Therefore, in order to improve the comprehensiveness of the service, in some embodiments, after detecting that the target user enters the target vehicle, if the service type selected by the target user in the target vehicle is received, the service type is taken as the target service type, and then whether the target service type is matched with the target vehicle, that is, whether the target vehicle has the function of the target service type is determined. If the target vehicle does not have the function of the target service type, the target service type is not matched with the target vehicle, and at the moment, the shared vehicle with the target service type can be searched again from all the shared vehicles in an idle state according to the target service type and used as a service vehicle, and the position of the service vehicle is sent to a user terminal, so that a target user can move to the service vehicle through the user terminal to receive corresponding service.
To further improve the service control efficiency, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the method further includes:
step 301, determining a target service type selected by the target user in the target vehicles, not matching with the target vehicles, and determining that a service vehicle with the target service type exists in all sharing vehicles in an idle state according to the target service type;
and step 302, synchronizing the service in the target vehicle, which is started by the target user, to the service vehicle.
In some embodiments, after detecting that the target user enters the target vehicle, if a service type selected by the target user in the target vehicle is received, the service type is taken as a target service type, and then whether the target service type is matched with the target vehicle is judged, that is, whether the target vehicle has the function of the target service type is judged. If the target vehicle does not have the function of the target service type, the target service type is not matched with the target vehicle, and at the moment, the shared vehicle with the target service type can be searched again from all the shared vehicles in the idle state according to the target service type to serve as the service vehicle. After the service vehicle is determined, the service in the target vehicle, which is currently started by the target user, can be synchronized to the service vehicle. Therefore, after the target user enters the service vehicle, service setting is not required to be carried out again, the control efficiency of the service is improved, and therefore user experience is improved.
It will be appreciated that, as with the target vehicle, after determining the service vehicle, it is also necessary to determine a service policy of the service vehicle according to a driving license verification result of the target user, so as to control the service vehicle to provide the corresponding service to the target user according to the service policy.
The service control device of the vehicle provided by the application is described below, and the service control device of the vehicle described below and the service control method of the vehicle described above can be referred to correspondingly to each other.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided a service control device of a vehicle, including:
a target vehicle determining module 210 for determining a target vehicle from among the sharing vehicles in the idle state in response to the vehicle service request transmitted from the user terminal;
a service policy determining module 220, configured to determine a service policy of the target vehicle according to a driving license verification result of the target user corresponding to the user terminal;
a vehicle service control module 230, configured to control the target vehicle to provide a corresponding service to the target user according to the service policy;
wherein the driving license verification result comprises at least one of verification success or verification failure;
the service policy corresponding to the verification success comprises the step of starting all control authorities of the target vehicle for the target user, and the service policy corresponding to the verification failure comprises the step of starting all control authorities except for driving the target vehicle for the target user.
After the target vehicle is determined from all the shared vehicles in the idle state by responding to the vehicle service request sent by the user terminal, all the control authorities of the target vehicle are opened for the target user when the driving license of the target user corresponding to the user terminal is successfully verified, and all the control authorities except the driving target vehicle are opened for the target user when the driving license is failed, so that the target vehicle is controlled to provide corresponding services for the target user based on the determined service strategy, the idle shared vehicle can provide value-added services for the user with the driving license and can provide safe services for the user without the driving license, the audience group of the shared vehicle can be effectively increased, the utilization rate of the shared vehicle is improved, and the resource waste is reduced.
In one embodiment, the target vehicle determination module 210 is specifically configured to:
and responding to a vehicle service request sent by a user terminal, and determining that the target vehicle with the current service type exists in all sharing vehicles in an idle state according to the current service type in the vehicle service request.
In one embodiment, the target vehicle determination module 210 is specifically configured to:
determining that at least one candidate vehicle with the service type exists in all sharing vehicles in an idle state according to the service type in the vehicle service request;
and determining the target vehicle from the candidate vehicles according to the current distance between the candidate vehicles and the user terminal.
In one embodiment, the vehicle service control module 230 is specifically configured to:
responding to the indication information sent by the target vehicle, and controlling the target vehicle to provide corresponding service for the target user according to the service strategy;
wherein the indication information is generated in case the target vehicle detects the user terminal.
In one embodiment, the vehicle service control module 230 is specifically configured to:
and under the condition that the current user entering the target vehicle is matched with the target user, controlling the target vehicle to provide corresponding service for the target user according to the service policy.
In one embodiment, the vehicle service control module 230 is specifically configured to:
and controlling the target vehicle to provide corresponding services for the target user according to the service strategy under the condition that the living body characteristics of the current user acquired from the target vehicle are matched with the target user.
