Abstract
本发明公开了一种家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜及其制备方法,该聚丙烯装饰膜由聚丙烯基膜层、印刷层、耐磨层、背胶层组成,耐磨层包括聚醚醚酮树脂30份‑40份,丙烯酰胺类单体SW94115份‑25份,耐磨填料15份‑25份,光引发剂4份‑5份,消光粉0.1份‑8份,流平剂1份‑3份,消泡剂0.1份‑0.5份,耐磨填料是采用偶联剂处理后的耐磨填料。上述家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜的耐磨填料经甲基丙烯酸3‑(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙酯偶联剂处理后,以增强其与树脂的相容性,同时采用聚醚醚酮树脂与丙烯酰胺类单体SW941,在光引发剂的作用下,发生聚合、交联等反应,以进一步地提高其耐磨耐刮伤性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种适用于实木板、胶合板、刨花板、纤维板、石塑板、木塑板、竹木板、金属板、硅酸钙板等表面饰面的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
装饰膜是以高分子聚合物(PVC)为原料,添加各种助剂、经压延、复合而制得的一种新型装饰材料,可与木材、塑料板、铝板、铁板等基材复合制成多用途装饰材料,广泛应用于家用电器、音响表面装饰、室内装饰、飞机、轮船、火车的内装饰,此外,还可以用于广告牌等。装饰膜与基材板的贴合方式主要采用胶水在一定温度和压力下粘结而成,工艺较为复杂。装饰膜作为一种饰面材料,因其自带背胶,与基材贴合时,只需撕下背面离型纸即可黏贴在基底材料上,操作方便简单,目前,市场上自粘装饰膜主要以PVC为主,但PVC材料因其本身含有氯、增塑剂及难降解、燃烧释放二噁英等重多环保问题,一些国家已相继提出限塑令来限制PVC的使用。
家具板的产品趋势也在向绿色、环保、高性能方向转变。家具板一般要求外观纹理清晰逼真,漆膜附着力好,光泽度好,使仿木纹效果呈现更好,同时要求其具有较高的耐磨性能。目前的一些PVC装饰膜的耐磨性好,但是由于环保问题,使其在行业使用受限。聚丙烯(PP)是一种具有耐高温,韧性好,抗化学腐蚀性强的聚合物,材料本身不含氯元素,不含甲醛、重金属等有害物,综合性能优良,是当今最具发展前途的热塑性高分子材料,然而聚丙烯本身是非极性聚合物,虽然耐磨性较好,但是易刮花,使产品不耐用。
在现有文献中,CN113249043A公开了一种家具表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜,其由聚丙烯基膜层、印刷层、耐磨层及背胶层组成,其中耐磨层由聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸酯、二氧化钛、光引发剂2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、消光粉二氧化硅、流平剂聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷以及消泡剂聚硅氧烷制成的光固化涂料在印刷层上经涂布机涂布而成。上述技术中,其通过在聚丙烯基膜层上增加了耐磨层,通过耐磨层的作用,利用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和丙烯酸酯的交联作用,使其具有较高的粘贴和耐磨耐刮伤,并结合二氧化钛的作用,进一步提高耐磨耐刮伤性能,但是,二氧化钛与树脂的相容性较差,还容易团聚,导致影响其性能的发挥,加上实木板、胶合板、刨花板、纤维板、石塑板、木塑板、竹木板、金属板、硅酸钙板等基底材料的表面均为疏水性,在粘贴过程中,容易在基材表面产生气泡,而影响基材与装饰膜之间的粘贴性能。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明目的之一在于提供一种家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜,以解决传统技术的问题,其具有更好的耐磨耐刮伤性能。
本发明目的之二在于提供一种家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜的制备方法。
本发明目的之一采用如下技术方案实现:
一种家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜,由聚丙烯基膜层、印刷层、耐磨层、背胶层组成,所述背胶层贴合于所述聚丙烯基膜层的一侧,所述印刷层印刷在所述聚丙烯基膜层的另一侧,所述耐磨层涂布在所述印刷层的表面,其中,所述耐磨层包括如下重量份的组分:聚醚醚酮树脂30份-40份,丙烯酰胺类单体SW94115份-25份,耐磨填料15份-25份,光引发剂4份-5份,消光粉0.1份-8份,流平剂1份-3份,消泡剂0.1份-0.5份,耐磨填料是采用甲基丙烯酸3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙酯偶联剂处理后的耐磨填料。
即本发明的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜的耐磨填料经甲基丙烯酸3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙酯偶联剂处理后,以增强其与树脂的相容性,同时采用聚醚醚酮树脂与丙烯酰胺类单体SW941,在光引发剂的作用下,发生聚合、交联等反应,以进一步地提高其耐磨耐刮伤性能。
其中,聚醚醚酮(PEEK)是芳香族结晶型热塑性高分子材料,具有机械强度高、耐高温、耐冲击、阻燃、耐酸碱、耐水解、耐磨、耐疲劳、耐辐照及良好的电性能。
进一步地,所述耐磨填料为氧化铝、二氧化钛、硫酸钡中的一种或者两种以上。
进一步地,光引发剂为2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮,消光粉为二氧化硅,流平剂为聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷,消泡剂为聚硅氧烷。
进一步地,聚醚醚酮树脂、丙烯酰胺类单体、耐磨填料的质量比为1:(0.5-0.6):(0.5-0.6)。
进一步地,所述背胶层的表面设有沟槽式压纹,所述背胶层包括如下重量份的组分:
丙烯酰胺类单体SW94120份-30份,聚(乙二醇)甲基丙烯酸酯5份-10份,2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯5份-10份,丙烯酰胺类单体SW9250.5份-2份,纳米Al2O3粒子0.01份-0.1份,过硫酸钾-硫代硫酸钠-硫酸铜引发剂1份-5份,去离子水30份-50份。
即本发明的背胶层通过采用丙烯酰胺类单体SW941、丙烯酰胺类单体SW925等单体,结合聚(乙二醇)甲基丙烯酸酯、2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、过硫酸钾-硫代硫酸钠-硫酸铜引发剂等成分,能够一步涂布即可增强使背胶层与聚丙烯基膜层之间的相容性较好,从而增强它们之间的粘接性,再通过各单体的自交联反应,使背胶层能够较好地黏贴在基底材料上,并且利用背胶层的沟槽式压纹的结构,以及利用纳米Al2O3粒子的作用,将气体排出,使贴膜的表面不产生气泡,贴合效果更佳。
其中,丙烯酰胺类单体SW941为常温自交联单体,可以跟丙烯酸酯类单体、甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯类单体等单体发生共聚,所得的共聚物具有较好的初粘性,兼有强内聚力,能够加强背胶层与基材的粘合性。
聚(乙二醇)甲基丙烯酸酯具有疏水性和亲水性的两性单体,添加其后,可以增强背胶层与聚丙烯基膜层的相容性,同时也能增强体系的聚合度,形成较强的交联网。
2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯由于具有羟基、双键、磷酸酯等多种官能团,能够增强体系对家具、墙面和护墙板等表面饰面的附着力和粘接性。
丙烯酰胺类单体SW925相比于丙烯酰胺类单体SW941,为高温自交联单体,利用丙烯酰胺类单体SW941等单体聚合所产生的热量,也可以结合外部热量,使其能够与体系中未反应的单体发生抗接枝聚合反应,也可以在水分挥发后,发生自交联反应,进一步地增强体系与基材的粘合性。
纳米Al2O3粒子的粒径为30-60nm,利用纳米Al2O3粒子的作用,在施工贴膜的过程中,有利地结合沟槽式压纹,将气体排出,使贴膜的表面不产生气泡,贴合效果更佳。
进一步地,所述丙烯酰胺类单体SW941、聚(乙二醇)甲基丙烯酸酯、2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯的质量比为1:(0.2-0.5):(0.3-0.4)。
优选地,所述丙烯酰胺类单体SW941、聚(乙二醇)甲基丙烯酸酯、2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯的质量比为1:0.4:0.3。
