Abstract
The invention relates to a gel mask containing recombinant humanized collagen and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of gel masks. The raw materials of the invention comprise recombinant humanized collagen, composite microemulsion, trehalose, sodium hyaluronate, allantoin, beta-glucose and lactic acid, are especially suitable for wound repair, can also be used for sensitive diseases on the surface of skin, help diminishing inflammation and sterilizing, promote the regression of skin inflammation, and have the effects of moistening and resisting wrinkles; the composite microemulsion is prepared by compounding three substances, namely olive oil, cinnamon oil and vitamin E succinate, so that the acting time of the recombinant humanized collagen is prolonged, and the skin retention of the recombinant humanized collagen is improved; the cinnamon oil and the lactic acid are synergistic, so that the cinnamon oil and the lactic acid have good antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, have the effects of tightening skin and reducing fine wrinkles, and promote skin self-repairing and recovering under the synergistic assistance of allantoin, beta-glucose and olive oil.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of gel masks, and particularly relates to a gel mask containing recombinant humanized collagen and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Collagen is an important component in life activities, has an important supporting effect on maintaining the structure and function of skin tissues, and mainly comprises type I and type III collagen in skin, wherein type III collagen is a new-born collagen, and can promote skin regeneration. The recombinant human III type collagen (Recombinant humancollagen III, rhc-III) is a protein which is obtained by using a gene engineering technology, taking a human III type collagen gene sequence as a template, carrying out optimized modification and recombinant expression, has the same parts as the corresponding parts of the natural III type collagen amino acid sequence, has high bioactivity and biocompatibility, and has good water solubility. Studies show that Rhc-III can promote full-layer wound healing and angiogenesis, promote ordered arrangement of collagen fibers of new dermis tissues, and has the functions of repairing skin wounds and improving wound healing quality.
However, the water-soluble recombinant humanized collagen is difficult to penetrate the lipid structure among the cells of the horny layer, has short action time, poor skin retention and inconvenient use, and has the defect of limiting the use of the water-soluble recombinant humanized collagen in skin care products.
