The application method of the invention comprises the following steps:
(1) the bridging plate 3 is clamped on the injection molding template 6, and an injection mold is placed on the injection molding template 6;
(2) connecting the connecting buckle 12 to the side surface of the main shaft of the injection molding machine, moving the position of the machine body 2 on the sliding rail 5, installing the adjusting handle 13 in the connecting buckle 12, automatically resetting the stop block 22 after the tail end of the adjusting handle 13 passes through the stop block 22 under the action of the reset spring 23, and locking the adjusting handle 13;
(3) the main shaft of the injection molding machine moves upwards, the adjusting handle 13 drives the rack 9 to move upwards, the first gear 17 rotates anticlockwise, the second gear 20 rotates clockwise, the hinge 10 rotates, the third gear 21 is driven to rotate and rise, and the injection molding template 6 rises along the second guide rail 14; when the rising height of the injection molding template 6 reaches the required height, the main shaft of the injection molding machine stops moving, the ratchet wheel 19 realizes self-locking, and the adjusting component and the lifting component stop moving; when the ascending height of the injection molding template 6 does not reach the required height, the main shaft of the injection molding machine stops moving, the ratchet wheel 19 realizes self-locking, the reset rod 24 is pulled down, the adjusting handle 13 is taken down, after the main shaft of the injection molding machine descends, the next group of adjusting handles 13 is replaced, and the lifting of the injection molding mold is continuously realized until the required height is reached;
(4) the bridge plate 3 is put down, the injection mold is pushed onto a workbench of the injection molding machine, the roller 8 on the bridge plate 3 cleans the bottom of the injection mold, after the injection mold is installed, the bridge plate 3 is retracted, the spanner 18 of the ratchet 19 is pulled, the injection mold plate 6 returns to the initial position, and the installation device is reset along the sliding rail 5.

the gear unit comprises a first gear (17) meshed with the rack (9), a second gear (20) meshed with the first gear (17), a hinge (10) in transmission connection with the second gear (20) and a third gear (21) driven by the hinge (10), and the third gear (21) is arranged on the injection molding template (6); one side of the first gear (17) is provided with a ratchet wheel (19), the ratchet wheel (19) rotates along with the first gear (17), and a wrench (18) is arranged at a position, close to the ratchet wheel (19), on the first guide rail (1).
