本发明涉及油气田开发技术领域,且公开了一种压裂液配制方法,将胍胶分散在乙醇溶液中,滴加氢氧化钠溶液,加入醚化剂、4‑溴环己酮,盐酸调pH至中性,得到疏水改性羟丙基胍胶。将胍胶分散在异丙醇溶液中,滴加氢氧化钠溶液,再加入氯乙酸钠、丙酸溶液、吡咯烷酮和溴乙基三甲基溴化铵,得到改性羧甲基胍胶。将疏水改性羟丙基胍胶、改性羧甲基胍胶、聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇混合,得到复合增稠剂。将复合增稠剂、粘土稳定剂、杀菌剂、破乳剂、破胶剂、水混合,搅拌得到压裂液。本发明提供了一种压裂液配制方法,具有良好的耐温耐剪切和破胶性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及油气田开发技术领域,具体为一种压裂液配制方法。
背景技术
压裂液是一种由多种添加剂配比的非均质不稳定的化学体系,将设备形成的高压传递到地层中,是地面破裂形成裂缝并延裂缝输送支撑剂,具有良好的滤失性、悬砂性、摩阻性、稳定性、配伍性等性能。目前国内使用的水里压裂体系的筹划及主要是胍胶及其改性产品,市场对胍胶的需求激增,胍胶及其改性产品的价格也日益增高。常规胍胶压裂液在施工过程中会在裂缝中残留大量残渣,造成储层伤害,导致地层渗流能力下降和产能下降,影响压裂效果。可通过增稠剂用量的增减有效降低压裂液滤液和残渣对裂缝及储层的伤害,但单一降低胍胶浓度,又会遇到压裂液成胶和耐温、抗剪切不稳定等,导致的粘性降低、支撑剂沉降的问题。因此,需要研发出一种新型低伤害压裂液体系,提高压裂效果,减小储层伤害。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种压裂液配制方法,具有良好的耐温耐剪切和破胶性能。
一种压裂液配制方法如下:
(1)将胍胶分散在乙醇溶液中,滴加氢氧化钠溶液,加入醚化剂,得到羟丙基胍胶;在30-50℃下,将羟丙基胍胶和乙醇混合,滴加氢氧化钠溶液碱化30-60 min,搅拌条件加入4-溴环己酮,反应6-12 h,盐酸调pH至中性,乙醇冲洗6-12次,抽滤、真空干燥,得到疏水改性羟丙基胍胶。
(2)将胍胶分散在异丙醇溶液中,滴加氢氧化钠溶液,再滴加氯乙酸钠反应60-90min,加入丙酸溶液,搅拌10-30 min,得到羧甲基胍胶;将羧甲基胍胶分散在乙醇中,加入氢氧化钠溶液碱化30-60 min,加入吡咯烷酮和溴乙基三甲基溴化铵,回流、搅拌30-60 min,水浴加热至60-80℃,反应6-12 h,过滤、乙醇洗涤3-6次,真空干燥,得到改性羧甲基胍胶。
(3)将疏水改性羟丙基胍胶、改性羧甲基胍胶、聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇混合,得到复合增稠剂。
(4)将复合增稠剂、粘土稳定剂、杀菌剂、破乳剂、破胶剂、水混合,搅拌30-60 min,得到压裂液。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中醚化剂为卤代脂肪酸、一氯乙酸、环氧丙烷等其中一种。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中胍胶、醚化剂的质量比为1:0.1-0.3。

有益效果
将胍胶分散在乙醇溶液中,滴加氢氧化钠溶液,加入醚化剂、4-溴环己酮,盐酸调pH至中性,得到疏水改性羟丙基胍胶。将胍胶分散在异丙醇溶液中,滴加氢氧化钠溶液,再滴加氯乙酸钠、丙酸溶液、吡咯烷酮和溴乙基三甲基溴化铵,得到改性羧甲基胍胶。将疏水改性羟丙基胍胶、改性羧甲基胍胶、聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇混合,得到复合增稠剂。将复合增稠剂、粘土稳定剂、杀菌剂、破乳剂、破胶剂、水混合,搅拌得到压裂液。
本发明中的压裂液由复合增稠剂、粘土稳定剂、杀菌剂、破乳剂、破胶剂和水组成。复合增稠剂由疏水改性羟丙基胍胶和改性羧甲基胍胶组成,疏水改性羟丙基胍胶制成的增稠剂破胶后残渣量少,粘度低,有利于压裂液的破胶返排,改性羧甲基胍胶以羧甲基胍胶为母体,引入刚性基团和阳离子基团,能够提高压裂液耐温抗剪切性能。添加一定量的粘土稳定剂、杀菌剂、破乳剂、破胶剂,对压裂液的耐高温耐剪切和破胶性能具有明显的提高作用。

具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)将120 kg胍胶分散在乙醇溶液中,滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液,加入15 kg环氧丙烷,得到羟丙基胍胶;在35℃下,将120 kg羟丙基胍胶和乙醇混合,滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液碱化35 min,搅拌条件加入180 kg 4-溴环己酮,反应10 h,盐酸调pH至中性,乙醇冲洗10次,抽滤、真空干燥,得到疏水改性羟丙基胍胶。
(2)将100 kg胍胶分散在异丙醇溶液中,滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液,再滴加30 kg氯乙酸钠反应60 min,加入60 kg丙酸溶液,搅拌10 min,得到羧甲基胍胶;将100 kg羧甲基胍胶分散在乙醇中,加入40%氢氧化钠溶液碱化30 min,加入10 kg吡咯烷酮和30 kg溴乙基三甲基溴化铵,回流、搅拌30 min,水浴加热至60℃,反应6 h,过滤,乙醇洗涤3次,真空干燥,得到改性羧甲基胍胶。
(3)将100 kg疏水改性羟丙基胍胶、100 kg改性羧甲基胍胶、100 kg聚丙烯酰胺和5 kg聚乙烯醇混合,得到复合增稠剂。
(4)将200 kg复合增稠剂、16 kg二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、1 kg十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、1 kg四亚乙基己胺聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、0.5 kg过硫酸钾、400 kg水混合,搅拌60min,得到压裂液。
