技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种杀虫组合物, 所述杀虫组合物对防治农业和林业害虫特别有效。
背景技术
农业和园林害虫防治中最典型的问题是需要降低活性成分的剂量率以减少或避免不利的环境或毒理学效应,同时仍提供有效的害虫防治效果。
害虫防治的另一个难处在于重复和唯一地使用单一杀虫活性成分在许多情况下导致对所述活性组分产生天然或适应抗药性的害虫的快速选择。由于害虫的多代性和适应性,害虫的抗性在相当短的时间内便形成了。因此还需要对害虫及其幼虫和卵均有作用的害虫防治剂。
解决至少一种问题如改善生物学特性、提供增效特性、降低剂量率、扩大活性谱、结合击倒活性和长效作用、抗药性管理以延缓抗性是防治农业或林业害虫长期的需求。
化合物I由WO2006013896已知,且属于喹啉衍生物。

发明内容
本发明目的是针对上述不足之处提供一种杀虫组合物,杀虫组合物含有活性成分化合物I和化合物II,化合物I与化合物II组合可有效预防或控制动物害虫及其幼虫和卵;我们发现,联合或分开施用化合物I和化合物II或依次施用化合物I和化合物II 与施用单独化合物可能获得的防治率相比获得了更高的对害虫的防治效果。化合物I与化合物II组合表现出高效性,降低了剂量率,并减少了环境的负荷。
本发明一种杀虫组合物是采取以下技术方案实现:
一种杀虫组合物,其含有活性成分化合物I和化合物II,
化合物I
化合物II 选自以下化合物中的一种:多杀菌素、乙基多杀菌素、溴虫氟苯双酰胺、硫虫酰胺、氟啶虫胺腈、甲维盐、虫螨腈、醚菊酯、联苯菊酯。
所述化合物I和化合物II的重量比通常在500:1-1:500,更优选200:1-1:200,优选100:1-1:100,更优选50:1-1:50,更优选25:1-1:25的范围内,获得了协同增效的作用;化合物II 选自以下化合物中的一种:多杀菌素、乙基多杀菌素、溴虫氟苯双酰胺、硫虫酰胺、氟啶虫胺腈、甲维盐、虫螨腈、醚菊酯、联苯菊酯。
本发明所述的化合物I、化合物II,作用机理和作用方式完全不同,组合之后具有触杀、胃毒、杀卵及降低产卵率和孵化率的作用,从而使害虫更易被杀灭,从而延缓了抗性的产生。
本发明提供一种杀虫组合物,其含有活性成分化合物I和化合物II,所述化合物I和化合物II的重量总共占所述杀虫组合物以重量计的1%-90%,优选5%-80%,更优选5%-70%,再优选5%-60%,更优选5%-50%,更优选10%-50%,更优选10%-40%。

