The back frame 17, the waist frame 18, the knee frame 19, and the foot frame 20 are provided separately in the left-right direction (short side direction) of the bed 10.
The back frame 17 extends in the front-rear direction. The back frame 17 supports a plurality of back bottom plates 26 arranged in the front-rear direction from the back side. The back frame 17 can be raised and lowered (can be flexed) with respect to the lumbar frame 18 by the operation of the second driving device 103.
The back frame 17 has: a main body frame 17a; and a fixing portion 17b provided on the main body frame 17a, for fixing the first adjusting member 30. The fixing portion 17b protrudes upward from the main body frame 17a at a position corresponding to the through hole 25a of the back bottom plate 26 located at the forefront. The fixing portion 17b is formed of a cylindrical body, for example, and is a screw seat with an internal thread screwed on the inner surface side. In the present embodiment, one fixing portion 17b is provided to each of the main body frames 17a of the left and right back frames 17.
The lumbar frame 18 is located behind the back frame 17, extending in the front-rear direction. The lumbar frame 18 supports the lumbar plate 27 from the inside. The lumbar frame 18 is fixed to the side frames 14. The knee frame 19 is located rearward of the waist frame 18, extending in the front-rear direction. The knee frame 19 supports a plurality of knee bottom plates 28a arranged in the front-rear direction from the rear side. The knee frame 19 is rotatably coupled to the waist frame 18 and rotatably coupled to the foot frame 20.
The foot frame 20 is located rearward of the knee frame 19, and extends in the front-rear direction. The foot frames 20 support the plurality of foot bottom plates 28b arranged in the front-rear direction from the rear side. The foot frame 20 has: a main body frame 20a; and a first fixing portion 20b and a second fixing portion 20c, the first fixing portion 20b and the second fixing portion 20c being provided to the main body frame 20a, fixing the second adjusting member 50. In the present embodiment, the main body frame 20a of each of the left and right leg frames 20 is provided with a first fixing portion 20b and a second fixing portion 20c, respectively.
The first fixing portion 20b and the second fixing portion 20c are provided in an aligned manner in the front-rear direction of the main body frame 20a, constituting the fixing portion of the present invention. The first fixing portion 20b is located at the rear side of the main body frame 20 a. The second fixing portion 20c is located at the front side of the first fixing portion 20 b.
The bottom plate 25 is fixed to the bottom plate frame 16, and a plurality of bottom plates are provided in the side frames 14 and the bottom plate frame 16 in a row in the front-rear direction. The upper surface of the bottom plate 25 is a mounting surface of a mattress, not shown, and supports the mattress and a human body on the mattress.
The bottom plate 25 has: a back bottom plate 26, the back bottom plate 26 being located on the head side and supporting the back; a lumbar floor plate 27, the lumbar floor plate 27 being located at the rear side of the back floor plate 26 and supporting the lumbar; and a leg bottom plate 28, the leg bottom plate 28 being located at the rear side of the waist bottom plate 27, supporting the legs. Next, the first adjusting member 30 capable of adjusting the length of the bed 10 in the front-rear direction (longitudinal direction) will be described.
Fig. 3 is a plan view showing the first adjusting member arranged on the back chassis.
Fig. 4 is a side view of the first regulating member from the side.
Fig. 5 is an enlarged perspective view showing the first adjusting member disposed on the back chassis.
Fig. 6 is an exploded perspective view showing a state in which the first regulating member is detached from the back chassis.
Fig. 7 is a perspective view similar to fig. 5 showing a state in which the length of the bed is shortened by the first regulating member.
Fig. 8 is a side view of the first adjustment member of fig. 7, as seen from the side, identical to fig. 4.
Fig. 9 is a perspective view showing the first regulating member in a single body.
The first adjusting member 30 is disposed on the forefront (head side) back chassis 26 among the plurality of back chassis 26. The first adjustment member 30 is located above the back floor 26 and constitutes an adjustment member of the present invention. The upper surface of the first adjusting member 30 is a mounting surface of a mattress, not shown, and supports the head side of the mattress from below.
