Abstract
本发明公开了一种气相防锈油及其制备方法和应用。该气相防锈油,以重量份数计,包括以下组份:a)75~90份的基础油;b)5~15份的油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂;c)0.5~7份的气相缓蚀剂;d)0.1~5份的辅助剂;其中,所述溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂选自石油磺酸钙和/或合成磺酸钙;所述气相缓蚀剂选自胺类、噻唑类、咪唑类中的至少一种;所述辅助剂选自醚类、醇类、酸类、脂类中的至少一种。发明的气相防锈油具有良好的防锈性和储存稳定性能,产品外观好。本发明的相防锈油的制备方法简单,条件温和,能耗低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种气相防锈油及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
气相防锈油(亦称挥发性防锈油),是一种既有良好接触防锈性能,又具有良好的非接触防锈性能的防锈油。原理为气相防锈油中的气相缓蚀剂在常温能够持续缓慢的气化,挥发出来的缓蚀气体吸附在裸露的金属表面,形成一个到两个分子厚的稳定保护膜,使金属基体与大气环境隔离,该保护膜能有效的防止氧气、湿气等环境气氛对金属的腐蚀,从而达到防锈效果。气相防锈油的主要用于发动机、齿轮箱、压缩机、传动装置及配管等密闭系统内腔金属表面的封存防锈。
CN102719302A公开了一种气相防锈油,由下述组分按重量份组成:基础油71~91%,油溶性气相缓蚀剂5~25%,防锈剂1~5%,助溶剂1~6%,防霉剂0.5~1%,消泡剂0.5~1%,抗氧剂1~6%。但是其存在产品加热温度在80~120℃,能耗较高;产品的防锈性能之一,湿热试验10天,防锈性能有待提高的问题。
CN103450974A公开了一种气相防锈油由以下重量组分计:32#机油50~80份,十八胺5~10份,石油磺酸钠3~5份,石油磺酸钡1~4份,苯甲酸钠2~5份,聚乙烯醇3~6份,硫磷丁辛基锌1~3份,聚醚2~6,山梨糖醇单油酸酯1~5份,辛酸三丁胺2~4份,月桂醇1~6份,氨基硅油2~5份。但是其存在产品外观和储存稳定性不好,产品的防锈性能之一,湿热试验10天,防锈性能有待提高的问题。
CN101638604A公开了一种多功能气相防锈油,主要由25号变压器油、油溶性气相缓蚀剂、助溶剂领苯二甲酸二丁酯、消泡剂聚二甲基硅氧烷、抗氧剂二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和防霉剂二正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮等组成。但是其存在产品调合温度大于80℃,防锈性能一般的问题。
CN104531294A公开了一种气相缓释防锈油,主要包括:250SN基础油60~70,亚硝酸二环己胺2~4,羟肟酸0.1~0.2,羊毛脂3~5,氢氢化蓖麻油3~5,乌洛托品1~3,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺1~2,蓖麻酸钙1~2,苯二甲酸二丁酯1~2,丙烯基硫脲0.2~0.5,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.4~1,甘露醇1~2,防锈剂T706 4~6,成膜机械油3~5。但是其产品需要经过多次反应,脱水等复杂程序,耗时多,成品测试无气相缓蚀性试验验证数据,无法证明其产品具有良好的气相缓蚀性能的问题。
在港机齿轮箱产品的海运及气相封存防锈中,既要保证抗盐雾性能,又要保证优异的气相防锈性能,然而现有的相关专利和文献中的气相防锈油存在着产品外观不好,气相防锈油沉淀分层、浑浊,储存稳定性差,生产工艺复杂或能耗高(需要在较高温度下进行反应),防锈性能和气相防锈性能有待提高等问题,很难应用于港机齿轮箱产品的海运及气相封存防锈中。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种新的气相防锈油及其制备方法和应用,本发明的气相防锈油兼具良好的抗盐雾性能和气相防锈性能,而且本发明的气相防锈油储存稳定性能好,产品外观好,无分层、无浑浊的现象。此外,本发明的相防锈油的制备方法简单,条件温和,能耗低。
本发明第一方面提供了一种气相防锈油,以重量份数计,包括以下组份:
a)75~90份的基础油;
b)5~15份的油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂;
c)0.5~7份的气相缓蚀剂;
d)0.1~5份的辅助剂;
其中,所述溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂选自石油磺酸钙和/或合成磺酸钙;
所述气相缓蚀剂选自胺类、噻唑类、咪唑类中的至少一种;
所述辅助剂选自醚类、醇类、酸类、脂类中的至少一种。
根据本发明所述的气相防锈油的一些实施方式,优选地,以重量份数计,包括以下组份:
a)80~90份的基础油;
b)10~15份的油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂;
c)3~6份的气相缓蚀剂;
d)1~3份的辅助剂。
根据本发明所述的气相防锈油的一些实施方式,优选地,所述油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂选自低碱值石油磺酸钙T101、中碱值石油磺酸钙T102、高碱值石油磺酸钙T103、低碱值合成磺酸钙T104、中碱值合成磺酸钙T105、高碱值合成磺酸钙T106、中性二壬基萘磺酸钙NA-SUL 729、二壬基萘磺酸钙盐复合物NA-SUL CA/W1146、二壬基萘磺酸钙盐复合物KX1177、二壬基萘磺酸钙KX 1183、二壬基萘磺酸钙羧酸钙复合物CA-HT3、天然中性磺酸钙Lockguard 6941、合成中性磺酸钙Lockguard 6942、高碱值合成磺酸钙Lockguard 6400、中性磺酸钙RN 714、中性磺酸钙CA25、二壬基萘磺酸钙羧酸钙复合物NA-SUL CA-1089、磺酸钙羧酸钙复合物Additin RC4210、中性二烷基苯磺酸钙Additin RC4220中的至少两种。更优选地,所述油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂选自中碱值石油磺酸钙T102、二壬基萘磺酸钙KX 1183、中性磺酸钙RN 714、中性磺酸钙CA25中的至少两种。
根据本发明所述的气相防锈油的一些实施方式,优选地,所述油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂与所述气相缓蚀剂的重量比为3~6:1。在该优选比例范围内,防锈剂与气相缓蚀剂的配伍性更佳,气相防锈油的性能更优。
根据本发明所述的气相防锈油的一些实施方式,优选地,所述气相缓蚀剂选自正辛酸二丁胺、异辛酸二丁胺、癸酸二丁胺、苯骈三氮唑二丁胺、正辛酸二环己胺、异辛酸二环己胺、癸酸二环己胺、苯骈三氮唑二环己胺、正辛酸十八胺、异辛酸十八胺、癸酸十八胺、苯骈三氮唑十八胺、亚硝酸二环己胺中的至少两种。
根据本发明所述的气相防锈油的一些实施方式,更优选地,所述气相缓蚀剂包括第一气相缓蚀剂和第二气相缓蚀剂,其中,所述第一气相缓蚀剂选自正辛酸二丁胺、异辛酸二丁胺、癸酸二丁胺、苯骈三氮唑二丁胺中的至少一种;所述第二气相缓蚀剂选自正辛酸二环己胺、异辛酸二环己胺、癸酸二环己胺、苯骈三氮唑二环己胺、正辛酸十八胺、异辛酸十八胺、癸酸十八胺、苯骈三氮唑十八胺、亚硝酸二环己胺中的至少一种;
根据本发明所述的气相防锈油的一些实施方式,更优选地,所述第一气相缓蚀剂与所述第二气相缓蚀剂的重量比为1:0.5~2。在该优选条件下,可以兼顾气相缓蚀剂的释放需求和速度,使得气相防锈油的效果更优。
根据本发明所述的气相防锈油的一些实施方式,优选地,所述基础油选自I类基础油和/或II类基础油。
根据本发明所述的气相防锈油的一些实施方式,优选地,所述I类基础油选自HVI75、HVI 150、HVI 350、HVI 400、HVI 500、HVI 650、HVI 750、HVI 900、HVI 120BS、HVI150BS中的至少一种。
根据本发明所述的气相防锈油的一些实施方式,优选地,所述II类基础油选自HVIII-2、HVI II-4、HVI II-6、HVI II-8、HVI II-10、HVI II-12、HVI II-20、HVI II-26、HVIII-30中的至少一种。
根据本发明所述的气相防锈油的一些实施方式,优选地,所述辅助剂选自邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、季戊四醇油酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇油酸酯、烯基丁二酸、烯基丁二酸酯中的至少一种。在本发明中,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的通式可以为RO(CH2CH2O)nH,R可以是饱和或不饱和的C9~18的烃基,可以是直链烃基,也可以是带支链的烃基,n=1~5为佳。
本发明第二方面提供了上述的气相防锈油的制备方法,包括:
(1)将气相缓蚀剂、辅助剂和第一基础油进行第一混合,得到混合液;
(2)将第二基础油加热,并依次与油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂、所述混合液进行第二混合。
根据本发明所述的制备方法的一些实施方式,优选地,所述第一基础油的用量为基础油总量的10重量%~20重量%;且第一基础油的用量与第二基础油的用量的总量为基础油的总量。例如,第一基础油的用量为基础油总量的20重量%,第二基础油的用量为基础油总量的80重量%。
根据本发明所述的制备方法的一些实施方式,优选地,所述第一混合的条件包括:温度为40~50℃,时间为1~1.5h,混合时的搅拌速度为1000r/min~2000r/min。
根据本发明所述的制备方法的一些实施方式,优选地,所述加热的温度为40~50℃。