因此,本发明提供一种保护种子、幼苗根和枝条以防土壤和叶面昆虫侵袭的方法,包括在播种以前和/或催芽以后使种子与本发明有效量的杀虫组合物接触。
本发明还提供一种在植物繁殖材料和在之后生长的植物器官、植物部分和/或植物中防治或预防害虫及其幼虫和卵的方法,包括将本发明的杀虫组合物施用于植物繁殖材料或其环境上。植物繁殖材料优选种子。
大部分由害虫造成的对作物植物的损害早在种子、在存储期间以及种子被播入土壤后及在植物发芽期间或发芽后,被侵扰时就发生了。此阶段特别关键,因为正在生长植物的根和苗特别敏感,即使是微小的损害也可导致整株植物的死亡。因此,通过使用合适的组合物来保护种子和发芽植株是特别值得关注的。
本发明还特别涉及一种通过用本发明的杀虫组合物处理种子而保护种子和发芽植物免受害虫及其幼虫和卵侵袭的方法。本发明保护种子和发芽植物免于菜蛾科、卷蛾科、夜蛾科、飞虱科、粉虱科、叶螨科、蓟马科、蚜科、壶蚧科害虫及其幼虫和卵侵袭的方法包括同时用化合物I和化合物II处理所述种子的方法。其还包括一种用化合物I和化合物II在不同时间处理所述种子的方法。
一种预防或控制害虫及其幼虫和卵的方法,将预期长出植物的种子在播种前和/或催芽之后用协同增效有效量的本发明所述的杀虫组合物处理。
本发明还涉及本发明的杀虫组合物用于处理种子以保护所述种子和由其长出的植物免于害虫及其幼虫和卵侵袭的用途。
此外,本发明还涉及经本发明的杀虫组合物处理从而获得保护免受害虫及其幼虫和卵侵袭的种子。
本发明还涉及化合物I和化合物II同时处理的种子。本发明还涉及经化合物I和化合物II在不同时间处理的种子。对于经化合物I和化合物II在不同时间处理的种子,本发明杀虫组合物的各个活性化合物可在所述种子上的不同层中存在。其中,含有化合物I和化合物II的层可任选通过一个中间层分开。本发明还涉及其中将化合物I和化合物II作为涂层组分或作为涂层外的一层或多层附加层施用的种子。
本发明的杀虫组合物可以施用至任意生理状态的种子。优选种子处于足够耐久的状态,从而在处理过程中不受损坏。一般地,种子可以是收获自田间,移除自植物,分离自任何穗轴、茎、外皮和周围的果肉或其它非种子植物材料的种子。种子还可以优选是生物上稳定的,以达到处理不会对种子造成生物损害的程度。可以在种子收获和种子播种之间或在播种过程期间的任何时间处理施用至种子。种子还可以在处理之前或之后催芽。
经过本发明的杀虫组合物处理的种子可以被贮藏、管理、播种和耕作。
种子处理发生在未播种的种子上,术语“未播种的种子”意在包括处于种子收获与种子处于植物萌芽和生长目的播种在土地中之间任意时期的种子。优选地,处理在种子播种之前发生,从而所述播种种子已用所述组合预处理过。特别地,种子包衣或种子造粒在本发明组合的处理中是优选的。处理后,各组合中的成分附着至种子上并因此可用于虫害的防治。
种子处理方法包括所有本领域技术人员已知的适合处理种子的方法,例如拌种、种子包衣、种子浸泡、种子包膜、种子多层包衣、种子包壳、种子浸润、种子撒粉和种子造粒。
本发明所述的组合物可施用于种子、植物或植物的果实或植物生长的土壤或适于植物生长的土壤。
本发明还提供了一种预防或控制害虫及其幼虫和卵的方法,包括将本发明所述的杀虫组合物施用至种子、目标有用植物或植物生长的土壤或适合植物生长的土壤。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种预防或控制害虫及其幼虫和卵的方法,将本发明所述的杀虫组合物在种子发芽之前、发芽后或发芽前后施用至土壤和/或直接施用至与植物根部接触的土壤或适合植物生长的土壤。
本发明还提供一种保护植物以防害虫及其幼虫和卵侵袭的方法,包括将本发明的杀虫组合物施用于有用植物生长的环境、生境或贮存区域。植物生长的环境、生境是指能够使农作物生根、生长的支撑体,例如:土壤,水等,具体的原材料可以使用例如砂子、浮石、蛭石、硅藻土、琼胶、凝胶状物、高分子物质、石棉、木屑、树皮等。优选土壤。
本发明还提供一种保护植物以防菜蛾科、卷蛾科、夜蛾科、飞虱科、粉虱科、叶螨科、蓟马科、蚜科、壶蚧科害虫及其幼虫和卵侵袭的方法,包括联合、分开或依次施用活性组分化合物I和化合物II。在分开施用的情况下,顺序通常对防治措施的结果没有影响。
一种预防或控制害虫及其幼虫和卵的方法,包括分开、依次或同时施用化合物I、化合物II。
本发明还提供一种保护有用植物以防害虫及其幼虫和卵侵袭的方法,其包括在目标有用植物或其环境、目标害虫或其环境、目标有用植物的繁殖材料上以任意希望顺序或同时地施用包含化合物I和化合物II的组合。
本发明的杀虫组合物不仅包括可用合适的装置施用于植物或植物繁殖材料的即用组合物,而且包括在施用之前必须用水稀释的市售浓缩液。
本发明的杀虫组合物可以不经稀释施用,也可以用水稀释施用。
本发明提供一种预防或控制害虫及其幼虫和卵的方法,将本发明的杀虫组合物作用于目标有用植物或其环境、目标有用植物的繁殖材料,其它农药能够在施用化合物I和化合物II之前,与化合物I和化合物II同时地或在施用化合物I和化合物II之后相互独立地施用,而在化合物I和化合物II分开施用的情况下,各其它农药能够在施用化合物I和化合物II之前、与施用化合物I和化合物II同时地、在施用化合物I和化合物II之间或在施用化合物I和化合物II之后相互独立地施用。
本发明的杀虫组合物通常以以下剂量施用是常见的和有利的:
对于叶面处理:0.1-10000g/ha,优选10-1000g/ha,更优选10-500g/ha,更加优选10-300g/ha;
对于种子处理:1-1000g/100kg种子,优选100-1000g/100kg种子;
对于土壤处理:1-10000g/ha,优选10-1000g/ha。
上述剂量仅是一般性的示例性剂量,实际施用时本领域技术人员会根据实际情况和需要,尤其是根据待处理的植物或作物的性质以及虫害情况来调整施用率。
用本发明的杀虫组合物处理目标害虫,目标有用植物,或种子,土壤的方法包括例如铺展处理、土壤处理、表面处理和熏蒸处理。铺展处理例如包括铺展、喷淋、喷雾、雾化、颗粒施用。土壤处理例如包括土壤灌溉和土壤混合。表面处理包括例如涂布、覆盖。熏蒸处理包括例如在注入土壤后,用聚乙烯膜覆盖土壤。
