when the screening probes 43 need to be replaced, a worker screws out the second adjusting bolts, the inclined wedges 75 are reduced to squeeze the adjusting blocks 68, the worker independently pushes the adjusting blocks 68 into the adjusting grooves 67, the corresponding sliding blocks 61 independently extend out of the sliding grooves 6, the surfaces of the screening rollers 42 are protruded, the worker screws out the screening probes 43 conveniently, hands of the worker cannot contact with the screening probes 43 on two sides, on one hand, the screening probes 43 on two sides are prevented from affecting hand movements of the worker, the replacement of the screening probes 43 is inconvenient, on the other hand, the worker is prevented from scratching the screening probes 43 on two adjacent sides in the process of replacing the screening probes 43, the hand is injured, after the replacement is completed, the worker returns the adjusting blocks 68 to the original position, the second adjusting bolts are screwed down, the inclined wedges 75 are squeezed by the second adjusting bolts, and the inclined wedges 75 are squeezed and the adjusting blocks 68 are fixed;
according to the invention, the screening probe 43 is connected to the screening roller 42 in a telescopic manner, so that the service life of the screening probe 43 is prolonged, the screening precision is increased, and meanwhile, the sizes of nonferrous metal fragments suitable for the screening mechanism can be adjusted through the mutual matching of the sliding block 61, the adjusting block 68, the adjusting ring 7 and other parts, and meanwhile, the screening probe 43 is convenient for workers to replace.

On the basis of the first embodiment, referring to fig. 5 of the specification, in this embodiment, a plugging plate 51 is installed on the processing frame 5; the blocking plate 51 is fixedly connected with an eddy current coil 52.
In this embodiment, a supporting block 55 is fixedly connected in the processing frame 5; an outer frame 54 is arranged on the supporting block 55; the support net 53 is fixedly connected in the outer frame 54.
In the embodiment, the plugging plate 51 is slidably connected in the box 1, and a flexible sealing layer 56 is fixedly connected below the plugging plate 51; the flexible sealing layer 56 is made of a high temperature resistant flexible material, such as fluorine-containing silicone.
In this embodiment, an L-shaped groove 8 is formed in the processing frame 5; a scraper 57 is slidably connected in the L-shaped groove 8; the doctor blade 57 is made of a nonmetallic material such as a ceramic cutter.
In the invention, when nonferrous metal fragments adhered with plastics in a processing frame 5 reach a certain number, a worker slides a plugging plate 51, so that the plugging plate 51 covers the upper end of the processing frame 5 and seals the processing frame 5, then a controller supplies alternating current to a vortex coil 52 in the plugging plate 51, so that the nonferrous metal fragments in the processing frame 5 generate vortex to heat, and further, the plastics adhered on the nonferrous metal fragments are melted; in the invention, the nonferrous metal fragments are supported by the supporting net 53, so that when plastics are melted, the plastics drop downwards, a worker can put cooling media such as water into the processing frame 5 in advance, and the melted plastics drop into the water and are solidified, so that the plastics can be conveniently recovered;
in the invention, the plugging plate 51 is in a sliding mode in the box body 1, compared with a turnover mode and the like, the method can ensure that the treatment frame 5 is completely plugged, nonferrous metal fragments are not influenced and fall into the treatment frame 5, and after the upper end of the treatment frame 5 is plugged, the treatment frame 5 is heated, so that the burning of plastics after heating can be reduced, and the method is more environment-friendly; when a worker takes out nonferrous metals in the processing frame 5, the worker firstly slides the scraper 57 in the processing frame 5, so that the scraper 57 slides on the surface of the supporting net 53 to scoop up nonferrous metal fragments adhered on the supporting net 53, so that the residual plastics on the supporting net 53 are prevented, and the nonferrous metal fragments are adhered, so that the worker is difficult to take out the nonferrous metal fragments; in the invention, the supporting net 53 and the outer frame 54 are supported by the supporting block 55, the scraper 57 is slidably connected in the L-shaped groove 8, when the outer frame 54 and the supporting net 53 need to be taken out and the plastic in the processing frame 5 needs to be taken out, the scraper 57 is slid upwards along the L-shaped groove 8 by a worker, so that the scraper 57 is out of contact with the supporting net 53, and then the outer frame 54 and the supporting net 53 are taken out again, thereby facilitating the worker to take out the plastic in the processing frame 5.

a case (1);
a shredding roller (2); the pair of shredding rollers (2) are rotatably connected to an opening (44) of the box body (1), and a cutter (21) is fixedly connected to the surface of each shredding roller (2);
a vortex sorting conveyor belt (3) and a vortex sorting conveyor roller (31); the vortex sorting transmission roller (31) is rotationally connected below the shredding roller (2) in the box body (1), and an electromagnetic coil (32) is arranged in the vortex sorting roller; the vortex sorting conveying belt (3) is sleeved on the vortex sorting conveying roller (31);
a separation channel (11) is fixedly connected in the box body (1);
the method is characterized in that: a screening mechanism is arranged in the box body (1); the screening mechanism can be used for singly screening nonferrous metals adhered with objects such as plastics in nonferrous metal fragments after vortex separation.

