本发明公开了一种燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜及其制作方法,涉及燃料电池生产技术领域,将橡胶材料、有机溶剂、抗氧剂和增塑剂混合均匀制得无硅吸附层,然后将无硅吸附层胶黏剂过滤后经刮刀涂布机或CED涂布机涂布于基材层面上,干燥完全后附上离型膜并收卷,再经分条复卷设备剥离离型膜后收卷即制得燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜。本发明的燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜具有超低粘性,高温后易于剥离,大大降低了剥离后残留的可能性,同时高温剥离后不会带走催化剂。

本发明涉及燃料电池生产技术领域,具体涉及一种燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜及其制作方法。
背景技术
燃料电池是一种将存在于燃料与氧化剂中的化学能直接转化为电能的发电装置。燃料电池具有零排放、无振动噪音、负荷响应性好、高可靠度等优点。燃料电池通常可分为碱性燃料电池、磷酸型燃料电池、熔融碳酸碳燃料电池、固态氧化物燃料电池以及质子交换膜燃料电池等;其中,质子交换膜燃料电池能量转化效率高,可以在室温下快速启动,并且无电解水流失,寿命长,近年来发展迅速,越来越受到重视。质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)是一种高效、环境友好的发电装置。其利用清洁能源作为燃料,并且可以把燃料的化学能直接、连续转换成电能。其发电过程不涉及燃烧,因而不受卡诺循环的限制,能量转换率高,其理论热效率可达86%,远远超过传统热机(传统热机热效率为45%左右)。同时由于其具有效率高、污染小、建厂时间短、可靠性及维护性好等优点,非常适用于交通、电站、可移动电源汽车及潜艇等多种用途,具有广阔的市场前景。
质子交换膜燃料电池的核心部件包括燃料电池第一面催化剂层、质子交换膜、第二面催化剂层、上边框、下边框和两面的气体扩散层。燃料电池膜电极制造过程通常包括催化剂的制浆、催化剂层的涂覆、边框的贴合、气体扩散层的涂布、气体扩散层的贴合。目前在燃料电池芯片(CCM)的制备过程中,主要有喷涂法和转印法。喷涂法效率低,制造成本高,自动化程度低,不能满足生产扩大化的要求。转印法首先将催化剂浆料涂覆在转印膜上,然后再热压转印到质子交换膜上,工艺流程复杂,转印膜价格昂贵,在转印过程中还存在不能完全转印,膜利用率低的问题。为了实现CCM的连续化生产,目前市场上已开发直接涂布方法制备CCM, 此种方法自动化程度高,效率高,制造成本低,可满足扩大化生产,但在直接涂布过程中存在膜溶胀问题,导致制备的CCM表面不平整、均匀度差,还会影响CCM性能。在采用直涂法制备CCM时,选择在第二面涂布时使用保护膜对第一次涂布的催化剂涂层加以保护,现有技术中的保护膜在受热烘烤后都很难直接移除,必须经过降粘处理后才能移除,这样就增加了生产工序和成本;同时目前市场上所用的保护膜一般为低粘的硅胶保护膜产品,此种保护膜在使用后剥离时会存在硅转移问题且长时间贴合剥离后会带走催化剂层,从而影响膜电极活性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜,粘性低,贴合催化剂层经过高温后剥离不带走催化剂,且无硅残留。
为解决上述第一个技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜,包括依次贴合设置的无硅吸附层和基材层;
所述基材层的材质为PEN材料、PET材料或PI材料中的一种;
所述无硅吸附层由橡胶材料、有机溶剂、抗氧剂和增塑剂混合均匀制得,其中橡胶材料、有机溶剂、抗氧剂和增塑剂的重量比为100:(100~400):(0.5~3):(0.1~3);
所述橡胶材料为苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物或苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物中的一种。
优选的,所述橡胶材料中苯乙烯含量为10~40wt%。
优选的,所述有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯、甲苯、丙酮、丁酮中的一种或其混合溶液。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为芳香胺类抗氧剂、受阻酚类抗氧剂中的一种或其混合物。