The first adjusting member 30 can change a first position protruding forward from the back frame 17 of the floor frame 16 and a second position located on the inner side in the front-rear direction from the first position. That is, the first adjusting member 30 can change the length of the bed 10 in the front-rear direction (longitudinal direction) by selecting the first position and the second position. In other words, the first adjusting member 30 can change the first position in which the longitudinal direction is longer and the second position in which the longitudinal direction is shorter.
In the second position, the front end of the first adjustment member 30 may be positioned at the same position as the back frame 17, or the front end of the first adjustment member 30 may be positioned at a position rearward of the back frame 17. Fig. 1, 3 to 6 show a state in which the first regulating member 30 is located at the first position. On the other hand, fig. 7 and 8 show a state in which the first regulating member 30 is located at the second position.
The length of the first adjusting member 30 in the left-right direction corresponds to the length of the bottom plate 25 in the left-right direction and the length of the mattress in the left-right direction. The first regulating member 30 has: a main body portion 32, the main body portion 32 being opposed to the upper surface of the back chassis 26; and an insertion hole 34 formed in the main body 32, through which a fixing member 40 for fixing the first adjusting member 30 to the fixing portion 17b is inserted. The main body 32 is a thin plate made of a metal material or a resin material, for example.
The insertion hole 34 penetrates from the upper surface 32a toward the lower surface 32b of the main body 32. The shaft portion 40b of the fixing member 40 is inserted into the insertion hole 34. The fixing member 40 is, for example, a screw having a head portion 40a and a shaft portion 40b threaded with external threads. The fixing member 40 may be a pin or the like. In the present embodiment, the two insertion holes 34 are formed separately in the left-right direction of the main body 32. Each insertion hole 34 is formed at a position corresponding to the fixing portion 17b. For example, the first adjusting member 30 is mounted on the upper surface of the back chassis 26 by inserting the shaft portion 40b of the fixing member 40 into the insertion hole 34 and screwing the shaft portion 40b with the fixing portion 17b.
As shown in fig. 3, the insertion holes 34 are located on the same straight line (one-dot chain lines O1-O1) in the left-right direction. The insertion holes 34 are formed at positions having the same dimension L1 up to the end portions of the first regulating member 30 in the lateral direction. Thus, the first regulating member 30 is attached to the same fixing portion 17b even when rotated 180 degrees from the first position to the second position.
The insertion hole 34 is formed at a position offset from the center of the first regulating member 30 in the front-rear direction toward one end. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the first regulating member 30 is located at the first position, the dimension L2 from the insertion hole 34 to one end 30a (front end) of the first regulating member 30 in the front-rear direction is larger than the dimension L3 from the insertion hole 34 to the other end 30b (rear end) of the first regulating member 30 in the front-rear direction (L2 > L3). When the first regulating member 30 is located at the first position, one end 30a is a front end, and the other end 30b is a rear end. On the other hand, when the first regulating member 30 is located at the second position, one end 30a is the rear end and the other end 30b is the front end.
When the first regulating member 30 is located at the first position, the dimension L2 from the insertion hole 34 to the one end 30a of the first regulating member 30 is larger than the dimension L4 from the insertion hole 34 to the front end of the back frame 17 (L2 > L4). Thus, when the first regulating member 30 is located at the first position, the one end 30a (front end) of the first regulating member 30 can be projected by the dimension L5 from the front end 17a1 of the back frame 17.
In this case, the front end 26a of the back floor 26 is located at substantially the same position as the front end 17a1 of the back frame 17 in the up-down direction. Therefore, when the first adjusting member 30 is located at the first position, the one end 30a (front end) of the first adjusting member 30 can be located forward of the front end 26a of the back chassis 26. In other words, when the first regulating member 30 is located at the first position, the first regulating member 30 can have one end 30a (front end) protruding forward from the front end 26a of the back chassis 26.
The first adjusting member 30 can be attached to the fixing portion 17b in two modes, i.e., a first position shown in fig. 3 to 5 and a second position shown in fig. 7 and 8. In fig. 7 and 8, the first adjusting member 30 is shown in the first position by a two-dot chain line. The first regulating member 30 is reversed in front-rear direction with being located at the first position and with being located at the second position. That is, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the first regulating member 30 is located at the second position, one end 30a in the front-rear direction is the rear end, and the other end 30b in the front-rear direction is the front end.
