step 201, select a participant from the first meeting and invite to join the ad hoc sub-meeting, i.e. the second meeting.
After the participants enter the first meeting, when the number of the participants is 3 or more, the creation of a temporary sub-meeting can be started, and any participant is invited to join in the temporary sub-meeting;
step 202, after joining the sub-conference, the first conference (hereinafter also referred to as the main conference) talks with the microphone muted and the play volume is reduced by 50%; and the two conferences respectively throw the screen for split-screen display.
Microphones (radios) of the main conference paths of the inviter and the invitee are disabled, only the play function is reserved, and the play volume is reduced by 50% on the basis of the original decibel or gain;
in order to avoid the occurrence of echo during the control of the microphone concentration sound, when the participant's sound is transferred to the server, the server can match the original sound with the noise generated after reflection through the speaker by the echo cancellation algorithm and cancel it out.
The temporary sub-conference has conference functions like the main conference, including screen projection, speaking, silence, etc. All participants of the ad hoc sub-conference can see the conference inviter, the participant, the talking person (microphone animation), the on-line and off-line status (grey representation off-line, i.e. temporarily exiting the current sub-conference), etc.
In addition, the temporary sub-conference also supports screen throwing, and screen splitting display is carried out on the screen throwing content of the main conference by default when the temporary sub-conference is in screen throwing. And the screen throwing content of the main conference or the temporary sub-conference can be displayed in a full screen or a split screen through menu selection.
In step 203, the current temporary sub-conference may be selected to be exited, and the main conference call or other temporary sub-conferences may be switched to.
A participant may create or join multiple ad hoc sub-conferences, but at most only 1 ad hoc sub-conference may be kept online. If a participant has joined a temporary sub-conference, the original temporary sub-conference needs to be disconnected before creating or joining other temporary sub-conferences again; the history online sub-conference window record may be kept and may optionally be rejoined again. As shown in fig. 2b, there are shown a main conference 1 and a sub-conference 2, the conference in which the user is currently online includes the main conference 1 and the sub-conference 2, and the conference in which the user is currently joining includes the main conference 1, the sub-conference 1 and the sub-conference 2. Reference numeral 3 shows a list of participants included in the main conference, and reference numeral 4 shows a sub-conference in which the user is currently online, with highlighting.
The joined historical conferences, including the main conference and sub-conferences, may be displayed in a floating manner through a menu of functions, wherein the ongoing conference window is highlighted. Each conference window displays the participant and the presence status. Selecting other conference windows may quickly switch to any one of the joined ad hoc sub-conferences or back to the main conference.
When all temporary sub-conferences are exited or disconnected, the main conference volume is restored by 100%. After the main conference exits, the current online participant of the temporary sub-conference can still keep on talking until the participant exits the temporary sub-conference.
In the process, through selection, assignment and invitation of the participants, the independent temporary sub-conference can be independently started, the conversation of the temporary sub-conference is communicated, the playing volume of the audio of the main conference is reduced, meanwhile, the secondary screen throwing and the screen splitting display of the sub-conference content are supported, the voice control effect of the multi-participant online conference is improved, the conference efficiency and the participant experience of the first conference in private discussion can be effectively improved, and the confusion and the noise in the conference are reduced.
