Abstract
The invention discloses a three-cavity catheter capable of reducing bladder irritation symptoms, which comprises a catheter body, wherein a first catheter hole is formed in the water inlet end of the head of the catheter body, and a two-way pressure release valve is arranged in the water outlet section of the tail of the catheter body; the liquid entering the catheter body from the first urine guiding hole can only be discharged through the bidirectional pressure release valve except along the first urine guiding hole; when the pressure applied by the two-way pressure release valve reaches a certain degree, the water drainage function can be automatically started. In contrast to the prior art, the catheter is present in order to drain all the liquid from the bladder; but in this design be different from current design thinking, be equipped with two-way relief valve at the afterbody play water section of catheter body for after the liquid reaches certain pressure value in the bladder, can only discharge through two-way relief valve. Since there is fluid in the bladder, there is some increase in the volume of the bladder when there is no fluid, and sufficient space is left even if the bladder is stimulated by the balloon to produce contractile reflex.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of urinary surgery, in particular to a three-cavity catheter capable of reducing bladder irritation symptoms.
Background
Following the catheterization procedure, a large number of patients will develop catheter related bladder irritation (catheter-related bladder discomfort, CRBD). This is due to the reflex activity of the bladder caused by the balloon of the catheter head stimulating the bladder mucosa in the bladder. When the bladder is stimulated by the balloon, the bladder body will produce contractive reflex, further squeezing the balloon, in turn enhancing the stimulation of the balloon to the bladder wall, causing a vicious circle, making the patient extremely uncomfortable.
However, the balloon is present in order to prevent the catheter front end from escaping from the bladder, resulting in a failure of the indwelling procedure. Meanwhile, in the existing design, the air bag is arranged at the head of the catheter, and after the head of the catheter reaches the bladder, the air bag is inflated, so that the air bag blocks the bladder orifice, and the whole catheter cannot fall off.
Therefore, how to solve the bladder irritation related to the catheter is an urgent problem to be solved in the existing medical environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provide the three-cavity catheter which is simple to operate and has low technical requirements on the experience of operators and can reduce the bladder irritation symptom.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical method that: the invention discloses a three-cavity catheter capable of reducing bladder irritation symptoms, which comprises a catheter body, wherein a first catheter hole is formed in the water inlet end of the head of the catheter body, and a two-way pressure release valve is arranged in the water outlet section of the tail of the catheter body; the liquid entering the catheter body from the first urine guiding hole can only be discharged through the bidirectional pressure release valve except for being discharged along the first urine guiding hole;
When the pressure applied by the two-way pressure release valve reaches a certain degree, the water drainage function can be automatically started.
Further, the critical pressure of the automatic opening and draining function of the two-way pressure release valve is more than 1.5kpa.
Further, on the catheter body, a second catheter hole is formed behind the first catheter hole along the length direction of the catheter body; the reflux pipeline of the second urethral catheterization hole is arranged in the urethral catheter body and is not communicated with the reflux pipeline of the urethral catheter body.
Further, the openings of the first urethral catheterization hole and the second urethral catheterization hole are separated by 2-4 cm.
Further, a third urethral catheterization hole is formed in the urethral catheter body along the length direction of the urethral catheter body after the second urethral catheterization hole; the reflux pipeline of the third urethral catheterization hole is arranged in the urethral catheter body and is not communicated with the reflux pipelines of the first urethral catheterization hole and the second urethral catheterization hole.
Further, the second urethral catheterization hole is spaced 1-3cm from the opening of the third urethral catheterization hole.
Further, the openings of the first urethral catheterization hole and the second urethral catheterization hole are spaced by 3cm, and the second urethral catheterization hole and the third urethral catheterization hole are spaced by 2cm.
Further, a patch assembly capable of fixing the catheter body on the penis or labia is arranged on the catheter body along the length direction of the catheter body; the patch assembly comprises a catheter body patch fixed on the outer end surface of the catheter body and a urethral orifice patch fixed on the penis or labia.
Advantageous effects
1. In contrast to the prior art, the catheter is present in order to drain all the liquid from the bladder; but in this design be different from current design thinking, be equipped with two-way relief valve at the afterbody play water section of catheter body for liquid reaches certain pressure value in the bladder after, just can pass through two-way relief valve discharge.
Because the bladder contains liquid, the volume of the bladder with liquid is increased to a certain extent when the bladder is not filled with liquid, and further, even if the bladder is stimulated by the air sac to produce shrinkage reflection, enough space is reserved, and the problem of squeezing the air sac caused by excessive shrinkage does not exist.
Meanwhile, 1.5kpa, i.e., 15cm of water column, is the hydrostatic pressure at the beginning of the bladder inflation, at which time the bladder volume is about 400ml, and urine volume less than this volume is generally not intended.
2. The device is provided with three urethral catheterization holes, wherein the interval between the first urethral catheterization hole and the second urethral catheterization hole is 3cm, and the interval between the second urethral catheterization hole and the third urethral catheterization hole is 2cm. The first urethral catheterization hole is used for draining bladder urine; the second and third urethral catheterization holes are used for judging the depth of the urethral catheter. When urine just flows out from the second urethral catheterization hole, the second urethral catheterization hole is indicated to reach the vicinity of the bladder neck; if urine flows out from the third urethral catheterization opening, the urethral catheterization depth is too large, and the urethral catheter needs to be withdrawn.
Therefore, when the second urethral catheterization hole just has urine to flow out, and the third urethral catheterization hole does not have urine to flow out, indicate that first urethral catheterization hole is 3cm away from bladder neck mouth, is located the bladder center, and this urethral catheterization is effectual, and is difficult for touching the bladder mucosa, and forms the return circuit with the second urethral catheterization hole and conveniently washes.
The normal position of the third catheterization hole should be in the urethra. So that the channel can be used for injecting anesthetic, lubricant or medicine for treating urethra.
