Abstract
本发明属于微生物及水产养殖技术领域,公开了一株高耐盐的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株、微生物菌剂及其应用,该菌株是一种新的源自石斑鱼肠道的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1‑11,保藏编号为GDMCC No:63670。本发明还公开了包括该G1‑11作为活性成分的微生物菌剂及应用。本发明的菌株G1‑11在盐度0‑40、胆盐浓度为0‑3%条件下均能生长,且通过实验证实,蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株G1‑11可以提高石斑鱼的生长性能,促进生长相关基因的表达、改善肠道组织形态,还能提高免疫相关酶活的活性,进而提高石斑鱼的非特异免疫性能,降低哈维氏弧菌感染的死亡率,具有良好的应用前景和市场价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及微生物及水产养殖技术领域,具体涉及一株高耐盐的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株、微生物菌剂及其应用。
背景技术
水产养殖是全球增长最快的粮食生产系统之一,是满足人们日益增长的粮食需求和解决营养不足等问题的重要手段。目前,中国已是世界上最大的水产养殖生产国,有着2000多年水产养殖历史。鱼类因具有高水平、易代谢的优质蛋白而深受消费者喜爱,是人类饮食中所需优质蛋白质的重要来源之一,其生产和贸易也对全球农业产出做出了重大贡献。为了获得更高的产量和效益,水产养殖业向着高密度、集约化方向发展,这使得水体富营养化、病害频发等问题日益显著。当前我国的水产养殖模式主要为高密度、集约化,此模式操作方便、产量高、效益好,但也易造成养殖水体中各种致病菌的生长、严重影响水产养殖的产量和效益。水产健康养殖是一个复杂的问题。在养殖过程中,传统的疾病控制策略主要是使用抗生素等药物。抗生素药物使用范围广,但极易出现乱用药、用药不当、用药过度等情况。抗生素的过度使用会加剧全球的生态风险,如产生耐药菌株、破坏微生态平衡以及污染水源等。目前由于抗生素药物的使用而出现的大量养殖问题已引起国内外高度重视。非抗生素和环境友好型制剂的开发成为水产健康养殖的重要途径之一。
现有研究发现,将活性的微生物或可培养的益生菌作为水产养殖的饲料添加物,益生菌可以通过产生抑制性化合物、争夺化学物质和粘附位点、调节和刺激免疫系统、改善微生物平衡等方式对宿主产生有益影响。近年来,益生菌喂养被认为是一种具有发展前景的控制鱼类疾病和提高产量的策略,在饲料中添加益生菌以增强水生生物的生长性能和抗逆性能也已成为国内外研究热点。益生菌可以促进水产养殖动物生长因子的表达,提高其生长性能。研究表明,饲料中添加不同浓度的Chromobacterium aquaticum喂养斑马鱼(Danio rerio),能够显著提高肝脏中生长相关基因葡萄糖激酶(glucokinase,GK)和己糖激酶1(hexokinase1,HK1)的表达量,类似的结果在尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)中也有报道。益生菌还具有提高消化酶活力,促进营养代谢的作用。研究表明,用含乳酸乳球菌(Lactococcus lactis)和粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis)的饲料喂养斜带石斑鱼(Epinephelus coioides)幼鱼,其肝脏的蛋白酶活力均得到显著提高。Salah等的研究表明,枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和嗜酸乳杆菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus)具有提高尼罗罗非鱼机体消化水平、促进营养吸收,增加机体体重的功效。
虽然关于不同种类益生菌对经济鱼类的生长等各方面的影响已有不少报道,但大多采取直接在饲料中添加某种外源性益生菌的方式进行研究,其在水产养殖中的安全性和有效性仍有待商榷。此外,在全世界海洋中,海水的盐度平均值约为34.7。在盐度为35的 1千克海水中,含氯离子 19.34克,钠离子10.77克,还有硫、镁、钙、钾等成分。外海的海水盐度较高,可达35~36;近海、特别是河口区域的海水盐度可低于30,这是因为陆地径流输入淡水的缘故。但是现有技术中多数的益生菌均不具有耐盐性,因而无法应用于含盐水体中(特别是沿海、近海渔场)的水产养殖,大大限制了益生菌的适用范围。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供的目的在于:提供一株高耐盐的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株,具体是源自石斑鱼肠道的蜡样芽孢杆菌新菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11,该菌株能够在40度及以下盐度的养殖水体中成活,通过其生物学机制,促进石斑鱼生长相关基因的表达、改善肠道组织形态,从而可以提高石斑鱼的生长性能,提高免疫相关酶的活性,提高石斑鱼的非特异免疫性能,降低哈维氏弧菌感染的死亡率,可作为水产养殖的饲料添加剂或药物等,提高淡水/海水养殖产量,减少抗生素和违禁药物的使用。
本发明的目的采用以下技术方案来实现:
一株高耐盐的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株,其为蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11,于2023年7月20日保藏在广东省微生物菌种保藏中心(GDMCC),保藏地址为广州市先烈中路100号大院59号楼5楼,保藏编号为GDMCC No:63670;其DNA序列表见附表。
所述蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11分离于虎龙杂交斑肠道。
一种微生物菌剂,其包括所述高耐盐的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11作为活性成分。
一种鱼饲料添加剂,其包括有效剂量的所述的微生物菌剂。
一种预防或治疗鱼疾病的药物,其包括有效剂量的所述微生物菌剂。
一种所述高耐盐的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株或所述的微生物菌剂在水产养殖中的应用,水产养殖的对象为石斑鱼,养殖水体的盐度为0-40。

