In order to ensure that the sand blasting head 32 can finish sand blasting before the golf club head 200 reaches the third position sensor, the first speed threshold is smaller than the running speed of the manipulator 31, so that the conveyer belt 23 does not need to be stopped during sand blasting, thereby effectively improving sand blasting efficiency and production efficiency.
The automatic golf head blasting apparatus 100 further includes a control panel (not shown) electrically connected to the controller. Thus, various parameters in the blasting process, such as the blasting model, the blasting track, the blasting speed, etc., can be set through the control panel.
Referring to fig. 8, an automatic sand blasting method for a golf head based on the automatic sand blasting apparatus 100 for a golf head includes the following steps:
1) The operator inserts the jig 10 having clamped the golf club head 200 into the fixing groove 243 of the fixing base 24 at the pick-and-place station, and makes the positioning column 1112 of the jig 10 be caught into the positioning hole 244 of the fixing base 24;
2) The conveying driver drives the conveying belt 23 to work, and the golf club head 200 is conveyed to the sand blasting station;
3) The manipulator 31 carries the sand blasting head 32 to blast the golf club head 200 on the conveyer belt 23, and after the sand blasting is completed, the manipulator 31 carries the sand blasting head 32 to reset automatically;
4) The conveyor belt 23 conveys the sandblasted golf club head 200 to the pick-and-place station, and the operator removes the jig 10 holding the sandblasted golf club head 200.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the golf ball head 200 is clamped by the clamp 10, so that the position of the golf ball head 200 can be well fixed, the golf ball head 200 can be prevented from shifting in the conveying process and the spraying process by matching the clamp 10 with the fixing seat 24 on the conveying belt 23, the sand blasting effect of the golf ball head 200 is effectively improved, and the production quality is improved; the automatic sand blasting can be realized through the cooperation of the clamp 10, the conveying mechanism 20 and the sand blasting mechanism 30, and the conveying belt 23 does not need to be stopped in the sand blasting process, so that the sand blasting efficiency of the golf club head 200 can be effectively improved, the labor cost is reduced, and the human body can be prevented from being directly contacted with high-concentration toxic and harmful air pollutants generated by sand blasting, so that the personal safety of operators is better protected.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
