The filtering steel wire mesh plate 131 is utilized to enable large-particle fog drops to collide and adsorb when water mist passes through, and the large-particle fog drops flow downwards into the strip-shaped water tank 135 and are discharged from the side water pipe 105 for cyclic utilization.

Claims (10)

1. A humidification filtration equipment for workshop air purification which characterized in that: comprises a filtering and humidifying device and a ventilation circulating pipeline;
the filtering and humidifying equipment comprises a cuboid shell (101), a circulating fan (125), an air inlet pipeline (122), a spraying and humidifying mechanism, an air filtering mechanism and an outlet filtering mechanism;
a partition plate (127) is vertically arranged in the cuboid shell (101) and is used for dividing the interior of the cuboid shell (101) into a left cavity and a right cavity; a supporting foot (103) is arranged at the bottom of the cuboid shell (101); the circulating fan (125) is fixedly arranged on the bottom of the right cavity; the lower end of the air inlet pipeline (122) is in butt joint with an air inlet of the circulating fan (125); an air inlet butt joint pipe (102) which is butted with the upper end of an air inlet pipeline (122) is arranged on the top of the cuboid shell (101); a ventilation window is arranged on the partition plate (127), and an air outlet guide sleeve (126) butted with the ventilation window is installed on an air outlet of the circulating fan (125); a driving motor (107) of the circulating fan (125) is fixedly arranged on the outer side surface of the cuboid shell (101) through a motor support;
the spraying and humidifying mechanism comprises two branch spraying mechanisms which are fixedly arranged on the inner walls of the front side and the rear side of the left cavity respectively, and each branch spraying mechanism comprises a vertical communicating pipe (128), a water drop collecting tank (136), at least one transverse communicating pipe (129) and spraying heads (130) which are arranged on the transverse communicating pipes (129) at intervals; a longitudinal communication pipe (139) is communicated between the vertical communication pipes (128) of the two branch spraying mechanisms, the front end part of the longitudinal communication pipe (139) penetrates through the front side wall of the cuboid shell (101), and a butt joint mounting flange (108) is arranged on the penetrating end part; the transverse communicating pipe (129) is transversely and fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the corresponding side of the left cavity; the water drop collecting tank (136) is fixedly arranged on the inner bottom of the left cavity and is used for collecting water drops sprayed by each spray head (130); a drain pipe (106) extending out of the cuboid shell (101) is communicated with the bottom of the water drop collecting tank (136);
an air outlet window (133) is arranged on the left end face of the cuboid shell (101), and an outlet filtering mechanism is fixedly arranged at the air outlet window and used for filtering fog drops in air flow; an air outlet conical cover (132) is arranged at the outlet of the outlet filtering mechanism; the air filtering mechanism is arranged on the air inlet pipeline (122) and is used for filtering the entering air flow;
the ventilation circulating pipeline comprises a circulating air outlet pipeline (201), a circulating air inlet pipeline (202), extension butt-joint pipelines (203) and branch pipelines (210) which are respectively installed on the extension butt-joint pipelines (203) in a communicated manner; the circulating air outlet pipeline (201) is in butt joint communication with an air outlet of the air outlet conical cover (132), and the circulating air inlet pipeline (202) is in butt joint communication with the air inlet butt joint pipe (102); mounting flanges (204) are arranged at two ends of the extension butt joint pipeline (203); each extension butt joint pipeline (203) is butt jointed and installed through an installation flange (204) at the end part to form an air inlet butt joint pipeline and an air outlet butt joint pipeline;
the air inlet butt joint pipeline and the air outlet butt joint pipeline are respectively installed on the end parts of the circulating air outlet pipeline (201) and the circulating air inlet pipeline (202) in a butt joint mode; each extension butt joint pipeline (203) of the air inlet butt joint pipeline and the air outlet butt joint pipeline is provided with a partition closed unit; a branch air inlet mechanism is arranged below each branch pipeline (210) on the air inlet butt joint pipeline and is used for sucking air flow to be humidified and filtered; at least one suspension mechanism is arranged on each branch pipeline (210) and used for suspension installation of each branch pipeline; an air outlet diffusion mechanism is arranged below each branch pipeline (210) on the air outlet butt joint pipeline and used for diffusing air flow discharged by the air outlet butt joint pipeline.

The humidification filter device for plant air purification of claim 1, wherein: the branch air inlet mechanism comprises an upper connecting pipe (211), a lower sleeve (212) and two height adjusting screws (216); the upper end of the upper connecting pipe (211) is communicated and installed on the pipe wall below the branch pipe (210), and the lower end of the upper connecting pipe (211) is inserted into the pipe orifice at the upper end of the lower sleeve (212); two upper supports (215) are arranged on the outer pipe wall of the upper connecting pipe (211), and two lower supports (214) are arranged on the outer pipe wall of the lower sleeve (212); the lower ends of the two height adjusting screw rods (216) are respectively and fixedly arranged on the two lower supports (214), and the upper ends of the two height adjusting screw rods (216) respectively penetrate through the two upper supports (215); an adjusting nut (217) is screwed on the two height adjusting screw rods (216), and the adjusting nut (217) is positioned above the upper support (215); a nozzle conical air guide sleeve (218) is arranged at the nozzle at the lower end of the lower sleeve (212).

The humidification filter device for plant air purification of claim 2, wherein: and a pipe orifice sealing ring (213) is arranged at the pipe orifice at the upper end of the lower sleeve (212) and used for sealing a pipe wall gap between the lower sleeve (212) and the upper connecting pipe (211).