S01、无硅吸附层胶黏剂的制备
将橡胶材料、有机溶剂、抗氧剂和增塑剂在常温、转速300~1000r/min下搅拌20~60min,直至混合均匀,制得无硅吸附层胶黏剂;
S02、燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜的制备
S02-1,将步骤S01制得的无硅吸附层胶黏剂经200~800目滤网或1~20um滤芯过滤,后经刮刀涂布机或CED涂布机涂布于基材层面上,干燥完全后附上离型膜并收卷,得保护膜;
S02-2,上述步骤制得的保护膜经分条复卷设备剥离离型膜后收卷即制得燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用橡胶材料搭配抗氧剂、增塑剂制得超低粘性的保护膜,高温后易于剥离,大大降低了剥离后残留的可能性。
2、本发明的燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜厚度均一性好、外观一致高。
3、本发明的燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜中各组分中均不含有Si、N、S、P类的化学物质,因此不存在硅析出以及影响催化剂活性的物质,制得的燃料电池芯片质量更好。
4、本发明的燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜高温剥离后不会带走催化剂,保证了燃料电池芯片的质量稳定性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
1、将中国台湾台橡生产的型号为SEBS6152的苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、乙酸乙酯、抗氧剂1010(受阻酚类抗氧剂)和液体石蜡按照质量比100:200:0.5:0.1添加到反应釜中,在常温、转速300r/min下搅拌30min,直至混合均匀,制得无硅吸附层胶黏剂;
2、将无硅吸附层胶黏剂经200目滤网过滤,后经刮刀涂布机或CED涂布机涂布10μm于25umPET基材层面上,干燥完全后附上离型膜并收卷,得保护膜;
3、将制得的保护膜经分条复卷设备剥离离型膜后收卷,即制得燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜。
实施例2
1、将为巴陵石化生产的型号为SEPS4051的苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、甲苯、抗氧剂1076(受阻酚类抗氧剂)和邻苯二甲酸酯类按照质量比100:100:1:0.5添加到反应釜中,在常温、转速1000r/min下搅拌20min,直至混合均匀,制得无硅吸附层胶黏剂;
2、将无硅吸附层胶黏剂经400目滤网过滤,后经刮刀涂布机或CED涂布机涂布5μm于50umPI基材层面上,干燥完全后附上离型膜并收卷,得保护膜;
3、将制得保护膜经分条复卷设备剥离离型膜后收卷即制得燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜。
实施例3
1、将中国台湾台橡生产的型号为SEBS7126的苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、丁酮、抗氧剂264(受阻酚类抗氧剂)和脂肪族二元酸酯类按照质量比100:300:2:1添加到反应釜中,在常温、转速600r/min下搅拌40min,直至混合均匀,制得无硅吸附层胶黏剂;
2、将无硅吸附层胶黏剂经800目滤网过滤,后经刮刀涂布机或CED涂布机涂布2μm于100umPEN基材层面上,干燥完全后附上离型膜并收卷,得保护膜;
3、将制得保护膜经分条复卷设备剥离离型膜后收卷即制得燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜。
实施例4
1、将美国科腾生产的型号为SEBS1651的苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、乙酸乙酯与甲苯的混合溶剂、抗氧剂对苯二胺(芳香胺类抗氧剂)和环烷油按照质量比100:400:3:3添加到反应釜中,其中乙酸乙酯与甲苯的质量比为1:1,在常温、转速300r/min下搅拌60min,直至混合均匀,制得无硅吸附层胶黏剂;
2、将无硅吸附层胶黏剂经20um滤芯过滤,后经刮刀涂布机或CED涂布机涂布5μm于75umPET基材层面上,干燥完全后附上离型膜并收卷,得保护膜;
3、将制得保护膜经分条复卷设备剥离离型膜后收卷即制得燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜。
对比例1
市售烟台启新粘着力为1g/25mm的FT-70G25硅胶保护膜,产品结构为75umPET+5um硅胶胶黏剂。
对比例2
市售威海和祥泰粘着力为1g/25mm RA-7502C丙烯酸酯保护膜,产品结构为75umPET+10um丙烯酸酯胶黏剂。
对比例3
市售常州昊天粘着力为1g/25mm PL-1375S聚氨酯保护膜,产品结构为75umPET+8um聚氨酯胶黏剂。
分别对上述实施例1-4的燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜与对比例1-3的市售保护膜产品性能进行检测,具体测试项目和测试方法见下表1。

表2:上述保护膜产品测试结果
通过表格可以看出,通过不同橡胶材料搭配抗氧剂和增塑剂制得超低粘性的燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜产品,保护膜初期能够贴合催化剂层且经过高温后无硅残留,贴合催化剂层经过高温后剥离不带走催化剂。

Claims (8)
1.一种燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜,其特征在于:包括依次贴合设置的无硅吸附层和基材层;
所述基材层的材质为PEN材料、PET材料或PI材料中的一种;
所述无硅吸附层由橡胶材料、有机溶剂、抗氧剂和增塑剂混合均匀制得,其中橡胶材料、有机溶剂、抗氧剂和增塑剂的重量比为100:(100~400):(0.5~3):(0.1~3);
所述橡胶材料为苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物或苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物中的一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜,其特征在于:所述橡胶材料中苯乙烯含量为10~40wt%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯、甲苯、丙酮、丁酮中的一种或其混合溶液。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为芳香胺类抗氧剂、受阻酚类抗氧剂中的一种或其混合物。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类、脂肪族二元酸酯类、环烷油或液体石蜡中的一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜,其特征在于:所述无硅吸附层厚度为2~20um。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜,其特征在于:所述基材层厚度为12~100um。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜的制作方法,其特征在于,该制作方法包括以下步骤:
S01、无硅吸附层胶黏剂的制备
将橡胶材料、有机溶剂、抗氧剂和增塑剂在常温、转速300~1000r/min下搅拌20~60min,直至混合均匀,制得无硅吸附层胶黏剂;
S02、燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜的制备
S02-1,将步骤S01制得的无硅吸附层胶黏剂经200~800目滤网或1~20um滤芯过滤,后经刮刀涂布机或CED涂布机涂布于基材层面上,干燥完全后附上离型膜并收卷,得保护膜;
S02-2,上述步骤制得的保护膜经分条复卷设备剥离离型膜后收卷即制得燃料电池芯片制程用保护膜。
