此外,本发明还涉及一种用于处理工件,尤其板状工件的方法。所述方法包括以下步骤:在工件上施加覆层材料,尤其条状的覆层材料;在覆层材料上施加漆;并且将漆的表面结构化以设定光泽值和/或触觉特性。优选地,在所述方法的过程中使用前面描述的设备。
尤其地,覆层材料至少部段地由塑料材料、铝或饰板形成,使得所述方法能够在家具生产的领域中使用。
此外,所述方法还包括打印覆层材料的面的步骤。由此,能够个性化地设计外观。打印覆层材料的面尤其在在覆层材料上施加漆之前进行。
在另一实施方式中提出,借助于用于喷涂的喷嘴、喷墨打印头和/或滚筒进行涂漆。
还能够提出,借助于准分子灯、红外灯、微波源和/或LED源进行结构化。
优选地,在施加覆层材料之前,对工件的待覆层的面进行切削加工。例如,能够制造平坦的表面。此外,还能够在工件上,尤其在工件的窄面上设置半径或棱角。
作为另一步骤,所述方法能够包括覆层材料的再加工,尤其对安置在工件上的覆层材料的剪切、剥离和/或修整。因此,生产能够在一个工序中进行,尤其以行进的方式进行。
优选地,用于处理的工件的步骤以行进的方式进行。由此,能够在一个工序中将覆层材料安置在工件上并且在高光泽和无光泽之间设定表面。这开启个性化的设计可行性。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的设备1的一个实施方式的示意性侧视图,所述设备用于打印板状工件的窄侧。这种工件能够至少部分地由木材或人造板制成。例如,所述工件是家具的板或面板、地板面板或天花板面板、厨房工作台面等。
为了移动待通过设备1处理的工件,设备1具有输送装置,通过所述输送装置,工件能够沿着行进方向D运动穿过设备1。例如,输送装置构成为输送皮带、输送链或输送带。此外,设备1还能够配备有所谓的上部压力,通过所述上部压力,在行进方向D上运动的工件被压向输送装置。
设备1包括进入区域10,在所述进入区域中能够将工件插入设备1中。也可行的是,借助于(未示出的)输送装置将工件输送给进入区域10。
与进入区域10相邻的是加工单元20,所述加工单元设立用于切削加工,尤其修整沿着行进方向D运动的工件的窄面。加工单元20包括一个或多个加工机组,通过所述一个或多个加工机组能够进行切削加工。例如,能够通过加工单元20的加工机组制造平坦的表面。此外,加工单元20能够包括如下加工机组,所述加工机组用于在工件的窄面上设置半径或棱角。
沿着行进方向D相对于加工单元20在下游地,设备1包括覆层装置30,所述覆层装置设立用于在板状工件的借助于加工单元20加工的窄面上安置条状的覆层材料。这种覆层材料包括预覆层的附着层或可活化的部段,或者覆层材料和/或工件的窄面设有附着剂。覆层装置30设立用于将覆层材料压紧到工件的窄侧上。
相对于覆层装置30在下游地,设有再加工装置40,通过所述再加工装置去除覆层材料的突出部段和/或确保覆层材料以工件尺寸终止。再加工装置40能够包括剪切机组和/或刮刀,所述剪切机组和/或刮刀设立用于去除突出的覆层材料。替选地或附加地,再加工装置40包括成型铣削机组,通过所述成型铣削机组能够在工件的后部或前部的窄面上执行成型铣削。
设备1还包括清洁装置50,以便在进一步加工之前清洁工件,尤其是工件的经覆层的窄面。尤其地,清洁装置50能够包括循环布,所述循环布相对于施加在工件的窄侧上的覆层材料移动从而从覆层材料处去除加工残留物、灰尘等。
此外,设备1具有等离子体处理装置60,所述等离子体处理装置设立用于产生与高压放电在空间上分离的等离子体,以便借助于压缩空气将所述等离子体吹到工件上的覆层材料上。在此,表面会被轻微加热。
沿着行进方向D相对于等离子体处理设备60在下游地,设有黏附剂涂覆装置70,通过所述黏附剂涂覆装置将黏附剂(底漆)施加在覆层材料上。通过黏附剂涂覆装置70将设置在工件上的覆层材料的表面准备好用于后续打印,使得该表面具有改进的润湿性和附着特性。
与黏附剂涂覆装置70相邻地,设有喷墨打印装置80,所述喷墨打印装置包括一个或多个打印头。打印头构成为喷墨打印头并且将打印材料(墨水)施加在待打印的表面上。喷墨打印装置80的喷墨打印头能够进行多色打印并且为此作为颜色输出黑色、品红色、黄色和青色。这些颜色相应地彼此组合,以便通过其组合施加多色图案。
沿着行进方向D在喷墨打印装置80的下游,设有涂漆装置90,所述涂漆装置能够将漆施加在工件的经打印的面上。涂漆装置90能够包括用于喷涂的喷嘴、喷墨打印头或滚筒。