根据本发明所述的制备方法的一些实施方式,优选地,所述第二混合的条件包括:温度为35~45℃,时间为1~2h。
根据本发明所述的制备方法的一些具体实施方式,一种气相防锈油的制备方法,包括:将一定的气相缓蚀剂和辅助剂一并加入10重量%~40重量%的基础油中,加热至40~50℃,高速搅拌(大于1000r/min)约1~1.5h,制成混合液备用。将基础油泵入调合釜,40~50℃加热搅拌,再依次加入油溶性防锈剂、气相缓蚀剂和助剂混合物,35~45℃恒温搅拌1~2小时,经过滤后,即得所述气相防锈油组合物。
本发明第三方面提供了上述的气相防锈油或上述的制备方法在港机齿轮箱产品的海运及气相封存防锈中的应用。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明的气相防锈油产品兼顾优异的盐雾性能和气相防锈性能。而且产品的外观好,无沉淀分层、浑浊问题。
(2)本发明的气相防锈油的生产温度为中低温,能耗低。生产流程简单,耗时小。
具体实施方式
为使本发明更加容易理解,下面将结合实施例来详细说明本发明,这些实施例仅起说明性作用,并不局限于本发明的应用范围。
本发明中,
(1)T102(中碱值石油磺酸钙),商购自无锡南方石油添加剂有限公司。
(2)RN714(中性磺酸钙),商购自上海裕诚化工有限公司。
(3)CA25(中性磺酸钙),商购自上海裕诚化工有限公司。
(4)KX1183(二壬基萘磺酸钙),商购自美国king公司。
(5)脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,聚合度为10,商购自上海天坛公司。
【制备例1】
先加入7.69mL正辛酸,再加入13.028g的十八胺,全程保持温度为80℃,转速为500r/min。保持30min搅拌时间,使其完全反应。然后室温下干燥10h,得到正辛酸二丁胺。
【制备例2】
先加入13.235mL二环己胺,再加入7.93g的苯骈三氮唑,全程保持温度为100℃,转速为500r/min。保持30min搅拌时间,使其完全反应。然后室温下干燥10h,得到苯骈三氮唑二环己胺。
【制备例3】
先加入11.177mL二丁胺,再加入12.725mL癸酸,全程温度为常温,转速为500r/min。全部滴完再保持30min搅拌时间,使其完全反应,得到癸酸二丁胺。
【制备例4】
先加入11.247mL二环己胺,再加入10.851mL癸酸,全程保持温度为80℃,转速为500r/min。保持30min搅拌时间,使其完全反应,得到癸酸二环己胺。
【制备例5】
先加入8.684mL癸酸,再加入12.2g十八胺,全程保持温度为80℃,转速为500r/min。保持30min搅拌时间,使其完全反应。然后室温下干燥10h,得到癸酸十八胺。
【实施例1】
制备气相防锈油:
按表1中的组分和重量份,将气相缓蚀剂和辅助剂一并加入20重量%(16重量份)的HVI 150基础油中,加热至45℃,高速搅拌(1200r/min)约1h,制成混合液。将基础油泵入调合釜,45℃加热搅拌,再依次加入油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂、得到的混合液,40℃恒温搅拌1.5小时,经过滤后,即得气相防锈油。
【实施例2-7】
按照表1的组分和重量份,采用实施例1的方法制备气相防锈油。
【实施例8】
按表1中实施例1的组分和重量份,将气相缓蚀剂和辅助剂一并加入10重量%(8重量份)的HVI 150基础油中,加热至40℃,高速搅拌(1500r/min)约1.5h,制成混合液。将基础油泵入调合釜,40℃加热搅拌,再依次加入油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂、得到的混合液,35℃恒温搅拌2小时,经过滤后,即得气相防锈油。
【实施例9】
按表1中实施例1的组分和重量份,将气相缓蚀剂和辅助剂一并加入15重量%(12重量份)的HVI 150基础油中,加热至50℃,高速搅拌(2000r/min)约1h,制成混合液。将基础油泵入调合釜,50℃加热搅拌,再依次加入油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂、得到的混合液,45℃恒温搅拌1小时,经过滤后,即得气相防锈油。

(4)湿热试验测定方法根据GB/T 2361进行测定。
(5)气相防锈性、暴露后气相防锈性、加温后气相防锈性的测定方法根据SH/T0660行测定。
(6)外观通过目测进行测定。

1.一种气相防锈油,以重量份数计,包括以下组份:
a)75~90份的基础油;
b)5~15份的油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂;
c)0.5~7份的气相缓蚀剂;
d)0.1~5份的辅助剂;
其中,所述溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂选自石油磺酸钙和/或合成磺酸钙;
所述气相缓蚀剂选自胺类、噻唑类、咪唑类中的至少一种;
