Description

Chewing gum and production method and production system thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pet foods, in particular to a chew and a production method and a production system thereof.
Background
There are two major types of canine chews currently on the pet food market: a biting gum prepared from traditional cowhide and pork chop is difficult to digest by dogs due to strong toughness of the cowhide and pork chop, and has low consumer acceptance. The conventional chewing gum made of cowhide and pigskin has the problems of self tissue structure, the processing and washing of the skin are necessary treatment modes, degreasing, acid washing and bleaching treatment are needed in the processes of adding and washing the skin, so that the palatability of the product is low, and the health of a pet dog is influenced by residual chemical components in the processing process.
In addition, the vegetable starch is extruded into thin skin at high temperature and high pressure to prepare the biting gum, but the digestion of animal-derived components is far higher than that of vegetable-derived components for dogs due to the characteristic of the digestive tract of dogs due to the high starch content; and excessive starch components are easy to cause the increase of blood sugar of dogs, which is unfavorable for the growth and development of pets. And the traditional plant starch extrusion type bone-like biting gum is determined by the product formula design, and grains such as starch and the like are required to be used as main ingredients.
It can be seen that providing an improved chew and a method and system for producing the same, based on the shortcomings of the prior art, is a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely exemplary in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that in the claims and the description of this patent, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises an element.
As shown in fig. 1, this embodiment discloses a bone-shaped biting gum 1, which comprises, by mass: 92% of animal-derived components, 7% of glycerin, 0.5% of salt and 0.5% of sugar raw material.
More specifically, the animal-derived component in this embodiment is chicken, so that the viscosity of chicken protein can be utilized, no colloid is required to be added as adhesion, and the animal-derived component can be retained to the maximum extent by extrusion molding under no high temperature and high pressure.
In the processing process of the biting gum 1, chicken is adopted, skin washing is not needed, chemical components which affect the health of the pet dogs are not remained, and the added natural hydrolyzed coconut glycerol, sugar and salt belong to natural components.
More specifically, the chew 1 of this embodiment does not include ingredients such as starch that are not digestible by dogs.
Combines the structural characteristics of the digestive tract of the pet dogs: the oral cavity does not secrete amylase, only the intestinal pancreas secretes amylase, and the intestinal digestive tract of the dogs is short, so that the digestion capacity of starch is insufficient, and excessive starch intake easily causes the rise of the blood sugar of the dogs, which is unfavorable for the growth and development of the dogs of the pets.
The in vitro digestion test of the third party laboratory shows that the 24-hour digestion rate of the biting gum 1 of the embodiment is 100%, the in vitro 24-hour digestion rate of the traditional cow leather and the knot bone biting gum 1 is 30-50%, and the 124-hour digestion rate of the plant high-temperature high-pressure extrusion knot bone biting gum is 50-75%.
Therefore, it can be seen that the chew 1 of the embodiment does not include ingredients such as starch which are not easily digestible for dogs, and the rise of blood sugar of dogs is not caused, which is beneficial to the growth and development of pet dogs. In this embodiment, the chew 1 comprises 92% of animal-derived components and has high palatability.
As shown in fig. 2, the embodiment also discloses a production method of the chew 1, which is used for producing the chew 1, and the production method comprises the following steps:
s1, pouring 92% of animal-derived components (frozen chicken), 7% of glycerol (natural hydrolyzed coconut glycerol), 0.5% of salt and 0.5% of sugar raw materials into a stirring device 3, and uniformly stirring to form a raw material mixture.
S2, extruding the raw material mixture into a wet sheet by blanking through an extruder 4 under the low-temperature condition.
Here, the low temperature of the present embodiment is relative to the temperature used in the production of the conventional plant chew 1, that is, the temperature used in the extrusion of the raw material mixture into a wet sheet is lower than the temperature used in the production of the conventional plant chew 1, so that the natural ingredients of chicken meat can be retained to the maximum extent. That is, the low temperature of the present embodiment refers to a processing temperature that is capable of maximally preserving the natural components of chicken. The temperature adopted in the production of the traditional plant chew 1 can not keep the natural ingredients of chicken.
S3, drying the wet slices at low temperature to obtain dry slices.
S4, cutting the dried slice to obtain a cut slice 2 with a preset specification.
S5, manufacturing the bone-shaped biting gum 1 by using the cut thin sheet 2.
This step may be accomplished by either manual knotting or by machine processing, and the process of forming the osteogenic chew 1 from the cut sheet 2 is shown in fig. 3. S6, drying the bone-shaped biting gum 1 to further remove the moisture in the biting gum 1.
S7, detecting the bone-shaped biting gum 1, including metal detection and product physicochemical detection, so as to ensure the quality and safety of the biting gum 1.
S8, packaging the detected bone-knot-shaped biting gum 1.
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment also discloses a production system of the chew 1 for producing the chew 1 as described above, which comprises a stirring device 3, an extruder 4, a low temperature drying device 5, a cutting device 6, a secondary drying device 7, a detecting device 8 and a packaging device 9.
The stirring device 3 is used for containing 92% of animal-derived components (frozen chicken), 7% of glycerin (natural hydrolyzed coconut glycerin), 0.5% of salt and 0.5% of sugar raw material, and stirring uniformly to form a raw material mixture.
In the present embodiment, the extruder 4 is a parallel twin screw extruder 4, but is not limited thereto. Downstream of the stirring vessel for extruding the raw mixture from the stirring device 3 into a wet sheet.
A low temperature drying device 5 is provided downstream of the extruder 4 for low temperature drying of the wet sheet from the extruder 4 to obtain a dry sheet.
A cutting device 6 is provided downstream of the low temperature drying device 5 for cutting the dried sheet from the low temperature drying device 5 to obtain cut sheets 2 of a predetermined specification.
The secondary drying device 7 is used for drying the bone-shaped biting gum 1 so as to further remove the moisture in the biting gum 1.
The detecting device 8 is arranged at the downstream of the secondary drying device 7 and is used for carrying out metal detection and product physicochemical detection on the bone-shaped chew 1 so as to ensure the quality and the safety of the chew 1.
The packaging device 9 is arranged downstream of the detection device and is used for packaging the detected bone-knot-shaped biting gum 1.
In this embodiment, the process of making the bone-shaped biting gum 1 from the cut sheet 2 is completed by adopting manual knotting, so that no corresponding machine device is provided, and in other alternative embodiments, a machine device capable of automatically completing the process of making the bone-shaped biting gum 1 from the cut sheet 2 may be provided.
