Detailed Description
The present invention will be described more fully with reference to the following examples and comparative examples.
The underground cable fault monitoring method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in figure 1. Wherein the underground cable collection system 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The server 104 collects current environmental data and current operating data of the underground cable through the cable collection system 102, so as to judge whether the underground cable has a fault according to the current environmental data and the current operating data, if the underground cable has the fault, a first position can be extracted and compared with data stored in a log to determine whether the first position has the fault before, if the underground cable has the fault, the number of times of the fault can be adjusted, and whether the number of times of the fault exceeds a preset value is judged, if the first position and the second position are in time, the first position are output, and therefore the first position can be monitored, for example, complete reconstruction, equipment replacement in time, regular manual inspection and the like are performed. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server 104 may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a method for monitoring underground cable faults is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the server in fig. 1, and comprises the following steps:
s202: and acquiring current environment data and current operation data of the underground cable through an underground cable acquisition system.
Specifically, the current environmental data includes one or more of temperature data, water sensitive data, environmental gas data, and displacement data, the operational data includes, but is not limited to, partial discharge signals, and the current operational data may also refer to the magnitude of current in the underground cable, etc. Underground cable collection systems are installed underground, for example, at the junction of underground cables, and are used for collecting environmental data and operational data at the junction of underground cables. After the underground cable acquisition system acquires the environmental data and the operation data of the underground cable, the environmental data and the operation data are sent to the server, so that the server can judge whether the underground cable breaks down or not after processing. In order to ensure the data queryability, the underground cable acquisition system and the geographical position of the underground cable are sent to the server together when sending data, and optionally, the label of the underground cable can be preset, and the corresponding relation between the label and the position of the underground cable is established, so that when the service receives the data sent by the underground cable acquisition system with a certain label, the geographical position information corresponding to the underground cable can be queried according to the label.
S204: and judging whether the underground cable is in fault or not according to the current environmental data and the current operation data.
Specifically, the server may determine whether the underground cable is faulty according to a fault determination model generated from the historical data, or generate a trend graph from the historical data and determine whether the underground cable is faulty according to the trend graph.
The fault judgment model is a training model which is generated according to historical data and used for judging whether the underground cable has faults or not, the input of the model is current environment data and current operation data, and the output of the model is the probability of the underground cable having faults. And the server inputs the current environment data and the current operation data into a fault judgment model which is trained in advance to obtain a fault judgment result, the fault judgment result is compared with a predetermined threshold value, if the fault judgment result is larger than the predetermined threshold value, the underground cable is judged to have a fault, and otherwise, the underground cable does not have the fault. Optionally, when the fault judgment model processes the current environment data and the current operation data, the current environment data may be compared with the environment data of the historical fault during the training of the model, the current operation data may be compared with the operation data of the historical fault, so as to obtain the similarity, and then all the similarities are integrated to obtain the fault judgment result.
S206: when the underground cable fails, a first location of the failed underground cable is extracted.
Specifically, as described above, the label of the underground cable may be preset, and the correspondence between the label and the position of the underground cable may be established, so that when the service receives data sent by the underground cable acquisition system of a certain label, the geographical position information corresponding to the underground cable, that is, the first position of the underground cable, may be queried according to the label.
S208: the first location is compared to a second location of the cable below the historical failure in the stored log.
Specifically, the server stores previously data of a failure, including the type of a historical failure, the location of the failure, and the like, i.e., the second location here.
The server compares the first position with the second position to judge whether the original first position has a fault, wherein the log can be an abnormal log only, namely a fault log, and the server can extract the fault log to generate a fault record and store the fault record in the database.
S210: and if the first position is the same as the second position, adjusting the failure times of the first position.
Specifically, if the first location and the second location are the same, or the distance between the first location and the second location is smaller than the preset value, the first location and the second location may be considered to be the same, that is, the first location has failed, and the failure occurs again this time, the number of failures at the first location may be increased by 1. Optionally, the type of the fault may also be determined according to the current environmental data and the current operating data, so as to classify the fault.
S212: and judging whether the adjusted failure frequency of the first position exceeds a preset value or not, and if so, outputting the first position.
The server judges whether the fault at the first position exceeds a preset value, for example, if the fault exceeds the preset value, the fault is more, furthermore, the server can obtain the fault frequency at the first position within a certain time, and if the fault exceeds the preset value, the fault at the position is always shown recently, and management needs to be enhanced, for example, complete reconstruction, equipment replacement in time, regular manual inspection and the like. The server outputs the first position for storage, and then reminds the user. Furthermore, the server obtains the type of the fault, judges the type of the historical fault at the first position, and classifies the historical fault to determine the type of the frequent fault at the first position, so that the first position can be further adjusted according to the type, for example, the type is always related to a cable, the cable may need to be replaced, and if the type is always due to water leakage, waterproof treatment and the like may be needed.