施用者通常将本发明的杀虫组合物用于小背包喷雾器、喷雾罐、喷雾飞机或灌溉系统。通常将本发明的杀虫组合物用水、缓冲剂和/或其他助剂配制至所需施用浓度,从而得到即用喷雾液。
本发明所述的杀虫组合物中活性成分的总量可根据具体因素而进行选择,以实现所期望的作用。所述因素例如,剂型、待施用对象、施用方法等。
本发明提供一种杀虫组合物,其含有活性成分化合物I和化合物II,所述化合物I和化合物II的重量总共占所述杀虫组合物以重量计的1%-90%,优选5%-80%,更优选5%-70%,再优选5%-60%,更优选5%-50%,更优选10%-50%,更优选10%-40%。
一种杀虫组合物,其含有活性成分化合物I和化合物II,所述化合物I和化合物II的重量总共占所述杀虫组合物以重量计的还可以例如是1%、2%、3%、4%、5%、6%、7%、8%、9%、10%、11%、12%、13%、14%、15%、16%、17%、18%、19%、20%、21%、22%、23%、24%、25%、26%、27%、28%、29%、30%、35%、40%、45%、50%、55%、60%、65%、70%、75%、80%、85%、90%。
本发明的杀虫组合物可任选地包含农学上可接受的表面活性剂和/或填充剂等辅助成分。优选地,所述辅助成分是分散剂、湿润剂、抗冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、辅助载体中的一种或混合物。
根据本发明,术语“填充剂”指可与活性化合物相组合或联合以使其更易于施用给对象(例如植物、作物或草类)的天然或合成的有机或无机化合物。因此,所述填充剂优选为惰性的,至少应为农学可接受的。所述填充剂可以为固体或液体。
本发明中可以使用的非活性填充剂既可以是固体也可以是液体的。
可以作为固体填充剂使用的有例如:滑石粉、皂土、粘土、高岭土、硅藻土、白炭黑、碳酸钙、酸性粘土、硅石、沸石、硅镁土、浮石、硫酸铵、硫酸钠和尿素。
可以作为液体填充剂使用的可以在下列材料中选择,例如水、异丙醇、丁醇、四氢呋喃、乙二醇、丙二醇、乙酸乙酯、油酸甲酯、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基亚砜和植物油等。
为使有效成分化合物乳化、分散、可溶化、以及/或者润湿可以使用表面活性剂例如可以列举脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯高级脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯醇或酚的磷酸酯、多元醇的脂肪酸酯、萘磺酸聚合物、木质素磺酸盐、高分子梳形的支状共聚物、丁基萘磺酸盐、烷基芳基磺酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、油脂、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物、烷基萘磺酸盐的聚丙烯酸盐、蛋白质水解物、合适的低聚糖物或聚合物,例如基于单独的乙烯单体、丙烯酸、聚氧乙烯和/或聚氧丙烯或者其与例如(多元)醇或(多元)胺的结合。
为使有效成分化合物分散、稳定化、附着,可使用例如黄原胶、硅酸镁铝、明胶、淀粉、纤维素甲醚、聚乙烯醇、聚乙酸乙烯酯和天然磷脂(如脑磷脂和卵磷脂)以及合成磷脂、皂土、木质素磺酸钠等辅助剂。
其中防冻剂可选用乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、山梨醇。作为悬浮性产品的抗絮凝剂可以使用例如萘磺酸聚合物、聚合磷酸盐等的辅助剂。作为消泡剂可使用有机硅消泡剂。为改良固体产品的流动性,可使用例如石蜡、硬脂酸盐、磷酸烷基酯等辅助剂。
可以使用的着色剂,例如无机颜料,如氧化铁、氧化钛和普鲁士蓝;以及有机颜料/染料,如茜素染料、偶氮染料和金属酞菁染料;以及微量元素,例如铁盐、锰盐、硼盐、铜盐、钴盐、钼盐和锌盐。
任选地,还可包含其它附加组分,例如保护胶体、粘合剂、增稠剂、触变剂、渗透剂、稳定剂、掩蔽剂。
本发明所述的杀虫组合物可以其本身使用,或者可根据其各自的物理和/或化学性质以其制剂形式或由其制备的使用形式使用,例如气雾剂、微胶囊悬浮剂、冷雾剂、热雾剂、微囊粒剂、细粒剂、种子处理用悬浮剂、即用溶液剂、粉剂、乳油、水包油型乳剂、油包水型乳剂、大粒剂、微粒剂、油分散性粉剂、油悬剂、油剂、泡沫剂、糊剂、种衣剂、胶悬剂、悬浮乳剂、水溶剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、可溶性粉剂、粉剂和颗粒剂、水溶性颗粒剂或片剂、种子处理用水溶性粉剂、可湿性粉剂、活性组分浸渍的天然产品及合成物质、聚合材料中与种子包覆物质中的微囊剂,以及超低容量冷雾剂及热雾制剂。
本发明所述的杀虫组合物优选的剂型为乳油、水悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、种子处理干粉剂、种子处理悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、悬乳剂、水乳剂、微囊悬浮剂、干悬浮剂、超低容量液剂、微粒剂、微乳剂。
本发明所述的杀虫组合物还可以与其它活性成分联合施用,所述其它活性成分例如杀真菌剂、杀细菌剂、引诱剂、杀昆虫剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、生长调节剂、除草剂、安全剂、肥料或化学信息素等。
本发明所述的制剂可通过已知方式将所述活性成分与常规添加剂混合而制备。所述常规添加剂如常规增充剂以及溶剂或稀释剂、乳化剂、分散剂、和/或粘合剂或固定剂、润湿剂、防水剂,如果需要,还可以包含催干剂和着色剂、稳定剂、颜料、消泡剂、防腐剂、增稠剂、水以及其它加工助剂。
本发明的杀虫组合物不仅包括可借助合适的设备如喷雾或撒粉设备立即适用于待处理的对象,而且还包括在施用于对象之前需进行稀释的浓缩商业组合物。
本发明的杀虫组合物可以以其活性成分化合物之组合物的形式制成适于施用的制剂,也可以以其适当剂量的商品制剂之组合的形式施用。

