The liquid level detection unit 4 is arranged opposite to the liquid inlet unit 2.
Further, one end of the guide groove 11 communicates with one end of the washing groove 12.
The ultrasonic cleaning device further comprises a base 6. The cleaning tank 1 is arranged at the upper part of the base 6.
The washing tank 12 is provided on one end of the base 6, and the guide groove 11 extends from the washing tank 12 to the other end of the base 6. The guiding groove 11 is communicated with the washing groove 12 in a certain corner.
The first channel 111 is disposed adjacent an outer sidewall between the two ends of the base 6.
The ultrasonic wave generating unit 3 is disposed at the other end of the base 6 and is disposed at one side of the guide groove 11. The ultrasonic wave generating unit 3 is disposed close to the second passage 112.
Still further, the liquid inlet unit 2 comprises a liquid inlet pipe. The liquid inlet pipe is arranged above the guide groove 11 in an extending way. The liquid inlet pipe is provided with a liquid outlet 21 which is downwards arranged towards the first channel 111. The lower end of the probe 41 protrudes into the second channel 112.
The ultrasonic cleaning device further comprises a fixing structure 7. The fixing structure 7 is opposite to the other end of the base 6.
One end of the liquid inlet pipe is fixed on the fixing structure 7, and the other end of the liquid inlet pipe extends to the upper portion of the guide groove 11. The liquid outlet 21 is disposed at a lower portion of the other end of the liquid inlet pipe, and is disposed downward toward the first channel 111.
Further, the cleaning tank 1 and the ultrasonic wave generating unit 3 have an operating position and a storage position. The cleaning tank 1 and the ultrasonic wave generating unit 3 move relative to the liquid inlet unit 2 at the same time, and are switched between a working position and a storage position.
When the cleaning tank 1 and the ultrasonic wave generating unit 3 are moved to the working position away from the fixing structure 7, the liquid outlet 21 at the other end of the liquid inlet pipe is disposed downward toward the first channel 111. When the cleaning tank 1 and the ultrasonic wave generating unit 3 approach the fixing structure 7 and move to the storage position, the liquid outlet 21 at the other end of the liquid inlet pipe is downward toward the cleaning tank 12.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the cleaning tank 1 and the ultrasonic wave generating unit 3 in an operating position. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the cleaning tank 1 and the ultrasonic wave generating unit 3 in a storage position.
The ultrasonic cleaning device further includes a connection assembly (not shown).
The connecting assembly is connected between the fixed structure 7 and the base 6, so that the base 6 can reciprocate relative to the fixed structure 7 and can be switched back and forth between a storage position and a working position.
Further, the ultrasonic wave generating unit 3 includes a connection structure 31 and the ultrasonic wave generating module 32.
One end of the connecting structure 31 is disposed on the base 6 and located outside the second channel 112. The other end of the connection structure 31 is extended upward and then extended upward of the washing tub 12. The ultrasonic wave generating module 32 is disposed on the opposite side of the connection structure 31 from the washing tub 12.
The water baffle 53 is located below the other end of the liquid inlet pipe. The liquid outlet 21 at the lower end of the liquid inlet pipe and the lower end of the probe 41 are respectively positioned at two sides of the water baffle 53.
When the clothes need to be cleaned locally, the liquid inlet unit 2 feeds liquid into the cleaning tank 1, and liquid inlet is stopped after the liquid reaches a preset liquid level. The user places a part of the laundry in the washing tub 12, the bottom of the laundry is in contact with the washing water, and the upper portion of the laundry is in contact with the ultrasonic wave generating unit 3, or the upper portion of the laundry is adjacent to the ultrasonic wave generating unit 3. A part for ultrasonically washing laundry or articles is generated by the ultrasonic wave generating unit 3.
The invention also provides a washing machine, which is provided with the ultrasonic cleaning device.
The washing machine includes a tray. The tray seat is provided with a clothes putting opening. The clothes putting opening is provided with an installation opening, and the ultrasonic cleaning device is installed in the installation opening.
