It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, the target feature extraction is performed based on the user information to obtain a plurality of target features, the history application analysis is performed based on the history application information, and the responsibility information and the reimbursement rule corresponding to the history application information are determined, and further, the supplementary responsibility information and the supplementary reimbursement rule are determined based on the responsibility information, the guarantee responsibility set and the reimbursement rule. And carrying out user insurance analysis aiming at the user information and the historical insurance information, so that the information items included in the insurance analysis result are highly matched with the personalized characteristics of the user.
Further, in order to improve the matching degree between the display priority and the personalized features of the user, in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the performing the analysis of the insurance product based on the multiple target insurance products and the analysis result of the insurance application, and determining the display priority corresponding to each target insurance product includes: step S1031 to step S1034, wherein:
step S1031: based on feature matching between each target feature in the application analysis result and each target insurance product, determining a feature matching score corresponding to each target insurance product;
step S1032: based on the supplementary responsibility information in the insurance analysis result and the insurance responsibility matching of each target insurance product, determining the responsibility matching score corresponding to each target insurance product;

For the embodiment of the application, in order to meet the application requirements of a plurality of audience groups, a large number of insurance products are presented at present, however, each insurance product can be preset with various information such as the appropriate audience group and the audience age before being pushed out. Therefore, the embodiment of the application performs feature matching through the characteristics of the target features and the target insurance products, so that the insurance products with high degree of matching with the personalized features of the user can be determined, namely, the feature matching scoring relation is preset, and further, the responsibility matching scoring can be determined based on the corresponding relation between the target features and the characteristics of the target insurance products, wherein the higher the degree of matching between the target insurance products and the user is, the higher the feature matching scoring corresponding to the target products is.
And further, carrying out guarantee responsibility matching based on the supplementary responsibility information and the guarantee responsibility of each target insurance product, and determining a responsibility matching score corresponding to each target insurance product, namely, presetting a guarantee responsibility matching score relation, and further, determining a responsibility matching score based on the corresponding relation between the supplementary responsibility information and the guarantee responsibility, wherein the insurance responsibility matching is used for screening out the insurance product with high matching degree with the supplementary responsibility information of the user, and the higher the matching degree between the target insurance product and the supplementary responsibility information of the user is, the higher the responsibility matching score corresponding to the target product is. And determining a pay matching score corresponding to each target insurance product based on the pay matching of the supplementary pay rule and each target insurance product, namely, presetting an insurance pay matching score relation, and further determining the pay matching score based on the corresponding relation between the supplementary pay rule and the pay rule of the insurance product, wherein the insurance pay matching is used for screening out the insurance product with high matching degree with the supplementary pay rule of the user, and the higher the matching degree of the target insurance product and the supplementary pay rule of the user is, the higher the pay matching score corresponding to the target product is.
Step S1034: and carrying out analysis on the insurance products based on the feature matching scores, the responsibility matching scores and the pay matching scores, and determining the display priority corresponding to each target insurance product.
For the embodiment of the application, the feature matching score, the responsibility matching score and the pay matching score are used for carrying out the insurance product analysis, and the insurance product analysis is used for analyzing the matching degree of each target insurance product and the personalized features of the user, wherein the higher the matching degree of the target insurance product is, the higher the corresponding display priority is, so that the higher the display priority is arranged in the display of the client.
Specifically, there are many ways to apply product analysis, and in one possible way: setting respective corresponding minimum thresholds for the feature matching score, the liability matching score and the pay matching score; and selecting a plurality of screening insurance products with all three being higher than the lowest threshold value from all target insurance products. Performing numerical calculation based on the feature matching score, the liability matching score and the pay matching score corresponding to each screened insurance product, and determining a final score corresponding to each screened insurance product, wherein the numerical calculation includes but is not limited to: average number calculation, weight calculation, etc. And further, determining the display priority according to the final score, wherein the lowest priority is set for a plurality of target insurance products with scores lower than a lowest threshold value, and preferably, the plurality of insurance products with the lowest priority are placed at the end of the client display interface for random display or folding hiding operation.
