In this embodiment, the positioning marker tube 101 and the mixed liquid are added into the mixing bottle 103 through the adding port 126, the stirring assembly 112 is started, the positioning marker tube 101 and the mixed liquid are uniformly mixed, the driving assembly 109 is started, the driving gear 110 drives the rotating ring 124 to rotate on the injection cylinder 104, the threaded rod 107 is made to rotate in the rotating ring 124, the piston is driven to move towards the injection needle 105, air in the injection cylinder 104 is exhausted, the injection needle 105 is inserted into the mixing bottle 103, the driving assembly 109 is started, the piston plate 106 is driven to slide towards the rotating ring 124 through the matching of the driving gear 110, the rotating ring 124 and the threaded rod 107, the mixture containing the positioning marker tube 101 is conveyed into the injection cylinder 104, the injection needle 105 is inserted into tumor tissue through the matching of a CT machine, the driving assembly 109 is started, the driving gear 110 drives the piston to move towards the injection needle 105 towards the direction of the injection needle 105, the tumor tissue is conveyed into the tumor tissue through the matching of the CT machine, and the fluorescent marker 101 is conveyed towards the tumor tissue, and the fluorescent marker 101 is coated on the surface of the tumor tissue by the matching of the driving plate, and the fluorescent marker 101 is absorbed by the fluorescent marker during the fluorescent marker is conveyed to the fluorescent marker tube.

the injection mechanism comprises an injector and a mixing bottle, the injector comprises an injection cylinder, an injection needle, a piston plate, a threaded rod, a storage battery, a driving assembly and a driving gear, the mixing bottle comprises a bottle body and a stirring assembly, one end of the injection cylinder is provided with the injection needle, the other end of the injection cylinder is rotationally connected with a rotating ring, the inside of the rotating ring is provided with a threaded connection with the threaded rod, the piston plate is close to one surface of the rotating ring, the threaded rod is located one end of the inside of the injection cylinder is inserted into the inside of the bearing seat, the piston plate slides in the inside of the injection cylinder, one end of the injection cylinder, which is far away from the injection needle, is provided with the storage battery and the driving assembly, the storage battery is electrically connected with the driving assembly, the outside of the rotating ring is provided with the driving gear, the output end of the driving assembly is mechanically driven with the driving gear, the top of the bottle is provided with an adding port, and the mixing assembly is further arranged on the mixing bottle, and the stirring assembly is used for stirring the inside of the marking body and the mixing bottle.

the driving assembly comprises a servo motor, an output shaft and an output gear, wherein the servo motor is arranged at one end, far away from the injection needle, of the injection cylinder, the output end of the servo motor is provided with the output shaft, one end, far away from the servo motor, of the output shaft is provided with the output gear, and the output gear is meshed with the transmission gear.

the transmission gear comprises a gear body and two installation wing rings, the gear body is sleeved outside the rotating ring, the installation wing rings are arranged on two sides of the gear body, and the installation wing rings are detachably connected with the outer side walls of the rotating ring.

inserting the injection needle into the mixing bottle, starting the driving assembly, and driving the piston plate to slide towards the rotating ring through the matching of the transmission gear, the rotating ring and the threaded rod, so as to convey the mixture containing the positioning mark tube into the injection cylinder;
the injection needle is inserted into tumor tissues through the matching of a CT machine, the driving assembly is started, and the piston plate is driven to slide towards the injection needle through the matching of the transmission gear, the rotating ring and the threaded rod, so that the mixture containing the positioning mark tube is conveyed into the tumor tissues;
the tumor tissue injected with the positioning mark tube absorbs the fluorescent mark coated on the surface of the positioning mark tube, namely fluorescein isothiocyanate, during proliferation, marks the tumor tissue by using a fluorescent mark method, and performs positioning by matching with fluorescent development generated during CT machine radiation inspection.