相对于现有技术,本发明具有如下优点和有益效果:
(1)本发明源自石斑鱼肠道、分离筛选得到新菌株蜡样芽孢杆菌Bacillus cereus G1-11,是一种自源性菌株,其在水产养殖中的安全性和有效性能够得到保障;由于该菌株是源自宿主自身的益生菌,其更能够适应鱼类肠道环境,具备在宿主肠道中长效和稳定的定植的能力,有利于更直接更全面的与宿主肠道内原有菌群的协同作用,快速发挥其对宿主的生长、消化、抗病等多方面的有利作用。
(2)本发明提供的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11,是经分离培养、形态观察及16S rDNA序列分析等方法,从健康石斑鱼肠道中分离得到的一株新菌株,其具有广盐性、耐胆汁盐等特点,在温度为25-35℃、pH 5.5-7.5、盐度0-40、胆盐浓度为0-3%养殖水体条件下均能生长,且通过实验证实,本发明蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11能够通过其自源性的生物学机制,与宿主肠道内的原生性微生物一起,促进生长相关基因的表达、改善肠道组织形态,提高石斑鱼的生长性能,提高免疫相关酶活的活性,进而提高石斑鱼的非特异免疫性能,降低哈维氏弧菌感染的死亡率,具有良好的应用前景和市场价值。
(3)本发明的应用广泛、适用的养殖区域范围大;将本发明蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11制备为微生物菌剂、用于养殖实验,具体进行了石斑鱼生长影响等实验,发现其可显著提高石斑鱼的体重,因此,本发明提供的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11及其微生物菌剂、具有促进石斑鱼生长功能,可用于制备石斑鱼饲料添加剂。
(4)将本发明提供的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11制备为鱼饲料添加剂喂养石斑鱼,还可提高石斑鱼肝脏和血清中免疫相关酶的活性,可降低感染哈维氏弧菌的石斑鱼的死亡率,因此,本发明蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11及其鱼饲料添加剂等制品,可用于制备提高石斑鱼免疫力的药物和预防或治疗石斑鱼疾病的药物。

参见附图1的菌落形态示意图,本发明实施例提供的一株高耐盐的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株,其为蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11,于2023年7月20日保藏在广东省微生物菌种保藏中心(GDMCC),保藏地址为广州市先烈中路100号大院59号楼5楼,保藏编号为GDMCC No:63670,其保藏状态为存活。
所述蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11,是经分离培养、形态观察及16SrDNA序列分析等方法,从健康石斑鱼肠道中分离得到的一株新菌株,其具有广盐性、耐胆汁盐等特点,具体是分离于虎龙杂交斑肠道的自源性菌株,其DNA序列表见附表。
一种微生物菌剂,其包括所述高耐盐的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11作为活性成分。

