After the pedal block 27 is stepped on by foot, the top of the pedal block 27 is flush with the top of the mounting seat 8, the pedal tip continuously presses the pedal block 27 downwards, the pedal block 27 continuously slides downwards, the inclined plane at the top end of the sliding block 26 and the inclined plane at the bottom end of the pedal block 27 are relatively displaced, and then the rectangular rod 17 is pulled to slide downwards through the traction rope 25, so that the purposes that all the arc limiting blocks 14 descend along with the rotating plate 13 and are completely separated from all the baffle plates 11 are achieved, the operation is convenient, and the driving is stable and reliable. In this way, the inclination angle of the seat body can be conveniently and quickly adjusted, and the U-shaped frame 7 can be conveniently and reversely moved to the initial position.
The operation mode of the pedal block 27 can achieve the purpose of adjusting the inclination angle of the lying plate 2 according to the gear, and the purpose of rapidly adjusting the inclination angle of the lying plate 2 and reversely moving the U-shaped frame 7 to the initial position can be achieved only by further downwards stepping the pedal block 27 on the basis, so that the function separation operation is facilitated, and confusion is avoided.
The working principle of the application is as follows:
in the initial state, as shown in fig. 3, because torsion springs are installed at the rotating connection positions of the six baffles 11 and the six through grooves 10, the six baffles 11 are in a vertical state, and the torsion springs are not stressed at the moment. The cambered surfaces 12 at the bottoms of the six baffles 11 are in one-to-one correspondence with the six arc limiting blocks 14 and are in sliding contact with each other. The ratchet 15 is now at the same level as the pawl 16, and the rotating plate 13 can only rotate clockwise under the limit of the ratchet 15 and the pawl 16.
In use, as shown in fig. 1, a patient lies on the lying plate 2, the head is placed on the head support plate 3, the buttocks are seated on the buttocks support plate 5, and the head position of the patient is adjusted by adjusting the angle of the head support plate 3; by the movement of the two splints 4, to clamp and fix the head of the patient; the cylinder 6 works to adjust the angle of the hip-rest plate 5. The gravity action of patient can make the bottom of U type frame 7 have the trend of sliding left on the mount pad, and U type frame 7 exerts the thrust left to the top of baffle 11, makes baffle 11 have the trend of anticlockwise rotation (fig. 2), but the bottom of baffle 11 is stopped by arc stopper 14 and can not anticlockwise rotation this moment, so the position state of baffle 11 can not change, and then stops U type frame 7 to slide left at the top of mount pad 8, and the angle of service creeper 2 just can not change like this.
When the angle of the lying plate 2 needs to be adjusted, the foot is stepped on the pedal block 27, as shown in fig. 7, the foot presses the pedal block 27 downwards with force, the pedal block 27 drives the connecting block 28 to move downwards, the connecting block 28 pushes the rack 23 to slide in a translational manner, the rack 23 is meshed with the gear 22, the gear 22 can drive the rectangular rod 17 to rotate together through the one-way bearing 21, the rectangular rod 17 rotates through the sleeve 18 and the rotating seat 19, the rotating seat 19 rotates to enable the torsion spring at the rotating joint of the rotating seat 19 and the mounting seat 8 to bear force, the rectangular rod 17 drives the rotating plate 13 to rotate clockwise (fig. 3), and the rotating plate 13 drives the six arc limiting blocks 14 to rotate.
When the top surface of the pedal block 27 is flush with the top surface of the mounting seat 8, the sole is blocked by the mounting seat 8, and the pedal block 27 cannot continuously move downwards, at this time, the pedal block 27 is just in contact with the sliding block 26, and the rotating plate 13 is just rotated clockwise by 25 degrees, that is, the rightmost arc-shaped limiting block 14 is not in contact with the rightmost baffle 11 any more, but the other baffles 11 are still in contact with the arc-shaped limiting block 14, so that the bottom end of the rightmost baffle 11 is not blocked by the arc-shaped limiting block 14, and the U-shaped frame 7 can move leftwards, the U-shaped frame 7 pushes the rightmost baffle 11 to rotate anticlockwise, and when the baffle 11 rotates to the horizontal position, the U-shaped frame 7 passes over the rightmost baffle 11, is in contact with the second baffle 11 and is blocked, and cannot continuously move leftwards, and after the rightmost baffle 11 is not in contact with the U-shaped frame 7 any more, the baffle 11 is rotated to the vertical state under the action of the torsion spring.