进一步地,所述丙烯酰胺类单体SW925与去离子水的质量比为(0.05-0.07):1。通过控制水的含量,增强后期丙烯酰胺类单体SW925自交联反应,使整体的粘接力更强。
优选地,所述丙烯酰胺类单体SW925与去离子水的质量比为(0.05-0.07):1。
进一步地,丙烯酰胺类单体SW941、丙烯酰胺类单体SW925均购买于广州三旺化工材料有限公司。
进一步地,纳米Al2O3粒子为采用甲基丙烯酸3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙酯偶联剂(MPS)处理后的纳米Al2O3粒子,经研究表明,经MPS偶联剂处理后的纳米Al2O3粒子,可以增加其表面亲油性,抑止其从油相逃逸到水相的逃逸现象。
进一步地,所述沟槽式压纹为半圆型结构,所述沟槽式压纹的直径为0.2-0.4mm。通过控制沟槽式压纹的大小,提高粘合性能。
本发明目的之一还采用如下技术方案实现:
一种家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜,由聚丙烯基膜层、印刷层、耐磨层、背胶层组成,所述背胶层贴合于所述聚丙烯基膜层的一侧,所述印刷层印刷在所述聚丙烯基膜层的另一侧,所述耐磨层涂布在所述印刷层的表面;
所述聚丙烯基膜层包括如下重量份的组分:
共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)85份-92份,轻质碳酸钙5份-10份,色母粒4份-15份,纳米二氧化钛1份-3份,聚氨酯抗静电剂0.2份-0.5份,分散剂聚乙烯蜡0.5份-1.5份;其中聚丙烯基膜层由上述成分混合熔融后挤出片状基膜,基膜厚度0.10mm-0.20mm;
基膜强度高、耐热性能好、尺寸稳定性好、低温韧性极佳(挠曲性好)。采用无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R),由丙烯单体和少量的乙烯(1-4%)单体在加热、加压和催化剂作用下共聚得到的,乙烯单体无规、随机地分布到丙烯的长链中。乙烯的无规加入降低了聚合物的结晶度和熔点、改善了材料的冲击、长期耐热氧老化及加工成型等方面的性能。轻质碳酸钙对制品的整体稳定性有很大作用,还可以提高制品硬度和表面平整性。纳米二氧化钛白色疏松粉末,可增强制品遮盖率,由于本身有高折光性和高光活性,使其具有抗紫外线能力,可提高制品的抗老化性能。其抗紫外线能力及其机理与其粒径有关:当粒径较大时,对紫外线的阻隔是以反射、散射为主,且对中波区和长波区紫外线均有效。抗老化机理是简单的遮盖,属一般的物理效应,防老化能力较弱;随着粒径的减小,光线能透过纳米二氧化钛的粒子面,对长波区紫外线的反射、散射性不明显,而对中波区紫外线的吸收性明显增强。其抗老化机理是吸收紫外线,主要吸收中波区紫外线。
由此可见,纳米二氧化钛对不同波长紫外线的防老化机理不一样,对长波区紫外线的阻隔以散射为主,对中波区紫外线的阻隔以吸收为主。纳米二氧化钛在不同波长区均表现出优异的吸收性能,与其他抗紫外线剂相比,纳米二氧化钛具有无毒、性能稳定、效果好等特点。聚氨酯抗静电剂为高分子永久型抗静电剂,通过离子导电来传导和释放产生的静电荷,是以降低材料体积电阻率来达到抗静电效果,不完全依赖表面吸水,所以受环境的湿度影响比较小,抗静电持久、高效。
所述印刷层包括如下重量份的组分:
水溶性丙烯酸树脂55份-60份,颜料15份-20份,主溶剂水15份-20份,副溶剂乙醇5份-8份,分散剂油酸钠1份-3份,抗紫外线剂纳米二氧化钛1份-3份;其中,该印刷层经分散混匀,过滤等工艺技术制成油墨,再将该油墨在聚丙烯基膜层上经凹版印刷机印刷而成。颜料为联苯胺黄、永固洋红、炭黑、酞青蓝中的一种或者两种以上。油墨环保安全,附着力好,颜色饱满逼真,耐光色牢度可达蓝色羊毛6级。
所述耐磨层包括如下重量份的组分:聚醚醚酮树脂30份-40份,丙烯酰胺类单体SW94115份-25份,耐磨填料15份-25份,光引发剂4份-5份,消光粉0.1份-8份,流平剂1份-3份,消泡剂0.1份-0.5份,耐磨填料是采用甲基丙烯酸3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙酯偶联剂处理后的耐磨填料;该耐磨层将上述的光固化涂料在印刷层上经涂布机涂布而成,涂层厚度10-30μm。
所述背胶层在贴合所述离型纸的表面设有沟槽式压纹,所述背胶层包括如下重量份的组分:
