A recycling treatment device for livestock and poultry breeding sewage comprises a buffer tank, a tank body, a dewatering cylinder, a rolling mechanism, a plugging mechanism, a scraping mechanism, a supporting frame and a collecting tank; the device is characterized in that a supporting frame is fixed on a material collecting box, a buffer storage box is fixed at the top of the supporting frame, a tank body is arranged below the supporting frame, a dewatering cylinder is arranged inside the tank body, a rolling mechanism and a scraping mechanism are arranged inside the dewatering cylinder, and a plugging mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the tank body; the top of the buffer storage box is provided with a water inlet pipe, the bottom of the buffer storage box is provided with a water outlet pipe and is connected with the tank body, and a control valve is arranged on the water outlet pipe to control the water outlet pipe to be opened and closed; the top and the bottom of the tank body are respectively provided with a first limit sleeve and a second limit sleeve; a water outlet is arranged on the side wall of the bottom of the tank body, a discharge hole and a T-shaped sliding arm are arranged on the bottom wall of the tank body, and a supporting leg is arranged at the bottom of the tank body and is fixed on the material collecting box;
the top and the bottom of the dehydration cylinder are sleeved with a first limit sleeve and a second limit sleeve; the top of the dehydration cylinder is provided with teeth, the side wall of the dehydration cylinder is provided with a mounting hole, a top plate and a push plate, the push plate is arranged on the inner wall of the dehydration cylinder, one side of the push plate is provided with a dehydration sleeve and is arranged in the mounting hole, the dehydration sleeve is sleeved with a first spring, and the other side of the push plate is provided with a plurality of grooves; the top plate is arranged on the outer wall of the dewatering cylinder, a plurality of ejector pins and fixed columns are arranged on the top plate at intervals, the fixed columns are fixedly connected with the outer wall of the dewatering cylinder, and the ejector pins are arranged in the dewatering sleeve;
the rolling mechanism comprises a first motor and a main shaft, wherein the first motor is fixed at the top of a tank body, gears are arranged at the shaft ends of the first motor and meshed with teeth at the top of a dewatering cylinder, two ends of the main shaft are rotationally connected with the top wall and the bottom wall of the tank body, gears are arranged at the top of the main shaft and meshed with the gears at the shaft ends of the first motor, fixed arms are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the main shaft, a through pipe is arranged at the top of the main shaft, an air source is externally connected to the through pipe, a first air pipe is arranged at one side of the through pipe, the first air pipe is connected with a second air pipe through a rotary joint, two ends of the second air pipe are rotationally connected with the fixed arms, the second air pipe is externally connected with an inner cylinder, a plurality of branch pipes are arranged on the second air pipe and communicated with the inner cylinder for inflation, the inner cylinder is fixedly connected with the second air pipe, and the second air pipe and the inner cylinder are made of metal materials; an air bag is arranged on the outer side of the inner cylinder; inflating the air bag through the second air pipe and the branch pipe;
the plugging mechanism comprises a second motor, a supporting plate, a rotating shaft and a toothed ring, wherein the second motor is fixed at the bottom of the tank body through a fixed seat, the supporting plate is provided with a plurality of teeth and is fixed at the bottom of the tank body, the rotating shaft is provided with a plurality of teeth and is arranged at the bottom of the tank body and is connected with the teeth in a rotating way, the toothed ring is arranged on the supporting plate, a sprocket, a first gear and a sealing plate are arranged on the rotating shaft, the first gear is meshed with the toothed ring, a T-shaped chute is arranged on the sealing plate, the T-shaped chute is connected with a T-shaped sliding arm in a sliding way to play a role of guiding and supporting, and a sprocket is arranged on an output shaft of the second motor and is meshed with the sprocket on the rotating shaft;
the scraping mechanism comprises a fixed plate, a scraping plate and a spring mechanism, wherein two ends of the fixed plate are fixedly connected with the tank body, two ends of the scraping plate are rotationally connected with the fixed plate, a plurality of scraping teeth are arranged on the scraping plate and correspond to grooves in the pushing plate, the spring mechanism is connected with the fixed plate and the scraping plate, the spring mechanism comprises a support arm, a pushing block, a guide shaft and a second spring, two ends of the guide shaft are fixed on the fixed plate through the fixed block, the guide shaft is slidingly connected with the pushing block, the second spring is sleeved with the guide shaft, the second spring props against the pushing block, and two ends of the support arm are rotationally connected with the pushing block and the scraping plate respectively.
2. The livestock and poultry raising wastewater recycling treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the output shaft of the second motor penetrates through the bottom wall of the tank body and is provided with an arc-shaped cleaning arm.
