Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the disinfection spraying assembly comprises a linear driving motor, a transmission rod 12, a liquid storage mechanism, a first liquid through pipe 15 and a spraying mechanism; the liquid storage mechanism comprises a liquid storage barrel 11, a fixed liquid baffle 14 and a piston push plate 13; the liquid storage barrel 11 is fixed at the upper end of the fixed liquid baffle 14; the transmission rod 12 is arranged at the bottom end of the liquid storage barrel 11 in a sliding way, the piston push plate 13 is arranged in the liquid storage barrel 11 in a sliding way, and the piston push plate 13 is fixed at the side end of the transmission rod 12; the spraying mechanism comprises a liquid splashing rod, an L-shaped connecting rod 16, a liquid collecting ring 19, a spraying ring 21 and a second liquid passing pipe 20; the liquid splashing rod is arranged at the lower end of the transmission rod 12, one end of the L-shaped connecting rod 16 is fixed with the lower end of the transmission rod 12, and the other end of the L-shaped connecting rod and the liquid collecting ring 19 are fixed; one end of the second liquid passing pipe 20 is communicated with the liquid collecting ring 19, and the other end is communicated with the spraying ring 21; the liquid splashing rod is coaxially arranged at the hollow part of the liquid collecting ring 19 and the spraying ring 21 in a penetrating way; the output end of the linear driving motor is detachably connected with the transmission rod 12, one end of the first liquid through pipe 15 is communicated with the liquid storage barrel 11, and the other end of the first liquid through pipe is communicated with the upper end of the liquid collecting ring 19.
As shown in fig. 2, the spraying mechanism further includes an elastic member 17, one end of the elastic member 17 is fixed to the lower end of the transmission rod 12, and the other end is fixed to the splash rod.
In this embodiment, when the linear driving motor drives the transmission rod 12 to move in the vertical direction, the piston pushing plate 13 fixed with the linear driving motor is driven to slide in the liquid storage barrel 11, so that the disinfection hydraulic pressure in the liquid storage barrel 11 can be led into the first liquid through pipe 15. The disinfectant flows into the liquid collecting ring 19 through the first liquid passing pipe 15, and flows into the spraying ring through the diversion of the second liquid passing pipe 20, and finally is sprayed out from the liquid passing holes 210. After being sprayed out, the disinfection liquid medicine splashes onto the middle splash part. After being impacted, the disinfectant splashes into the space area at multiple angles.
Meanwhile, the liquid collecting ring 19 and the upper collar part 18 are synchronously fixed through the L-shaped connecting rod 16, so that when the linear driving motor drives the transmission rod 12 to move in the vertical direction, the spraying ring 21 moves up and down along with the transmission rod. The first liquid-passing tube 15 is soft and does not affect the movement of the collector ring 19.
In this embodiment, the splash bar includes an upper collar portion 18, a middle splash portion 21, and a lower spray ring portion 22; the transmission rod 12 is slidably arranged in the upper sleeve ring part 18, one end of the elastic piece 17 is fixed with the lower end of the transmission rod 12, and the other end is fixed with the upper end of the middle splash part 21; the spray ring 21 is provided with a liquid passage hole 210 on the side facing the middle splash part 21.
As shown in fig. 2, the spraying mechanism further comprises a first driving wheel 35, a second driving wheel 37, a driving belt 36, a driving rod 33, a liquid suction barrel 31, a piston sheet 32, a third liquid pipe 29, a liquid collecting barrel 26 and a one-way liquid passing piece; the outer side end of the L-shaped connecting rod 16 is provided with a first transmission tooth part, and the first transmission wheel 35 is in meshed transmission connection with the transmission tooth part; the first driving wheel 35 and the second driving wheel 37 are synchronously connected in a driving way through a driving belt 36; the side end of the second driving wheel 37 is provided with a second driving tooth part, and the second driving wheel 37 is in meshed driving connection with the second driving tooth part; the piston 32 is fixed at the end of the transmission rod 33, and the piston 32 is slidably arranged in the liquid suction barrel 31; the unidirectional liquid passing piece is arranged in the liquid collecting cylinder 26 and is annularly arranged on the outer side wall of the lower liquid spraying ring part 22, and the lower end of the lower liquid spraying ring part 22 stretches into the liquid collecting cylinder 26; one end of the third liquid-collecting pipe 29 is communicated with the liquid-sucking tube 31, and the other end is communicated with the liquid-collecting tube 26.