As shown in fig. 8, when the first regulating member 30 is located at the second position, the other end 30b (front end) of the first regulating member 30 can be projected by the dimension L6 from the front end 17a1 of the back frame 17. As described above, the dimension L2 from the insertion hole 34 to the one end 30a of the first regulating member 30 is larger than the dimension L3 from the insertion hole 34 to the other end 30b of the first regulating member 30. Therefore, the dimension L6 in the case where the first regulating member 30 is located at the second position is smaller than the dimension L5 in the case where the first regulating member 30 is located at the first position (L6 < L5).
As a result, when the first adjusting member 30 is positioned at the second position, the length of the bed 10 in the front-rear direction can be reduced by the dimensions L2 to L3 as compared with when the first adjusting member 30 is positioned at the first position. In this way, the first adjusting member 30 can easily change the longitudinal dimension of the bed 10 in the front-rear direction by changing the form (the form of the first position and the form of the second position) of being fixed to the fixing portion 17b provided in the back frame 17.
In the case where the first adjusting member 30 is located at the second position, the other end 30b (front end) of the first adjusting member 30 may be located at the rear side of the front end 26a of the back chassis 26. In this case, the mattress can be supported by the back chassis 26, and therefore, the first adjustment member 30 does not need to be fixed to the fixing portion 17b. However, in such a case, there is a possibility that a storage place of the first regulating member 30 is required or the first regulating member 30 is lost. The first regulating member 30 of the present embodiment can be fixed to the fixing portion 17b in both the first position and the second position, and therefore, the storage place of the first regulating member 30 can be ensured or the first regulating member 30 can be prevented from being lost.
The first regulating member 30 has a vent hole 36 penetrating in the vertical direction of the main body 32. The vent hole 36 is formed at a position corresponding to the through hole 25a of the bottom plate 25 (back bottom plate 26). As shown in fig. 3, 5 to 7, and 9, the insertion hole 34 and the vent hole 36 are formed in a line in the left-right direction (short side direction).
Thus, the through hole 25a of the back chassis 26 can be positioned below the vent hole 36, both when the first regulating member 30 is positioned at the first position and when the first regulating member 30 is positioned at the second position. Accordingly, ventilation to the mattress can be well maintained, both with the first adjustment member 30 in the first position and with the first adjustment member 30 in the second position.
The first regulating member 30 has a protruding portion 38 protruding upward around the main body portion 32. That is, the protruding portion 38 surrounds the outer periphery of the main body portion 32. The protruding portion 38 suppresses the body portion 32 from flexing or deforming. The upper end of the protruding portion 38 is a curved surface protruding upward, and damage to the mattress is suppressed.
As shown in fig. 4 and 8, for example, the protruding portion 38 is provided at a height of more than half of the lower side of the head 40a of the hidden fixing member 40. This can prevent the head 40a of the fixing member 40 from contacting the mattress, and thus reduce the life of the mattress. The protruding portion 38 may have a height such that the entire head 40a of the fixing member 40 is hidden.
Next, the second adjusting member 50 provided on the foot frame 20 side will be described.
Fig. 10 is a plan view showing the second adjusting member disposed on the foot bottom plate.
Fig. 11 is a plan view showing a state in which the length of the bed is shortened by the second regulating member.
Fig. 12 is a perspective view showing the second regulating member in a single body.
The second adjusting member 50 is disposed on the rearmost (foot-side) foot board 28b among the plurality of foot boards 28b. The second adjusting member 50 is located above the foot bottom plate 28b and constitutes an adjusting member of the present invention. The upper surface of the second adjusting member 50 is a mounting surface of a mattress, not shown, and supports the foot side of the mattress from below.
The second adjusting member 50 is capable of changing a first position protruding rearward from the foot frame 20 of the floor frame 16 and a second position located on the inner side in the front-rear direction from the first position. That is, the second adjusting member 50 can change the length of the bed 10 in the front-rear direction (longitudinal direction) by selecting the first position and the second position. In other words, the second adjusting member 50 can change the first position in which the longitudinal direction is longer and the second position in which the longitudinal direction is shorter. In fig. 10, the second regulating member 50 is shown in a first position. On the other hand, in fig. 11, a state in which the second regulating member 50 is located at the second position is shown, and a state in which the second regulating member 50 is located at the first position is shown by a two-dot chain line.
