The frame comprises a left side plate 11, a right side plate 12, two side plates 13 (one side plate 13 is omitted in the figure), a bottom plate 15 and a top plate 14, wherein long straight holes 17 which allow the metal coating material belt to pass through are respectively arranged on the two side plates 13 at positions corresponding to the positions between the wire drawing module 20 and the press roller module 30, so that the metal coating material belt can pass through the frame and pass through the positions between the wire drawing module 20 and the press roller module 30; the left side plate 11, the right side plate 12, the bottom plate 15 and the top plate 14 are connected between the two side plates 13, wherein a gap 16 is formed between the top plate 14 and the left side plate 11 to allow the press roller module 20 to be downwardly loaded into the frame through the gap 16.

The press roller module 20 further comprises an adjusting nut 23, the adjusting nut 23 penetrates through the left side plate 11 and is in rotary connection with the movable frame, the adjusting nut 23 is in threaded connection with the left side plate, and the relative position between the adjusting nut 23 and the left side plate 11 can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting nut 23, so that the movable frame can be driven to move in the frame relative to the wire drawing module 30.
The wire drawing die set 30 comprises a wire drawing wheel 31 and a motor 32, the motor 32 is connected to the outside of the frame, the wire drawing wheel 31 is arranged in the frame, the motor 32 drives the wire drawing wheel 31 to rotate, and the wire drawing wheel 31 is parallel to the press rollers 21 and correspondingly positioned between the two press rollers 21.

When the press roller module 20 is moved and the surfaces of the two press rollers 21 and the wire drawing wheel 31 are tangent through the long straight holes 17, a reference working position is defined at the alignment position of the upper fixing plate 24 of the movable frame 22 and the top plate 14, and scales are pre-marked on the top surface of the upper fixing plate along the reference working position to the left side plate; and according to the thickness of the metal coating material belt, moving the compression roller module, and moving the metal coating material belt to the left side plate by a distance equal to the thickness of the metal coating material belt.
The wire drawing wheel 31 rotates reversely relative to the advancing direction of the metal coating material belt, so that a larger contact area is obtained, and a better polishing effect is brought about.
The polishing method of the polishing device comprises the following steps:
obtaining the thickness D of the metal coating material belt;
the movable frame 22 is adjusted through the adjusting nut 23, so that the press rollers 21 move towards the left side plate 11, and the distance between the two press rollers 21 and the wire drawing wheel 31 is larger than D;
