Abstract
A polishing apparatus comprising: a frame; the wire drawing module is arranged in the frame and can rotate to polish the coating surface of the metal coating material belt; and the compression roller modules are arranged in the frame and are separated from the wire drawing modules at two sides so as to roll the non-coating surface of the metal coating material belt. According to the polishing equipment provided by the invention, the two press rolls and the wire drawing wheel can form triangular distribution with an included angle of an acute angle, so that the alignment relationship between the press rolls and the wire drawing wheel can be controlled, and the wire drawing wheel can carry out high-speed mechanical polishing treatment on the metal coating on the surface of the metal material.

The invention relates to metal coating material belt treatment equipment, in particular to polishing equipment.

a frame;

The frame comprises a left side plate, a right side plate, two side plates, a bottom plate and a top plate, wherein long straight holes allowing the metal coating material belt to pass through are respectively arranged on the two side plates at positions corresponding to the positions between the wire drawing module and the compression roller module, so that the metal coating material belt can pass through the frame and pass through the positions between the wire drawing module and the compression roller module; the left side plate, the right side plate, the bottom plate and the top plate are connected between the two side plates, wherein gaps are reserved between the top plate and the left side plate to form gaps, so that the compression roller module is allowed to be installed.

When the compression roller module is moved and the surfaces of the two compression rollers and the wire drawing wheel are tangent through the long straight hole, the alignment position of the upper fixing plate of the movable frame and the top plate is defined as a reference working position, and scales are pre-marked on the top surface of the upper fixing plate along the reference working position to the left side plate; and according to the thickness of the metal coating material belt, moving the compression roller module, and moving the metal coating material belt to the left side plate by a distance equal to the thickness of the metal coating material belt.
The wire drawing wheel rotates reversely relative to the advancing direction of the metal coating material belt.
According to the polishing equipment provided by the invention, the two press rolls and the wire drawing wheel can form triangular distribution with an included angle of an acute angle, so that the alignment relationship between the press rolls and the wire drawing wheel can be controlled, and the wire drawing wheel can carry out high-speed mechanical polishing treatment on the metal coating on the surface of the metal material.

a wire drawing die set 20 installed in the frame and capable of rotating to polish the coating surface of the metal coating material tape;
a press roll module 30 installed in the frame and separated from the wire drawing module at both sides to roll the non-coated surface of the metal coating material tape.
The frame comprises a left side plate 11, a right side plate 12, two side plates 13 (one side plate 13 is omitted in the figure), a bottom plate 15 and a top plate 14, wherein long straight holes 17 which allow the metal coating material belt to pass through are respectively arranged on the two side plates 13 at positions corresponding to the positions between the wire drawing module 20 and the press roller module 30, so that the metal coating material belt can pass through the frame and pass through the positions between the wire drawing module 20 and the press roller module 30; the left side plate 11, the right side plate 12, the bottom plate 15 and the top plate 14 are connected between the two side plates 13, wherein a gap 16 is formed between the top plate 14 and the left side plate 11 to allow the press roller module 20 to be downwardly loaded into the frame through the gap 16.
The press roller module 20 comprises a movable frame 22 and two press rollers 21 arranged in the movable frame 22, wherein the height of the movable frame 22 corresponds to the height between the top plate 14 and the bottom plate 15, the width corresponds to the distance between the two side plates 13, and the length corresponds to the size of a gap 16 between the top plate 14 and the left side plate 11, so that the press rollers can be arranged in the frame through the gap 16;
in particular, as shown in fig. 2, the surfaces of the two pressing rollers 21 are tangent or have a small gap, and during polishing, the surfaces of the two pressing rollers 21 and the surface of the drawing wheel 31 form a gap with the thickness of the material belt, so that the material belt can be clamped by the three materials when the material belt and the drawing wheel 31 jointly form a tangent triangle arrangement, and the material belt between the two pressing rollers 21 forms an arc shape arranged around the drawing wheel 31 under the action of pressure, so that the material belt area between the drawing wheel 31 and the two pressing rollers 21 is fully contacted, and better polishing effect can be realized.
The press roller module 20 further comprises an adjusting nut 23, the adjusting nut 23 penetrates through the left side plate 11 and is in rotary connection with the movable frame, the adjusting nut 23 is in threaded connection with the left side plate, and the relative position between the adjusting nut 23 and the left side plate 11 can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting nut 23, so that the movable frame can be driven to move in the frame relative to the wire drawing module 30.
The wire drawing die set 30 comprises a wire drawing wheel 31 and a motor 32, the motor 32 is connected to the outside of the frame, the wire drawing wheel 31 is arranged in the frame, the motor 32 drives the wire drawing wheel 31 to rotate, and the wire drawing wheel 31 is parallel to the press rollers 21 and correspondingly positioned between the two press rollers 21.
The diameter of the wire drawing wheel 31 is larger than that of the press roller 21, and an acute angle included angle of not more than 45 degrees is formed between the press roller 21 and a wheel shaft of the wire drawing wheel 31, so that a certain-amplitude press bending can be formed on a metal coating material belt, a larger contact area can be formed between the wire drawing wheel 31 and a coating surface of the metal coating material belt, the wire drawing wheel 31 is enabled to be deformed more, friction resistance of the wire drawing wheel 31 is increased, and a better friction effect is achieved.
When the press roller module 20 is moved and the surfaces of the two press rollers 21 and the wire drawing wheel 31 are tangent through the long straight holes 17, a reference working position is defined at the alignment position of the upper fixing plate 24 of the movable frame 22 and the top plate 14, and scales are pre-marked on the top surface of the upper fixing plate along the reference working position to the left side plate; and according to the thickness of the metal coating material belt, moving the compression roller module, and moving the metal coating material belt to the left side plate by a distance equal to the thickness of the metal coating material belt.
The wire drawing wheel 31 rotates reversely relative to the advancing direction of the metal coating material belt, so that a larger contact area is obtained, and a better polishing effect is brought about.
The polishing method of the polishing device comprises the following steps:
obtaining the thickness D of the metal coating material belt;
the movable frame 22 is adjusted through the adjusting nut 23, so that the press rollers 21 move towards the left side plate 11, and the distance between the two press rollers 21 and the wire drawing wheel 31 is larger than D;
feeding the metal coating material strip through the long straight hole 17 into the frame and passing between the press roller 21 and the wire drawing wheel, and positioning the coating surface of the metal coating material strip on the side close to the wire drawing wheel 31;
the adjusting nut 23 is used for moving the moving frame 22 towards the right side plate 12 and enabling the pre-marked scale on the upper fixed plate 24 to reach the position D;
the wire drawing wheel is rotated by the driving motor to polish the metal coating material belt.
According to the polishing equipment provided by the invention, the two press rolls and the wire drawing wheel can form triangular distribution with an included angle of an acute angle, so that the alignment relationship between the press rolls and the wire drawing wheel can be controlled, and the wire drawing wheel can carry out high-speed mechanical polishing treatment on the metal coating on the surface of the metal material.

the frame comprises a left side plate, a right side plate, two side plates, a bottom plate and a top plate, wherein long straight holes allowing the metal coating material belt to pass through are respectively arranged on the two side plates at positions corresponding to the positions between the wire drawing module and the compression roller module, so that the metal coating material belt can pass through the frame and pass through the positions between the wire drawing module and the compression roller module; the left side plate, the right side plate, the bottom plate and the top plate are connected between the two side plates, wherein gaps are reserved between the top plate and the left side plate to form gaps, so that the compression roller module is allowed to be installed.