与涂漆装置90相邻地,设有结构化装置100,所述结构化装置包括准分子灯。通过结构化装置100能够将尚未固化或未完全固化的漆结构化,使得能够设定表面的特定的光泽值和/或触觉特性。光泽值能够根据ISO 2813作为反射计值来测量。此外,通过使用结构化装置100还产生特定的触觉并且漆进一步固化。
沿着行进方向D在下游地,还设有检查装置110,所述检查装置包括相机,以便检查工件的通过上述装置处理的表面,尤其工件上的覆层材料的经打印的并且通过结构化装置100处理的表面,并且对表面质量进行评估。
设备1具有如下优点:在一个设备中设置所提及的装置20-100,使得工件能够尤其在一次夹紧中连续进行多个加工步骤,而无需另外的重新定向。这提高了工件的可再现性和外观质量,因为相应的加工步骤能够彼此精确地协调。
Claims (15)
1.一种用于处理工件,尤其板状工件的设备(1),包括:
覆层装置(30),所述覆层装置设立用于将覆层材料,尤其条状的覆层材料安置在工件上,
涂漆装置(90),所述涂漆装置设立用于将漆安置在所述覆层材料上,和
结构化装置(100),所述结构化装置设立用于设定设有漆的表面的光泽值和/或触觉特性。
2.根据权利要求1的设备(1),还包括:
打印装置(80),所述打印装置用于打印所述覆层材料的表面,
其中优选地,所述打印装置(80)包括一个或多个打印头,其中此外优选地,所述一个或多个打印头构成为喷墨打印头。
3.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的设备(1),其中所述涂漆装置(90)包括用于喷涂的喷嘴、喷墨打印头和/或滚筒。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的设备(1),其中所述结构化装置(100)包括准分子灯、红外灯、微波源和/或LED源。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的设备(1),还包括输送装置,所述输送装置设立用于沿着行进方向(D)移动所述工件,其中优选地,所述输送装置包括输送皮带、输送链或输送带。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的设备(1),还包括加工单元(20),所述加工单元设立用于切削加工、尤其用于修整所述工件的待设有所述覆层材料的面。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的设备(1),还包括再加工装置(40),所述再加工装置具有加工机组,所述加工机组包括剪切机组、刮刀和/或旋转的加工工具。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的设备(1),还包括清洁装置(50),所述清洁装置设立用于清洁安置在所述工件上的覆层材料。
9.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的设备(1),还包括等离子体处理装置(60),所述等离子体处理装置设立用于产生等离子体,以便借助于压缩空气将所述等离子体吹到安置在所述工件上的覆层材料上。
10.一种用于处理工件,尤其板状工件的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
将覆层材料,尤其条状的覆层材料施加在工件上,
在所述覆层材料上涂漆,并且
结构化所述漆的表面以设定光泽值和/或触觉特性。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,还包括打印所述覆层材料的面的步骤。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其中借助于用于喷涂的喷嘴、喷墨打印头和/或滚筒进行涂漆。
13.根据权利要求10至12中任一项所述的方法,其中借助于准分子灯、红外灯、微波源和/或LED源进行结构化。
14.根据权利要求10至13中任一项所述的方法,其中在施加所述覆层材料之前,切削加工所述工件的待覆层的面。
15.根据权利要求10至14中任一项所述的方法,其中用于处理所述工件的步骤以行进的方式进行。