实施例2
(1)将180 kg胍胶分散在乙醇溶液中,滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液,加入30 kg一氯乙酸,得到羟丙基胍胶;在50℃下,将180 kg羟丙基胍胶和乙醇混合,滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液碱化60 min,搅拌条件加入220 kg 4-溴环己酮,反应12 h,盐酸调pH至中性,乙醇冲洗12次,抽滤、真空干燥,得到疏水改性羟丙基胍胶。
(2)将150 kg胍胶分散在异丙醇溶液中,滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液,再滴加50 kg氯乙酸钠反应70 min,加入100 kg丙酸溶液,搅拌20 min,得到羧甲基胍胶;将150 kg羧甲基胍胶分散在乙醇中,加入40%氢氧化钠溶液碱化40 min,加入20 kg吡咯烷酮和50 kg溴乙基三甲基溴化铵,回流、搅拌40 min,水浴加热至70℃,反应10 h,过滤、乙醇洗涤5次,真空干燥,得到改性羧甲基胍胶。
(3)将180 kg疏水改性羟丙基胍胶、200 kg改性羧甲基胍胶、150 kg聚丙烯酰胺和20 kg聚乙烯醇混合,得到复合增稠剂。
(4)将100 kg复合增稠剂、4 kg氯化钾、0.2 kg十六烷基二甲基氯化铵、0.2 kg聚环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷醚、0.1 kg过硫酸铵、400 kg水混合,搅拌30 min,得到压裂液。
实施例3
(1)将100 kg胍胶分散在乙醇溶液中,滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液,加入10 kg卤代脂肪酸,得到羟丙基胍胶;在30℃下,将100 kg羟丙基胍胶和乙醇混合,滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液碱化30 min,搅拌条件加入150 kg 4-溴环己酮,反应6 h,盐酸调pH至中性,乙醇冲洗6次,抽滤、真空干燥,得到疏水改性羟丙基胍胶。
(2)将120 kg胍胶分散在异丙醇溶液中,滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液,再滴加40 kg氯乙酸钠反应65 min,加入60-120 kg丙酸溶液,搅拌20 min,得到羧甲基胍胶;将120 kg羧甲基胍胶分散在乙醇中,加入40%氢氧化钠溶液碱化40 min,加入15 kg吡咯烷酮和40 kg溴乙基三甲基溴化铵,回流、搅拌40 min,水浴加热至65℃,反应10 h,过滤、乙醇洗涤4次,真空干燥,得到改性羧甲基胍胶。
(3)将120 kg疏水改性羟丙基胍胶、120 kg改性羧甲基胍胶、110 kg聚丙烯酰胺和10 kg聚乙烯醇混合,得到复合增稠剂。
(4)将120 kg复合增稠剂、8 kg丙烯酰胺-三甲基单烯丙基氯化铵共聚物、0.5 kg二氯异氰尿酸钠、0.5 kg十八醇聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、0.2 kg次氯酸钠、400 kg水混合,搅拌40 min,得到压裂液。
实施例4
(1)将160 kg胍胶分散在乙醇溶液中,滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液,加入250 kg卤代脂肪酸,得到羟丙基胍胶;在45℃下,将160 kg羟丙基胍胶和乙醇混合,滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液碱化50 min,搅拌条件加入200 kg 4-溴环己酮,反应10 h,盐酸调pH至中性,乙醇冲洗10次,抽滤、真空干燥,得到疏水改性羟丙基胍胶。
(2)将180 kg胍胶分散在异丙醇溶液中,滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液,再滴加80 kg氯乙酸钠反应90 min,加入120 kg丙酸溶液,搅拌30 min,得到羧甲基胍胶;将180 kg羧甲基胍胶分散在乙醇中,加入40%氢氧化钠溶液碱化60 min,加入30 kg吡咯烷酮和80 kg溴乙基三甲基溴化铵,回流、搅拌60 min,水浴加热至80℃,反应12 h,过滤、乙醇洗涤6次,真空干燥,得到改性羧甲基胍胶。
(3)将140 kg疏水改性羟丙基胍胶、150 kg改性羧甲基胍胶、120 kg聚丙烯酰胺和15 kg聚乙烯醇混合,得到复合增稠剂。
(4)将160 kg复合增稠剂、10 kg环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺共聚物、0.8 kg三氯异氰尿酸钠、0.4 kg聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯丙二醇醚、0.3 kg双氧水、400 kg水混合,搅拌40 min,得到压裂液。
实施例5
(1)将150 kg胍胶分散在乙醇溶液中,滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液,加入20 kg一氯乙酸,得到羟丙基胍胶;在40℃下,将150 kg羟丙基胍胶和乙醇混合,滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液碱化40 min,搅拌条件加入200 kg 4-溴环己酮,反应8 h,盐酸调pH至中性,乙醇冲洗8次,抽滤、真空干燥,得到疏水改性羟丙基胍胶。
