The space dyeing cheese yarn is 10tex modal yarn, before dyeing, the modal cheese is subjected to alkali immersion pretreatment in a cheese dyeing machine, the dosage of an alkali agent sodium carbonate is 20g/L, the pretreatment temperature is 85 ℃, and the time is 10 min; and (3) dehydrating the yarn after pretreatment, wherein the rotating speed of a dehydrator is 5000r/min, and the dehydrating time is 20 min.
Before the space dyeing is started, the dehydrated cone yarn is threaded on a winding machine, then a peristaltic pump is started, the rotating speed of the peristaltic pump is set to be 30r/min at the initial stage, the dye liquor is conveyed to a temporary liquid storage device from a dye liquor storage tank, the peristaltic pump is adjusted to be 1r/min after the temporary liquid storage device is full of the dye liquor, the winding machine is started to carry out space dyeing, the rotating speed of the winding machine is 400m/min, the yarn stroke is 20cm, and the stroke is the distance between the upper end face and the lower end face of the cone yarn.
After the space dyeing is finished, the space dyeing cone yarns are sequentially subjected to hot water washing, dehydration and drying treatment: the hot water washing temperature is 95 ℃, and the water washing time is 25 min; dehydrating the cheese washed by hot water on a drying machine, wherein the rotating speed of the drying machine is 6800r/min, and the drying time is 15 min; and (3) drying the dewatered space-dyed yarns by hot air at the drying temperature of 110 ℃ for 1 h.
The yarn produced by the space dyeing method is in a space dyeing style, and the color nodes of the dyed yarn are circularly changed according to the specific steps of red 1cm + white 12cm + yellow 1cm + white 12cm + blue 1cm + white 12cm + black 1cm + white 12cm + red 1cm + white 12cm + black 1cm + white 12cm + blue 1cm + white 12cm + yellow 1cm + white 12 cm.
The space dyeing cone yarn yarns in the examples 1-2 were subjected to color fastness test by using a rubbing fastness tester and a soaping fastness machine, and the test results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 color fastness test data for multicolored space-dyed cheese
As can be seen from Table 1, the various fastnesses of the space-dyed yarns prepared by the examples 1-2 of the present invention all reach 3-4 levels or more.