丙烯酰胺类单体SW94120份-30份,聚(乙二醇)甲基丙烯酸酯5份-10份,2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯5份-10份,丙烯酰胺类单体SW9250.5份-2份,纳米Al2O3粒子0.01份-0.1份,过硫酸钾-硫代硫酸钠-硫酸铜引发剂1份-5份,去离子水30份-50份;
所述沟槽式压纹为半圆型结构,所述沟槽式压纹的直径为0.2-0.4mm。
背胶层经涂布机涂布背胶而成,其与聚丙烯有很好的相容性,无毒、不吸水,粘性好,室温下即可与基材板贴合,并具有良好的耐水、耐酸碱、耐候性。背胶表面沟槽式压纹,这种工艺有利于施工贴膜时排除气体,不产生气泡,贴合效果更加平整。
本发明目的之二采用如下技术方案实现:
一种家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:
S1:将聚丙烯基膜层的原料按配方计量混合均匀,然后投入底膜机中加热混合熔融,挤出片状基膜,同时电晕,得到聚丙烯基膜层;
S2:将印刷层的油墨混合均匀,然后倒入印刷机油墨槽中,调节烘箱温度100-110℃,上卷后,调节印刷速度,开始在聚丙烯基膜层表面印刷,形成印刷层;
S3:将耐磨层的涂料混合均匀,在超声震动下,进行均质,然后倒入涂布机涂料槽中,调节涂布机温度60-120℃,Excimer-UV系统的各参数,印刷膜上卷后,调节涂布速度,在印刷层上开始涂布,形成耐磨层;
S4:将背胶层的原料混合均匀,然后在超声震动下,进行均质,再倒入涂布机胶槽中,调节涂布机温度110-125℃,以涂布速度20-25m/min,涂布量30-60g/m2,涂布在聚丙烯基膜层的另一侧,再使用压槽机,在其表面形成直径0.2-0.4mm的沟槽式压纹。
使用时,可以采用平贴和包覆两种工艺,具体的:
平贴:
设备:平贴机,施胶量50-60g/m2,贴合压力0.4MPa,贴板速度20m~25m/min。
包覆:
设备:包覆机,施胶温度120℃左右,施胶量30-40g/m2压力0.4~0.5MPa,贴板速度20m~25m/min。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜的耐磨填料经甲基丙烯酸3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙酯偶联剂处理后,以增强其与树脂的相容性,同时采用聚醚醚酮树脂与丙烯酰胺类单体SW941,在光引发剂的作用下,发生聚合、交联等反应,以进一步地提高其耐磨耐刮伤性能。
2、本发明的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜通过采用丙烯酰胺类单体SW941、丙烯酰胺类单体SW925等单体,结合聚(乙二醇)甲基丙烯酸酯、2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、过硫酸钾-硫代硫酸钠-硫酸铜引发剂等成分,能够一步涂布即可增强使背胶层与聚丙烯基膜层之间的相容性较好,从而增强它们之间的粘接性,再通过各单体的自交联反应,使背胶层能够较好地黏贴在基底材料上,并且利用背胶层的沟槽式压纹的结构,以及利用纳米Al2O3粒子的作用,将气体排出,使贴膜的表面不产生气泡,贴合效果更佳。

实施例1

所述聚丙烯基膜层包括如下重量份的组分:
共聚聚丙烯90份,轻质碳酸钙6份,色母粒4份,纳米二氧化钛1份,聚氨酯抗静电剂0.2份,分散剂聚乙烯蜡0.5份;
所述印刷层包括如下重量份的组分:
水溶性丙烯酸树脂55份,炭黑15份,主溶剂水18份,副溶剂乙醇5份,分散剂油酸钠2份,抗紫外线剂纳米二氧化钛3份;
所述耐磨层包括如下重量份的组分:
聚醚醚酮树脂30份,丙烯酰胺类单体SW94120份,耐磨填料20份,2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮4份,二氧化硅0.1份,聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷3份,聚硅氧烷0.5份,耐磨填料是采用甲基丙烯酸3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙酯偶联剂处理后的硫酸钡;
所述背胶层在贴合所述离型纸的表面设有沟槽式压纹,所述背胶层包括如下重量份的组分:
丙烯酰胺类单体SW94120份,聚(乙二醇)甲基丙烯酸酯5份,2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯5份,丙烯酰胺类单体SW9250.5份,纳米Al2O3粒子0.01份,过硫酸钾-硫代硫酸钠-硫酸铜引发剂1份,去离子水50份;