两种活性组分的特定组合的预期作用可使用所谓的"Colby 公式" (参见S.R.Colby, "Calculating Synergistic and Antagonistic Responses ofHerbicideCombinations “,Weeds 1967,15, 20-22) 计算:
X 是当使用用量为m g/ha 或浓度为m ppm的活性组分式I 化合物时的防治效果,表示为占未处理对照的百分率,

若实际的防治效果超过计算值,则组合物的致死作用是超加和的,即存在协同作用。
试验例1 小菜蛾试验
药液配制:将化合物I、化合物II原药用丙酮配制成母液,再用0.1% 的吐温-80水溶液稀释至所需的浓度。
选择室内连续饲养、生理状态一致的2龄小菜蛾幼虫。选取生长一致的甘蓝叶片制成适宜的叶碟。
将叶碟浸于待测药剂溶液中,10s 后取出晾干置于含有保湿滤纸的培养皿中,接入试虫。每重复接入10头左右的试虫。每处理4次重复。并设不含药剂(含有机溶剂和乳化剂)的处理作空白对照。
将处理的试虫加盖后放入置于25±1oC, 相对湿度60%-80%,光照周期L:D=(16:8)h的恒温培养箱中饲养和观察。
在培养箱中保持48h后检查结果。死亡判断标准为:用拨针轻触虫体,虫体完全无反应或不能正常反应为死亡。
试验过程中,配制药液要准确无误,减少误差;操作时要注意熟练快捷,注意试验操作规范,保证试验的准确性。空白对照试验死亡率超过20%时试验需重做。