In another implementation: and acquiring the attention degrees of the user on the feature matching, the responsibility matching and the pay matching respectively, namely, the attention degrees of the user on three dimensions, and further, carrying out main sorting on a plurality of target products based on the dimension with the highest attention degree, and carrying out fine adjustment on the other two dimensions on the premise of main sorting. For example, the user attaches importance to: the responsibility matching > the reimbursement matching > the characteristic matching, firstly sorting a plurality of target insurance products based on the responsibility matching scores to obtain a main sorting; then, based on the pay match score, adjusting the master ranking to obtain a slave ranking (e.g., the master ranking is in the order A, B, where A-responsibility match score differs less from B, but the pay match score B is much higher than A, and thus the adjustment order B, A); finally, the display priority corresponding to each target insurance product is determined by adjusting the feature matching score based on the ranking.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, the feature matching score corresponding to each target insurance product is determined based on the feature matching between each target feature and each target insurance product. And further, based on the supplementary responsibility information and the insurance responsibility matching of each target insurance product, determining the responsibility matching score corresponding to each target insurance product. And then, carrying out insurance pay matching on the basis of the supplementary pay rule and each target insurance product, and determining the pay matching score corresponding to each target insurance product. And finally, carrying out insurance product analysis based on the feature matching score, the responsibility matching score and the pay matching score, and determining the corresponding display priority of each target insurance product. The display priority comprehensively determined by multi-dimensional scoring improves the matching degree of the display priority and the personalized characteristics of the user, avoids the user wasting more time on purchasing insurance products, and improves the experience of the user.
Further, in order to improve accuracy of recommendation and improve experience of a user, in the embodiment of the present application, before receiving an insurance query instruction carrying a query condition, the method further includes:
acquiring user supplementary information corresponding to the user information, and performing risk analysis based on the user information and the user supplementary information to determine at least one high risk aspect;
performing guarantee analysis based on the historical application information and at least one high risk aspect to obtain a guarantee result of each high risk aspect;
aiming at the aspect that the guarantee result is the target high risk of guarantee deficiency, carrying out insurance product screening based on the user information and the target high risk aspect, and determining recommended insurance products.
For the embodiment of the application, before the user inquires the target insurance product by using the client, the electronic equipment can automatically screen the insurance product according to the user supplementary information to determine the recommended insurance product potentially needed by the user, and then the recommended insurance product is displayed on the client.
Specifically, the user supplemental information includes, but is not limited to: the method comprises the steps of determining multiple aspects such as behavior habits, health states and the like of a user, analyzing risks based on user information and user supplementary information, and determining at least one high-risk aspect, wherein the high-risk aspect is an aspect easy to be at birth risk. For example, for a user who is working on a coach driver, then the high risk aspect is determined to be accidental injury; for older and more ill users, the high risk aspect is determined to be medical reimbursement, etc. Further, carrying out guarantee analysis based on the historical guarantee information and each high risk aspect, and determining a guarantee result of a user in each high risk aspect, wherein when the guarantee analysis is carried out, the responsibility guarantee condition in each high risk aspect is determined based on the historical guarantee information, and further, the guarantee analysis is carried out based on the corresponding guarantee responsibility information and the comprehensive responsibility information in the high risk aspect, when the guarantee responsibility information is not completely consistent with the comprehensive responsibility information, the guarantee result is determined to be a guarantee shortage, and the part lacking the guarantee responsibility information is recorded as a target high risk aspect; and when the guarantee responsibility information is completely consistent with the comprehensive responsibility information, determining that the guarantee result is comprehensive. And then, carrying out insurance product screening based on the user information and the target high risk aspect, and determining recommended insurance products, wherein the insurance product screening is used for screening the insurance products which have high matching degree with the personalized characteristics of the user and are in the target high risk aspect in the responsibility guarantee aspect from the insurance product set as recommended insurance products.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, risk analysis is performed based on the user information and the user supplemental information, and security analysis is performed based on the history application information and at least one high risk aspect, so as to obtain a security result in each high risk aspect. And further, aiming at the aspect that the guarantee result is the target high risk of the guarantee deficiency, carrying out insurance product screening based on the user information and the target high risk aspect, and determining recommended insurance products. Because the recommended insurance product is potentially needed by the user, the recommended insurance product is displayed on the client, and the user's application rate is higher for the recommended insurance product, so that the efficiency of purchasing insurance by the user is improved to a certain extent, and the experience of the user is improved.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, generating policy information based on user insurance information and insurance information corresponding to an insurance product to be insurance applied includes:
performing application verification based on the user application information and application rules corresponding to the to-be-applied insurance products to obtain application verification results;
when the applied insurance verification result is verification passing, performing premium calculation based on the user applied insurance information and premium rules corresponding to the insurance products to be applied, determining quotation information, and sending the quotation information to the client so that the user pays fees through the client;
And when the payment success information is received, generating policy information based on the user insurance information, the quotation information and the insurance information.
