In order to accelerate the speed of detecting the ammeter part, the accuracy of the actual color, the actual shape and the actual size data of the determined ammeter part is improved, a pneumatic device can be placed on the electronic scale, a clamp can be placed on the pneumatic device, the clamp can be used for fixing the ammeter part by using the pneumatic device, and the clamp can be used for rapidly clamping the ammeter part by using the pneumatic device. In order to enable the terminal to determine the actual shape of the electricity meter part, the image acquired by the camera may be a perspective view of the electricity meter part.
In the embodiment of the application, the clamp utilizes the pneumatic device to fix the ammeter part, so that the clamp can utilize the pneumatic device to rapidly tighten the ammeter part, the detection speed of the ammeter part is accelerated, and the accuracy of the determined actual color, actual shape and actual size data of the ammeter part is improved. The clamp faces the surface with the largest flatness of the ammeter part to the camera so that the terminal can determine the color of the surface with the largest flatness of the ammeter part based on the image, and the situation that the color of the surface with the too small area of the ammeter part cannot be determined is avoided.
Alternatively, considering that the three-dimensional meter is a high-precision measuring device which can accurately measure the size of an object, the above-mentioned size measuring device may be a three-dimensional meter which can measure the actual size data of the differential portion with the center of the jig as a measurement reference and the ground plane as a bottom reference in order to ensure the accuracy of the actual size data of the differential portion measured by the three-dimensional meter.
In the embodiment of the application, the three-coordinate instrument takes the center of the clamp as a measurement reference, and takes the ground plane as a bottom reference to measure the actual size data of the difference part, so that the accuracy of the actual size data of the difference part measured by the three-coordinate instrument is ensured.
Optionally, in consideration of color deviation of other light sources on the color of the ammeter part, the actual color determined by the terminal is inaccurate, and in order to ensure the accuracy of the actual color of the terminal, the ammeter part detection system may further include a lamp for irradiating constant light on the ammeter part, so as to avoid color deviation of other light sources on the color of the ammeter part, and the actual color determined by the terminal is inaccurate.
In the embodiment of the application, the constant light is irradiated on the ammeter part by the lamp, so that the problem that the actual color determined by the terminal is inaccurate due to color deviation of other light sources on the color of the ammeter part is avoided.

The ammeter part detection system provided by the embodiment of the application can comprise: an instrument desk 20 with transmission lines inside, an electronic scale 21 placed on the instrument desk 20, an outer frame 22, a start switch 23, an emergency stop switch 24, a pneumatic device 25 placed on the electronic scale 21, a clamp 26 placed on the pneumatic device 25, a camera 27 fixed on the outer frame 22, a lamp 28, and a three-coordinate instrument 29, and a terminal 30 connected to the transmission lines inside the instrument desk 20.
The fixture 26 may be used to hold the meter part to be inspected with the pneumatic device 25 and to face the maximum flatness of the meter part to the camera 27. A lamp 28 may be used to illuminate a constant light on the meter components.
The electronic scale 21 may be used to weigh the electricity meter part held by the clamp 26 when the start switch 23 is pressed, to obtain the actual weight of the electricity meter part, and to transmit the actual weight to the terminal 30 through a transmission line inside the instrument stand 20. The emergency stop switch 24 stops when it is pressed.
The camera 27 may be used to capture images of the meter components and transmit the images to the terminal 30 via a transmission line provided inside the instrument desk 20. The emergency stop switch 24 stops when it is pressed.