以下以多个具体实施例加以具体说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供的一株高耐盐的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株、微生物菌剂及其应用,是在前述实施例的基础上,进一步包括蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11的分离与鉴定。
(1)培养基
营养琼脂培养基:蛋白胨 10.0g,牛肉浸膏 3.0g,琼脂 15.0g,氯化钠 5.0g,蒸馏水 1000mL,pH 7.1-7.5。
胰酪大豆蛋白液体培养基:胰酪胨 17.0g,大豆木瓜蛋白酶水解物 3.0g,磷酸氢二钾 2.5g,葡萄糖 2.5g,氯化钠 5.0g,蒸馏水 1000mL,pH 7.1-7.5。
淀粉酶筛选培养基:蛋白胨 10.0g,牛肉浸膏 3.0g,琼脂 16.0g,可溶性淀粉10.0g,氯化钠 5.0g,蒸馏水 1000mL,pH 7.1-7.5。
蛋白酶筛选培养基:蛋白胨 10.0g,牛肉浸膏 3.0g,琼脂 15.0g,氯化钠 5.0g,15%脱脂奶粉水溶液 100.0mL,蒸馏水 1000mL,pH 7.1-7.5。
脂肪酶筛选培养基:蛋白胨 10.0g,硫酸铵 2.0g,磷酸氢二钾 1.0g,磷酸二氢钾3.0g,七水硫酸亚铁 1.0g,氯化钠 5.0g,琼脂 20.0g,溴甲酚紫 0.04g,蒸馏水 880mL,高压蒸汽灭菌后,加入120mL PVA乳化液,摇匀使用。
(2)石斑鱼肠道细菌的分离与保藏
取健康的虎龙杂交斑6尾(G1,体质量平均为47.47±5.92g),无菌解剖取鱼肠道,将肠道内容物梯度稀释至浓度为10-8后涂布(共9个梯度,每个梯度涂布5个营养琼脂平板),分离、纯化不同形态的菌株保藏于15%甘油和斜面中。
(3)产酶菌株筛选与鉴定
配制淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶筛选培养基,接菌培养,观察并记录每个菌株的产酶情况。结果表明,编号为G1-11的菌株能够产淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶,且产酶性能较高。
使用细菌基因组DNA提取试剂盒(美基,中国)提取G1-11的总DNA,使用通用引物(27F和1492R)进行PCR扩增16S rDNA并测序,将测序结果(如SEQ ID NO:1所示)与NCBI数据库进行比对。结果表明,菌株G1-11的16S rDNA序列与蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)的16S rDNA序列同源性为99%,说明分离得到的菌株G1-11为蜡样芽孢杆菌一个新的菌株蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11,其菌落形态见附图1,DNA序列表见附表。
实施例2
本实施例提供的一株高耐盐的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株、微生物菌剂及其应用,是在前述实施例及实施例1的基础上,进一步进行蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11的应用潜力评价。
(1)培养基
耐胆盐实验培养基:改变胰酪大豆蛋白液体培养基中胆盐的含量,制成胆盐含量分别为0%、0.03%、0.3%、3%的培养基
耐pH实验培养基:改变胰酪大豆蛋白液体培养基的pH值,制成pH值分别为pH 3.5、pH 5.5、pH 7.5的培养基
耐盐实验培养基:改变胰酪大豆蛋白液体培养基的NaCl含量,制成NaCl含量分别为1%、2%、3%、4%的培养基
耐温度实验培养基:胰酪大豆蛋白液体培养基,设置25℃、35℃、45℃三个温度梯度。
(2)不同条件下蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)G1-11的生长曲线
将蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)G1-11于不同条件下(温度、盐度、胆盐、pH)摇瓶发酵,每组设置三个重复,分别于第0、1、3、5、7、11、15、23、31、39 h测定菌液的OD600并记录。结果表明,蜡样芽孢杆菌G1-11在温度为25-35℃(图2a)、pH 5.5-7.5(图2b)、盐度10-40(图2c)、胆盐浓度为0%-3%(图2d)均能生长,能够在海水环境和肠道中存活。
(3)不同条件下蜡样芽胞杆菌G1-11产蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性
将蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11于不同条件下(温度、盐度、胆盐、pH)摇瓶发酵,每组设置三个重复,分别于24h后取发酵液40mL,4℃ 2000 r/min离心15min,收集上清液,使用南京建成的试剂盒检测上清液中蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性。结果表明,蜡样芽孢杆菌G1-11在不同的温度、盐度、pH和胆盐浓度下均能产蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶(见图3),具有在石斑鱼肠道中通过产消化酶促进石斑鱼对营养物质消化吸收的潜力。
(3)生物安全性实验
选取健康的斑马鱼(Danio rerio),暂养10天。稳定后随机分配到15L 玻璃缸中(每缸15尾),设置实验组和对照组,各3个重复。取培养的蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)G1-11菌液离心弃上清后重悬,根据测定的标准曲线得到OD600与菌株浓度的关系,调节水体菌液浓度为1×106 CFU/mL,对照组加入等量灭菌水。实验持续10d,期间每天完全更换水体,换水后重复上述操作,记录每组斑马鱼存活率。结果表明,实验组斑马鱼存活率与对照组无显著差异,均为100%,说明蜡样芽胞杆菌不会造成鱼类死亡,能够应用于水产养殖。
实施例3
本实施例提供的一株高耐盐的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株、微生物菌剂及其应用,是在前述实施例及实施例1-2的基础上,进一步验证蜡样芽孢杆菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11对虎龙杂交斑的应用及益生作用。
(1)实验设计与饲料制备
取12个体积为170 L的养殖桶,每桶养殖虎龙杂交斑30尾,分为四组,每组三个平行。制备含蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株G1-11浓度为106 CFU/g(L,低浓度组)、108 CFU/g(M,中浓度组)、1010 CFU/g(H,高浓度组)和0 CFU/g(Control,对照组)的饲料,每天投喂料2次(日投喂量为体重的3%),养殖60天。
(2)生长性能测定
在养殖60天后,每个养殖桶随机取鱼10尾,用250mg/L丁香酚(生工,上海)麻醉,称量其体长、体重。生长性能按以下公式计算:

特定生长率(%)=100×[ln(终末体重)-ln(初始体重)]/养殖时间
肥满度(%)=(末体重/末体长³)×100
内脏指数(%)=(脏器重/空壳重)×100
由下表1(喂养含不同浓度蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株G1-11饲料60天后虎龙杂交斑的生长性能表)可以看出,在生长性能方面,L组、M组和H组的WG、PWG、SGR和VI均高于C组,其中L组、M组和H组的PWG(L:55.62±1.06;M:55.60±1.05;H:56.59±1.14)和SGR(L:1.38±0.04;M:1.38±0.04;H:1.43±0.04)均显著高于C组的PWG(52.10±1.15)和SGR(1.25±0.04)(P<0.05)。三组不同浓度的含菌饲料中,H组的WG(41.84±1.75)、PWG(56.59±1.14)、SGR(1.43±0.04)和VI(6.67±0.14)最高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。L组的PWG、CF和VI高于M组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。总的来说,饲料中添加1010 CFU/g蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株G1-11就可以显著提高虎龙杂交斑的生长性能。

(3)生长相关基因相对表达量检测
使用RNA isolater Total RNA Extraction(诺唯赞,中国)提取虎龙杂交斑肌肉组织总RNA,使用超微量微孔板分光光度计(BioTek,美国)和琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测总RNA的浓度、纯度和完整性。使用HiScriptⅡqRT SuperMix for qPCR(+gDNA wiper)(诺唯赞,中国)合成cDNA。
使用LightCycler® 480 Instrument II(Roche,瑞士),通过Real-time qPCR检测虎龙杂交斑生长相关基因表达情况。在96孔板上制备20μL qPCR反应体系,包含10μL ChamQSYBR qPCR Master Mix、2μL cDNA模板、0.4μL 上游引物、0.4μL 下游引物、7.2μL ddH2O。以β-actin为内参基因,每个反应3个重复,得到定量PCR的扩增曲线和融解曲线,以2-△△CT方法分析虎龙杂交斑生长相关的基因(肌肉: GHR1、TOR、S6K1、IGF-2)的相对表达量,用于检测的qPCR引物及溶解温度见表2(虎龙杂交斑生长相关基因qPCR检测引物及溶解温度)。

虎龙杂交斑肌肉中生长相关基因的相对表达量见图4。在肌肉组织中,检测的生长相关基因在实验组中有较高的相对表达量,其中实验组的GHR1、IGF-2和TOR相对表达量均显著高于C组(P<0.05)。H组的GHR1、S6K1和TOR相对表达量最高,显著高于C组(P<0.05)。
(4)免疫相关酶活检测
将肝脏样品按照1:9比例加入0.86%NaCl溶液。匀浆3000 r/min离心20 min,取上清,用上清测肝脏总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性。血清样品则测其酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、丙二醛(MDA)和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性,采用南京建成生物工程研究所生产的试剂盒。
由表3(蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株G1-11对虎龙杂交斑肝脏组织中免疫相关酶活力的影响)可知,与C组相比,L和M组中的虎龙杂交斑肝脏T-SOD活性均下降且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。虽然H组肝脏的T-SOD活性有所上升,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。在肝脏AKP活性方面,H组虎龙杂交斑肝脏组织的AKP活性均显著高于其他三组 (P<0.05)。

此外,用不同浓度蜡样芽胞杆菌菌株G1-11喂养后,L组和M组虎龙杂交斑血清中T-SOD、ACP活性均低于C组和H组,L组与M组的T-SOD、ACP活性无显著差异(P>0.05,见表4,蜡样芽孢杆菌对虎龙杂交斑血清免疫相关酶活力的影响)。C组T-SOD、ACP活性均低于H组,但仅ACP活性存在显著差异(P<0.05)。

