A self-help rechecking method comprises the following steps:

The nonmetallic bottles are placed in a nonmetallic bottle detection area 42, the metal cans are placed in a metal can detection area 41, when the snap-shot device in the reinspection bin 40 recognizes the articles to be reinspected in the detection area, and after the passengers click on the man-machine interface device 9 to confirm the placement, the reinspection bin protection door 2 at the front side of the reinspection bin 40 is closed through the driving control module.

The passenger carries out recheck on the articles to be rechecked one by one according to the information pieces displayed on the man-machine interface device 9. S2.2 rechecking article verification
After the object to be rechecked is put into the rechecked bin 40, the rechecked bin protection door 2 is closed, the snap shot device in the rechecked bin 40 identifies the object in the rechecked bin 40, compares the object with the content to be rechecked recorded in the corresponding information strip, and judges whether the object is the content to be rechecked in the information strip.

if the capacity exceeds the carrying standard or whether the carrying standard is met or not can not be judged, carrying rules of contraband are displayed on the human-computer interface device 9, the device control unit carries out a manual recheck mark on the information strip, prompts a passenger to carry the article to a manual recheck position for recheck after the recheck of other information strips is completed, and after the manual recheck, the manual recheck position is used for carrying out the alarm of the information strip according to the rules and eliminating the alarm of the information strip after the entering rules are met.
If the detection of the articles in the recheck bin 40 is the safe liquid type allowed to be carried, the recheck bin protective door 2 is opened, the human-computer interface device 9 prompts 'please remove the articles', the passenger removes the articles, the current information strip content recheck is marked, and the alarm of the information strip is eliminated.
After each detection, the equipment control unit judges whether all the information strips are finished in the rechecking process, if the information strips which are not rechecked exist, the rechecking bin protection door 2 is opened, and passengers are prompted to put in articles to be rechecked; if all the information strips except the information strip needing manual recheck are rechecked and the recovered articles exist, the voucher printer 8 prints the recheck result of the passenger, wherein the recheck result comprises dangerous liquid rechecked information (including signature content of the passenger), the voucher contains the confirmation operation information of the passenger, namely the signature information of the passenger, the signature information is convenient to preserve in a paper mode, and the current recheck result can be visually represented as real and effective information confirmed by the passenger, so that the integrity of the information on the voucher is improved; if the recheck is finished, the security check state of the passenger is still in an alarm state, and a prompt of continuing to process at the manual recheck position is sent to the man-machine interface equipment (9). And the equipment control unit uploads the complete result information (including the information of the article to be checked, the image, the receipt information and the like) of the re-check to the upper computer system for recording. So far, the self-help rechecking operation is finished completely, the human-computer interface device 9 returns to the home page, and the self-help rechecking machine waits for the next passenger to recheck.
In summary, the application highly merges modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, computer network, video monitoring, big data processing and the like with dangerous liquid detection technologies commonly applied in the traditional security inspection at present, changes the original manually operated liquid security inspection re-inspection operation into self-service operation by passengers, thereby reducing personnel equipment of security inspection work, reducing the possibility of normal traffic congestion of passengers caused by re-inspection work at a station entrance, and improving the overall working efficiency of the passenger entrance security inspection.

At this time, if the manual rechecking result is qualified, prompting the user to take the article on the human-computer interface device 9, marking that the detection of the content of the current information strip is finished, and eliminating the alarm state of the passenger, so that the passenger can get into the bus; if the manual recheck is unqualified, the passenger is willing to discard the unqualified object, the recheck bin protection door 2 at the front side of the recheck bin 40 is opened, the human-computer interface device 9 prompts the manual recheck operator to put the object into the recheck bin 40, prompts the passenger to sign and confirm, the passenger closes the recheck bin protection door 2 after putting the object into the recheck bin 40, the snap-shot device in the recheck bin 40 acquires images of the object in the recheck bin 40, the drive control module controls the recheck bin protection door 2 between the recheck bin 40 and the recovery device 6 to be opened, the recovery device 6 is started, the object is put into the explosion-proof box 5 to be safely disposed, the current information bar content detection is marked, the alarm of the information bar is eliminated, and the passenger can get in the bus; if the manual recheck is not qualified, the passenger is unwilling to discard the unqualified object, and the man-machine interface device 9 prompts' please take the recheck object, leave the station and get on the way by other vehicles. The self-help rechecking machine finishes the rechecking operation at this time, and the man-machine interface device 9 returns to the first page to wait for the rechecking of the next passenger.
According to the design of the self-service rechecking machine, the process of recovering dangerous liquid and the safety space of the temporarily stored explosion-proof box 5 are arranged in the rechecking machine according to related specifications and safety requirements of a safety check site, and the links of confirming procedures, receipt printing and procedure recording of the recovered dangerous goods, which are executed according to regulations, are arranged, so that the rechecking procedures are complete and orderly.
After intelligent identity recognition is adopted, a rechecking process of the device is started in a mode of acquiring security record information of the upper novel intelligent security system, and the intelligent security system is accurate, efficient and good in passenger experience; according to the actual condition of security inspection, drinking water (mostly in the shape of a metal can or a nonmetal bottle) accounts for the vast majority of suspected dangerous liquids detected. Therefore, the self-service rechecking machine can relieve the labor intensity of the rechecking personnel to a great extent (during peak time), improve the working environment, properly reduce the rechecking personnel (during low passenger flow) under the condition of ensuring the security quality, and has better economical efficiency and popularization and application value.
The self-help rechecking machine is designed according to the idea of openness, autonomy, comfort and simplicity of modern urban life, accords with the development direction of modern civilization of the city, and also provides an important support for a rechecking link for the application of a novel self-help intelligent security system which is efficient and economical.

