s1, harvesting and sorting cultivated plant buds to obtain bud seedlings, wherein the plant buds adopt five-cereal buds and/or bean buds, and the height of the plant buds is 0.8-1.1cm;
s2, putting the sprouts into a cleaning device, and then introducing low-temperature nitrogen for freezing treatment to obtain frozen sprouts;
s3, adding the frozen sprouts into ethanol for low-temperature fragmentation treatment to form low-temperature slurry, adding ethanol for expansion and ultrasonic treatment for 20-30min, and filtering to obtain a first extract and first filter residues;
s4, putting the first filter residue into distilled water for ultrasonic treatment for 1-2 hours, sealing and boiling for 2-3 hours at high temperature, and obtaining a second extracting solution and a second filter residue through filter pressing and separation;
s5, grinding the second filter residue for 10-20min, adding the second filter residue into an ethanol water solution, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30-60min, and filtering to obtain a third filtrate and a third filter residue;
and S6, uniformly stirring the first filtrate, the second filtrate and the third filtrate, decompressing and standing to obtain concentrated solution, and then spray-drying the concentrated solution to obtain the nutrition.

The rotating motor 38 is started to drive the rotating rod 36 to rotate through the driving rod 37, the rotating rod 36 drives the stirring blade 391 to stir the filtrate inside the processing spherical shell 31, and as the stirring blade 391 is arranged into a semicircular shape, the contact area with the filtrate is increased compared with the stirring roller, the liquid can be fully mixed, and the liquid splashing in the stirring process can be effectively avoided.
The rotation direction of the stirring blade 391 and the rolling direction of the processing spherical shell 31 can be the same or opposite, and the filtrate can synchronously rotate forward and reverse under the combined action of two opposite rotation directions, so that the stirring effect is obviously improved.
