Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the fault detection method of the contactor of the air conditioner blower according to the embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
s1, after the contactor receives a control instruction of engaging/disengaging the contactor for a first preset time, acquiring state information fed back by the auxiliary contact and vital sign signals of the blower in a second preset time. When the blower is electrified to work, the vital sign signal changes once every third preset time, and the third preset time is smaller than the second preset time.
Specifically, an embedded control unit may be built in the blower to record a vital sign signal of the blower, which is a signal representing an operation state of the blower, through the embedded control unit. When the blower is powered on, the vital sign signal changes once every third preset time, for example, the vital sign signal is added by 1 every 1 s.
Specifically, after the contactor receives the control instruction of engaging/disengaging the contactor for a first preset time, for example, after 5 seconds, the contactor communicates (for example, RS485 communication) with the embedded control unit to obtain the vital sign signal of the blower within a second preset time (for example, within 30 seconds), and meanwhile, the state information fed back by the auxiliary contact may be obtained, where the state information may be that the contactor is in an off state/engaging state.
S2, judging whether the contactor and the auxiliary contact have faults or not according to the state information and the vital sign signals.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when the control command is a command to attract the contactor, determining whether the contactor and the auxiliary contact are faulty according to the state information and the vital sign signal may include: judging whether the state information is that the contactor is in the off state, and judging whether the vital sign signal is changed if the state information is that the contactor is in the off state. If the vital sign signal changes, judging that the auxiliary contact fails, and the contactor works normally; if the vital sign signal is unchanged, judging that the auxiliary contact works normally, and the contactor has abnormal suction faults.
It will be appreciated that if the status information is that the contactor is in the engaged state, it is determined that both the auxiliary contact and the contactor are operating normally.
In another embodiment of the present invention, when the control command is a command to open the contactor, determining whether the contactor and the auxiliary contact are malfunctioning according to the state information and the vital sign signal may include: judging whether the state information is that the contactor is in the suction state, and judging whether the vital sign signal is changed if the state information is that the contactor is in the suction state. If the vital sign signal changes, judging that the auxiliary contact works normally, and disconnecting the contactor with abnormal faults; if the vital sign signal is unchanged, judging that the auxiliary contact fails, and the contactor works normally.
It will be appreciated that if the status information is that the contactor is in the off state, then it is determined that both the auxiliary contacts and the contactor are operating normally.
In summary, according to the method for detecting a fault of a contactor of an air conditioner blower according to the embodiment of the invention, after the contactor receives a first preset time for engaging/disengaging a control command of the contactor, state information fed back by an auxiliary contact and a vital sign signal of the blower in a second preset time are obtained, and whether the contactor and the auxiliary contact have faults or not is determined according to the state information and the vital sign signal. Therefore, whether the contactor and the auxiliary contact fail or not can be comprehensively judged according to the vital sign signals of the blower and the state information fed back by the auxiliary contact, the accuracy is high, the situation of false alarm is avoided, and the reliability of the system is greatly improved.
In summary, according to the method for detecting a fault of a contactor of an air conditioner heater in the embodiment of the invention, after the contactor receives the first control instruction of the suction contactor for the first preset time, the first state information fed back by the auxiliary contact is obtained, if the first state information is that the contactor is in the off state, whether the return air temperature and the outlet air temperature of the air conditioner heater meet the first preset condition is judged, and if the first preset condition is met, the suction fault of the contactor is judged. Therefore, whether the contactor fails or not can be comprehensively judged according to the state information fed back by the auxiliary contact, the return air temperature and the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner heater, the accuracy is high, the situation of false alarm is avoided, and the reliability of the system is greatly improved.
