According to the manufacturing method of the 3D three-dimensional polyester long-fiber down-like thermal insulation cotton, the speed of the interlaced filament in the second step is 8-12 m/min of lapping, 7-11 m/min of bottom curtain and 23-27 m/min of inclined curtain.

From the table, the 3D polyester long fiber eiderdown warm-keeping prepared by the invention has good water-washing resistance and elasticity, and the warm-keeping property can be compared with that of eiderdown cotton.
