the two bending arms 22 are combined in a bending way, so that cargoes with holes can be hooked, meanwhile, the hanging blocks 12 are matched with the structural arrangement, the upper parts of the hanging blocks 12 are clamped with the annular frame 2, the integral mass of the hanging blocks 12 is supported by the annular frame 2, the second conveyor belt 17 and the third conveyor belt 18 are mainly used for moving, and the device can bear heavier objects;
when the hanging block 12 in the annular frame 2 needs to be transferred, the first electric telescopic rod 16 is started to be shortened, the arc-shaped separating rod 15 is moved to be positioned above the conveying belt III 18 on the outer ring, at the moment, as the hanging block 12 passes through the separating rod 15, the hook 21 is hooked with the separating rod 15, then the first electric telescopic rod 16 is extended, the hanging block 12 is hooked out of the annular frame 2, and under the action of inertia and gravity, the hanging block 12 is moved downwards to the bottom of the sorting rod 4, so that products are taken out;
through the arrangement of the sliding chute 20 and the clamping rod 19, the separating rod 15 is more stably connected with the sorting rod 4, so that the shaking and unstable phenomena of the separating rod 15 when the hanging block 12 is received are reduced, and the transferred hanging block 12 can be smoothly transferred to the sorting rod 4;
the hanging block 12 which moves to the sorting rod 4 can be downwards transported without relying on gravity by arranging the first conveyor belt 9, so that the problem that the hanging block 12 is blocked on the sorting rod 4 and does not move is solved, and the first conveyor belt 9 can be well embedded on the sorting rod 4 by arranging the limiting groove and the protruding strip;
in order to achieve selecting sorting, the passing goods are observed through the camera 3, and the first electric telescopic rod 16 is controlled through the data of the camera 3, so that the effect of sorting the goods required by selecting can be achieved, and the baffle rod 11 can prevent the problem that the hanging block 12 falls down due to the fact that the hanging block 12 continues to move outwards after the bottom is arranged;
the sorting rod 4 is supported by the supporting rods 8 and the supporting columns 10, the tops of the supporting rods 8 and the supporting columns 10 are connected with a ceiling, and the oblique sides of the supporting rods 8 and the sorting rod 4 are fixedly connected without influencing the first conveyor belt 9;
before the hanging block 12 moves to the bottom along the sorting rod 4, the pressing switch 23 can extrude the supporting rod 8, the electric telescopic rod stretches downwards along with the extrusion of the pressing switch 23, the two bending arms 22 are unfolded downwards to open the goods, then the driving motor 7 drives the extruding rod 6 to rotate for a circle, the hanging block 12 is released, and meanwhile, the next pressing is waited, through the arrangement, the function of releasing the goods at fixed points is realized, and only the falling goods are received at the bottom of the extruding rod 6, so that the operation process is further facilitated.