The ultrasonic cleaning device is characterized in that an accommodating space communicated with an installing port on the clothes putting port is arranged in the tray seat, and the ultrasonic cleaning device can be installed in the accommodating space inside the tray seat in an inner and outer movable mode.
The fixing structure 7 is fixed on the inner wall of the tray seat. The liquid inlet pipe extends from the fixing structure 7 to the mounting opening. The base 6 can reciprocate inside and outside the mounting opening.
Preferably, the mounting opening is arranged at the rear end of the clothes putting opening.
One end (i.e. the front end) of the base 6 extends inwards into the clothes putting opening during operation, and the other end (i.e. the rear end) of the base 6 is arranged in the mounting opening. The connecting portion is provided on the right outer side wall of the base 6. The guide groove 11 is provided near the right side of the base 6.
Preferably, the base 6 is a cuboid.
The foregoing description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, but is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made by the technical matter of the present invention can be further combined or replaced by the equivalent embodiment without departing from the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An ultrasonic cleaning device, characterized in that: comprising the steps of (a) a step of,
a washing tank for holding washing water;
the liquid inlet unit is used for feeding liquid into the cleaning tank;
the liquid level detection unit is used for detecting the liquid level in the cleaning tank; the detection end of the liquid level detection unit extends into the cleaning tank;
the water retaining structure is arranged in the cleaning tank and used for blocking liquid entering the liquid inlet unit from impacting the detection end of the liquid level detection unit.
2. An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein:
the water retaining structure is arranged between the position of the liquid inlet unit for feeding liquid into the cleaning tank and the position of the detection end of the liquid level detection unit in the cleaning tank.
3. An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the cleaning tank comprises a cleaning tank body, a cleaning device and a cleaning device,
a washing tank for washing the object to be washed;
one end of the guide groove is communicated with the washing groove and is used for feeding liquid and guiding the fed liquid water flow into the washing groove;
the detection end of the liquid level detection unit extends into the guide groove, and the water retaining structure is arranged in the guide groove.
4. An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the water retaining structure extends from the other end of the guide groove to one end of the guide groove communicated with the washing groove;
the two sides of the water retaining structure are respectively formed into a first channel and a second channel with the guide groove, the liquid inlet unit is used for feeding liquid into the first channel, and the detection end of the liquid level detection unit is extended into the second channel;
the washing tank is provided with a first waterway, enters the washing tank from the guide tank under the guidance of a first channel, and flows in a whirling way to the position of the detection end of the liquid level detection unit under the guidance of a second channel.
5. An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to claim 4, wherein: the water retaining structure comprises a water retaining device, a water retaining device and a water retaining device,
the water retaining boss is arranged in the guide groove in a protruding mode, and extends from the other end of the guide groove to one end, communicated with the washing groove, of the guide groove.
6. An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein:
the water retaining boss is provided with a notch which penetrates through two sides of the water retaining boss and is communicated with the first channel and the second channel respectively;
the cleaning tank is provided with a second waterway, flows from the first channel through the notch, flows into the second channel and is mixed with the first waterway entering the second channel.
7. An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 5-6, characterized in that:
the water retaining structure further comprises a water retaining plate which is arranged on the water retaining boss in an upward extending mode and is positioned between the position of the liquid inlet unit for feeding liquid into the cleaning tank and the position of the detection end of the liquid level detection unit in the cleaning tank.
8. An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 4-6, characterized in that: the washing device further comprises a base, wherein the washing groove is arranged at one end of the base, and the guide groove extends from the washing groove to the other end of the base;
the first channel is arranged near an outer side wall between two ends of the base.
9. An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to claim 8, wherein: the liquid inlet unit comprises a liquid inlet pipe which is arranged above the guide groove in an extending way; a liquid outlet is arranged on the liquid inlet pipe and is downwards arranged towards the first channel;
the liquid level detection unit comprises a probe, and the lower end of the probe stretches into the second channel.
10. A washing machine, characterized in that: an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus having the apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