In one embodiment, the vehicle service control module 230 is further configured to:
determining a target service type selected by the target user from the target vehicles, not matching with the target vehicles, and determining a service vehicle with the target service type from all the sharing vehicles in an idle state according to the target service type;
and synchronizing the service in the target vehicle, which is started by the target user, to the service vehicle.

The processor 810 may call a computer program in the memory 830 to perform a service control method of a vehicle, including, for example:
determining a target vehicle from the sharing vehicles in the idle state in response to a vehicle service request sent by the user terminal;
determining a service strategy of the target vehicle according to a driving license verification result of the target user corresponding to the user terminal;
according to the service policy, controlling the target vehicle to provide corresponding service for the target user;
wherein the driving license verification result comprises at least one of verification success or verification failure;
the service policy corresponding to the verification success comprises the step of starting all control authorities of the target vehicle for the target user, and the service policy corresponding to the verification failure comprises the step of starting all control authorities except for driving the target vehicle for the target user.
Further, the logic instructions in the memory 830 described above may be implemented in the form of software functional units and may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium when sold or used as a stand-alone product. 1. A service control method of a vehicle, characterized by comprising:
determining a target vehicle from the sharing vehicles in the idle state in response to a vehicle service request sent by the user terminal;
determining a service strategy of the target vehicle according to a driving license verification result of the target user corresponding to the user terminal;
according to the service policy, controlling the target vehicle to provide corresponding service for the target user;
wherein the driving license verification result comprises at least one of verification success or verification failure;
the service policy corresponding to the verification success comprises the step of starting all control authorities of the target vehicle for the target user, and the service policy corresponding to the verification failure comprises the step of starting all control authorities except for driving the target vehicle for the target user.
2. The service control method of a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein determining a target vehicle from among the respective shared vehicles in the idle state in response to the vehicle service request transmitted by the user terminal, comprises:
and responding to a vehicle service request sent by a user terminal, and determining that the target vehicle with the current service type exists in all sharing vehicles in an idle state according to the current service type in the vehicle service request.
3. The service control method of a vehicle according to claim 2, wherein determining that the target vehicle of the service type exists from among the shared vehicles in the idle state according to the service type in the vehicle service request includes:
determining that at least one candidate vehicle with the service type exists in all sharing vehicles in an idle state according to the service type in the vehicle service request;
and determining the target vehicle from the candidate vehicles according to the current distance between the candidate vehicles and the user terminal.
4. The service control method of a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein controlling the target vehicle to provide the corresponding service to the target user according to the service policy includes:
responding to the indication information sent by the target vehicle, and controlling the target vehicle to provide corresponding service for the target user according to the service strategy;
wherein the indication information is generated in case the target vehicle detects the user terminal.
5. The service control method of a vehicle according to claim 1 or 4, characterized by controlling the target vehicle to provide the corresponding service to the target user according to the service policy, comprising:
and under the condition that the current user entering the target vehicle is matched with the target user, controlling the target vehicle to provide corresponding service for the target user according to the service policy.
6. The service control method of a vehicle according to claim 5, wherein, in a case where a current user who enters the target vehicle matches the target user, controlling the target vehicle to provide the corresponding service to the target user according to the service policy, comprises:
and controlling the target vehicle to provide corresponding services for the target user according to the service strategy under the condition that the living body characteristics of the current user acquired from the target vehicle are matched with the target user.
7. The service control method of a vehicle according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6, characterized by further comprising:
determining a target service type selected by the target user from the target vehicles, not matching with the target vehicles, and determining a service vehicle with the target service type from all the sharing vehicles in an idle state according to the target service type;
and synchronizing the service in the target vehicle, which is started by the target user, to the service vehicle.
8. A service control device of a vehicle, characterized by comprising:
a target vehicle determining module, configured to determine a target vehicle from among the sharing vehicles in the idle state in response to a vehicle service request sent by the user terminal;
the service policy determining module is used for determining the service policy of the target vehicle according to the driving license verification result of the target user corresponding to the user terminal;
the vehicle service control module is used for controlling the target vehicle to provide corresponding services for the target user according to the service strategy;
wherein the driving license verification result comprises at least one of verification success or verification failure;
the service policy corresponding to the verification success comprises the step of starting all control authorities of the target vehicle for the target user, and the service policy corresponding to the verification failure comprises the step of starting all control authorities except for driving the target vehicle for the target user.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the service control method of the vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
