4. A method of operating a flue gas treatment system for a bituminous mixing plant according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised by the steps of:
s1, firstly, installing an angle adjusting cigarette holder assembly (3) at one side of a smoke outlet of an asphalt mixing plant, then adjusting the angle of a suction nozzle (323) according to the actual condition of the smoke outlet direction, selecting and clamping all positioning clamping blocks (313) on an adjusting chassis (312) and an adjusting face plate (321) in different directions in all positioning clamping grooves (326), then fixing bolts of the adjusting chassis (312) and the adjusting face plate (321) through all fixing screw holes (314) and all fixing screw grooves (325), and then communicating an air inlet hose (2) with the angle adjusting cigarette holder assembly (3) through an air inlet pipeline connecting seat (3), so as to finish the accurate installation of the suction nozzle (323) and the smoke outlet of the asphalt mixing plant;
s2, firstly, an exhaust fan (44) on a filter box group (4) is opened, so that smoke exhausted from a smoke outlet of an asphalt mixing plant is sucked by a suction nozzle (323), flows into an air inlet pipe box (43) through a first air inlet hose (34), an air inlet pipe connecting seat (33) and an air inlet hose (2), when the smoke flows downwards to a smoke splitting component (5), the smoke is split by a splitting plate (52) and flows away from two sides, meanwhile, a water pump (61) on an atomization spraying and filtering mechanism (6) pumps water into a water storage tank (41) through a spraying water pipe (64), water mist is symmetrically sprayed to two sides from each atomization spraying head (623) at the upper ends of the two atomization spraying components, harmful substances in the smoke are separated, the water mist flows into a flow gathering hopper (55) together with water flow, and flows together into the water storage tank (41) at each flow gathering plate (56), and the harmful substances are gathered together, so that the separation and filtering treatment of the harmful substances in the smoke is completed;
s3, the smoke with the peculiar smell after filtering the harmful substances flows upwards into the first peculiar smell filtering component (7) and the second peculiar smell filtering component (8) respectively from two exhaust ports at two sides of the lower end of the flow gathering hopper (55), when the smoke flows upwards to the lower end of the peculiar smell grading filtering box group (71) from the peculiar smell filtering air inlet pipe (72), the smoke sequentially passes through the first-stage water-absorbing gas filtering box (712) and the second-stage water-absorbing gas filtering box (713) to absorb and filter the water vapor in the smoke, then sequentially passes through the first-stage peculiar smell-absorbing filtering box (714), the second-stage peculiar smell-absorbing filtering box (715) and the third-stage peculiar smell-absorbing filtering box (716) to absorb and filter the peculiar smell in the smoke, and finally, the air after filtering the harmful substances, the water vapor and the peculiar smell is discharged from the upper end of the exhaust outer pipe (74) through the exhaust air hose (73).
