The embodiment of the application discloses a sebacic acid mother liquor water sedimentation pretreatment device. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the mother liquor water sedimentation pretreatment device includes a plurality of collection tanks 2 for being disposed in a drainage channel 1, the plurality of collection tanks 2 being arranged at intervals in a length direction of the drainage channel 1. The collecting box 2 is provided with a filter screen 3, and the filter screen 3 is used for filtering impurities in the mother liquor water. A frame 4 is arranged above the drainage channel 1, a lifting connection cleaning mechanism 5 is arranged between two sides of the drainage channel 1 and the frame 4, and the lifting connection cleaning mechanism 5 is used for driving the collecting box 2 to lift up and down and simultaneously cleaning impurities in the collecting box 2. The collecting box 2 is also provided with a hole cleaning mechanism 6, and the hole cleaning mechanism 6 is used for cleaning meshes of the filter screen 3 in the collecting box 2.
During the impurity separation treatment process of the sunflower diacid mother liquor before the settlement, firstly, when the sunflower diacid mother liquor flows through one side of the collecting box 2, the impurities in the mother liquor are removed more cleanly through interception of the multi-channel filter screen 3, the intercepted impurities can be temporarily stored in the collecting box 2, when the impurities in the collecting box 2 are accumulated to a certain amount, the worker starts the lifting connection cleaning mechanism 5 to drive the collecting box 2 to move upwards to the outer side of the drainage channel 1, and the impurities in the collecting box 2 are removed, so that the cleaning of the impurities in the collecting box 2 is rapidly completed. When one of the collecting boxes 2 is cleaned, the rest of the collecting boxes 2 can continuously intercept impurities in the mother liquor water in the drainage channel 1, so that uninterrupted impurity removal of the drainage channel 1 is realized, and the efficiency of impurity treatment of the sebacic acid mother liquor water is improved. After the impurities in the collecting box 2 are cleaned, the collecting box 2 is moved back into the drainage channel 1 by a worker through the lifting connection cleaning mechanism 5; after the filter screen 3 is used for a certain time, more impurities are adhered to one side of the filter screen 3, and at the moment, the impurities on one side of the filter screen 3 can be removed by the hole cleaning mechanism 6, so that the impurities are not easy to block meshes on the filter screen 3, and the filtering efficiency of mother liquor water is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the lifting connection cleaning mechanism 5 includes a connection plate 51 disposed below the frame 4 at intervals, and a lifting moving assembly 52 is disposed between the connection plate 51 and the frame 4, where the lifting moving assembly 52 is used to drive the connection plate 51 to lift up and down and drive the connection plate 51 to move along the length direction of the drainage channel 1. A connecting component 53 is arranged between the connecting plate 51 and the collecting box 2, and the connecting component 53 is used for detachably connecting the connecting plate 51 with the collecting box 2. The two sides of the drainage channel 1 are respectively provided with a movable frame 54, the two sides of the drainage channel 1 are provided with guide rails 55, and the movable frames 54 can slide on the guide rails 55. One end of the driving screw 521 is provided with a driving motor 522, the driving screw 521 is connected with a supporting block 523 in a threaded manner, and the supporting block 523 is positioned above the connecting plate 51. The frame 4 is fixedly provided with a guide rod 524, the guide rod 524 penetrates through the supporting block 523 and is connected with the supporting block 523 in a sliding manner, the guide rod 524 is used for guiding the movement of the supporting block 523, and meanwhile, the rotation of the supporting block 523 is limited, so that the movement of the supporting block 523 is more stable. A driving cylinder 525 is also provided between the support block 523 and the connection plate 51.

Connecting column 531 is connected with connecting block 539 along the horizontal direction in a sliding way, connecting column 531 is provided with sliding groove 5312 along the horizontal direction, sliding groove 5312 is communicated with driving groove 5311, collecting box 2 is provided with connecting groove 22, connecting block 539 can be positioned in sliding groove 5312 to slide and be inserted into connecting groove 22; the driving block 538 and the connecting block 539 are perpendicular to each other, and the sides of the driving block 538 and the connecting block 539, which are close to each other, are all inclined surfaces, a dovetail block is fixedly arranged on one side of the inclined surface of the connecting block 539, a dovetail groove is formed on one side of the inclined surface of the driving block 538, and the dovetail block is inserted into the dovetail groove and can slide in the dovetail groove. The side of the connecting block 539 away from the driving block 538 is further provided with a transition arc for providing guiding action for the connecting block 539 to enter the connecting hole 21, so that the connecting block 539 can be conveniently inserted into the connecting hole 21. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the self-aligning docking assembly 58 includes two aligning blocks 581 symmetrically slidably connected to both sides of the collecting box 2 along the width direction of the drainage channel 1, a receiving groove 23 is formed in the collecting box 2, and the aligning blocks 581 can be slidably located in the receiving groove 23 and one end of each aligning block 581 can extend out of the receiving groove 23; the side of the correction block 581 away from the collection box 2 is inclined surface obliquely arranged from bottom to top. A telescopic rod 582 is fixedly arranged between the correction block 581 and the collecting box 2, a thrust spring 583 is sleeved outside the telescopic rod 582, the telescopic rod 582 is used for limiting deformation of the thrust spring 583, the correction block 581 is not easy to completely separate from the containing groove 23, and the running stability of the self-correction docking assembly 58 is improved. The collecting box 2 is rotatably connected with a transmission rod 64, a bevel gear set 65 is arranged between the transmission rod 64 and the reciprocating screw rod 62, and a power motor 66 is arranged between the top of the collecting box 2 and the transmission rod 64.
