The DTY on-line multicolor ply yarn production device as recited in claim 1, wherein: the multicolor coloring unit (3) is a multi-tank dipping coloring unit; the multi-groove dipping coloring unit comprises a multicolor groove (34) for coloring, a plurality of yarn guiding units uniformly distributed in the multicolor groove (34), a dye solution in the multicolor groove (34) and a dye solution supplementing unit connected with the multicolor groove (34); a plurality of dyeing tanks are distributed in the multicolor tank (34) side by side, and each dyeing tank is provided with a corresponding dye liquor supplementing unit; the yarn guiding units are uniformly distributed on the dyeing grooves, and yarn guiding units on adjacent dyeing grooves are distributed in a staggered manner; each guide wire unit comprises a pair of inverted guide wire pieces (36) immersed in the dye liquor and a pair of aligned guide wire pieces (36) correspondingly arranged on the wall of the dyeing tank; the POY (1) is colored through the guide wire unit.

The DTY online multi-color ply-yarn production device as recited in claim 6, wherein: the upper part of the left side of each dyeing groove is provided with a liquid inlet (35), and the bottom of the right side is provided with a reflux port; each dye liquor supplementing unit comprises a liquor preparing barrel (29) and a liquor storing barrel (30); the bottom of the liquid preparation barrel (29) is connected with the top of the liquid storage barrel (30) through a liquid conveying pipe with a control valve (31); the liquid storage barrel (30) is connected with a liquid inlet (35) through a liquid inlet pipe with a delivery pump (32); the reflux port is connected with the bottom of the liquid storage barrel (30) through a reflux pipe (33).

A DTY on-line multicolor ply yarn production method of a DTY on-line multicolor ply yarn production device as recited in any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by: the POY (1) is colored by a multicolor coloring unit (3) when entering a texturing machine, and the colored POY (1) is subjected to fixation in the processing process and stranding by a strander (10) to obtain the multicolor stranding DTY.
9. The DTY online multicolor ply yarn production method as recited in claim 8, wherein the POY (1) is processed in a texturing machine as follows:
A. preparing dye liquor and adding a multicolor coloring unit (3);
B. POY (1) is colored from the raw silk rack (2) by a multicolor coloring unit (3);
C. the colored POY (1) is sent into a first hot box (6) to be stretched and deformed after passing through a first roller (5), and is dried and fixed;
D. the POY (1) after fixation sequentially passes through a cooling plate (7), a false twister (8), a second roller (9), a stranding machine (10) and a network nozzle (11) for stranding;
E. after stranding, the mixture enters a second hot box (12) for shaping and fixation again;
F. and a DTY bobbin is wound on a bobbin of a winding frame (15) after passing through a third roller (13) and an oil feeding wheel (14).