试验例2 蓟马的试验
药液配制:将化合物I、化合物II原药用丙酮配制成母液,再用0.1% 的吐温-80水溶液稀释至所需的浓度。
以烟蓟马为供试害虫。将收集到的烟蓟马接种到温室盆栽的茄子长期饲养。试验前,镜检挑选烟蓟马至温室栽种的茄子植株饲养(无其他种类蓟马)。饲养条件为玻璃网室,自然光照,周期约为16(L):8(D)。温度最高为28oC,最低为15oC,湿度最高为95%,最低为65%。挑选F1代成虫供试。以20-40头为一组进行室内试验。按照浸虫法(NY/T 1154.6-2006)进行。
将带有供试蓟马成虫的茄子叶剪下,浸入药液中5-10S后取出,用滤纸吸取叶片和蓟马上多余药液,用细软毛笔将蓟马转移至新鲜无毒茄子嫩叶中,置于培养缸中,加盖,并保持透气通畅,用小湿棉球保持湿度。将盛有处理蓟马的培养缸置于25±1oC, 相对湿度60%-80%的恒温培养箱中饲养和观察。每处理4次重复。并设不含药剂(含有机溶剂和乳化剂)的处理作空白对照。
处理24h, 调查试虫死亡情况。判断死亡标准为软细毛笔轻触无明显反应爬动,记录总虫数和死亡虫数。计算死亡率和防效。
试验过程中,配制药液要准确无误,减少误差;操作时要注意熟练快捷,注意试验操作规范,保证试验的准确性。空白对照试验死亡率超过20%时试验需重做。

试验3 番茄烟粉虱试验

试验前在防虫网室内种植的温室盆栽无虫番茄苗上接种烟粉虱。待其产卵孵化发育至F1代2-3龄若虫时,剪取番茄叶片,镜检剔除虫卵等非试验虫态,每叶试验若虫为30头-50头,备用供试。
烟粉虱与番茄叶片一起在配置好的药液中浸泡5秒,取出,用吸水纸吸干多余的药液,放入直径6cm, 高10cm的塑料烧杯中。试验结束后转移至25±1oC, 相对湿度60%-80%的恒温培养箱中饲养。每处理4次重复。并设不含药剂(含有机溶剂和乳化剂)的处理作空白对照。
处理后72h,在显微镜下检查试虫死亡情况。判断死亡标准为虫体干瘪、颜色变枯黄。对照死亡率若大于20%,试验重做。记录总虫数和死亡虫数。计算死亡率和防治效果。
试验过程中,配制药液要准确无误,减少误差;操作时要注意熟练快捷,注意试验操作规范,保证试验的准确性。空白对照试验死亡率超过20%时试验需重做。

试验4 棉花红蜘蛛试验
药液配制:将化合物I、化合物II原药用丙酮配制成母液,再用0.1% 的吐温-80水溶液稀释至所需的浓度。
朱砂叶螨,实验室内采用棉花幼苗连续累代饲养,供试虫态为成螨。选择室内饲养,生理状态一致的雌成螨供试。将双面胶剪成2cm长,贴于载玻片的一端,然后选取健康雌成螨,将其背部贴于双面胶上(注意不要粘着螨足、触须和口器),每片30头,放入垫有湿海绵容器中,盖上盖子,置于25±1oC条件下,2h后镜检,剔除死亡和受伤个体,补足每片30头。
采用叶螨玻片浸渍法(NY/T 1154.12-2008)进行。将粘有红蜘蛛的玻片浸于药液中轻轻震荡5S后取出,用吸水纸吸去多余药液,置于垫有湿海绵的白磁盘中,使用透光性好的保鲜膜覆盖,并用昆虫针刺破小孔,使其透气通畅。每处理4次重复。并设不含药剂(含有机溶剂和乳化剂)的处理作空白对照。
将盛有处理红蜘蛛的白磁盘置于温度25±1oC,相对湿度60%-80%的恒温培养箱中饲养和观察。
处理48h后,在体视镜下以软毛笔轻触足或触角或须无明显反应判断为死亡。记录死亡螨数。
试验过程中,配制药液要准确无误,减少误差;操作时要注意熟练快捷,注意试验操作规范,保证试验的准确性。空白对照试验死亡率超过20%时试验需重做。
计算方法:
死亡率(%)=死亡螨数/药前试虫数×100

12.权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物用于预防或控制小菜蛾、斜纹叶蛾、朱砂叶螨、烟粉虱、烟蓟马、烟蚜及其幼虫和卵的用途。
13.一种预防或控制害虫及其幼虫和卵的方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物作用于目标有用植物、目标害虫或其环境、目标有用植物的繁殖材料。
14.一种预防或控制害虫及其幼虫和卵的方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物施用至种子、目标有用植物或植物生长的土壤或适合植物生长的土壤。
15.一种预防或控制害虫及其幼虫和卵的方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物在种子发芽之前、发芽后或发芽前后施用至土壤和/或直接施用至与植物根部接触的土壤或适合植物生长的土壤。
16.一种保护种子的方法,其特征在于,将种子在播种前和/或催芽之后与杀虫有效量的权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物接触。