The second regulating member 50 is formed by bending and fixing (welding) a pipe of a metal material or a resin material, for example. As shown in fig. 12, the second regulating member 50 has: a main body portion 52 extending in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction; a extension portion 54 extending from one end (front end) of the main body portion 52 in the front-rear direction toward the longitudinal direction (front-rear direction) of the bed 10; and an upright portion 56 extending upward from the other end (rear end) of the main body 52 in the front-rear direction.
The length of the main body 52 in the lateral direction corresponds to the length of the bottom plate 25 in the lateral direction and the length of the mattress in the lateral direction. The extension portions 54 are provided separately in the left-right direction. Each extension 54 is provided at a position corresponding to the foot frame 20.
The extension 54 has a hook 54a on the distal end side. The distal end side of the extension portion 54 is bent downward in a crank shape by the hooking portion 54a. The second adjusting member 50 is mounted above the foot bottom plate 28b by hooking the hooking portion 54a to the first fixing portion 20b or the second fixing portion 20c of the foot frame 20.
As shown in fig. 10, the second regulating member 50 can be in the first position by hooking the hooking portion 54a to the first fixing portion 20 b. When the second adjusting member 50 is located at the first position, the standing portion 56 protrudes rearward from the rear end 20a1 of the foot frame 20 and the rear end of the foot bottom plate 28 b. On the other hand, as shown in fig. 11, the second regulating member 50 can be placed in the second position by hooking the hooking portion 54a to the second fixing portion 20 c. With the second adjustment member 50 in the second position, the upright position 56 is at approximately the same position as the rear end of the foot sole plate 28 b. Therefore, the protruding dimension of the second regulating member 50 from the rear end 20a1 of the foot frame 20 is smaller in the case of being located at the second position than in the case of being located at the first position.
The standing portion 56 protrudes upward from the main body 52. Thereby, the second adjusting member 50 suppresses rearward displacement of the mattress by the standing portion 56. The standing portion 56 can suppress rearward displacement of the mattress, for example, by standing up and laying down the bottom plate 25, regardless of whether the second adjusting member 50 is located at the first position or the second adjusting member 50 is located at the second position.
In this way, the second adjusting member 50 can easily change the longitudinal dimension of the bed 10 in the front-rear direction by changing the form (the form of the first position and the form of the second position) of being fixed to the first fixing portion 20b and the second fixing portion 20c provided in the foot frame 20.
Next, a bed 10 provided with a third adjusting member 65 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 13 to 16. In the second embodiment, the floor 25 (back floor 26) is relatively movable with respect to the floor frame 16 (back frame 17). In the second embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
Fig. 13 is a perspective view showing the back floor side of a bed provided with a third adjusting member according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 14 is an enlarged perspective view showing the third regulating member in fig. 13.
Fig. 15 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the length adjustment is performed by the third adjusting member.
Fig. 16 is a sectional view showing a state in which the back chassis is detached from the back frame.
The back frame 17 has a main body frame 17a and a fixing portion 60. The fixing portion 60 is located at the tip end side of the main body frame 17 a. The fixing portion 60 includes: a first fitting portion 62a and a second fitting portion 62b, the first fitting portion 62a and the second fitting portion 62b penetrating from the upper surface toward the lower surface of the main body frame 17 a; and an insertion hole 63 through which a fixing member 69 for fixing the third regulating member 65 is inserted through the insertion hole 63. The first fitting portion 62a and the second fitting portion 62b may be recessed portions recessed from the upper surface to the lower surface, instead of through holes.
The first fitting portion 62a and the second fitting portion 62b are provided separately in the front-rear direction. The first fitting portion 62a and the second fitting portion 62b are provided separately in the left-right direction, for example. The first fitting portion 62a and the second fitting portion 62b may be provided individually or three or more.
The first fitting portion 62a positions the third regulating member 65 at the first position. On the other hand, the second fitting portion 62b positions the third regulating member 65 at the second position. The insertion holes 63 are formed between the first fitting portions 62a and the second fitting portions 62b located at the left and right positions. The insertion hole 63 is, for example, a long hole extending in the front-rear direction. The insertion hole 63 is not limited to a long hole, and may be formed in plural in a front-rear direction.
