It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 11 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor when executing the computer program performing the steps of:
the user terminal periodically sends a resource query request to the resource management platform so as to instruct the resource management platform to return a query result to the user terminal according to the resource query request; the resource query request is used for querying the processing deadline of the resource of the user;
when the query result indicates that the processing period of the resource is about to exceed, the user terminal displays a first resource management page, and when a user inputs a management confirmation command on the user terminal, the user terminal acquires resource management information input on the user terminal and sends the resource management information to a resource management platform so as to instruct the resource management platform to return a management result to the user terminal according to the resource management information;
And receiving a management result returned by the resource management platform.

and under the condition that the verification is not passed, obtaining a management result containing mismatching of the user identity.