For the embodiment of the application, the application rules corresponding to the insurance products to be applied are used for standardizing the user application information to meet the standard, so when the application verification is performed based on the user application information and the application rules, the application verification is used for verifying whether the user application information meets the application rules, and the application verification aspects include but are not limited to: and (3) checking whether the age accords with the standard, the occupation accords with the identity information, whether the identity information is uploaded correctly and the like, and of course, the responsibility overlapping checking can be performed for checking whether the insurance product to be applied is in responsibility overlapping with the history application information. And when the applied insurance verification result is that verification passes, premium calculation is performed based on the user applied information and premium rules corresponding to the insurance products to be applied, and quotation information is determined, wherein the quotation information is used for displaying the current applied amount for the user, and of course, the amount of each subsequent renewal can be displayed. After the user succeeds in paying the fee at the client, the electronic equipment can receive the successful information of paying the fee, and further, based on the user insurance information, the quotation information and the insurance information, the policy information is generated.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the application, the application verification is performed based on the user application information and the application rule corresponding to the insurance product to be applied, when the application verification result is verification passing, the premium calculation is performed based on the user application information and the premium rule corresponding to the insurance product to be applied, the quotation information is determined, and when the payment success information is received, the policy information is generated based on the user application information, the quotation information and the insurance information, so as to complete the whole application flow of the user.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, after performing the application verification based on the user application information and the application rule corresponding to the to-be-applied insurance product, the method further includes:
performing insurance responsibility demarcation based on the historical insurance information, and determining the charged responsibility range;
determining a responsibility range to be insured based on an insuring rule corresponding to an insuring product to be insured;
judging whether responsibility overlap exists between the charged responsibility range and the responsibility range to be applied, and generating warning information when the responsibility overlap exists, wherein the warning information is used for reminding a user of repeated application, and the warning information comprises target historical application information for selecting the responsibility overlap from the historical application information.
For the embodiment of the application, when a user purchases an insurance product, the detailed responsibility range of the insurance is not clear in most cases, so that insurance products with the same insurance responsibility range are often applied. However, multiple insurance products for the same guarantee responsibility are not reimburseable, and thus, applying multiple insurance products for the same guarantee responsibility causes the user to waste a portion of money. Therefore, before the insurance policy is issued, the insurance responsibility is judged based on the history insurance information and the insurance products to be insurance, and if the responsibility is overlapped, the insurance policy is warned to remind the user that the insurance products with the same insurance responsibility are applied.