The third adjusting member 65 is disposed on the forefront (head side) back chassis 26 among the plurality of back chassis 26. The third adjusting member 65 is located below the back floor 26 and constitutes an adjusting member of the present invention. The third regulating member 65 is fixed to the lower surface of the back chassis 26 by welding or the like. The third regulating member 65 is detachably provided on the upper surface of the back frame 17.
The third regulating member 65 can change a first position protruding forward from the back frame 17 of the floor frame 16 and a second position located on the inner side in the front-rear direction from the first position. That is, the third adjusting member 65 can change the length of the bed 10 in the front-rear direction (longitudinal direction) by selecting the first position and the second position. In other words, the third adjusting member 65 can change the first position in which the longitudinal direction is longer and the second position in which the longitudinal direction is shorter. Further, the third regulating member 65 has: a main body 66; a rear nut 67, the rear nut 67 being fixed to the upper surface of the main body 66; and a fitted portion 68, the fitted portion 68 protruding downward from the lower surface of the main body portion 66.
The main body 66 is formed by bending a thin plate made of a metal material or a resin material, for example. The main body 66 is formed in a concave shape with a downward opening by an abutment surface portion 66a abutting against the back frame 17 and a vertical surface portion 66b extending downward from both left and right ends of the abutment surface portion 66 a.
The upper surface of the abutment surface portion 66a of the main body portion 66 is fixed to the lower surface of the back chassis 26. The vertical surface portion 66b faces the side surface of the back frame 17 in a state where the third regulating member 65 is attached to the back frame 17. That is, the third regulating member 65 is mounted so as to cover the front end side of the back frame 17.
The rear nut 67 is fixed to the upper surface of the abutment surface portion 66a by welding or the like. The rear nut 67 is provided at a position corresponding to the insertion hole 63 formed in the back frame 17. The rear nut 67 is located in the through hole 25a of the back chassis 26.
The fitted portion 68 is a protrusion protruding from the lower surface of the abutment surface portion 66 a. The fitted portion 68 is provided at a position corresponding to the first fitting portion 62a and the second fitting portion 62b. The fitted portions 68 are inserted into the first fitting portion 62a and the second fitting portion 62b, respectively. As shown by the solid line in fig. 16, the third regulating member 65 can be positioned at the first position by inserting the fitted portion 68 located on the rear side into the first fitting portion 62 a. On the other hand, as shown by the one-dot chain line in fig. 16, by inserting the fitted portion 68 on the front side into the first fitting portion 62a and inserting the fitted portion 68 on the rear side into the second fitting portion 62b, the third regulating member 65 can be positioned at the second position.
After the third regulating member 65 is positioned at the first position or the second position, a fixing member 69 (screw) is screw-fitted with the rear nut 67 via the insertion hole 63, whereby the third regulating member 65 is mounted to the back frame 17. With the third regulating member 65 positioned at the first position, the fixing member 69 is positioned at the front end side of the insertion hole 63. On the other hand, in the case where the third regulating member 65 is located at the second position, the fixing member 69 is located at the rear end side of the insertion hole 63.
The state of the upper side of the drawing sheet shown in fig. 15 is a state in which the third regulating member 65 is in the first position. On the other hand, the state of the lower side of the paper surface shown in fig. 15 is a state in which the third regulating member 65 is at the second position. With the third regulating member 65 positioned at the first position, the front end of the third regulating member 65 protrudes from the front end 17a1 of the back frame 17.
On the other hand, when the third regulating member 65 is located at the second position, the front end of the third regulating member 65 is located at a position on the rear side of the front end 17a1 of the back frame 17. Thereby, the front end 26a of the back chassis 26 is shortened by the dimension L7 in the case where the third regulating member 65 is located at the second position, compared to the case where the third regulating member 65 is located at the first position.
In this way, by disposing the third regulating member 65 on the back chassis 26 located on the forefront side (head side) among the plurality of back chassis 26, the back chassis 26 can be moved in the front-rear direction (first position and second position). The insertion hole 63 is a long hole extending in the front-rear direction. Thus, for example, the third regulating member 65 can be moved from the first position to the second position by just loosening without detaching the fixing member 69 from the rear nut 67. Thus, the length adjustment of the bed 10 can be performed simply.
