the input ends of the first conveying line 2 and the second conveying line 7 are staggered, so that a box placing space is formed between the input ends of the first conveying line 2 and the input ends of the second conveying line 7, the distance between two adjacent first limiting columns 24 is larger, a packing box can be easily placed between the two first limiting columns 24 in the box placing space, and the first limiting columns 24 touch the lower end of one side of the packing box, which is opposite to the input ends of the first conveying line 2; along with the movement of the first circulating conveying chain 23, the packing box can move to the lower side of the second conveying line 7, the second limiting column 72 touches the upper end of one side of the packing box facing the input end of the first conveying line 2, the third limiting column 82 touches the upper end of one side of the packing box facing away from the input end of the first conveying line 2, the packing box is clamped by the first limiting column 24, the second limiting column 72 and the third limiting column 82 in a matched mode, and the distance between the first conveying line 2 and the second conveying line 7 can be matched with the height of the packing box, so that the packing box is prevented from tilting; therefore, the packing box can be stably fixed, and the deformation of the packing box is prevented.
Referring to fig. 12 to 16, in this embodiment, the apparatus further includes a product conveying line 10 spaced from the first conveying line 2 along the second direction, a pushing station 100 is disposed on the product conveying line 10, a charging station 200 corresponding to the pushing station 100 is disposed on the first conveying line 2, a guiding unit 11 is disposed between the pushing station 100 and the charging station 200, and a pushing device 12 is disposed on a side of the pushing station 100 facing away from the charging station 200;
the guide unit 11 comprises a material passing pipe 111, one end of the material passing pipe 111 is connected with the material pushing station 100 in a butt joint mode, the other end of the material passing pipe 111 is sleeved with a guide head 112, the guide head 112 gradually contracts in the direction close to the material charging station 200, a first driving module 113 is arranged on the frame 1, and the first driving module 113 drives the guide head 112 to move in the second direction;
after the product wrapped with the liner is transported to the pushing station 100, the first driving module 113 drives the guide head 112 to move, so that the smaller end of the guide head 112 is inserted into the packing box on the loading station 200, the pushing device 12 acts to push the liner, the liner passes through the material passing pipe 111 and enters the guide head 112, the liner can smoothly enter the packing box because the smaller end of the guide head 112 is inserted into the packing box, and when a part of the liner enters the packing box, the first driving module 113 can drive the guide head 112 to move away from the packing box, so that the liner is completely embedded into the packing box, and the packing box of the product is completed; the first conveying line 2, the second conveying line 7 and the third conveying line 8 all operate intermittently, so that the packing boxes on the first conveying line 2 only move one station at a time, and the guide unit 11 and the pushing device 12 also operate reciprocally and are matched with the rhythm of the first conveying line 2;
under the condition of ensuring that the posture of the packing box on the first conveying line 2 is stable, the guide head 112 can be accurately inserted into the packing box of the loading station 200 to guide, so that products with inner liners can be smoothly loaded into the packing box, and the appearances of the inner liners and the packing box are not damaged.
In this embodiment, the packing box is cuboid, so the corresponding liner is also cuboid, and compared with the packing box, the liner has smaller volume;
the material passing pipe 111 is designed as a square pipe, the guide head 112 comprises four side plates 1121, the four side plates 1121 correspond to the four side walls of the square pipe, and the four side plates 1121 are enclosed into a prismatic table shape; an elastic piece 1122 is arranged on the outer wall of the side plate 1121;
one end of the four side plates 1121, which is close to the charging station 200, encloses a discharge hole, and one end of the elastic sheet 1122, which is close to the charging station 200, is positioned between the discharge hole and the charging station 200;
therefore, the ends of the four elastic sheets 1122 near the loading station 200 form smaller ends, when the guide head 112 moves, the elastic sheets 1122 are inserted into the packing box, the lining passes through the feeding pipe 111 and then enters into the space surrounded by the four side plates 1121, the lining passes over the discharge hole along with the continuous forward movement of the lining, the four elastic sheets 1122 touch the elastic sheets 1122, the four elastic sheets 1122 are opened to slightly enlarge the entrance of the packing box, and the lining can smoothly enter into the packing box.
In the embodiment, a mounting plate is arranged on the frame 1, and the material passing pipe 111 is fixed on the mounting plate;
the guide head 112 is fixed on a moving block which is in sliding fit with the mounting plate; specifically, a guide post 316 extending along the pushing direction is arranged on the mounting plate, and a guide sleeve 314 matched with the guide post 316 is arranged on the moving block, so that the moving block can slide along the guide post 316;
the first driving module 113 comprises a screw rod penetrating through the mounting plate and a motor for driving the screw rod to rotate, a nut matched with the screw rod is arranged on the moving block, and the axial direction of the screw rod is parallel to the pushing direction, so that the motor drives the screw rod to rotate, the nut can be moved along the screw rod, and the guide head 112 is driven to move.
In this embodiment, the pushing device 12 includes a base plate 121 fixed on the frame 1 and a push rod 122 slidably fitted on the base plate 121, and a motor is disposed on the base plate 121 and is in transmission connection with the push rod 122 through a synchronous belt transmission assembly.
In this embodiment, the two sides of the first conveying line 2 are respectively provided with a tongue inserting and folding device and a box cover folding device, so that the tongue inserting of the packing box on the first conveying line 2 can be folded, and the box cover of the packing box on the first conveying line 2 is covered, so that the sealing of the packing box is completed.

along the first direction, the input end of the second conveying line is positioned in front of the input end of the first conveying line, the distance between the input end of the first conveying line and the input end of the second conveying line is larger than the distance between two adjacent first limit posts, and the distance between two adjacent first limit posts is larger than the length of the packing box in the first direction; the first limit column touches the lower end of one side of the packing box, which is opposite to the input end of the first conveying line, and the second limit column touches the upper end of one side of the packing box, which is opposite to the input end of the first conveying line;
