Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin surface wound repair, in particular to a pharmaceutical composition for skin surface wound repair, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The skin surface of human body is easy to generate various diseases or wounds due to exposure to the external environment, thereby inducing various inflammations, rashes, sores, infections and the like.
In the aspect of external medicine for skin wound, the variety is more, but the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects are slower after the medicine is taken. The wound surface exudation time after the medicine is used is long, the infection is easy, the treatment effect is poor, and scars are easy to leave.
Disclosure of Invention
The first object of the present invention is to provide a pharmaceutical composition for repairing skin surface wounds, which has remarkable effects of promoting wound healing and preventing scars.
The second aim of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the pharmaceutical composition, which has the advantages of cheap and easily available medicinal materials, simple preparation method and high quality and good efficacy of the prepared pharmaceutical composition.
In order to achieve the above object of the present invention, the following technical solutions are specifically adopted:
a pharmaceutical composition for skin surface wound repair, the pharmaceutical composition comprising in parts by weight:
1-1.5 parts of sal ammoniac, 10-15 parts of wormwood, 2-3 parts of coptis chinensis, 10-15 parts of borneol, 20-30 parts of sesame oil and 2-3 parts of beeswax.
In a preferred embodiment, the white sal ammoniac is 1 part, the purple sal ammoniac is 1 part, the mugwort is 10 parts, the coptis is 2 parts, the borneol is 10 parts, the sesame oil is 20 parts and the beeswax is 2 parts by weight.
In a preferred embodiment, the pharmaceutical composition further comprises, in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of lithospermum.
In a preferred embodiment, the lithospermum is 2 parts by weight.
The preparation method of the pharmaceutical composition is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, weighing 1-1.5 parts of white sal ammoniac, 1-1.5 parts of sal ammoniac, 10-15 parts of wormwood, 2-3 parts of coptis chinensis, 10-15 parts of borneol, 20-30 parts of sesame oil and 2-3 parts of beeswax according to parts by weight;
s2, grinding the cyanide and the Bai Naosha into powder; dividing Ai Caoqie into small sections of 0.2 cm-3 cm;
s3, placing the cyanide powder, the white sal ammoniac powder and the Ai Caoduan obtained in the step S2, and the coptis chinensis, the borneol and the sesame oil into a container, and uniformly stirring;
s4, decocting the mixture obtained in the step S3 with medium fire for 10 minutes, and then decocting with slow fire for 0.8-1.2 hours;
s5, adding the beeswax, continuously decocting with slow fire and stirring until the beeswax is completely melted;
s6, filtering out solid impurities, standing at room temperature, and storing to naturally cool the mixture obtained in the step S5 to obtain the pharmaceutical composition.
In a preferred embodiment, 2-3 parts of lithospermum are added in the step S3.
In a preferred embodiment, in the step S4, the temperature of the medium fire is 120 ℃ to 150 ℃; in the step S5, the temperature of the slow fire is 90-110 ℃.
In a preferred embodiment, in the step S6, the time for standing and storing is 1 to 3 hours.
Use of said pharmaceutical composition for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of skin surface wounds.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the invention include, for example: the composition can be applied to skin wound, and has effects of stopping bleeding, relieving pain, relieving itching, promoting granulation, relieving inflammation, detumescence, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, promoting wound healing, and preventing scar. The preparation method is prepared from pure plant materials, has no toxic or side effect, no drug resistance and no allergic person. Can be widely used for repairing and treating skin wounds such as otitis media, canker sore, herpes, chilblain, rubella itching, burns and scalds, traumatic infection, anal fissure, bedsores and the like.
Description of the embodiments
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The specific conditions are not noted in the examples and are carried out according to conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or apparatus used were conventional products commercially available without the manufacturer's attention.
The embodiment provides a pharmaceutical composition for repairing skin surface wounds, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
