the support comprises two relatively parallel beams and a plurality of upright posts connected with the beams, a part of the space enclosed by the support is a dust removing chamber for accommodating the tundish and the tipping machine, and the beams are arranged in the dust removing chamber in a crossing manner;
the sealing plate is connected with the bracket and is arranged along the periphery of the dust removal chamber;
the frame is fixed relative to the bracket and positioned at the bottom of the dust chamber and used for installing the tipping machine;
the dust collection main pipe is positioned above the bracket, a first interface is arranged on the pipe body of the dust collection main pipe, a second interface is arranged at one end of the dust collection main pipe, the other end of the dust collection main pipe is used for being connected with the suction fan, and a control valve is further arranged on the dust collection main pipe;
the main dust hood and the auxiliary dust hood are movably arranged on the two cross beams and have a waiting state and a working state, the main dust hood and the auxiliary dust hood are far away from the top side of the dust chamber left and right in the waiting state, the top side of the dust chamber is plugged by the main dust hood and the auxiliary dust hood together in the working state, a dust removing branch pipe orifice of the main dust hood is in butt joint with the first interface, and a dust removing branch pipe orifice of the auxiliary dust hood is in butt joint with the second interface;
the main sealing door and the auxiliary sealing door are respectively arranged on a wide side and a long side of the dust removal chamber, the main sealing door in an open state is used for a forklift to enter and exit, and the auxiliary sealing door in the open state is used for a scooter to enter and exit.
2. The tundish nozzle collector of claim 1, further comprising a steel blank secured relative to the frame, the steel blank being disposed along the inboard bottom of the sealing plate.
3. The tundish nozzle collector of claim 1, further comprising refractory bricks disposed along an inner side of the sealing plate to insulate the sealing plate.
4. The tundish nozzle collector dust collector of claim 1, wherein the control valve is a butterfly valve, and the butterfly valve is electrically driven to realize remote control.
5. The tundish nozzle-tip dust collector of claim 1, wherein openable and closable observation doors are provided on both long side sides of the dust collection chamber, the observation doors being used for observing the tundish and the nozzle-tip nozzle.
6. The tundish nozzle-tip dust collector of claim 5, further comprising an operation box, wherein the operation box is fixed relative to the bracket, the operation box is positioned at one side of the observation door, and the operation box is used for controlling the movement of the nozzle-tip, the movement positions of the main dust collecting cover and the auxiliary dust collecting cover, and the opening and closing of the control valve.
7. The tundish nozzle-tip dust collector of claim 1, wherein the cross beam is provided with a guide rail, the main dust collecting cover and the auxiliary dust collecting cover are both arranged on the guide rail through a wheel set, the wheel set comprises at least one driving wheel, and the driving wheel is connected with a driving motor through a chain.
8. The tundish nozzle of claim 1, wherein the nozzle includes a tundish locking device and a top slag cylinder.
9. The tundish nozzle tip dust collector of claim 1, wherein the primary dust collection cover and the secondary dust collection cover are each provided with a high temperature resistant sealing plate in the area of the mutual abutment.
10. The tundish nozzle tip dust collector of any one of claims 1-9, wherein the tundish nozzle tip dust collector includes a ladle-turning condition, a casting residue discharge condition, and a slag charge discharge condition;
in the ladle turning working condition, regulating and controlling the main dust hood and the auxiliary dust hood to the waiting state, emptying an area above the tipping machine, lifting and seating the tundish to be removed on the tipping machine by adopting a crown block, regulating and controlling the main dust hood and the auxiliary dust hood to the working state, closing the main sealing door and the auxiliary sealing door, opening the control valve, controlling the tipping machine to turn over 180 degrees, removing casting residues in the tundish under the action of a slag jacking cylinder, regulating and controlling the main dust hood and the auxiliary dust hood to the waiting state after smoke dust in the dedusting chamber is discharged, opening the main sealing door and the auxiliary sealing door, closing the control valve, and lifting the tundish by adopting the crown block;
in the casting surplus discharging working condition, opening the auxiliary sealing door, pouring the scooter into the dust removing chamber, lifting the lower casting surplus of the tipping machine onto the scooter by adopting a casting surplus clamp, and opening the scooter after the casting surplus is lifted;
in the working condition of slag soil discharging, the main sealing door and the auxiliary sealing door are opened, the forklift enters the dust removing chamber from the main sealing door, slag soil is collected under the tipping machine, the forklift is poured out of the main sealing door and then is waited after the bucket is filled, the forklift is poured into the dust removing chamber from the auxiliary sealing door and is waited, the forklift is used for pouring the slag soil in the bucket into the forklift hopper, the forklift is used for opening the forklift from the auxiliary sealing door, loading is carried out after the forklift continues to shovel the slag soil, and the forklift is circulated in sequence until the slag soil in the dust removing chamber is completely shoveled.