(2)将160 kg胍胶分散在异丙醇溶液中,滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液,再滴加60 kg氯乙酸钠反应80 min,加入90 kg丙酸溶液,搅拌25 min,得到羧甲基胍胶;将160 kg羧甲基胍胶分散在乙醇中,加入40%氢氧化钠溶液碱化50 min,加入25 kg吡咯烷酮和60 kg溴乙基三甲基溴化铵,回流、搅拌50 min,水浴加热至70℃,反应10 h,过滤、乙醇洗涤5次,真空干燥,得到改性羧甲基胍胶。
(3)将160 kg疏水改性羟丙基胍胶、150 kg改性羧甲基胍胶、120 kg聚丙烯酰胺和18 kg聚乙烯醇混合,得到复合增稠剂。
(4)将180 kg复合增稠剂、14 kg二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、0.8 kg异噻唑啉、0.8 kg四亚乙基己胺聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、0.4 kg双氧水、400 kg水混合,搅拌50 min,得到压裂液。

由表所示,本发明的压裂液伤害率和残渣含量都较低,使用领域较为广泛,且其在施工中的性能强度也能更好的发挥出来。
Claims (8)
1.一种压裂液配制方法,其特征在于:所述配置方法如下:
(1)将胍胶分散在乙醇溶液中,滴加氢氧化钠溶液,加入醚化剂,得到羟丙基胍胶;在30-50℃下,将羟丙基胍胶和乙醇混合,滴加氢氧化钠溶液碱化30-60 min,搅拌条件加入4-溴环己酮,反应6-12 h,盐酸调pH至中性,乙醇冲洗6-12次,抽滤、真空干燥,得到疏水改性羟丙基胍胶;
(2)将胍胶分散在异丙醇溶液中,滴加氢氧化钠溶液,再滴加氯乙酸钠反应60-90 min,加入丙酸溶液,搅拌10-30 min,得到羧甲基胍胶;将羧甲基胍胶分散在乙醇中,加入氢氧化钠溶液碱化30-60 min,加入吡咯烷酮和溴乙基三甲基溴化铵,回流、搅拌30-60 min,水浴加热至60-80℃,反应6-12 h,过滤、乙醇洗涤3-6次,真空干燥,得到改性羧甲基胍胶;
(3)将疏水改性羟丙基胍胶、改性羧甲基胍胶、聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇混合,得到复合增稠剂;
(4)将复合增稠剂、粘土稳定剂、杀菌剂、破乳剂、破胶剂、水混合,搅拌30-60 min,得到压裂液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压裂液配制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中醚化剂为卤代脂肪酸、一氯乙酸、环氧丙烷其中一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种压裂液配制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中胍胶、醚化剂的质量比为1:0.1-0.3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种压裂液配制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中羟丙基胍胶、4-溴环己酮的重量比为1:1-1.5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种压裂液配制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中胍胶、氯乙酸钠、丙酸的质量比为1:0.3-0.8:0.6-1.2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种压裂液配制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中羧甲基胍胶、吡咯烷酮、溴乙基三甲基溴化铵的质量比为1:0.1-0.3:0.3-0.8。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种压裂液配制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中疏水改性羟丙基胍胶、改性羧甲基胍胶、聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇的质量比为1:0.8-1.2:1-1.5:0.01-0.05。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种压裂液配制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中复合增稠剂、粘土稳定剂、杀菌剂、破乳剂、破胶剂的质量比为100:2-8:0.1-0.5:0.1-0.5:0.05-0.2;所述粘土稳定剂为氯化钾、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、丙烯酰胺-三甲基单烯丙基氯化铵共聚物或环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺共聚物;所述杀菌剂十二烷基二甲基氯化铵、十六烷基二甲基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、二氯异氰尿酸钠、三氯异氰尿酸钠或异噻唑啉;所述破乳剂为聚环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷醚、四亚乙基己胺聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、十八醇聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚或聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯丙二醇醚;所述破胶剂为过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、次氯酸钠或双氧水。
