Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile dyeing and finishing, and particularly relates to a production process of cellulose fiber multi-color space dyeing cheese.
Background
As is well known, yarn-dyed fabrics are produced by dyeing yarns and then weaving and finishing the yarns according to designed patterns, and are mainly characterized by rich colors and regular arrangement, but each yarn has only one color from beginning to end, so that a regular lattice form inevitably appears even if the yarn changes, and the style is relatively monotonous. How to break through the regular style of the yarn-dyed fabric becomes a long-term thinking and exploration problem in the yarn-dyed industry. Under the large background, space dyeing yarns are produced at the same time, however, the conventional space dyeing yarns mainly use hank yarn dyeing, have low yield and high energy and water consumption, are limited by equipment, have poor color diversity of the produced yarns, and cannot meet the requirements of people on fashionable and multicolor clothes.
The space dyeing method of the cheese (CN 103510319A) published by Jiangsu Issida textile Limited company and the pure cotton cheese space dyeing technology published by the Texas institute gently can realize space dyeing of the cheese, but is mainly realized by changing or blocking a guide hole or a pipe hole of a dyeing yarn pipe and changing the positive and negative circulation directions of a dyeing machine pump, and has the advantages of complex operation, long flow and low efficiency; 'a pure cotton cheese space dyeing method' published by the Shangtai textile Limited company realizes the space dyeing of cheese by end face dip dyeing, but the dyed yarn has 3 color nodes at most and poor color diversity.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: overcomes the defects of the prior art and provides a production process of cellulose fiber multi-color space dyeing cheese. The style that the color nodes of the same yarn with different colors appear alternately can be realized, the production operation is simple, the processing flow is short, the dyeing process is green and environment-friendly, and the salt is not required to be added for dyeing promotion.
The invention relates to a production process of cellulose fiber multi-color space dyeing cheese, which comprises the following steps:

And (3) carrying out spray painting dyeing on the upper and lower circular end faces of the cheese in the spray painting mode in the step (2), wherein different spray painting colors after sectorial division can be set according to actual production, the number of the sectorial division ranges from 1 to 15, and the number of the sectorial division ranges divided by the upper and lower circular end faces can be the same or different.
And (3) performing alkaline fixation on the cellulose fiber cone yarn in the step (3), wherein an alkaline agent used in the treatment is one of sodium carbonate or caustic soda, the dosage of the alkaline agent is 5-30 g/L, the treatment temperature is 55-95 ℃, and the treatment time is 20-60 min.
The hot water washing temperature in the step (4) is 90-110 ℃, and the washing time is 5-25 min.
And (4) dehydrating the cheese on a dehydrator.
And (4) drying the dyed yarns by hot air at 60-120 ℃ for 1-3 h.

Carrying out soda color fixing treatment on the cellulose fiber cone yarns by adopting a cone yarn dyeing machine;
(4) dyed cone yarn after-treatment
And (4) carrying out hot water washing, dewatering and drying treatment on the fast-sprayed space dyeing cone yarn.
The four steps involved in the invention are in ring-buckling and complementary, and the organic solvent and water are selected to be compounded and dissolved with the dye in the step (1) in order to ensure that the dye in the spraying process in the step (2) can quickly permeate into the fiber yarns; the soda color fixing process related to the step (3) is to ensure that the reactive dyes inside and outside the fiber yarns sprayed in the step (2) fully react with the hydroxyl on the fibers to achieve the purpose of color fixing; the post-treatment process in the step (4) is to remove unreacted dye on the surface of the fiber and further improve various color fastness of the dyed yarn.