When the transmission rod 12 moves in the vertical direction, the first transmission wheel 35 can be driven to rotate because the L-shaped connecting rod 16 and the first transmission wheel 35 are in meshed transmission, and the transmission rod 12 moves downwards for example:
when the transmission rod 12 moves downwards, the L-shaped connecting rod 16 can be driven to move downwards, the first transmission wheel 35 rotates anticlockwise, and the second transmission wheel 37 can be driven to rotate anticlockwise. Since the transmission lever 33 and the second transmission wheel 37 are engaged, the transmission lever 33 moves upward when the second transmission wheel 37 rotates counterclockwise. When the transmission rod 33 moves upwards, the piston sheet 32 can be driven to move upwards, so that the liquid absorbing effect can be achieved. Because the transmission rod 12 drives the piston push plate 13 to move downwards, disinfectant can be pressed out of the spraying ring, and when the redundant disinfectant is acted by the middle splashing part 21 and the lower spraying ring part 22, the disinfectant can flow into the liquid collecting cylinder 26, and the piston sheet 32 moves upwards, so that the disinfectant can be just sucked into the liquid absorbing cylinder for storage. When the transmission rod 21 moves upwards, the piston plate 32 moves downwards, so that the disinfectant can be extruded from the third liquid pipe 29 to the lower liquid spraying ring part 22 through the liquid collecting cylinder 26 until being sprayed out from the liquid through holes arranged on the side wall of the lower liquid spraying ring part. The advantage of this design is that when the spray ring 21 moves upwards, the end of the middle liquid splashing part near the bottom is provided with no liquid outlet, so that the whole liquid splashing rod corresponding area can be sprayed with disinfectant through the supplement liquid distribution at the lower liquid spraying ring part, and the disinfection effect is better.
In this embodiment, the unidirectional liquid passing member includes an annular liquid sealing plate 25, a torsion spring 28, and a rotary liquid passing plate 27; the annular liquid sealing plate 25 is fixed on the inner side wall of the liquid collecting cylinder 26, the outer side wall of the lower liquid spraying ring part 22 is fixed on the inner side of the annular liquid sealing plate 25, and a liquid spraying hole is formed in one side, close to the middle liquid spraying part 21, of the lower liquid spraying ring part 22; the rotary liquid passing plate 27 is arranged on the annular liquid sealing plate 25 in a unidirectional rotation manner, and correspondingly, a rotary groove matched with the rotary liquid passing plate 27 is arranged on the annular liquid sealing plate 25; one end of the torsion spring is fixed with the rotary liquid passing plate 27, and the other end is fixed with the bottom end of the annular liquid sealing plate 25.
The purpose of the one-way liquid passing member is that the sterilizing liquid flowing down along the splash bar can flow into the bottom end of the liquid collecting cylinder 26 in a proper manner, and when the piston sheet moves downward, the sterilizing liquid is pushed out of the third liquid passing tube 29, not ejected from the opening direction of the liquid collecting cylinder 26, but flows into the lower liquid ejecting ring portion 22. The structure which can be realized can be referred to as the structure shown in fig. 3. The torsion spring 28 can provide supporting force for the rotary liquid passing plate 27, so that the free end of the rotary liquid passing plate 27 is prevented from rotating automatically due to gravity.
In this embodiment, the spraying mechanism further includes a fixing connection rod 23, one end of the fixing connection rod 23 is fixed to the inner side of the liquid collecting cylinder 26, and the other end is fixed to the outer side wall of the lower liquid spraying ring portion 22.
In this embodiment, the spraying mechanism further includes a liquid collecting frame 30 and a fourth liquid collecting tube, one end of the fourth liquid collecting tube is communicated with the upper end of the liquid collecting tube 26, the other end of the fourth liquid collecting tube is communicated with the liquid collecting frame 30, and one end of the liquid collecting frame 30, which is opposite to the fourth liquid collecting tube, is fixed to the side end of the liquid sucking tube 31. The liquid collecting frame 30 is obliquely arranged, and can prevent the liquid medicine facing one end of a user from being directly sprayed on the body of a constructor. After being blocked by the liquid collecting frame 30, the liquid medicine can be collected again and flows into the liquid collecting cylinder 26 through the fourth liquid pipe.
In this embodiment, the liquid collecting frame 30 is disposed obliquely, and the connection point of the fourth liquid collecting pipe and the liquid collecting frame 30 is the lowest point.
In this embodiment, the disinfection spraying assembly further comprises a "C" shaped force application handle 34, wherein one end of the "C" shaped force application handle 34 is fixed to the side end of the liquid storage barrel 11, and the other end is fixed to the side end of the liquid suction barrel 31.
In this embodiment, the upper end of the transmission rod 12 is provided with a threaded section 120, and correspondingly, the output end of the linear driving motor is provided with a threaded cap adapted to the threaded section 120.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described in detail with reference to the foregoing detailed description, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations may be made therein without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
