In an embodiment of the present invention, the conference scheduling server is configured to log in a video conference room of the cloud platform server as a participant terminal, and record a video stream during the video conference.
In practical application, the conference scheduling server can also be used as a participant terminal to log in the cloud platform server, and after the conference scheduling server logs in the cloud platform server, the video stream of the current shared target document can be obtained, so that when the conference recording is started, the conference scheduling server can record the video stream according to the received video stream in the video conference process.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the conference scheduling server is configured to perform security authentication on the participant terminal during a process that the participant terminal logs in to the video conference through the cloud platform server.
In an example, the usage rights granted to the participants are continuously switched through conference scheduling in the conference process, so that the function of collaborative editing of documents is realized, and in the scheme, two users are not supported to operate simultaneously, but the usage rights can be switched in a short time, so that smooth collaborative operation is realized.
The embodiment of the invention creates authority information of one or more participant terminals in a remote document editing service through a forwarding server by a conference scheduling server; the method comprises the steps that a participant terminal logs in a cloud platform server through a forwarding server, when the participant terminal has a first right, a target document to be edited is uploaded to the cloud platform server for viewing by the logged participant terminal, and when the participant terminal has a second right, editing data aiming at the target document is uploaded to the cloud platform server, so that the target document to be edited is edited online; and the cloud platform server edits the target document on line according to the editing data and feeds the edited target document back to the participant terminal. Thus, remote editing of the conference document is realized based on the cloud platform.
The above-described embodiment of the present invention is exemplarily described below with reference to fig. 3:
fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a document editing system in a video networking conference according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a cloud platform server, a core server (i.e. a forwarding server), a terminal (e.g. Vmox client), a soft terminal, a conference scheduling server, and a conference control terminal (e.g. a parameter terminal).
The conference scheduling server receives a switching operator instruction sent by the conference control terminal, and modifies the authority information of the participant terminal in the video conference according to the instruction. Specifically, the conference scheduling server sends a switching operator instruction to the core server to modify the authority information of the participant terminal in the video conference.
The participant terminal (terminal or soft terminal) may remotely log into the cloud platform server via the core server based on the videophone and/or VDP protocol, joining the video conference on the cloud platform server.
In the process of participating in the conference, a document holder can open a document sharing function, upload a local document to a cloud platform server, share the document at the cloud platform server, and the cloud platform server sends conference video streams to other terminals in the video conference through a core server based on a video phone and/or a VDP protocol.
When the conference scheduling server authorizes the participant terminal with the editing authority to log in the cloud platform server based on the video telephone and/or the VDP protocol and enter the video conference, the participant terminal can display the shared document in the current conference, input the shared document through input equipment (such as a mouse and a keyboard) to generate a USB signal, further edit the target document on line, and the cloud platform server feeds the edited target document back to other participant terminals through the conference video stream.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are depicted as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred embodiments, and that the acts are not necessarily required by the embodiments of the invention.
An embodiment of the present invention also provides an electronic device, which may include a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, the computer program implementing the method for editing a document as above when executed by the processor.
An embodiment of the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a method of document editing as above.
For the device embodiments, since they are substantially similar to the method embodiments, the description is relatively simple, and reference is made to the description of the method embodiments for relevant points.
In this specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, and each embodiment is mainly described by differences from other embodiments, and identical and similar parts between the embodiments are all enough to be referred to each other.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, apparatus, or computer program product. Accordingly, embodiments of the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Claims (10)

1. A document editing method, applied to a document editing system, the document editing system including a conference scheduling server, a cloud platform server, a forwarding server, and one or more participant terminals, the method comprising:
the conference scheduling server creates authority information of one or more participant terminals in a remote document editing service through a forwarding server;
the participant terminal logs in a cloud platform server through the forwarding server, uploads a target document to be edited to the cloud platform server when the participant terminal has a first right so as to be checked by the logged participant terminal, and uploads editing data aiming at the target document to the cloud platform server when the participant terminal has a second right so as to edit the target document to be edited on line;
and the cloud platform server edits the target document on line according to the editing data and feeds the edited target document back to the participant terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the participant terminal has the second right, uploading editing data for a target document to the cloud platform server to perform online editing on the target document to be edited, comprising:
when the participant terminal has the second right, displaying a target document shared in the cloud platform server in the participant terminal;
the participant terminal responds to the editing operation aiming at the target document and generates editing data corresponding to the editing operation;
and the participant terminal uploads the editing data to the cloud platform server.
3. A document editing system, comprising a conference scheduling server, a cloud platform server, a forwarding server, and one or more participant terminals, wherein:
the conference scheduling server is used for creating authority information of one or more participant terminals in a remote document editing service through the forwarding server;
the participant terminal is used for logging in a cloud platform server through the forwarding server, uploading a target document to be edited to the cloud platform server when the participant terminal has a first right so as to be checked by the logged participant terminal, and uploading editing data aiming at the target document to the cloud platform server when the participant terminal has a second right so as to edit the target document to be edited on line;
and the cloud platform server is used for carrying out online editing on the target document according to the editing data and feeding back the edited target document to the participant terminal.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the SDK is included in the cloud platform server, the SDK being used for the participant terminal to access the cloud platform server and log into a video conference application of the cloud platform server to enter a video conference room.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the cloud platform server is further configured to control the participant terminal to enter a video conference room when the account number of the participant terminal is authenticated when logging into the video conference application of the cloud platform server.
6. The system of claim 3, wherein the cloud platform server comprises a service layer for performing management, control and data transmission of services through a preset protocol.
7. The system according to any one of claims 3 to 6, further comprising:
the conference scheduling server is used for logging in a video conference room of the cloud platform server as a participant terminal and recording video streams in the video conference process.
8. The system according to any one of claims 3 to 6, further comprising:
and the conference scheduling server is used for carrying out security authentication on the participant terminal in the process that the participant terminal logs in the video conference through the cloud platform server.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, which computer program, when executed by the processor, implements the document editing method of claim 1 or 2.
10. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the document editing method according to claim 1 or 2.