所述沟槽式压纹为半圆型结构,所述沟槽式压纹的直径为0.3mm。
该家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜的制备方法包括如下制备步骤:
S1:将聚丙烯基膜层的原料按配方计量混合均匀,然后投入底膜机中加热混合熔融,挤出片状基膜,同时电晕,得到厚度0.10mm的聚丙烯基膜层;
S2:将印刷层的油墨混合均匀,然后倒入印刷机油墨槽中,调节烘箱温度110℃,上卷后,调节印刷速度,开始在聚丙烯基膜层表面印刷,形成印刷层;
S3:将耐磨层的涂料混合均匀,在超声震动下,进行均质,然后倒入涂布机涂料槽中,调节涂布机温度100℃,Excimer-UV系统的各参数,印刷膜上卷后,调节涂布速度,在印刷层上开始涂布,形成厚度15μm的耐磨层;
S4:将背胶层的原料混合均匀,然后在超声震动下,进行均质,再倒入涂布机胶槽中,调节涂布机温度120℃,采用包覆机,以涂布速度25m/min,涂布量40g/m2,压力0.4MPa,涂布在聚丙烯基膜层的另一侧,再使用压槽机,在其表面形成沟槽式压纹,使用时,将背胶层贴合在材料。
实施例2
与实施例1不同的是,实施例2的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜的耐磨层包括如下重量份的组分:聚醚醚酮树脂35份,丙烯酰胺类单体SW94125份,耐磨填料15份,光引发剂5份,消光粉0.1份,流平剂3份,消泡剂0.1份,耐磨填料是采用甲基丙烯酸3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙酯偶联剂处理后的氧化铝。
其他成分及制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
与实施例1不同的是,实施例3的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜的耐磨层包括如下重量份的组分:聚醚醚酮树脂40份,丙烯酰胺类单体SW94125份,耐磨填料15份,光引发剂5份,消光粉0.1份,流平剂3份,消泡剂0.1份,耐磨填料是采用甲基丙烯酸3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙酯偶联剂处理后的二氧化钛。其他成分及制备方法与实施例1相同。
对比例1
对比例1为CN113249043的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜。
性能测试
对实施例1-3及对比例1的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜进行如下的性能测试,测试标准及测试结果如下所示。
1、测试标准
表面硬度:GB/T17657-20134.57;表面耐划痕:GB/T17657-20134.39;VOC测量:HJT-400-2007;拉伸强度:GB/T3830-2008;断裂伸长率:GB/T3830-2008;剥离强度:ASTMD571-2011;光照色牢度:CFFA-2C;光泽度:标准ISO2813。
2、测试结果
注:MD表示径向或长度方向;CD表示维向或宽度方向。

Claims (10)
1.一种家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜,由聚丙烯基膜层、印刷层、耐磨层、背胶层组成,所述背胶层贴合于所述聚丙烯基膜层的一侧,所述印刷层印刷在所述聚丙烯基膜层的另一侧,所述耐磨层涂布在所述印刷层的表面,其特征在于,所述耐磨层包括如下重量份的组分:聚醚醚酮树脂30份-40份,丙烯酰胺类单体SW94115份-25份,耐磨填料15份-25份,光引发剂4份-5份,消光粉0.1份-8份,流平剂1份-3份,消泡剂0.1份-0.5份,耐磨填料是采用甲基丙烯酸3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙酯偶联剂处理后的耐磨填料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜,其特征在于,所述耐磨填料为氧化铝、二氧化钛、硫酸钡中的一种或者两种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜,其特征在于,所述光引发剂为2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮,所述消光粉为二氧化硅,所述流平剂为聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷,所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜,其特征在于,所述聚醚醚酮树脂、丙烯酰胺类单体、耐磨填料的质量比为1:(0.5-0.6):(0.5-0.6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜,其特征在于,所述背胶层的表面设有沟槽式压纹,所述背胶层包括如下重量份的组分:
丙烯酰胺类单体SW94120份-30份,聚(乙二醇)甲基丙烯酸酯5份-10份,2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯5份-10份,丙烯酰胺类单体SW9250.5份-2份,纳米Al2O3粒子0.01份-0.1份,过硫酸钾-硫代硫酸钠-硫酸铜引发剂1份-5份,去离子水30份-50份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜,其特征在于,所述丙烯酰胺类单体SW941、聚(乙二醇)甲基丙烯酸酯、2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯的质量比为1:(0.2-0.5):(0.3-0.4)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜,其特征在于,所述丙烯酰胺类单体SW925与去离子水的质量比为(0.05-0.07):1。
8.根据权利要求5所述的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜,其特征在于,所述沟槽式压纹为半圆型结构,所述沟槽式压纹的直径为0.2-0.4mm。
9.一种家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜,其特征在于,由聚丙烯基膜层、印刷层、耐磨层及背胶层组成,所述背胶层贴合于所述聚丙烯基膜层的一侧,所述印刷层印刷在所述聚丙烯基膜层的另一侧,所述耐磨层涂布在所述印刷层的表面;
所述聚丙烯基膜层包括如下重量份的组分:
共聚聚丙烯85份-92份,轻质碳酸钙5份-10份,色母粒4份-15份,纳米二氧化钛1份-3份,聚氨酯抗静电剂0.2份-0.5份,分散剂聚乙烯蜡0.5份-1.5份;
所述背胶层在贴合所述离型纸的表面设有沟槽式压纹,所述背胶层包括如下重量份的组分:
丙烯酰胺类单体SW94120份-30份,聚(乙二醇)甲基丙烯酸酯5份-10份,2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯5份-10份,丙烯酰胺类单体SW9250.5份-2份,纳米Al2O3粒子0.01份-0.1份,过硫酸钾-硫代硫酸钠-硫酸铜引发剂1份-5份,去离子水30份-50份;
所述沟槽式压纹为半圆型结构,所述沟槽式压纹的直径为0.2-0.4mm;
所述耐磨层包括如下重量份的组分:聚醚醚酮树脂30份-40份,丙烯酰胺类单体SW94115份-25份,耐磨填料15份-25份,光引发剂4份-5份,消光粉0.1份-8份,流平剂1份-3份,消泡剂0.1份-0.5份,耐磨填料是采用甲基丙烯酸3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙酯偶联剂处理后的耐磨填料。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述的家用表面饰面用聚丙烯装饰膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下制备步骤:
S1:将聚丙烯基膜层的原料按配方计量混合均匀,然后投入底膜机中加热混合熔融,挤出片状基膜,同时电晕,得到聚丙烯基膜层;
S2:将印刷层的油墨混合均匀,然后倒入印刷机油墨槽中,调节烘箱温度100-110℃,上卷后,调节印刷速度,开始在聚丙烯基膜层表面印刷,形成印刷层;
S3:将耐磨层的涂料混合均匀,在超声震动下,进行均质,然后倒入涂布机涂料槽中,调节涂布机温度60-120℃,Excimer-UV系统的各参数,印刷膜上卷后,调节涂布速度,在印刷层上开始涂布,形成耐磨层;
S4:将背胶层的原料混合均匀,然后在超声震动下,进行均质,再倒入涂布机胶槽中,调节涂布机温度110-125℃,以涂布速度20-25m/min,涂布量30-60g/m2,涂布在聚丙烯基膜层的另一侧,再使用压槽机,在其表面形成直径0.2-0.4mm的沟槽式压纹。
