背景技术

发明内容

如图4所示，拆封带部34制成有窗口44，该窗口44靠近环形凹槽30。同样，窗口44具有一覆盖的不让灰尘进入的薄壁或薄壁，或者，该拆封带部34能够主动打开在拆封带部34形成开口。拆封带部34具有一个下部周边边缘46，并且拆封带部34制有一减小厚度的部位48，该减小厚度的部位48位于窗口44和下部周边边缘46之间。对于取下拆封带部34，其一侧可以插入工具，如螺丝刀插入窗口44，并且向下撬动拆封带部34，破坏减小厚度部位48。本发明提供了能够被抓紧并向外拉动的薄板或薄片50，沿凹槽30撕裂拆封带部34，取下拆封带部34。可以理解，拆封带部34的取下也取下了锁定凸缘或凸缘38，仅仅断续锁定凸缘部36与容器脱离了接合。这允许通过向上撬动薄板42使盖子10容易地取下，断续锁定凸缘部36允许盖子10以容器边缘或环形凸缘26与盖子密封凹槽28之间较好的密封重新定位在容器12上。可以理解，破坏减小厚度部位48、也许是窗口44，是用于盖子10的装填的显著的特征。
重新参照图5，将看到，在该实施例中，盖子10在裙上部32上提供有4个等间隔断续锁定凸缘部36。拆封带34也具有一向内突出的锁定凸缘38，该锁定凸缘38是一个位于环绕拆封带部34内侧的连续的环形凸缘。锁定凸缘38经过减小厚度区域48，并且依赖于锁定凸缘38的厚度，为破坏该实施例中的薄片50，必须插入一个刀片至窗口44并向下割开锁定凸缘38和减小厚度部位48。
在图6所示的实施例中，仅仅具有两个径向相对的凸缘在裙上部的内侧。拆封带34具有一对半园形并向内突出的锁定凸缘或凸缘部38而不是连续的锁定凸缘38。图6所示的实施例用于较小的容器，在该容器中，盖子不需要牢固地固定在容器12上。图5所示的实施例用于较大的容器，在该容器中，在盖子和容器之间需要较牢固地连接。事实上，锁定凸缘部能够定位在所有的一对窗口40之间，形成盖子和容器之间较牢固的连接。可以理解，锁定凸缘36和38的尺寸和长度以及数量可以按照需要配置，以保证本发明的盖子与容器的组合的运输强度，或提供更容易地取下或更困难地取下的盖子，以及用于再使用的容器的盖子10的重新安装。
很清楚，对于本领域技术人员来说，众所周知，再本发明的实施中上述内容的很多变化和修改是可能的，都不脱离本发明的实质和范围。因此，本发明的范围按照权利要求书的内容限定。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于容器的盖子，该盖子具有上、下周边，环形向外形成的锁定凸缘，所述凸缘具有用于与容器盖子锁定接合的下侧，该盖子包括：一个中间部，以及一个适于覆盖在容器锁定凸缘上的周边环形的裙部；该环形裙部形成了一个环形凹槽，该环形凹槽将裙部分为靠近容器上部锁定凸缘的裙上部，以及靠近容器下部锁定凸缘的下拆封带；该裙上部具有一个适于与容器上锁定凸缘的下侧接合的向内设置的断续锁定凸缘部；该裙上部还制成有窗口，该窗口在锁定凸缘部的一侧并靠近环形凹槽；并且拆封带部向内形成了适于容器下锁定凸缘的下侧接合的向内的锁定凸缘，因此，拆封带部的取下，留下了向下的布置在锁定凸缘部每一侧的凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的盖子，其特征在于：断续的锁定凸缘部是径向相对的。
3.如权利要求1所述的盖子，其特征在于：断续的锁定凸缘部围绕裙上部是等间隔的。
4.如权利要求1所述的盖子，其特征在于：拆封带部向内设置的锁定凸缘是连续的环形凸缘。
5.如权利要求1所述的盖子，其特征在于：拆封带部向内设置的锁定凸缘是由多个间隔的凸缘部形成的。
6.如权利要求1所述的盖子，其特征在于：拆封带部制成有靠近环形凹槽的窗口。
7.如权利要求6所述的盖子，其特征在于：拆封带部具有一个下部周边边缘，并且，其中拆封带部在拆封带部窗口和所述下周边边缘之间制成有减小的厚度部。
8.如权利要求1所述的盖子，其特征在于：该盖子还包括形成环形密封凹槽的装置，该环形密封凹槽位于盖子中间部和周边裙部之间，该密封凹槽适于与容器的边缘密封接合。
9.如权利要求1所述的盖子，其特征在于：窗口位于锁定凸缘部的每一侧，并靠近环形凹槽，该窗口包括一个薄膜，该薄膜横跨窗口。