Claims (10)

1. A station liquid self-help rechecking machine is characterized by comprising,
cabinet body (1), and
the identification device (7) is arranged on the cabinet body (1) and is used for identifying the identity of the passenger and identifying the information of the articles;
the liquid detection device (4) is arranged on the cabinet body (1) and used for detecting the safety of the liquid property objects, and a snap shot device used for identifying and detecting the objects is arranged in the liquid detection device (4);
the recovery device (6) is arranged on the cabinet body (1) and is used for carrying out recovery treatment on the articles which are forbidden to be carried as the re-detection result in the liquid detection device (4);
the human-computer interface device (9), the human-computer interface device (9) is arranged on the cabinet body (1), and the human-computer interface device (9) is used for allowing passengers to interact with the rechecking machine and displaying information strips and rechecking states of articles required to be rechecked by the passengers;
the sensing equipment is used for monitoring the overall safety and the running state of the rechecking machine;
the control unit is internally provided with a recheck control software system and is used for communicating with an upper computer, controlling the operation of the identification device (7), the liquid detection device (4), the recovery device (6) and the human-computer interface equipment (9), comparing, processing, identifying and detecting the detected information and detecting the information of the sensing equipment.

after the articles are put into the rechecking bin (40), the snap-shot device in the rechecking bin (40) identifies the articles in the rechecking bin (40), compares the articles with the contents to be rechecked recorded in the corresponding information strip, and starts the liquid detection device (4) to recheck after confirming the coincidence of the contents to be rechecked;
and (5) processing the information strip according to the rechecking result, and recovering or releasing the bottle-shaped and tank-shaped liquid.

The self-help rechecking method for the station liquid self-help rechecking machine according to claim 4, wherein if the information strip contains a plurality of bottle-shaped and tank-shaped liquids with the same similar appearance, the human-computer interface device (9) prompts the passengers to display all the bottle-shaped and tank-shaped liquids with the same similar appearance to the identification device (7) at the same time, the identification device (7) identifies the quantity of the bottle-shaped and tank-shaped liquids with the same similar appearance, and if the quantity identified by the identification device (7) accords with the content of the information strip, the human-computer interface device (9) prompts the passengers to put all the bottle-shaped and tank-shaped liquids with the same similar appearance into the rechecking bin (40) one by one for rechecking.

The self-help rechecking method of the station liquid self-help rechecking machine according to claim 4, wherein the man-machine interface device (9) displays the information identified by the identification device (7) in real time, and when the passengers put bottle-shaped and tank-shaped liquid into the rechecking bin (40) one by one, the identification device (7) tracks and identifies articles and monitors the operation process of the passengers.

The self-help rechecking method of the station liquid self-help rechecking machine according to claim 4, wherein if the articles in the rechecking bin (40) are detected to be forbidden to carry liquid, dangerous article forfeit prompt information and regulations related to forbidden articles forfeit are displayed on the human-computer interface equipment (9), and the passengers are required to confirm operation, meanwhile, the recovery device (6) is controlled to start, the articles are recovered and treated, the current information piece content rechecking is marked, the alarm of the information piece is eliminated, and before the recovery device (6) recovers the articles, the snap-shot images of the articles by the snap-shot device in the rechecking bin (40) are uploaded to the upper computer for recording.

The self-help rechecking method of the station liquid self-help rechecking machine according to claim 4, wherein if the articles in the rechecking bin (40) are detected to be liquid which is limited to be carried, the human-machine interface device (9) prompts the passengers to take out the articles and guide the capacity marks on the bottle-shaped and tank-shaped containers to the recognition device (7), the recognition device (7) carries out intelligent recognition on the capacity marks, if the capacity is confirmed to be in accordance with the carrying standard, the human-machine interface device (9) prompts 'please take away articles', marks that the rechecking of the current information strip content is finished, and eliminates the alarm state of the information strip of the passengers; if the capacity exceeds the carrying standard or whether the carrying standard is met or not can not be judged, the human-computer interface equipment (9) prompts the article to be manually rechecked.

The self-help rechecking method of the station liquid self-help rechecking machine according to claim 4, wherein after each rechecking, the control system is required to judge whether all the information strips are rechecked, if the information strips which are not rechecked exist, a rechecking bin protection door (2) is opened to prompt passengers to put articles to be rechecked; if all the information strips are finished in rechecking and the recovered articles exist, printing a rechecking result of the passenger by a receipt printer (8), wherein the rechecking result comprises dangerous liquid rechecking information and passenger confirmation operation information; if the recheck is finished, the security check state of the passenger is still in an alarm state, and a prompt of continuing to process at the manual recheck position is sent to the man-machine interface equipment (9).
10. A reinspection control software system applied to the station liquid self-help reinspection machine as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, which is characterized by comprising,
power supply module, and
the device control unit is used for acquiring information from the upper computer, reporting the reinspection information to the upper computer in real time, collecting and analyzing reinspection result information of the liquid detection device, organizing interaction between passenger identity recognition and passenger reinspection operation, and monitoring and alarming the overall function, safety and working state of the reinspection machine;
the drive control module is used for executing actions of each execution module in the reinspection machine by the equipment control unit, and comprises the following components: controlling the recovery device, opening and closing the reinspection bin protective door and the recovery device protective door, and executing actions of signal receiving of sensing equipment;
the liquid detection module is used for carrying out safety detection on tank-shaped and bottle-shaped liquid which needs to be re-detected by passengers and giving an alarm to the equipment control unit for explosive liquid;