Compared with the prior art, the underground cable fault detection method provided by the invention has the following advantages:
the current environment data and the current operation data of the underground cable are acquired through the cable acquisition system, whether the underground cable breaks down or not is judged according to the current environment data and the current operation data, if the underground cable breaks down, a first position can be extracted, the first position is compared with the stored data in a log, whether the first position breaks down or not is determined, if the first position breaks down, the number of times of the fault can be adjusted, whether the number of times of the fault exceeds a preset value or not is judged, and if the number of times of the fault exceeds the preset value, the first position is output, so that the first position can be monitored, for example, the underground cable is thoroughly transformed, equipment is timely replaced, regular manual inspection and.
In one embodiment, the outputting the first position includes: inquiring a region monitoring center corresponding to the first position; and sending the first position to the regional monitoring center, so that the regional monitoring center displays the first position with a warning mark.
Specifically, each location may be provided with a corresponding area monitoring center, for example, one area corresponds to one area monitoring center, or one city corresponds to one area monitoring center. The server determines the area monitoring center through the position of the underground cable and sends the first position to the area monitoring center so that the area monitoring center can process the information in time.
Optionally, the area monitoring center includes a plurality of terminals, where the terminals include a terminal in operation and a terminal not in operation, and the terminals in operation include an idle terminal and a non-idle terminal, where the non-idle terminal may further include a terminal with low resource occupancy rate and a terminal with high resource occupancy rate, and the terminals capable of performing data processing are the idle terminal and the terminal with low resource occupancy rate. And displaying said first location with a warning label at the terminal. The warning mark may be an exclamation mark or the like, and may be a warning lamp or the like by voice.
In one embodiment, the displaying the first location with a warning indicator includes: inquiring a visual map corresponding to the region monitoring center; the first location is located on the visual map and displayed with a warning indicia.
Specifically, in order to implement the visual processing, after the number of times of the underground cable failure exceeds the preset value is determined, the server sends the first position to the area monitoring center, and obtains a city map corresponding to the area monitoring center, where the first position may also be an area map, so that the server locates the position of the underground cable, that is, the first position, in the city map, and then displays the first position through an early warning identifier, such as an exclamation mark.
In the embodiment, the fault information is displayed in the city map, so that the method is more intuitive.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and when the failure times do not exceed a preset value, storing the current log corresponding to the first position, and filing the stored current log into a cluster of the log corresponding to the second position.
Specifically, after determining the fault each time, an abnormal log is generated, wherein the server generates a log in each processing, but if determining the fault, the abnormal log is generated, that is, the log is determined to be the abnormal log by distinguishing through a label and is stored, so that the server stores the log, and then performs the step S206, that is, the first position of the underground cable with the fault is extracted, and the subsequent steps, that is, generating the abnormal log each time is equivalent to generating a processing task, and the server determines when to process the processing task according to the resource occupation condition of the server, for example, when the resource occupation condition meets a preset value, the server performs the step S206 and the like. In addition, after the server executes step S206 and the like, when it is determined that the number of failures does not exceed the preset value, the server archives the stored current log to the cluster of the log corresponding to the second location, so that the server can conveniently read the historical data, and a foundation is laid for statistics of the number of failures.
In one embodiment, the determining whether the underground cable is faulty according to the current environmental data and the current operation data includes: acquiring historical environment data of the current environment data in a forward preset time period and historical operating data of the current operating data in the forward preset time period; generating an environment data trend graph according to the current environment data and the historical environment data, and generating an operation data trend graph according to the current operation data and the historical operation data; and judging whether the underground cable is in fault or not according to the environment data trend graph and the operation data trend graph.
The embodiment sufficiently considers the change of environmental variables such as temperature, gas composition and the like, for example, if the underground cable fault is caused by fire, the temperature is not abrupt change, so whether the underground cable fault or the underground cable is about to fault can be judged according to the change trend of the temperature, and if the underground cable fault or the underground cable is about to fault, the underground cable fault can be timely processed so as to solve the problem before the fault occurs.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining current environment data and a current operation data time point, obtaining reference environment data and reference operation data in a preset time period before the time point, generating an environment data trend graph according to the current environment data and the reference environment data, generating an operation data trend graph according to the current operation data and the reference operation data, then calculating a first similarity between the environment data trend graph and an environment data trend graph with a fault in a model and a second similarity between the operation data trend graph and an operation data trend graph with the fault in the model, finally calculating to obtain a comprehensive similarity according to the first similarity and the second similarity, then judging whether the comprehensive similarity is larger than a preset threshold value, if so, judging the fault or possible fault, and if not, indicating that no problem exists currently.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart of fig. 2 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