Further, the case where the first fitting portion 62a and the second fitting portion 62b are through holes and the fitted portion 68 is a projection is exemplified, but the first fitting portion 62a and the second fitting portion 62b may be projections and the fitted portion 68 may be through holes.
The first fitting portion 62a, the second fitting portion 62b, and the fitted portion 68 may be provided as needed. For example, by not providing the first fitting portion 62a, the second fitting portion 62b, and the fitted portion 68, the back floor 26 can be slid in the front-rear direction with respect to the back frame 17 via the third adjusting member 65. In this case, the back chassis 26 can be arranged at an arbitrary position by sliding the position of the fixing member 69 between the front end and the rear end of the insertion hole 63.
Next, a bed 10 provided with a fourth adjusting member 70 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 17. In the third embodiment, the fourth regulating member 70 is detachable from the floor panel 25 (back floor panel 26). In the third embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
Fig. 17 is a plan view showing the back floor side of a bed provided with a fourth adjusting member according to the third embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 17 (a) shows a case where the fourth regulating member is located at the first position. Fig. 17 (b) shows a case where the fourth regulating member is located at the second position.
The fourth adjusting member 70 is disposed on the forefront (head side) back chassis 26 among the plurality of back chassis 26. The fourth adjustment member 70 is located above the back floor 26 and constitutes an adjustment member of the present invention. The fourth regulating member 70 is detachably provided on the upper surface of the back chassis 26.
The fourth regulating member 70 is capable of changing a first position protruding forward from the back frame 17 of the floor frame 16 and a second position located on the inner side in the front-rear direction from the first position. That is, the fourth adjustment member 70 can change the length of the bed 10 in the front-rear direction (longitudinal direction) by selecting the first position and the second position. In other words, the third adjusting member 70 can change the first position in which the longitudinal direction is longer and the second position in which the longitudinal direction is shorter. Further, the fourth regulating member 70 has: a main body 71; and a clamping portion 72, wherein the clamping portion 72 protrudes downward from the main body portion 71 and is clamped to the bottom plate 25.
The main body 71 is formed of a thin plate material made of a metal material or a resin material, for example, and supports the mattress from below. That is, the upper surface of the main body 71 is a mounting surface on which the mattress is mounted. The clamp portion 72 extends downward from the front-rear end of the main body portion 71.
As shown in fig. 17 (a), the fourth adjusting member 70 is fixed to the back chassis 26 by being clamped between the through hole 25a and the front end 26a of the back chassis 26 by the clamping portion 72. In this state, the front end of the main body 71 protrudes from the front ends 26a of the back frame 17 and the back chassis 26. Thereby, the fourth regulating member 70 can be placed at the first position that lengthens the length of the bed 10 in the front-rear direction.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 17 (b), when the fourth regulating member 70 is in the second position, the clamping portion 72 is clamped between the through hole 25a and the rear end of the back chassis 26. Thus, when the fourth regulating member 70 is located at the second position, the length in the longitudinal direction can be reduced as compared with the case of being located at the first position. In this example, with the fourth adjustment member 70 in the second position, the fourth adjustment member 70 does not protrude from the back frame 17 and the back floor 26.
In this way, the fourth regulating member 70 can change the first position and the second position by changing the form of being fixed to the bottom plate 25. Thus, the length adjustment of the bed 10 can be performed simply. In addition, since the fourth regulating member 70 can be fixed to the bottom plate 25 in both the first position and the second position, the storage place of the fourth regulating member 70 can be ensured or loss of the fourth regulating member 70 can be suppressed.
Next, a bed 10 provided with a fifth adjusting member 82 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 18. In the fourth embodiment, the fifth regulating member 82 is slidable with respect to the floor panel 25 (back floor panel 26). In the fourth embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
Fig. 18 is a plan view showing the back floor side of a bed provided with a fifth adjusting member according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 18 (a) shows a case where the fifth regulating member is located at the first position. Fig. 18 (b) shows a case where the fifth regulating member is located at the second position.