所述辅助剂选自醚类、醇类、酸类、脂类中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气相防锈油,其特征在于,以重量份数计,包括以下组份:
a)80~90份的基础油;
b)10~15份的油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂;
c)3~6份的气相缓蚀剂;
d)1~3份的辅助剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的气相防锈油,其特征在于,所述油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂选自低碱值石油磺酸钙T101、中碱值石油磺酸钙T102、高碱值石油磺酸钙T103、低碱值合成磺酸钙T104、中碱值合成磺酸钙T105、高碱值合成磺酸钙T106、中性二壬基萘磺酸钙NA-SUL729、二壬基萘磺酸钙盐复合物NA-SUL CA/W1146、二壬基萘磺酸钙盐复合物KX 1177、二壬基萘磺酸钙KX 1183、二壬基萘磺酸钙羧酸钙复合物CA-HT3、天然中性磺酸钙Lockguard6941、合成中性磺酸钙Lockguard 6942、高碱值合成磺酸钙Lockguard 6400、中性磺酸钙RN714、中性磺酸钙CA25、二壬基萘磺酸钙羧酸钙复合物NA-SUL CA-1089、磺酸钙羧酸钙复合物Additin RC4210、中性二烷基苯磺酸钙Additin RC4220中的至少两种;
更优选地,所述油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂选自中碱值石油磺酸钙T102、二壬基萘磺酸钙KX 1183、中性磺酸钙RN 714、中性磺酸钙CA25中的至少两种;
更优选地,所述油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂与所述气相缓蚀剂的重量比为3~6:1。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的气相防锈油,其特征在于,所述气相缓蚀剂选自正辛酸二丁胺、异辛酸二丁胺、癸酸二丁胺、苯骈三氮唑二丁胺、正辛酸二环己胺、异辛酸二环己胺、癸酸二环己胺、苯骈三氮唑二环己胺、正辛酸十八胺、异辛酸十八胺、癸酸十八胺、苯骈三氮唑十八胺、亚硝酸二环己胺中的至少两种;
优选地,所述气相缓蚀剂包括第一气相缓蚀剂和第二气相缓蚀剂,其中,
所述第一气相缓蚀剂选自正辛酸二丁胺、异辛酸二丁胺、癸酸二丁胺、苯骈三氮唑二丁胺中的至少一种;
所述第二气相缓蚀剂选自正辛酸二环己胺、异辛酸二环己胺、癸酸二环己胺、苯骈三氮唑二环己胺、正辛酸十八胺、异辛酸十八胺、癸酸十八胺、苯骈三氮唑十八胺、亚硝酸二环己胺中的至少一种;
优选地,所述第一气相缓蚀剂与所述第二气相缓蚀剂的重量比为1:0.5~2。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的气相防锈油,其特征在于,所述基础油选自I类基础油和/或II类基础油;
优选地,所述I类基础油选自HVI 75、HVI 150、HVI 350、HVI 400、HVI 500、HVI 650、HVI 750、HVI 900、HVI 120BS、HVI 150BS中的至少一种;
优选地,所述II类基础油选自HVI II-2、HVI II-4、HVI II-6、HVI II-8、HVI II-10、HVI II-12、HVI II-20、HVI II-26、HVI II-30中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的气相防锈油,其特征在于,所述辅助剂选自邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、季戊四醇油酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇油酸酯、烯基丁二酸、烯基丁二酸酯中的至少一种。
7.权利要求1-6中任一项所述的气相防锈油的制备方法,包括:
(1)将气相缓蚀剂、辅助剂和第一基础油进行第一混合,得到混合液;
(2)将第二基础油加热,并依次与油溶性磺酸钙盐防锈剂、所述混合液进行第二混合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一基础油的用量为基础油总量的10重量%~20重量%;且第一基础油的用量与第二基础油的用量的总量为基础油的总量。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一混合的条件包括:温度为40~50℃,时间为1~1.5h,混合时的搅拌速度为1000r/min~2000r/min;和/或,
所述加热的温度为40~50℃;和/或,
所述第二混合的条件包括:温度为35~45℃,时间为1~2h。
10.权利要求1-6中任一项所述的气相防锈油或权利要求7-9中任一项所述的制备方法在港机齿轮箱产品的海运及气相封存防锈中的应用。
