The working surface of the eccentric wheel is quenched, and the hardness reaches HRC55. The surface is smooth and clean, and the wear resistance is ensured. The cutter up-down crossed roller guide rail and the cam bearing adopt imported high-quality components and parts, so that the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
The working principle and the using flow of the invention are as follows: when the device is required to work, the first stepping motor 4 and the second stepping motor 5 are turned on in advance, silver plating wires pass through the space between the movable pressing wheel 14, the fixed pressing wheel 15, the upper conveying wheel 16 and the lower conveying wheel 17, the outer ends of the silver plating wires pass through the wire grooves in the lower cutter 10 and are pulled out from the V-shaped grooves, then the first stepping motor 4 drives the eccentric wheel 7 to rotate, the guide seat 8 is pressed down, the guide seat 8 is driven to reciprocate up and down on the rail seat 19 by matching with the reset spring group 21, and therefore the upper cutter 9 is driven to cut off the silver plating wires between the upper cutter and the lower cutter 10 at intervals, and the cutting effect of the silver plating wires is ensured.