The base 80 is provided in the through hole 25a of the bottom plate 25. The bases 80 are provided, for example, in two spaced apart positions in the left-right direction of the through-hole 25a. The chassis 80 is provided, for example, on the forefront (head side) back chassis 26 among the plurality of back chassis 26. The base 80 has a through hole 80a penetrating in the front-rear direction. The seat 80 may be provided on the back frame 17 instead of the through hole 25a of the bottom plate 25.
The fifth adjusting member 82 is provided slidably in the front-rear direction on the base 80. The fifth adjustment member 82 is located above the back floor 26 and constitutes an adjustment member of the present invention. The fifth adjusting member 82 is provided in the through hole 80a of the base 80.
The fifth adjusting member 82 is capable of changing a first position protruding forward from the back frame 17 of the floor frame 16 and a second position located on the inner side in the front-rear direction than the first position. That is, the fifth adjusting member 82 can change the length of the bed 10 in the front-rear direction (longitudinal direction) by selecting the first position and the second position. In other words, the fifth adjusting member 82 can change the first position in which the longitudinal direction is longer and the second position in which the longitudinal direction is shorter. Further, the fifth adjusting member 82 has: a shaft portion 83, the shaft portion 83 being slidably inserted into the through hole 80a of the base 80; and a main body 84, the main body 84 being provided at the tip of the shaft 83.
The fifth adjusting member 82 is formed by bending and fixing (welding) a pipe of a metal material or a resin material, for example. The length of the main body 84 in the lateral direction corresponds to the length of the bottom plate 25 in the lateral direction and the length of the mattress in the lateral direction. Thereby, the fifth adjusting part 82 supports the mattress from below. That is, the upper surface of the main body 84 is a mounting surface on which the mattress is mounted. Further, the main body 84 may be a thin plate material instead of a tube.
As shown in fig. 18 (a), by sliding the shaft 83 forward with respect to the chassis 80, the fifth adjusting member 82 can be placed in the first position in which the front end 84a of the main body 84 protrudes from the back frame 17 and the back floor 26. On the other hand, as shown in fig. 18 (b), by sliding the shaft portion 83 rearward relative to the chassis 80, the fifth adjusting member 82 can be placed in the second position where the front end 84a of the main body portion 84 protrudes from the back frame 17 and the back floor 26, and the protruding is smaller than the first position.
In this way, the fifth adjusting member 82 can change the first position and the second position by changing the form of being fixed to the bottom plate 25 via the base 80. Thus, the length adjustment of the bed 10 can be performed simply. Further, since the fifth adjusting member 82 is fixed to the bottom plate 25 in both the first position and the second position, the storage space of the fifth adjusting member 82 can be ensured or the loss of the fifth adjusting member 82 can be suppressed.
Next, a bed 10 provided with a sixth adjusting member 92 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 19 to 22. In the fifth embodiment, the sixth adjustment member 92 supporting the plurality of back bottom plates 26 is fixed to the back frame 17 in the first position and the second position. In the fifth embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
Fig. 19 is an exploded perspective view showing the back floor side of a bed provided with a sixth adjusting member according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 20 is an enlarged side view showing a portion a in fig. 19.
Fig. 21 is a perspective view showing a state in which the sixth adjusting member is attached to the back frame. Fig. 21 (a) is a perspective view showing the entire back chassis. Fig. 21 (b) is an enlarged perspective view showing the fixing portion.
Fig. 22 is a perspective view showing a state in which the length of the bed is shortened by the sixth adjusting member. Fig. 22 (a) is a perspective view showing the entire back chassis. Fig. 22 (b) is an enlarged perspective view showing the fixing portion.
Fig. 19 to 22 show the side frames 14 and a part of the back chassis 26 in a cut-away manner for convenience of explanation. In fig. 19 to 22, the back frame 17 and the sixth adjusting member 92 disposed on the left side are described, but the back frame 17 and the sixth adjusting member 92 disposed on the right side are also configured in the same manner.
The first engaging portion 90a and the second engaging portion 90b are provided on the back frame 17. The first engaging portion 90a and the second engaging portion 90b are located, for example, on the rear end side of the back frame 17, and protrude in the left-right direction from the side surface of the back frame 17.