Specifically, insurance responsibility is defined based on historical insurance information, the responsibility range is determined, and the responsibility range to be insured is determined based on insurance rules corresponding to insurance products to be insured. Then, judging whether the responsibility overlapping exists between the charged responsibility range and the responsibility range to be charged, and judging whether the responsibility overlapping exists in various modes, wherein the embodiment of the application is not limited any more, for example, each item of information in the charged responsibility range and the responsibility range to be charged is matched, and when the same information item exists, the responsibility overlapping is determined; when the same information item does not exist, it is determined that there is no responsibility overlap. Further, when responsibility overlap exists, warning information is generated, wherein history application information overlapped with responsibility of the insurance product to be applied can be recorded as target history application information, and the target history application information is placed in the warning information, so that a user can know details of the responsibility overlap conveniently. According to the embodiment of the application, after the fact that the liability of the insurance product to be applied and the historical application information are overlapped and the warning is carried out is determined, the user is not constrained to be unable to carry out repeated application, whether the repeated application is carried out or not follows the selection of the user is not restricted, and the experience of the user can be improved to a certain extent.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, insurance responsibility is defined based on the historical insurance information, the responsibility range is determined, and the responsibility range to be insured is determined based on the insurance rules corresponding to the insurance products to be insured. When responsibility overlap exists between the charged responsibility range and the responsibility range to be charged, warning information is generated, and the warning information is used for reminding the user of repeated charging, so that the user is prevented from spending more expenses in insurance charging.
Further, in order to enable a user to clearly and clearly determine a distinguishing point between the comparison insurance products, so that the user can conveniently and quickly purchase the insurance products based on own demand conditions, in the embodiment of the present application, after sending a plurality of target insurance products according to the display priority order to the client, the method further includes:
when the product comparison instruction is acquired, acquiring the insurance information corresponding to at least two comparison insurance products corresponding to the product comparison instruction;
multidimensional comparison is carried out based on the insurance information corresponding to at least two comparison insurance products respectively, and insurance comparison information is determined, wherein the multidimensional comparison comprises: price quotation comparison, pay comparison and insurance company comparison;

For the embodiment of the application, after a plurality of target insurance products according to the display priority order are sent to the client so that the target insurance products are displayed on the display interface of the client according to the display priority order, the embodiment of the application provides a multidimensional comparison function of the target insurance products in order to facilitate the selection of the target insurance products by a user. Namely, at least two comparison insurance products are selected from the target insurance products, multidimensional comparison is carried out based on the selected comparison insurance products, and the comparison result is presented on a display interface of the client. By the method, the user can quickly and clearly determine the distinguishing points between the comparison insurance products based on the insurance comparison result, and the user can conveniently and quickly purchase the insurance products.
Specifically, multidimensional comparison is performed based on the insurance information corresponding to at least two comparison insurance products, and insurance comparison information is determined, wherein quotation comparison is used for comparing the insurance amount of each comparison insurance product, pay comparison is used for comparing the information such as the pay amount, pay rule and the like corresponding to each comparison insurance product when pay is performed, and insurance companies are used for comparing the information such as public praise, seniority and the like corresponding to each comparison insurance product. And further, performing advantage analysis based on the insurance comparison information, determining the advantage information corresponding to each comparison insurance product, and generating a comparison report based on the advantage information corresponding to each comparison insurance product, wherein the comparison report clearly shows the comparison condition of all comparison files in multiple dimensions, and marks the advantage information corresponding to each comparison insurance product. And then, the insurance comparison information and the comparison report are sent to the client, so that a user can clearly and clearly determine the distinguishing points between the comparison insurance products, and the user can conveniently and rapidly purchase the insurance products based on the requirement condition of the user.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, multidimensional comparison is carried out on the insurance information corresponding to at least two comparison insurance products corresponding to the product comparison instruction, the insurance comparison information is determined, the advantage analysis is carried out on the basis of the insurance comparison information, the comparison report is generated on the basis of the advantage information corresponding to each comparison insurance product, and the insurance comparison information and the comparison report are sent to the client, so that a user can clearly and clearly determine the distinguishing point between the comparison insurance products, and the user can conveniently and rapidly purchase the insurance products based on the requirement condition of the user.

