The portrait labels of the user account can be portrait labels such as 'financial white', 'financial high hand'. User portraits refer to the natural attributes of a user population, behavior preferences, and the like, and common behavior scores can be user usage channel preferences (taking the usage frequency of channels such as APP, applet or H5 used by the user as a metric) and product preferences (taking the usage frequency of business products such as funds, loans, credit cards, and the like used by the user as a metric). In practical application, user labels in the user account information database can be abutted to each user portrait.
In the specific implementation, under the condition that a questionnaire mark aiming at a service scene is stored in a cloud database, the server determines a user account portrait tag of a user account according to user account information, and sends the user account information and the user account portrait tag to a user account information database for matching, so that a matching result returned by the user account information database is obtained.
According to the technical scheme, under the condition that the questionnaire mark aiming at the service scene is stored in the cloud database, a user account portrait tag of a user account is determined according to user account information; the user account information and the user account portrait tag are sent to a user account information database, and a matching result returned by the user account information database is obtained; therefore, under the condition that the questionnaire corresponding to the service scene is stored in the cloud database, whether the questionnaire matched with the portrait of the user account exists in the questionnaire corresponding to the service scene can be further determined, and the beneficial effect of improving the matching accuracy of the questionnaire and the user account is achieved.

Step 5: and the cloud database further judges whether the user account portrait meets the user portrait of the investigation object of the questionnaire under the condition that the questionnaire corresponding to the service scene is stored.
Step 6: under the condition that the user account portrait is determined to be in accordance with the user portrait of the investigation object of the questionnaire, the questionnaire is pushed to the user according to the historical answer conditions (such as the activity information of the user account and the answer quality score information) of the user.
Step 7: after the user fills out the questionnaire, the cloud database counts the questionnaire results filled out by the user.
By adopting the method, the questionnaire can be issued based on the user behaviors, the user behaviors are disassembled from three dimensions of a business scene, user images and user history questionnaire interaction data (answering liveness and answering quality), the investigation objects are guaranteed to be closely related to investigation contents to the greatest extent, and further the questionnaire filling quality and the questionnaire recovery rate are improved. And moreover, user history questionnaire interaction data is added on the basis of user account portrait, users are further screened from two dimensions of answer liveness and answer quality, the questionnaire filling quality and the questionnaire recovery rate are effectively ensured, and meanwhile, the interference to users who rarely fill questionnaires is reduced.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a questionnaire information pushing method is provided, and the method is applied to the server 104 in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:

Step S404, determining whether a questionnaire mark aiming at a user account in a business scene is stored in a cloud database according to the business scene information and the user account information.
Step S406, under the condition that the questionnaire identification aiming at the user account in the business scene is stored in the cloud database, acquiring user history questionnaire interaction data in the user account information, and determining activity information and answer quality score information of the user account according to the user history questionnaire interaction data.
Step S408, determining to push questionnaire information corresponding to the questionnaire mark to the user account under the condition that the value represented by the liveness information is in a preset first value interval range and the value represented by the answer quality score information is in a preset second value interval range.
Step S410, a questionnaire pushing instruction is sent to a client under the condition that the questionnaire information corresponding to the questionnaire identification is pushed to a user account; the questionnaire pushing instruction is used for indicating the client to push questionnaire information corresponding to the questionnaire identification to the user account.
It should be noted that, the specific limitation of the above steps may be referred to the specific limitation of a questionnaire information pushing method.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. In one embodiment, the obtaining module 506 is specifically configured to: acquiring user history questionnaire interaction data in user account information, and determining activity information and answer quality score information of a user account according to the user history questionnaire interaction data; and determining to push questionnaire information corresponding to the questionnaire mark to the user account under the condition that the value represented by the liveness information is in a preset first value interval range and the value represented by the answer quality score information is in a preset second value interval range.
In one embodiment, the determining module 504 is specifically configured to: determining whether a questionnaire mark aiming at a service scene is stored in a cloud database according to the service scene information; under the condition that the questionnaire identification aiming at the service scene is stored in the cloud database, the user account information is sent to the user account information database, and a matching result returned by the user account information database is obtained; and determining whether a questionnaire identifier aiming at the user account in the business scene is stored in the cloud database according to the matching result.
In one embodiment, the determining module 504 is specifically configured to: under the condition that a questionnaire mark aiming at a service scene is stored in a cloud database, determining a user account portrait tag of a user account according to user account information; and sending the user account information and the user account portrait tag to a user account information database to obtain a matching result returned by the user account information database.
In one embodiment, the determining module 504 is specifically configured to: determining whether the user account belongs to a questionnaire investigation object corresponding to the questionnaire mark according to the matching result; and under the condition that the user account belongs to the investigation object corresponding to the questionnaire identifier, determining that the questionnaire identifier aiming at the user account in the service scene is stored in the cloud database.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the updating module is used for acquiring a questionnaire filling result filled by the user under the condition that the user fills and submits the questionnaire information pushed by the client; and storing the questionnaire filling result into a cloud database, and updating user history questionnaire interaction data corresponding to the user account of the user according to the questionnaire filling result.
The above-mentioned individual modules in the questionnaire information pushing device may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used for storing questionnaire information push data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a questionnaire information push method.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, including a memory and a processor, where the memory stores a computer program, and the computer program when executed by the processor causes the processor to perform the steps of a questionnaire information pushing method as described above. The step of a questionnaire information pushing method herein may be a step in a questionnaire information pushing method of each of the above embodiments.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, storing a computer program, which when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of a questionnaire information pushing method as described above. The step of a questionnaire information pushing method herein may be a step in a questionnaire information pushing method of each of the above embodiments.
In one embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of a questionnaire information push method as described above. The step of a questionnaire information pushing method herein may be a step in a questionnaire information pushing method of each of the above embodiments.
The user information (including but not limited to user equipment information, user personal information, etc.) and the data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) related to the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory, and the like. The databases referred to in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of a relational database and a non-relational database. Determining whether a questionnaire identifier aiming at the user account under the service scene is stored in a cloud database according to the service scene information and the user account information;
under the condition that the cloud database is determined to store the questionnaire identification aiming at the user account under the service scene, acquiring user history questionnaire interaction data in the user account information, and determining whether to push questionnaire information corresponding to the questionnaire identification to the user account;
under the condition that the questionnaire information corresponding to the questionnaire identification is pushed to the user account, a questionnaire pushing instruction is sent to the client; the questionnaire pushing instruction is used for indicating the client to push questionnaire information corresponding to the questionnaire identifier to the user account.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the user history questionnaire interaction data in the user account information, determining whether to push the questionnaire information corresponding to the questionnaire identifier to the user account, comprises:
acquiring user history questionnaire interaction data in the user account information, and determining activity information and answer quality score information of the user account according to the user history questionnaire interaction data;