The first engaging portion 90a and the second engaging portion 90b are provided in an aligned manner in the front-rear direction. The first engaging portion 90a is located on the front side of the second engaging portion 90b. The first engaging portion 90a is used when the sixth adjusting member 92 is in the first position, and the second engaging portion 90b is used when the sixth adjusting member 92 is in the second position.
The sixth adjustment member 92 is disposed below the plurality of back bottom plates 26. The sixth adjustment member 92 supports a plurality of back panels 26, which form the adjustment member of the present invention. The sixth adjustment member 92 is fixed to the lower surface of each back chassis 26 by welding or the like. The sixth adjusting member 92 is detachably provided on the upper surface of the back frame 17.
The sixth adjusting member 92 can change a first position protruding forward from the back frame 17 of the floor frame 16 and a second position located on the inner side in the front-rear direction than the first position. That is, the sixth adjusting member 92 can change the length of the bed 10 in the front-rear direction (longitudinal direction) by selecting the first position and the second position. In other words, the sixth adjusting member 92 can change the first position in which the longitudinal direction is longer and the second position in which the longitudinal direction is shorter. The sixth adjusting member 92 includes a main body 93 and an engaged portion 94 provided at the rear end side of the main body 93.
The main body 93 is formed by bending a thin plate made of a metal material or a resin material, for example. The main body 93 is formed in an L-shape by an abutment surface portion 93a abutting against the back frame 17 and a vertical surface portion 93b extending downward from an outer end portion of the abutment surface portion 93a in the lateral direction.
The upper surface of the abutment surface portion 93a of the main body portion 93 is fixed to the lower surface of the back chassis 26. The standing surface portion 93b faces the side surface of the back frame 17 in a state where the sixth regulating member 92 is attached to the back frame 17. That is, the sixth regulating member 92 is mounted to cover the back frame 17.
The engaged portion 94 is formed at an end (rear end) of the main body portion 93 in the front-rear direction. The engaged portion 94 is formed at a position corresponding to the first engaging portion 90a and the second engaging portion 90 b. The engaged portion 94 is a concave portion recessed from an end (rear end) of the vertical surface portion 93 b. A cutout 96 is formed on the front side of the engaged portion 94. When the sixth regulating member 92 is positioned at the second position, the first engaging portion 90a is positioned in the cutout portion 96.
As shown by the solid line in fig. 20, the engaged portion 94 is engaged with the first engaging portion 90a, whereby the sixth adjusting member 92 can be placed in the first position. On the other hand, as shown by the one-dot chain line in fig. 20, the engaged portion 94 is engaged with the second engaging portion 90b, whereby the sixth adjusting member 92 can be placed in the second position.
As shown in fig. 21, when the engaged portion 94 of the sixth adjusting member 92 is in the first position in which it engages with the first engaging portion 90a, the front end 93c of the main body 93 of the sixth adjusting member 92 can be projected forward by the dimension L8 from the front end 17a1 of the back frame 17. This can lengthen the length of the bed 10 in the front-rear direction.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 22, when the engaged portion 94 of the sixth adjusting member 92 is in the second position in which it engages with the second engaging portion 90b, the front end 93c of the main body 93 of the sixth adjusting member 92 can be projected forward by the dimension L9 from the front end 17a1 of the back frame 17. The dimension L9 in the case where the sixth regulating member 92 is located at the second position is shorter than the dimension L8 in the case where the sixth regulating member 92 is located at the first position (L9 < L8). Thus, when the sixth adjusting member 92 is located at the second position, the length of the bed 10 in the front-rear direction can be shortened as compared with the case where the sixth adjusting member 92 is located at the first position.
In this way, the sixth adjustment member 92 can move all of the plurality of back chassis 26 together in the front-rear direction (first position and second position). Thus, the length adjustment of the bed 10 can be performed simply. The sixth adjusting member 92 can move the plurality of back plates 26 together without changing the gap between the back plates 26.
In the first to fifth embodiments described above, the case where the first adjusting member 30, the third adjusting member 65, the fourth adjusting member 70, the fifth adjusting member 82, and the sixth adjusting member 92 are provided on the back bottom plate 26 side is exemplified. However, the mode of the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the first adjusting member 30, the third adjusting member 65, the fourth adjusting member 70, the fifth adjusting member 82, and the sixth adjusting member 92 may be provided on the foot bottom plate 28b side.