The embodiment of the application provides a policy generation device, as shown in fig. 4, which specifically may include:
the target insurance product determining module 210 is configured to determine, when an insurance query instruction carrying a query condition is received, a plurality of target insurance products from an insurance product set based on the query condition, where the insurance product set includes a plurality of insurance products corresponding to a plurality of insurance companies respectively;
The application analysis module 220 is configured to acquire user information and historical application information, perform user application analysis based on the user information and the historical application information, and determine an application analysis result for representing personalized features of the user;
the product analysis module 230 is configured to perform application product analysis based on the multiple target insurance products and the application analysis result, determine a display priority corresponding to each target insurance product, and send the multiple target insurance products according to the display priority order to the client, where the display priority is used to determine a display order of the multiple target insurance products at the client;

extracting target features based on user information to obtain a plurality of target features;

In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, an electronic device 300 shown in fig. 5 includes: a processor 301 and a memory 303. Wherein the processor 301 is coupled to the memory 303, such as via a bus 302. Optionally, the electronic device 300 may also include a transceiver 304. It should be noted that, in practical applications, the transceiver 304 is not limited to one, and the structure of the electronic device 300 is not limited to the embodiment of the present application.
The processor 301 may be a CPU (Central Processing Unit ), general purpose processor, DSP (Digital Signal Processor, data signal processor), ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit ), FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array, field programmable gate array) or other programmable logic device, transistor logic device, hardware components, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various exemplary logic blocks, modules and circuits described in connection with this disclosure. Bus 302 may include a path to transfer information between the components. Bus 302 may be a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect, peripheral component interconnect Standard) bus or an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture ) bus, or the like. Bus 302 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in fig. 5, but not only one bus or type of bus.
The Memory 303 may be, but is not limited to, a ROM (Read Only Memory) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a RAM (Random Access Memory ) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory ), a CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read Only Memory, compact disc Read Only Memory) or other optical disk storage, optical disk storage (including compact discs, laser discs, optical discs, digital versatile discs, blu-ray discs, etc.), magnetic disk storage media or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer.
The memory 303 is used for storing application program codes for executing the inventive arrangements and is controlled to be executed by the processor 301. The processor 301 is configured to execute the application code stored in the memory 303 to implement what is shown in the foregoing method embodiments.
Among them, electronic devices include, but are not limited to: mobile terminals such as mobile phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), in-vehicle terminals (e.g., in-vehicle navigation terminals), and the like, and stationary terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like. But may also be a server or the like. performing responsibility guarantee analysis based on the responsibility information and a guarantee responsibility set, and determining supplementary responsibility information, wherein the guarantee responsibility set is the sum of all the guarantee responsibilities corresponding to the insurance types in the query conditions, and the supplementary responsibility information is used for representing the responsibilities which are not guaranteed in the historical insurance information;
carrying out the analysis of the claim rules based on the claim rules to determine the supplementary claim rules, wherein the supplementary claim rules are used for representing the claim rules which are not guaranteed in the historical application information;

Based on feature matching between each target feature and each target insurance product in the application analysis result, determining a feature matching score corresponding to each target insurance product;
based on the supplementary responsibility information in the insurance analysis result and the insurance responsibility matching of each target insurance product, determining a responsibility matching score corresponding to each target insurance product;
based on the compensation payment rule in the application analysis result and the insurance payment matching of each target insurance product, determining the payment matching score corresponding to each target insurance product;
and carrying out analysis on the insurance products based on the feature matching scores, the responsibility matching scores and the pay matching scores, and determining the display priority corresponding to each target insurance product.
4. The policy generation method according to claim 1, further comprising, before receiving an insurance inquiry command carrying an inquiry condition:
acquiring user supplementary information corresponding to the user information, and performing risk analysis based on the user information and the user supplementary information to determine at least one high risk aspect;
performing security analysis based on the historical application information and the at least one high risk aspect to obtain security results of each high risk aspect;