(5)石斑鱼肠道组织形态结构
通过光学显微镜和测量数据评估蜡样芽胞杆菌菌株G1-11对虎龙杂交斑肠道组织形态的影响见表5(蜡样芽胞杆菌G1-11对虎龙杂交斑肠道组织形态的影响)。与C组相比,L组肠道绒毛宽度和微绒毛高度显著增加,但绒毛高度、黏膜下层和肌肉层厚度显著减少(P <0.05)。与C组相比,M组肠道绒毛宽度和绒毛高度显著减少(P<0.05),微绒毛高度、黏膜下层和肌肉层厚度无显著差异(P>0.05)。与C组和M组相比,H组所有检测指标均显著大于C组和M组(P<0.05),其中H组肠道的肌肉层厚度(115.55±9.53 μm)是C组肌肉层厚度(58.39±3.79 μm)的近两倍。与L组相比,H组肠道绒毛高度、黏膜下层和肌肉层厚度显著增加(P<0.05),H组肠道绒毛宽度和微绒毛高度大于L组但差异不显著(P>0.05)。

(6)哈维氏弧菌攻毒
在上述投喂实验结束后,每个养殖桶随机捞取虎龙杂交斑10尾用于哈维式弧菌攻毒实验。采用腹腔注射方式(200μL/尾,OD600=2.5,1*1010 CFU/mL)进行攻毒,在攻毒96小时后计算死亡率,同时采集石斑鱼肝脏样品检测免疫相关基因的相对表达量(图5)。结果表明,1010 CFU/g的蜡样芽胞杆菌菌株G1-11能够提高石斑鱼肝脏组织中CTL和TNF2的相对表达量,降低哈维氏弧菌感染后虎龙杂交斑的死亡率。具体参见表6(饲料中添加不同浓度蜡样芽胞杆菌对虎龙杂交斑哈维氏弧菌攻毒后的保护效果)。

本发明上述实施例提供的源自石斑鱼肠道、分离筛选得到新菌株蜡样芽孢杆菌Bacillus cereus G1-11,是一种自源性菌株,其在水产养殖中的安全性和有效性能够得到保障;而且由于该菌株是源自宿主自身的益生菌,其更能够适应鱼类肠道环境,具备在宿主肠道中长效和稳定的定植的能力,有利于更直接更全面的与宿主肠道内原有菌群的协同作用,快速发挥其对宿主的生长、消化、抗病等多方面的有利作用。
本发明上述实施例提供的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11,是经分离培养、形态观察及16S rDNA序列分析等方法,从健康石斑鱼肠道中分离得到的一株新菌株,其具有广盐性、耐胆汁盐等特点,在温度为25-35℃、pH 5.5-7.5、盐度10-40、胆盐浓度为0-3%养殖水体条件下均能生长,能够适用于广大的沿海、近海水产养殖;且通过实验证实,本发明提供的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11能够通过其自源性的生物学机制,与宿主肠道内的原生性微生物一起,促进生长相关基因的表达、改善肠道组织形态,提高石斑鱼的生长性能,提高免疫相关酶活的活性,进而提高石斑鱼的非特异免疫性能,降低哈维氏弧菌感染的死亡率,具有良好的应用前景和市场价值。
最后应当说明的是,尽管本发明的内容已经通过上述优选实施例作了详细介绍,但应当认识到上述的描述不应被认为是对本发明的限制。在本领域技术人员阅读了上述内容后,对于本发明的多种修改和替代都将是显而易见的。因此,本发明的保护范围应由所附的权利要求来限定。
Claims (8)
1.一株高耐盐的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株,其特征在于,其为蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11,于2023年7月20日保藏在广东省微生物菌种保藏中心(GDMCC),保藏地址为广州市先烈中路100号大院59号楼5楼,保藏编号为GDMCC No:63670。
2.一种微生物菌剂,其特征在于,其包括权利要求1所述高耐盐的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11作为活性成分。
3.一种石斑鱼饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其包括有效剂量的权利要求2所述的微生物菌剂。
4.一种预防或治疗石斑鱼疾病的药物,其特征在于,其包括有效剂量的权利要求2所述微生物菌剂。
5.一种权利要求1所述高耐盐的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株或权利要求2所述微生物菌剂在制备水产养殖添加剂中的应用,水产养殖的对象为石斑鱼。
6.根据权利要求5所述的应用,其特征在于,养殖水体的盐度为0-40。
7. 根据权利要求5所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus G1-11提高石斑鱼生长性能的生物学机制,是促进生长相关基因的表达,并同时改善肠道组织形态;所述生长相关基因包括:GHR1、TOR、S6K1、IGF-2。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于:所述肠道组织形态包括绒毛宽度、绒毛高度、微绒毛高度、黏膜下层厚度和肌肉层厚度。