After the foot is removed from the pedal block 27, the pedal block 27 moves upwards to reset under the elastic action of the third spring 29, meanwhile, the rack 23 also resets under the elastic action of the second spring 24, namely, the rack 23 moves leftwards (fig. 5), the rack 23 drives the gear 22 to rotate anticlockwise, because of the arrangement of the unidirectional bearing 21, the gear 22 does not drive the rectangular rod 17 to rotate anticlockwise together when rotating anticlockwise, but under the action of the torsion spring at the rotating joint of the rotating seat 19 and the mounting seat 8, the rotating seat 19, the sleeve 18, the rectangular rod 17 and the rotating plate 13 have a tendency to rotate anticlockwise, but under the limit of the ratchet 15 and the pawl 16, the rotating seat 19, the sleeve 18, the rectangular rod 17 and the rotating plate 13 cannot rotate anticlockwise, so that the rotating seat 19, the sleeve 18, the rectangular rod 17 and the rotating plate 13 are in a static state in the resetting process of the rack 23. Therefore, when the pedal block 27 is stepped on once, one baffle plate 11 is not limited by the corresponding arc limiting block 14, the bottom end of the U-shaped frame 7 moves leftwards by a certain distance to the position of the next baffle plate 11, and the purpose of adjusting the inclination angle of the lying plate 2 according to the gear is achieved.
If the tilting angle of the lying plate 2 needs to be quickly adjusted, or the U-shaped frame 7 needs to be moved rightwards to the initial position to be limited. The foot is put on the foot block 27, as shown in fig. 7, the foot presses the foot block 27 downward to move downward, and when the top surface of the foot block 27 is flush with the top surface of the mounting seat 8, the sole is blocked by the mounting seat 8 from moving downward. At this time, the foot is rotated about the top edge of the sliding groove where the foot block 27 is located, and the foot tip continues to push down the foot block 27. In the process that the pedal block 27 and the connecting block 28 continue to move downwards, the end part of the rack 23 moves along the plane of the side surface of the connecting block 28, namely, in the process, the connecting block 28 moves downwards and does not push the rack 23 to move further, the bottom end of the pedal block 27 pushes the sliding block 26 to move downwards, the sliding block 26 pulls the rectangular rod 17 to move downwards through the traction rope 25, the rectangular rod 17 drives the gear 22 and the rotating plate 13 to move downwards, the baffle 11 is further prevented from being contacted with the arc-shaped limiting block 14, the ratchet 15 is no longer positioned on the same horizontal plane with the pawl 16, and the gear 22 is disengaged from the rack 23.
At this time, the rotating plate 13 is no longer limited by the ratchet 15 and the pawl 16, so that the rotating seat 19, the sleeve 18, the rectangular rod 17 and the rotating plate 13 can rotate counterclockwise to an initial position state under the action of the torsion spring at the rotating joint of the rotating seat 19 and the mounting seat 8. At this time, the six baffles 11 are not limited by the arc limiting blocks 14, and the bottom of the U-shaped frame 7 can be quickly moved to a proper position. Then the foot is moved away from the pedal block 27, the pedal block 27 moves upwards to reset under the elastic action of the third spring 29, so that the sliding block 26 is not pressed downwards by the pedal block 27, the rectangular rod 17 is pushed to move upwards to reset under the elastic action of the first spring 20, the rectangular rod 17 pulls the sliding block 26 to move upwards to reset through the traction rope 25, then the six arc limiting blocks 14 are contacted with the six baffles 11 again, the ratchet 15 moves to the same horizontal plane with the pawl 16, the gear 22 and the rack 23 are restored to the meshed state, the six baffles 11 are all in the limited state, and the U-shaped frame 7 is blocked by the baffles 11 and cannot move.
