug-in information record comprises plug-in information of the relay protection device;