The environment-friendly lightweight nonferrous metal waste treatment device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the screening mechanism comprises a screening plate (41), a screening roller (42) and a screening probe (43); the screening plate (41) is fixedly connected in the box body (1), the left end of the screening plate (41) is positioned below the right sorting channel (11), the screening plate (41) is arranged in a downward inclined mode, and an opening (44) is formed in the screening plate (41); a pair of screening rollers (42) are rotatably connected in the box body (1), and the pair of screening rollers (42) are positioned at two sides of the opening (44); the screening probes (43) are uniformly mounted on the surface of the screening roller (42); a screening motor (45) is fixedly connected to the box body (1); the output end of the screening motor (45) is fixedly connected with the screening roller (42);
the screening plate (41) is provided with a screening opening (46); the screening openings (46) are uniformly arranged at intervals transversely, and the screening openings (46) are rotationally connected with a rotating plate (47); a screening electric push rod (48) is hinged below the screening plate (41); the other end of the screening electric push rod (48) is hinged with the rotating plate (47); a processing frame (5) is fixedly connected in the box body (1); the processing frame (5) is positioned below the rotating plate (47).
3. The environment-friendly lightweight nonferrous metal waste treatment device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the box body (1) is rotationally connected with a guide plate (12); the guide plate (12) is positioned below the shredding roller (2); a discharge hole (13) is formed in the box body (1).

An environmentally friendly lightweight nonferrous metal waste treatment device according to claim 3, wherein: the screening roller (42) is uniformly provided with sliding grooves (6); a sliding block (61) is connected in the sliding groove (6) in a sliding way; the sliding block (61) is uniformly provided with mounting grooves (62); the mounting groove (62) is connected with a mounting cylinder (63) in a sliding way, and the mounting groove (62) is internally fixedly connected with a telescopic spring (64); the other end of the telescopic spring (64) is fixedly connected with the mounting cylinder (63); the inner wall of the mounting cylinder (63) is provided with an internal thread shape; the screening probe (43) is threadably engaged with the mounting cylinder (63).

The environment-friendly lightweight nonferrous metal waste treatment device as claimed in claim 4, wherein: an extension spring (66) is fixedly connected in the sliding groove (6); the other end of the extension spring (66) is fixedly connected with the sliding block (61); the side edges of the screening rollers (42) are uniformly provided with adjusting grooves (67); the adjusting groove (67) is arranged around the axis of the screening roller (42), the adjusting groove (67) is communicated with the sliding groove (6), and an adjusting block (68) is connected in the sliding way in the adjusting groove (67); the adjusting block (68) is obliquely arranged near one end of the sliding block (61) and is attached to the sliding block (61);
an adjusting ring (7) is arranged on one side of the screening roller (42); the adjusting ring (7) is provided with a through groove (71); the through groove (71) is in sliding fit with the adjusting block (68); the first adjusting screw (72) and the second adjusting screw (73) are connected to the adjusting ring (7) through threads; a thread groove (74) is formed in the screening roller (42); the first adjusting screw rod (72) is rotationally connected with the adjusting ring (7), and the first adjusting screw rod (72) is in sliding fit with the thread groove (74); the adjusting ring (7) is connected with an inclined wedge block (75) in a sliding way; and the second adjusting screw (73) pushes the inclined wedge block (75) to squeeze the adjusting block (68) when rotating.
6. The environment-friendly lightweight nonferrous metal waste treatment device as claimed in claim 5, wherein: a plugging plate (51) is arranged on the processing frame (5); the blocking plate (51) is fixedly connected with a vortex coil (52).

The environment-friendly lightweight nonferrous metal waste treatment device as claimed in claim 6, wherein: a supporting block (55) is fixedly connected in the processing frame (5); an outer frame (54) is arranged on the supporting block (55); the outer frame (54) is fixedly connected with a supporting net (53).

The environmentally friendly lightweight nonferrous metal waste treatment device of claim 7, wherein: the plugging plate (51) is connected in the box body (1) in a sliding manner, and a flexible sealing layer (56) is fixedly connected below the plugging plate (51); the flexible sealing layer (56) is made of a high temperature resistant flexible material.
